Description
本実施形態において、低屈折層30は、図3に示すように、複数のパーティクル(PT)、パーティクル(PT)を包含して全体が一つに連結されたマトリクスMX、及びボイドVDを含む。パーティクルPTは、低屈折層30の屈折率及び機械的強度を調節するフィラー(filler)である。

Claims (40)
- 導光板と、
前記導光板上に配置されて前記導光板よりも小さい屈折率を有する低屈折層と、
前記低屈折層と前記導光板との間に配置されて前記低屈折層よりも小さい厚さを有する低屈折下部層と、
前記低屈折層上に配置された波長変換層と、を含み、
前記低屈折下部層は、SiOx及びSiNxのうちの少なくとも一つを含み、
前記低屈折下部層の下面は前記導光板の上面に接し、前記低屈折下部層の上面は前記低屈折層の下面に接し、
前記低屈折下部層の屈折率は、前記低屈折層の屈折率よりも大きく、
前記導光板と前記低屈折層との屈折率の差は、0.2以上であり、
前記導光板の入光面は前記導光板の側面であることを特徴とする光学部材。 - 前記低屈折下部層は、屈折率1.3~1.7の低屈折物質または屈折率1.5~2.2の高屈折物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学部材。
- 前記低屈折下部層は、前記導光板上に配置された第1低屈折下部層、及び前記第1低屈折下部層上に配置された第2低屈折下部層を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光学部材。
- 前記第1低屈折下部層及び前記第2低屈折下部層のうちのいずれか一つは前記低屈折物質を含み、他の一つは前記高屈折物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光学部材。
- 前記第1低屈折下部層の厚さ及び前記第2低屈折下部層の厚さは、それぞれ0.2μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の光学部材。
- 前記低屈折物質はSiOxであり、前記高屈折物質はSiNxであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の光学部材。
- 前記低屈折層はボイドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学部材。
- 前記低屈折層の屈折率は、1.2~1.3であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学部材。
- 前記低屈折層の厚さは、0.8μm~1.2μmであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の光学部材。
- 前記波長変換層の上部に配置された波長変換上部層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学部材。
- 前記波長変換上部層の下面は前記導光板の上面に平行であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の光学部材。
- 前記波長変換上部層はSiOxまたはSiNxを含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の光学部材。
- 前記波長変換上部層は、前記波長変換層上に配置された第1波長変換上部層、及び前記第1波長変換上部層上に配置された第2波長変換上部層を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の光学部材。
- 前記第1波長変換上部層及び前記第2波長変換上部層のうちのいずれか一つは透明有機物質を含み、他の一つはSiOx及びSiNxのいずれかを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の光学部材。
- 前記第1波長変換上部層はSiOxを含み、前記第2波長変換上部層は透明有機物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の光学部材。
- 前記第1波長変換上部層及び前記第2波長変換上部層のうちのいずれか一つはSiOxを含み、他の一つはSiNxを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の光学部材。
- 前記波長変換上部層は、前記第2波長変換上部層上に第3波長変換上部層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の光学部材。
- 前記第1波長変換上部層は透明有機物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の光学部材。
- 前記第2波長変換上部層及び前記第3波長変換上部層のうちのいずれか一つはSiOxを含み、他の一つはSiNxを含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の光学部材。
- 前記導光板はガラスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学部材。
- 前記導光板の上面は前記低屈折層の下面に平行であることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の光学部材。
- 導光板と、
前記導光板上に配置されて前記導光板よりも小さい屈折率を有する低屈折層と、
