Description
このために安全で、簡便に穿刺でき、且つ心房中隔の閉鎖を安全且つ効果的に維持できる心房中隔閉鎖栓を設計する必要がある。
さらに、前記接続ワイヤが前記右ディスクに接続する位置は右ディスクの外層であり、接続方式は一体型の編み込み成形又は分離式の物理的接続である。
好ましくは、前記接続ワイヤ6と前記右ディスク2との接続位置は右ディスクの外層であり、接続方式は一体型編み込み成形又は分離式の物理的接続である。
一体型編み込み成形を採用した場合、接続ワイヤの材質は本体閉鎖栓の材質と同じである。

Claims (5)
- 左ディスク(1)、右ディスク(2)、ウエスト部分(3)を接続して構成されたホルダを有する心房中隔欠損閉鎖栓であって、
さらに前記ホルダを貫通する中央貫通孔(4)を備え、
前記左ディスク(1)、前記右ディスク(2)および前記ウエスト部分(3)は、記憶性を有する線材によって構成されたメッシュ状構造であり、
前記中央貫通孔(4)の直径の大きさは、前記ウエスト部分(3)の内径と同じであって、かつ、穿刺シースを貫通させることが可能な大きさであり、
前記ウエスト部分(3)の前記中央貫通孔(4)の内部には、中央貫通孔(4)を遮断する流体遮断膜(5)が設けられ、
前記左ディスク(1)と前記右ディスク(2)はいずれも二層のメッシュ状構造であり、
前記左ディスク(1)と前記右ディスク(2)は、前記中央貫通孔(4)側のエッジの前記メッシュ状構造の編密度が、当該エッジよりも外側のエリアよりも増加しており、
前記右ディスク(2)の右側には、少なくとも3本、多くとも12本の接続ワイヤ(6)が配置され、前記接続ワイヤ(6)の一端は右ディスク(2)の前記中央貫通孔(4)の右側の周縁に接続され、前記接続ワイヤ(6)の他端は、集められてデリバリー部品(7)の一端に接続されており、
前記デリバリー部品(7)の他端には、デリバリーシステムに接続される接続ポートが設けられ、前記デリバリー部品(7)が当該接続ポートにより前記デリバリーシステムに接続されることにより、前記心房中隔欠損閉鎖栓全体の前記デリバリーシステムのデリバリーシースへの引き込み、または、前記心房中隔欠損閉鎖栓の前記デリバリーシースからの押し出しが可能であり、
前記接続ワイヤ(6)は、デリバリー部品(7)に対して回転対称に分布し、隣接する前記接続ワイヤの間には、前記穿刺シースを貫通させるための隙間が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする、心房中隔欠損閉鎖栓。 - 前記心房中隔欠損閉鎖栓は、形状記憶効果を有し、収縮及び膨張の二つの形態を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の心房中隔欠損閉鎖栓。
- 前記流体遮断膜(5)の形状はシート状であり、シート状の形状は前記中央貫通孔(4)の断面の形状と同じであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の心房中隔欠損閉鎖栓。
- 前記左ディスク(1)、右ディスク(2)、ウエスト部分(3)は一体型のメッシュ状構造であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の心房中隔欠損閉鎖栓。
- 前記デリバリー部品(7)は、ワイヤクランプ鋼製シース又は凝固バルーンであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の心房中隔欠損閉鎖栓。
