Description
The present invention relates to a painted object, and for example, to a painted object with a spotted pattern suitable for use as a kitchen, bathroom, vanity, top plate of furniture, wall material, door surface material, etc.
Top plates used in kitchens and bathroom vanities can be used with the surface of the base material or molded product exposed as is, or the surface can be painted and decorated with colors, patterns, etc. things are being used.
Painted objects with patterns exposed through such painting are described, for example, in Patent Documents 1 and 2.
The coated article described in Patent Document 1 includes a colored base paint layer coated on the surface of a base material and a multicolored pattern layer coated with colored paint in spots. Here, the colored base paint layer has the same color as the spotted pattern layer, specifically, the color tone of the colored base paint layer is lighter than that of the spotted pattern layer.
In addition, Patent Document 2 discloses that after applying a transparent paint to the surface of metal or glass, a high viscosity paint is forcibly sprayed with a spray gun to create an irregular pattern with a mixture of fine lines and dots. The painted object is shown.
The painted object described in Patent Document 1 is intended to improve the design by unifying the balance of the color tone between the colored base paint layer and the spotted pattern.
However, in this painted product, colors such as light gray and light brown are used for the colored base paint layer, while colors such as white, ivory, gray, and dark gray are used for the colored multicolored pattern layer, resulting in the above-mentioned light color. It is simply a co-color that satisfies the relationship. Therefore, there is no difference in contrast between the color tone of the spotted pattern and the colored base paint layer, and the appearance or existence of the spotted pattern tends to be weak, and the overall design is monotonous. do not have. Moreover, even if the speckled pattern is colorful, it does not contribute to the design of the painted object, such as a sense of depth and depth.
In addition, in Patent Document 2, the difference in material between the patterned part and the non-patterned part is exposed, but it does not provide a painted object with a design that has a sense of depth and depth. is not.
[Purpose of the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a painted object that can express a sense of depth and depth.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a coated product that can produce a contrast in shadows and clarify the existence of a pattern even when the colors to be laminated match each other in tone.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention employs the configuration described in the claims. Specifically, spots painted on the surface of objects made of artificial marble, resin-molded boards, or wooden boards, and used as kitchens, bathrooms, wash basins, furniture tops, or door panels. The convex portions constituting the spotted pattern have a size of 1 mm 2 to 50 mm 2 and a thickness or height of 5 μm to 70 μm,
The color difference ΔE between the colored layer and the speckled pattern is 25 or less when measured with a color difference measuring device by coating paint of the color of the speckled pattern and the color of the colored layer on white concealing paper to a thickness of 40 μm. and the total light transmittance of the colored layer is 5% to 70% when measured with a turbidity meter after coating a glass plate with a thickness of 2.7 mm with a paint of the color of the colored layer,
A configuration is adopted in which the surface of the object to be coated and the spotted pattern are visible through the colored layer.
When ΔE is 25 or less, the colored layer matches the color tone of the spotted pattern. If ΔE exceeds 25, the color difference will be too large and the image will not look calm.
Furthermore, "visible" means that the total light transmittance is 5 to 70% when a colored layer is applied to glass with a total light transmittance of about 90%.

Furthermore, the present invention is applied to the surface of an object to be coated, which is made of artificial marble, a resin-molded board, or a wooden board, and which is used as a kitchen, bathroom, washstand, furniture top plate, or door surface material. Spotted pattern and
A painted object comprising the surface of the object to be painted and a colored layer painted on the surface of the spotted pattern,
The convex portions constituting the spotted pattern have a size of 1 mm 2 to 50 mm 2 and a thickness or height of 5 μm to 70 μm,
The colored layer is a sample of the colored layer, which is obtained by painting a paint of the color of the colored layer on white concealing paper and drying it so that the color difference ΔE from the painted object seen through the colored layer is 40 μm thick; The color difference is 20 or less when measured using the color difference measuring device according to claim 1, using the surface of the painted object as the measurement surface.
When ΔE is 20 or less, the colored layer "matches the color tone of the painted object".
In addition, it is preferable that the surface of the object to be painted be constructed by applying a coating. The surface of the painted object may be provided with a matte finish. Moreover, the surface can also be painted using a metallic paint to which metal particles are added.
Furthermore, a configuration may be adopted in which a transparent layer is further provided on the surface of the colored layer.
According to the present invention, the color tone of the colored layer is matched to the spotted pattern, and the surface of the object to be coated and the spotted pattern can be seen through the colored layer, thereby creating a sense of depth and depth as a whole. be able to.
In addition, if the colored layer is configured so that the color tone of the painted object seen through the colored layer matches, the difference in contrast due to the difference in color tone between the surface of the object to be painted and the spotted pattern will be alleviated, and the overall effect will be improved. It is possible to obtain a painted object with a uniform color tone.
