Claims (16)
- 製造サイトにおける少なくとも一部のシミュレーションモデルに基づいて、前記製造サイトにおける前記少なくとも一部の運転を模擬するシミュレーション部と、
前記製造サイトにおける前記少なくとも一部の実際の運転をモニタするモニタ部と、
前記模擬された運転と前記実際の運転との間の差分に基づいて、前記シミュレーションモデルを校正する校正部と、
前記シミュレーションモデルを校正したことに応じて、前記製造サイトの生産計画を生成するために用いられる計画モデルを更新する更新部と、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記シミュレーション部は、前記製造サイトにおける前記少なくとも一部の、前記生産計画に従ったスケジュールでの運転を模擬する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記計画モデルは線形計画モデルである、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記更新部は、前記線形計画モデルに用いられる1次式における少なくとも1つの係数を更新する、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記計画モデルおよび前記シミュレーションモデルは共通するパラメータを有し、前記更新部は、前記共通するパラメータに対応する前記少なくとも1つの係数を更新する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記シミュレーション部は、前記校正された前記シミュレーションモデルに、前記計画モデルを更新するための更新用パラメータを入力して前記製造サイトにおける前記少なくとも一部の運転を模擬し、
前記更新部は、前記更新用パラメータを用いたシミュレーション結果に基づいて、前記計画モデルを更新する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記シミュレーションモデルは定常状態モデルである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記シミュレーション部は、前記製造サイトにおける1つのプロセスユニットの運転を模擬する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記シミュレーション部は、前記製造サイトにおける複数のプロセスユニットのグループの運転を模擬する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記校正部は、前記差分が予め定められた閾値を超える場合に、前記シミュレーションモデルを校正する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記シミュレーションモデルにおいて校正されたパラメータに基づいて、前記製造サイトにおける前記少なくとも一部の劣化または改善を検出する検出部を更に備える、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記生産計画と前記実際の運転との間の差分に基づいて、前記計画モデルのストラクチャを変更すべきか否かを判定する判定部を更に備える、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記製造サイトは、原油を精製して複数の石油製品を製造する製油所を含む、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記製造サイトにおける前記少なくとも一部は、常圧蒸留装置、減圧蒸留装置、ナフサ水素化脱硫装置、接触改質装置、脱ベンゼン装置、灯油水素化脱硫装置、ディーゼル脱硫装置、重油脱硫装置、流動接触分解装置、FCCガソリン脱硫装置、熱分解装置、水素化分解装置、または、アスファルト製造装置の少なくともいずれかを含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 製造サイトにおける少なくとも一部のシミュレーションモデルに基づいて、前記製造サイトにおける前記少なくとも一部の運転を模擬することと、
前記製造サイトにおける前記少なくとも一部の実際の運転をモニタすることと、
前記模擬された運転と前記実際の運転との間の差分に基づいて、前記シミュレーションモデルを校正することと、
前記シミュレーションモデルを校正したことに応じて、前記製造サイトの生産計画を生成するために用いられる計画モデルを更新することと、
