Description

-微小電極の組を組織内に同時または連続的に挿入することと、
-放射手段、特にCTまたはX線により微小電極を識別することを含み、
一意のパターンは電極本体の遠位端の近傍、特に、遠位端からの距離が電極本体の長さの10%以下、特に5%以下、最も好ましくは2%以下の位置に配置される。本発明の好ましい態様によると、一意のパターンは、電極本体に繰り返し配置されないか、または、繰り返し配置される場合には、前記組の各電極本体に一意の繰り替えし数で配置される。
Claims (14)
- 神経組織または内分泌組織から選択される軟組織に埋め込まれた微小電極をコンピュータ断層撮影(CT)及びX線から選択される放射手段により識別可能とする金属パターンを備える、各々100μmまでの直径を有する2本以上の微小電極の組であって、
細長い導電性の電極本体を備える微小電極において、
前記電極本体は、前記微小電極の遠位端から延在するセクションまたは遠位端の近くに配置されたセクションである、周囲軟組織との電気的接触をもたらす遠位セクション、を提供する接触部を備え、
前記パターンは金属を含有する3つ以上のセクションを備え、
前記セクションは前記電極本体の長手方向に延在し、前記電極本体上、および/または、前記電極本体においてポリマー材料からなる非導電性コートにより覆われた部分の上に配置され、
前記パターンは、前記遠位端からの距離が前記電極本体の長さの10%以下の前記電極本体の遠位端の近傍に配置され、
前記パターンは、前記微小電極本体の遠位部を覆うポリマー材料からなる第1の非導電性コート上に配置され、
前記セクションはポリマー材料からなる第2の非導電性コートにより更に覆われており、または、
前記パターンは、前記電極本体上に配置され、ポリマー材料からなる前記非導電性コートにより覆われている、
微小電極の組。 - セクションは、ポリマー内に分散された金属粒子により形成される、請求項1に記載の微小電極の組。
- セクションは、金属層により形成される、請求項1に記載の微小電極の組。
- セクションは、前記電極本体を囲んで延在する環状である、請求項3に記載の微小電極の組。
- 前記金属は、金、白金、銅、クロム、イリジウム、タングステン、ステンレス鋼などの貴金属なる群より選ばれる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の微小電極の組。
- 前記電極本体は円柱状である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の微小電極の組。
- 前記電極本体は、5μm~50μmの厚さを有し、
前記金属層は、2μm~30μmの厚さを有する、請求項3に記載の微小電極の組。 - セクションは、1mmまたは2mm以上の軸方向延在部を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の微小電極の組。
- 前記パターンは、そのセクション間の軸方向距離が異なる、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の微小電極の組。
- 水性体液内で溶解可能または膨潤可能な材料のマトリックスに包含される、請求項9に記載の微小電極の組。
- 前記マトリックスは、近位端と遠位端を有し、遠位端に向かって先細りする円柱状である、請求項10に記載の微小電極の組。
- 前記電極本体は、ポリマーバルジまたはコートが設けられた遠位末端部と、前記ポリマーバルジまたはコートの近位端とポリマー材料の前記非導電性コート、ポリマー材料の前記第1の非導電性コート、又はポリマー材料の前記第2の非導電性コートのいずれか1つの前記遠位端との間に延在する非絶縁部とを備える、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の微小電極の組。
- 5本の微小電極を備え、そのうちの4本の微小電極が、中央微小電極の周囲に対称的に配置され、前記電極本体には前記遠位端においてポリマーガイド要素が設けられている、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の微小電極の組。
- 前記中央微小電極の前記ポリマーガイド要素は、前記電極本体に回転対称に取り付けられ、前記中央微小電極の周囲に対称的に配置される前記4本の微小電極の前記ポリマーガイド要素は、前記電極本体に非回転対称に取り付けられる、請求項13に記載の微小電極の組。
