Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat and a method of manufacturing the vehicle seat, and more particularly to a vehicle seat including two seat members connected together and a method of manufacturing the vehicle seat.
When attaching a seat cushion having an outer skin to a cushion frame, the rear end of the seat cushion is passed through a gap between the seat back and a rear pipe of the cushion frame (see Patent Document 1).
However, the size of the gap between the seat back and the rear pipe of the cushion frame is usually narrower than the height of the rear end of the seat cushion, so when the rear end is passed through the gap, the rear end hits the rear pipe. , there was a risk that it would not pass through the gap. Therefore, when manufacturing a vehicle seat, a worker performs the insertion work while holding down the rear end to avoid bumping the rear end, resulting in a problem of reduced work efficiency.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle in which a protrusion protruding from the end of a pad can be easily inserted between a frame serving as a skeleton and a seat member. An object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a vehicle seat and a vehicle seat.
According to the vehicle seat of the present invention, the vehicle seat has two connected seat members, each of which has a pad, a skin covering the pad, and a seat covering the seat. a frame constituting a skeleton of the member, the pad of one sheet member being disposed between the frame of the one sheet member and the other sheet member in a portion connected to the other sheet member. The outer skin of the one sheet member has an extension portion extending a predetermined distance from the end to cover the surface of the protrusion on the side connected to the other sheet member, and an extension portion that grips the protrusion. This problem is solved by having a grip portion that covers the back surface of the protrusion.
According to the vehicle seat of the present invention configured as described above, the protrusion protruding from the end of the pad is covered by the extension part and the grip part. Therefore, when the protrusion is passed through the gap, the protrusion is prevented from abutting against the frame, and the protrusion can be easily inserted between the frame and the pad of another sheet member. Therefore, work efficiency when assembling a vehicle seat is improved.
Further, in the above configuration, the one seat member is a seat cushion on which an occupant sits, the other seat member is a seat back connected to a rear end portion of the seat cushion to receive the back of the occupant, and The extension portion and the grip portion may extend from a rear end portion of the outer skin of the seat cushion and cover the protrusion portion of the seat cushion.
With the above configuration, when the protruding part at the rear end of the seat cushion is passed between the frame of the seat cushion and the seat back, the protruding part is prevented from hitting the frame, for example, a pipe member, and the protruding part is connected between the frame and the seat back. Can be easily passed between cushions.
Further, in the above configuration, the thickness of the extension portion is preferably thinner than the thickness of the epidermis.
By making the thickness of the extension extending from the epidermis thinner than the thickness of the epidermis, manufacturing costs can be reduced even if the extension is made of the same material as the epidermis.
Further, in the above configuration, both sides of the extension part and both sides of the grip part are joined, the extension part and the grip part form a cylinder, and the protrusion part is formed of the cylinder. It is best to place it through the inside.
By allowing the protruding part to pass through the inside of the cylindrical body formed by the extension part and the gripping part, when the protruding part is placed between the frame and the other seat member, it is possible to suppress the protruding part from shifting in the width direction of the vehicle seat. It can be passed through easily.
Further, in the above configuration, it is preferable that the frame has a pressure receiving part that supports the pad, and an attachment part fixed to the pressure receiving part is provided at an end of the skin.
By providing a mounting portion fixed to the pressure receiving portion at the end of the skin, the pad can be easily fixed.
Further, in the above configuration, a claw portion is formed on the frame or the pressure receiving portion,
The attachment portion of the skin may be fixed by being hooked onto the claw portion.
By hooking and fixing the attachment part to the claw part, the attachment part can be easily fixed to the frame or the pressure receiving part.
Further, in the above configuration, the attachment portion may include a wire member that is hung on the plurality of claw portions formed on the frame or the pressure receiving portion.
By hanging the wire member of the attachment part on the claw part, the attachment part can be fixed easily at a lower cost than, for example, a conventional hook-shaped attachment part.
Moreover, according to the method for manufacturing a vehicle seat of the present invention, the problem is to provide a method for manufacturing a vehicle seat having two connected seat members, each of which includes a pad and a pad. The pad of one sheet member has a protruding portion in a portion connected to the other sheet member, and the pad of one sheet member has a protruding portion. The outer skin has, on the side connected to the other sheet member, an extension part that extends a predetermined distance from the end and covers the surface of the protrusion, and a grip part that grips the protrusion and covers the back surface of the protrusion. However, the problem is solved by including the step of passing the protruding part between the frame of the one sheet member and the other sheet member while the protruding part is covered by the extension part and the gripping part. be done.
According to the method for manufacturing a vehicle seat according to the present invention, the protruding part protruding from the pad is covered with the extension part and the gripping part, so that the pad is prevented from hitting the frame, and the protruding part is separated from the frame and another seat. It can be easily inserted between the parts, and workability when assembling a vehicle seat is improved.
Further, in the above method for manufacturing a vehicle seat, the frame has a pressure receiving part that supports the pad, and a mounting part provided at an end of the skin is attached to a hook formed on the frame or the pressure receiving part. The method may include a step of fixing the pad to the frame by hanging the pad on the frame.
The pad can be easily fixed to the frame by hooking the attachment part provided at the end of the skin onto the claw part formed on the frame or the pressure receiving part.
According to the vehicle seat of the present invention, the protrusion that protrudes from the end of the pad is covered by the extension and the grip. Therefore, the protrusion is prevented from abutting against the frame, and the protrusion can be easily inserted between the frame and the pad of another sheet member. Therefore, work efficiency when assembling a vehicle seat is improved.
Further, by making the thickness of the extension extending from the epidermis thinner than the thickness of the epidermis, the cost can be reduced even if the extension is made of the same material as the epidermis.

As described above, the
The cushion trim
When attaching the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the cushion
A conventional cushion trim cover is not provided with a gripping
In the cushion trim cover 17 (one seat member) used in the vehicle seat S of this embodiment, the gripping

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the thickness T1 of the
Further, by forming the cylinder C by the
The
The
As shown in FIG. 7, the

Further, a

A method for manufacturing the vehicle seat S of this embodiment will be described using FIG. 8. It is assumed that the seat frame F shown in FIG. 2 is prepared in advance, the
A