前記低屈折層上に配置された波長変換層と、
前記低屈折層と前記導光板との間に配置されて前記低屈折層よりも小さい厚さを有する低屈折下部層と、
前記低屈折層と前記波長変換層との間に配置された低屈折上部層と、を含み、
前記低屈折下部層は、SiOx及びSiNxのうちの少なくとも一つを含み、
前記低屈折下部層の下面は前記導光板の上面に接し、前記低屈折下部層の上面は前記低屈折層の下面に接し、
前記低屈折下部層の屈折率は、前記低屈折層の屈折率よりも大きく、
前記導光板と前記低屈折層との屈折率の差は、0.2以上であり、
前記導光板の入光面は前記導光板の側面であることを特徴とする光学部材。 - 前記低屈折下部層は、前記導光板上に配置された第1低屈折下部層、及び前記第1低屈折下部層上に配置された第2低屈折下部層を含むことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の光学部材。
- 前記第1低屈折下部層の厚さ及び前記第2低屈折下部層の厚さは、それぞれ0.2μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の光学部材。
- 前記低屈折上部層はSiOx及びSiNxのうちの少なくとも一つを含み、前記低屈折上部層の屈折率は前記低屈折層の屈折率よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の光学部材。
- 前記低屈折上部層は、前記低屈折層上に配置された第1低屈折上部層、及び前記第1低屈折上部層上に配置された第2低屈折上部層を含むことを特徴とする請求項25に記載の光学部材。
- 前記第1低屈折上部層の厚さ及び前記第2低屈折上部層の厚さは、それぞれ0.2μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の光学部材。
- 前記波長変換層の上部に配置された波長変換上部層をさらに含み、前記波長変換上部層はSiOx及びSiNxのうちの少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の光学部材。
- 前記波長変換上部層は、前記波長変換層上に配置された第1波長変換上部層、及び前記第1波長変換上部層上に配置された第2波長変換上部層を含むことを特徴とする請求項28に記載の光学部材。
- 前記第1波長変換上部層及び前記第2波長変換上部層のうちのいずれか一つは透明有機物質を含み、他の一つはSiOx及びSiNxのいずれかを含むことを特徴とする請求項29に記載の光学部材。
- 前記第1波長変換上部層はSiOxを含み、前記第2波長変換上部層は透明有機物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項30に記載の光学部材。
- 前記波長変換上部層は、前記第2波長変換上部層上に第3波長変換上部層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項29に記載の光学部材。
- 導光板、前記導光板上に配置されて前記導光板よりも小さい屈折率を有する低屈折層、前記低屈折層と前記導光板との間に配置されて前記低屈折層よりも小さい厚さを有する低屈折下部層、及び前記低屈折層上に配置された波長変換層を含む光学部材と、
前記導光板の少なくとも一側に配置された光源と、
光学部材の上部に配置された表示パネルと、を備え、
前記低屈折下部層は、SiOx及びSiNxのうちの少なくとも一つを含み、
前記低屈折下部層の下面は前記導光板の上面に接し、前記低屈折下部層の上面は前記低屈折層の下面に接し、
前記低屈折下部層の屈折率は、前記低屈折層の屈折率よりも大きく、
前記導光板と前記低屈折層との屈折率の差は、0.2以上であり、
前記導光板の入光面は前記導光板の側面であることを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記低屈折下部層は、前記導光板上に配置された第1低屈折下部層、及び前記第1低屈折下部層上に配置された第2低屈折下部層を含むことを特徴とする請求項33に記載の表示装置。
- 前記波長変換層の上部に配置された波長変換上部層をさらに含み、前記波長変換上部層はSiOx及びSiNxのうちの少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項33に記載の表示装置。
- 前記波長変換上部層は、前記波長変換層上に配置された第1波長変換上部層、及び前記第1波長変換上部層上に配置された第2波長変換上部層を含むことを特徴とする請求項35に記載の表示装置。
- 前記波長変換上部層は、前記第2波長変換上部層上に第3波長変換上部層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項36に記載の表示装置。
- 前記光学部材は、前記波長変換層と前記低屈折層との間に配置された低屈折上部層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項33に記載の表示装置。
- 前記低屈折上部層はSiOx及びSiNxのうちの少なくとも一つを含み、前記低屈折上部層の屈折率は前記低屈折層の屈折率よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項38に記載の表示装置。
- 前記波長変換層の上部に配置された波長変換上部層をさらに含み、前記波長変換上部層はSiOxまたはSiNxを含むことを特徴とする請求項39に記載の表示装置。
