Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つの航空機の燃料タンクのための不活性化システムにおける、気流からの不活性ガスの生成器(1)であって、空気入口と、複数の空気分離モジュール(2)に前記気流を分配するための気流分配手段(5)と、を備えた空気システムを含み、前記複数の空気分離モジュール(2)は、前記空気システム上に並列に配置されて空気中の酸素を枯渇させ、出口で窒素富化不活性ガスを生成する、生成器(1)において、前記航空機の飛行フェーズに従って、単一の、一部の、またはすべての前記空気分離モジュール(2)に選択的に空気を供給するためにプログラムされた、前記気流分配手段(5)の制御ユニット(6)を含み、
単一または一部の前記空気分離モジュール(2)が空気を供給されるとき、前記制御ユニット(6)は、前記複数の空気分離モジュール(2)のうち、(i)蓄積動作時間が最も少ない前記空気分離モジュール(2)または(ii)最良の性能の空気分離モジュール(2)に空気を供給するようにプログラムされ、
前記生成器は、各空気分離モジュール(2)の性能を互いに独立して測定するために、少なくとも1つの酸素分析器(7)と、各空気分離モジュール(2)の前記出口で前記不活性ガスを前記酸素分析器(7)に向ける手段(5)と、を含む、生成器(1)。 - 前記制御ユニット(6)は、前記航空機が上昇または巡航フェーズにあるとき、単一の空気分離モジュール(2)に空気を供給するようにプログラムされている、請求項1に記載の生成器(1)。
- 前記制御ユニット(6)は、前記航空機が降下フェーズにあるとき、すべての前記空気分離モジュール(2)に空気を供給するようにプログラムされている、請求項1または2に記載の生成器(1)。
- 単一または一部の前記空気分離モジュール(2)が空気を供給されるとき、前記制御ユニット(6)は、前記複数の空気分離モジュール(2)のうちの前記空気分離モジュール(2)への前記空気の供給を指定された時間遅延で交替して行うようにプログラムされている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の生成器(1)。
- 前記気流分配手段(5)はマルチチャネルバルブ(9)の形態である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の生成器(1)。
- 前記気流分配手段(5)は、空気分離モジュール(2)と同数のバルブの形態であり、前記バルブのそれぞれは、空気分離モジュール(2)の上流に配置されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の生成器(1)。
- 前記生成器は、各空気分離モジュール(2)の前記出口でチェックバルブ(16)を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の生成器(1)。
- 気流からの不活性ガスの生成器(1)であって、空気入口と、不活性ガス出口と、複数の空気分離モジュール(2)と、を備えた空気システムを含み、前記複数の空気分離モジュール(2)は、前記空気システム上に並列に配置されて空気中の酸素を枯渇させ、出口で窒素富化不活性ガスを生成する、生成器(1)によって航空機の燃料タンクを不活性化するための方法において、
前記航空機の飛行フェーズに応じて、単一の、一部の、またはすべての前記空気分離モジュール(2)に選択的に空気を供給するステップと、
各空気分離モジュール(2)の出口で前記不活性ガスを少なくとも1つの酸素分析器(7)に向けるステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの酸素分析器(7)により、各空気分離モジュール(2)の性能を互いに独立して測定するステップと、
からなる、方法。
