Description
Claims (15)
- 患者の睡眠を監視するように動作可能なシステムであって、
患者波形を得るように構成された患者モニターであり、前記患者波形は、前記患者の生命に関する統計量を表す情報を含む、患者モニターと、
前記患者モニターと通信するプロセッサであり、(i)セグメント化された波形を生成するように前記患者波形を処理し、(ii)時間領域において前記波形のセグメントから少なくとも1つの特徴、及び/又は、周波数領域において前記波形のセグメントから少なくとも1つの特徴を抽出し、(iii)前記少なくとも1つの抽出された特徴を使用して、前記波形のセグメントに対する前記患者の睡眠段階を分類し、さらに、(iv)複数の波形のセグメントに対する分類された睡眠段階から、睡眠の質の測定値を生成し、(v)前記患者の現在の睡眠段階;及び、前記測定値に基づく前記患者の最近の睡眠の質の指数;のうち1つ又は複数から、前記患者の睡眠の中断の基準を生成するように構成され、前記患者の睡眠の中断の基準は、(a)中断に対する良好及び悪い時間枠を示す、現在の中断に対する客観的な数値、(b)他の時間枠と比較して、前記患者が中断を受け入れる可能性がより高い、及び/又は、中断が、睡眠段階及び/又は睡眠の質の指数に影響を与える可能性がより低いと予測される時間枠、及び(c)最後の数時間の睡眠段階の動態を特徴づけるヒプノグラムのうち1つ又は複数を含む、プロセッサと、
生成された前記睡眠の質の測定値及び前記患者の睡眠の中断の基準を報告するように構成されたユーザインターフェースと、
を含むシステム。 - 前記患者波形は、心血管波形又は呼吸波形である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記生成された睡眠の質の測定値に基づき、前記患者の睡眠段階及び睡眠の質の指数のうち1つ又は複数に基づいた治療の基準又は予測を生成するようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記生成された睡眠の質の測定値は、0から1の数値(0及び1を含む)又は0から100の数値(0及び100を含む)である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記生成された睡眠の質の測定値をさらなる患者データと統合し、統合データを生成するようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 患者の睡眠を監視するためのコンピュータ化された方法であって、
(i)前記患者の生命に関する統計量を表す情報を含む患者波形を得るように構成された患者モニター、(ii)前記患者モニターと通信するプロセッサ、及び(iii)ユーザインターフェースを含む睡眠モニタリングシステムを提供するステップと、
前記プロセッサによって、前記患者モニターから前記患者波形を受信するステップと、
前記プロセッサによって、セグメント化された波形を生成するように前記患者波形を処理するステップと、
前記プロセッサによって、時間領域において前記波形のセグメントから少なくとも1つの特徴を抽出するステップ、及び/又は、前記プロセッサによって、周波数領域において前記波形のセグメントから少なくとも1つの特徴を抽出するステップと、
前記プロセッサによって、前記少なくとも1つの抽出された特徴を使用して、前記波形のセグメントに対する前記患者の睡眠段階を分類するステップと、
前記プロセッサによって、複数の波形のセグメントに対する分類された睡眠段階から、睡眠の質の測定値を生成するステップと、
前記プロセッサによって、前記患者の現在の睡眠段階;及び、前記測定値に基づく前記患者の最近の睡眠の質の指数;のうち1つ又は複数を使用して、前記患者の睡眠の中断の基準を生成するステップであり、前記患者の睡眠の中断の基準は、(a)中断に対する良好及び悪い時間枠を示す、現在の中断に対する客観的な数値、(b)他の時間枠と比較して、前記患者が中断を受け入れる可能性がより高い、及び/又は、中断が、睡眠段階及び/又は睡眠の質の指数に影響を与える可能性がより低いと予測される時間枠、及び(c)最後の数時間の睡眠段階の動態を特徴づけるヒプノグラムのうち1つ又は複数を含む、ステップと、
前記ユーザインターフェースを介して、前記生成された睡眠の質の測定値及び前記患者の睡眠の中断の基準を報告するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記プロセッサが、分類された睡眠段階に基づき、前記患者に対する治療を修正するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記生成された睡眠の質の測定値に基づき、前記患者に対する治療を同定するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記生成された睡眠の質の測定値及び/又は複数の分類された睡眠段階に基づき、前記患者の睡眠の質に影響を及ぼす環境因子を同定するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記生成された睡眠の質の測定値をさらなる患者データと統合して、統合データを生成するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記患者波形は、心血管波形又は呼吸波形である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記生成された睡眠の質の測定値に基づき、前記患者の睡眠段階及び睡眠の質の指数のうち1つ又は複数に基づいた治療の基準又は予測を生成するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記生成された睡眠の質の測定値は、0から1の数値(0及び1を含む)として報告される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記生成された睡眠の質の測定値は、グラフを用いて報告される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記報告するステップは、分類された睡眠段階又はヒプノグラムを報告することを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
