- 前記少なくとも1つの先端レールポケット(270)は、前記先端レール冷却インサート(280)と係合するための少なくとも4つの表面(312A~E)を含む、請求項1に記載のタービンブレード先端冷却システム(200)。
- 複数の先端レールポケット(270)と、前記複数の先端レールポケット(270)の各々に取り付けられた先端レール冷却インサート(280)とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のタービンブレード先端冷却システム(200)。
- 前記複数の先端レールポケット(270)の少なくとも2つは、同じ幾何学的形状および寸法を有する、請求項4に記載のタービンブレード先端冷却システム(200)。

先端空洞(155)、前記先端空洞(155)の少なくとも一部を囲む先端レール(150)、および冷却剤を送達するように構成された少なくとも1つの内部冷却空洞(174)を有するタービンブレード(115)を設けることであって、前記先端レール(150)は、内側レール表面(157)、外側レール表面(159)、および端部表面(160、288)を有することと、
前記先端レール(150)の前記端部表面(160、288)に先端レールポケット(270)を形成することであって、前記先端レールポケット(270)は、前記少なくとも1つの内部冷却空洞(174)と流体連通する先端ポケット冷却剤開口部(290)を含むことと、
前記先端ポケット冷却剤開口部(290)と流体連通するように構成された冷却剤収集プレナム(284)、および前記冷却剤収集プレナム(284)と流体連通する少なくとも1つのインサート冷却チャネル(180)を有する先端レール冷却インサート(280)を形成することであって、前記先端レール冷却インサート(280)は、前記先端レールポケット(270)に係合するようなサイズおよび形状であることと、
前記先端レール冷却インサート(280)を前記先端レールポケット(270)に取り付け、前記冷却剤収集プレナム(284)を前記内部冷却空洞(174)に流体接続することと
