上記芯保護パイプが外面を内接した状態で摺接しながら挿通する内径を前後方向に伸びる全長で有し上記テーパーから突出する外側パイプを具備し、
上記芯保護パイプは上記外側パイプに挿通された状態で自重により前後動可能に設けられ、
上記芯保護パイプの後端には上記芯保護パイプが前進した際、上記外側パイプから抜け出さないよう上記外側パイプの後部に当接する当接部が設けられている
