Description
紙巻きタバコ、シガリロ、シガーおよびパイプまたは手巻きまたは自作紙巻きタバコ用タバコ(タバコ、タバコ派生物、膨張タバコ、再生タバコ、タバコ代替え品または他の喫煙材をベースにしているかに関係無く)などの燃焼性エアロゾル供給システム、
電子タバコ、タバコ加熱製品、エアロゾル化可能な材料の組み合わせを使用してエアロゾルを発生させるハイブリッドシステムなどのエアロゾル化可能な材料を燃焼させずにエアロゾル化可能な材料から化合物を放出する非燃焼系エアロゾル供給システム、
エアロゾル化可能な材料を含み、これらの非燃焼系エアロゾル供給システムのうちの1つに使用するように構成された物品、および
トローチ、ガム、パッチ、パッチ吸入可能な粉を含む物品などのエアロゾルを含まない送出システムおよびエアロゾルを形成せずにユーザーにニコチンを含むまたは含まない材料を送出するスヌースおよび嗅ぎタバコなどの無煙タバコ製品を含む。
Claims (24)
- サセプタ装置を誘導加熱してエアロゾル発生デバイスのエアロゾル発生材を加熱して加熱操作モードでエアロゾルを発生させる共振回路のインダクタ素子を流れる交流電流を電力源から発生させるように構成された第1の切り替え部と、
第1の切り替え部を制御するための制御信号を発生させる制御信号発生器を含む駆動回路と、
電力節約操作モードで電力源から前記制御信号発生器を切断するように構成された電力モード切り替え部と、
前記電力モード切り替え部を制御するための制御モジュールとを含む装置であって、
前記制御モジュールは、前記装置を加熱操作モードまたは電力節約操作モードに設定し、それに応じて前記電力モード切り替え部を制御する、
装置。 - 電力源のDCレベルを作動DCレベルにブーストするブーストコンバータをさらに含み、電力モード切り替え部は、電力節約操作モードで電力源からブーストコンバータを切断するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 第1の切り替え部は、正と負の電圧源を切り替えて前記交流電流を発生させるために使用されるHブリッジ回路を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記共振回路をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記制御モジュールは、
エアロゾル発生デバイスが第1の閾値期間、加熱操作モードで非作動状態である場合、
ユーザーがエアロゾル発生デバイスを停止させる場合、
サセプタ装置を含むデバイスがエアロゾル発生デバイスから取り除かれる場合、
前記サセプタ装置によって加熱される物品がエアロゾル発生デバイスから取り除かれる場合、または
装置のバッテリーがバッテリー閾値以下の充電レベルである場合に装置を電力節約操作モードに設定するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。 - 前記制御モジュールは、
エアロゾル発生デバイスが第2の閾値期間、電力節約操作モードにある場合、
ユーザーがエアロゾル発生デバイスを始動させる場合、
サセプタ装置を含むデバイスがエアロゾル発生デバイスに挿入される場合、
前記サセプタ装置によって加熱される物品がエアロゾル発生デバイスに挿入される場合、または
移動センサ出力がエアロゾル発生デバイスの意図した使用を示している場合に装置を加熱操作モードに設定するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4または5記載の装置。 - 電力モード切り替え部は、電力節約操作モードで電力源から1つ以上のさらなるモジュールを切断するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 請求項1乃至7いずれか1項記載の装置を含む非燃焼系エアロゾル発生デバイス。
- エアロゾル発生デバイスは、エアロゾル発生材を含む取り外し可能な物品を収容するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の非燃焼系エアロゾル発生デバイス。
- 前記エアロゾル発生材は、エアロゾル発生基材と、エアロゾル形成材とを含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載の非燃焼系エアロゾル発生デバイス。
- 前記取り外し可能な物品は前記サセプタ装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項9または10記載の非燃焼系エアロゾル発生デバイス。
- 前記装置は、タバコ加熱システムを含むことを特徴とする請求項8乃至11いずれか1項記載の非燃焼系エアロゾル発生デバイス。
- サセプタ装置を誘導加熱してエアロゾル発生材を加熱して加熱操作モードでエアロゾルを発生させるためのインダクタ素子を含む共振回路を含むエアロゾル発生デバイスであって、このエアロゾル発生デバイスの操作モードを加熱操作モードまたは電力節約操作モードに設定することと、
加熱操作モードに設定した時は、エアロゾル発生デバイスの駆動回路を有効にし、または、電力節約操作モードに設定した時は、駆動回路を無効にして、駆動回路の少なくとも一部が電力節約操作モードで電力源から切断されるように、電力モード切り替え部を制御することとを含む方法。 - エアロゾル発生デバイスが第1の閾値期間、加熱操作モードで非作動状態である場合、エアロゾル発生デバイスを電力節約操作モードに設定することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。
- ユーザーがエアロゾル発生デバイスを停止した場合、エアロゾル発生デバイスを電力節約操作モードに設定することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13または14記載の方法。
- サセプタ装置を含む物品がエアロゾル発生デバイスから取り除かれる場合、エアロゾル発生デバイスを電力節約操作モードに設定することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13乃至15いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記サセプタ装置によって加熱される交換可能な物品がエアロゾル発生デバイスから取り除かれる場合、エアロゾル発生デバイスを電力節約操作モードに設定することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13乃至16いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 装置のバッテリーがバッテリー閾値以下の充電レベルである場合、エアロゾル発生デバイスを電力節約操作モードに設定することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13乃至17いずれか1項記載の方法。
- エアロゾル発生デバイスが第2の閾値期間、電力節約操作モードにある場合、エアロゾル発生デバイスを加熱操作モードに設定することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13乃至18いずれか1項記載の方法。
- ユーザーがエアロゾル発生デバイスを始動させた場合、エアロゾル発生デバイスを加熱操作モードに設定することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13乃至19いずれか1項記載の方法。
- サセプタ装置を含む物品がエアロゾル発生デバイスに挿入された場合、エアロゾル発生デバイスを加熱操作モードに設定することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13乃至20いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記サセプタ装置によって加熱される交換可能な物品がエアロゾル発生デバイスに挿入された場合、エアロゾル発生デバイスを加熱操作モードに設定することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13乃至21いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 移動センサ出力がエアロゾル発生デバイスの意図した使用を示している場合、エアロゾル発生デバイスを加熱操作モードに設定することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13乃至22いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 少なくとも、
サセプタ装置を誘導加熱してエアロゾル発生材を加熱して加熱操作モードでエアロゾルを発生させるためのインダクタ素子を含む共振回路を含むエアロゾル発生デバイスであって、このエアロゾル発生デバイスの操作モードを加熱操作モードまたは電力節約操作モードに設定すること、および
加熱操作モードに設定した時は、エアロゾル発生デバイスの駆動回路を有効にし、または、電力節約操作モードに設定した時は、駆動回路を無効にして、駆動回路の少なくとも一部が電力節約操作モードで電力源から切断されるように、電力モード切り替え部を制御することを装置に実行させる命令を含むコンピュータプログラム。
