Claims (7)
- 加速器システムを監視する監視装置であって、
前記加速器システムの稼働単位毎に、ビーム電流、アーク電流、イオン源用ガス量、および加速電圧の4つのパラメータのうち少なくとも前記ビーム電流及び前記アーク電流のパラメータの計測結果に係るデータを連続して取得し、当該データから特徴的な複数回分のデータを取得するデータ取得部を有する、監視装置。 - 前記データ取得部が取得した特徴的な複数回分のデータに基づいて、前記加速器システムに係るパラメータの経時的変化を算出するトレンド算出部をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の監視装置。
- 前記データ取得部は、前記4つのパラメータとは異なるパラメータの計測結果に係るデータを連続して取得し、
前記トレンド算出部は、前記4つのパラメータのいずれかと、前記4つのパラメータとは異なるパラメータとの関係性を示す数値を、経時的変化を算出するパラメータとする、請求項2に記載の監視装置。 - 前記トレンド算出部により算出された結果を出力する出力部を有する、請求項2または3に記載の監視装置。
- 前記トレンド算出部は、算出された経時的変化が所定の条件を満たしている場合には、その結果を通知するための処理を行う、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載の監視装置。
- 前記データ取得部は、計測結果に係るデータを取得した際に、当該データに含まれる数値が所定の閾値を超えている異常値であることを検出した場合、前記異常値が存在することを通知するための処理を行う、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の監視装置。
- 前記データ取得部は、複数の前記加速器システムから、それぞれの稼働単位毎に前記4つのパラメータのうち少なくとも前記ビーム電流及び前記アーク電流のパラメータの計測結果に係るデータを連続して取得し、当該データから特徴的な複数回分のデータを、複数の前記加速器システムそれぞれにおいて取得する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の監視装置。