Furthermore, if the surface of the object to be painted is painted, the color tones can be adjusted in various ways, and a variety of designs can be expected. Furthermore, for example, when the surface is coated with a metallic paint to which metal particles such as aluminum are added, it is possible to obtain a coated article with a high quality texture and sparkling brightness.
Furthermore, according to the structure in which a transparent layer is provided, it is possible to protect the colored layer and to express a design with a wet color added to the appearance.
In addition, in a configuration in which the painted object is applied to a top plate, wall surface material, etc., it can effectively contribute to improving the overall texture of a kitchen or the like to which the top plate or the like is applied.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the patterned painted object 10 includes a plate-shaped object to be painted 11, a convex spot pattern 12 painted on the surface of the object to be painted 11, and the object to be painted 11 and It is composed of a transparent colored layer 14 painted to cover the surface of the spotted pattern 12, and a transparent layer 15 painted on the surface of the colored layer 14. The thickness of each layer of the coated product shown in FIG. 1 is shown for the purpose of facilitating understanding of the specification, and the actual thickness is determined within the range of numerical values described below.
The object to be painted 11 is composed of a plate-
The artificial marble constituting the
The preferred thickness of the
In this embodiment, the
Note that, in addition to metallic paints, the base layer can also be provided using paints colored with various colored pigments. As this paint, one in which a resin component and a coloring pigment are mixed and dispersed in a solvent such as thinner or water can be suitably used.As the resin component, for example, polyester resin, acrylic resin, alkyd resin, epoxy resin, Thermoplastic resins and thermosetting resins such as urethane resin, fluororesin, and silicone resin can be used.
In this embodiment, the
Note that the
The spotted pattern 12 is provided by coating with a paint in which a resin component and a colored pigment are mixed and dispersed in a solvent such as thinner or water. This speckled pattern 12 is provided in the entire in-plane area of the
In the illustrated example, the speckled pattern 12 is shown as having independent protrusions one by one, but in reality, the protrusions may overlap or may be connected in the plane direction.
Although it is preferable to apply the spotted pattern 12 using a spray gun, the present invention is not limited to this, and other coating means using a roller or the like may also be used. For example, a method may be adopted in which a masking sheet having a large number of holes corresponding to the convex portions is placed on the
The viscosity of the paint for the speckled pattern 12 is adjusted using a viscosity cup NK-2 manufactured by Anest Iwata Co., Ltd. so that the dropping time is 9 seconds to 12 seconds. Thereby, when applying the speckled pattern 12 using a spray gun, it is possible to easily form convex portions having the above-mentioned size and height. Note that in order to form large convex portions, it is preferable to adjust the time to 12 seconds to 18 seconds.
The colored layer 14 is formed by coating with a paint matching the color tone of the spotted pattern 12. As the paint used for the colored layer 14, thermoplastic resins or thermosetting resins such as transparent acrylic resins, urethane resins, fluororesins, silicone resins, etc. colored with coloring pigments can be used. Further, the coloring pigment may be any coloring pigment as long as it can color the resin component, and various coloring pigments can be used.
Note that the colored layer 14 may be configured so that the color tone of the colored layer matches the color tone of the painted object seen through the colored layer.
The transparent layer 15 can be provided if necessary, and is formed by applying a clear paint using acrylic, urethane, silicone resin, etc., and thereby protects the surface of the colored layer 14. At the same time, it is now possible to add a wet color. In this embodiment, a clear paint to which

Next, examples will be described.
[Example 1]
An artificial marble plate with a thickness of 10 mm is used as a base material, and a metallic paint (product name: Stron TXL No. 30 1-minute gloss (hereinafter referred to as "Cashew paint") manufactured by Cashew Co., Ltd.) is applied to the surface of this base material. ” was applied to form the base layer.
The base layer was applied using a spray gun using Iwata Viscosity Cup NK-2, with the viscosity adjusted to a cup viscosity of about 10 seconds with thinner.
After the base layer has dried and hardened, cashew paint is mixed on its surface in the following proportions: 42 parts by weight of black (improved), 6 parts by weight of white (improved), 30 parts by weight of red (improved), and 80 parts by weight of yellow (improved). The obtained "dark brown" paint was adjusted to a viscosity of about 10 seconds with thinner and applied with a spray gun.
By adjusting the amount of air in the spray gun, a spotted pattern with a size of 2 mm 2 to 30 mm 2 and a thickness (height) of 5 μm to 50 μm was formed.
Next, a "dark gray" paint obtained by mixing 100 parts by weight of cashew paint black (improved) and 50 parts by weight of white (improved) was applied to the base layer and the surface of the spotted pattern to a viscosity of 10. A colored layer was formed by adjusting it with thinner in about seconds and painting with a spray gun.
The color difference ΔE between the "dark brown" of the spotted pattern and the "dark gray" of the colored layer is 8.24. To measure this color difference, "dark brown" and "dark gray" paints are applied to a white concealing paper to a thickness of 40 μm (after drying), and then the coating is applied using a measuring device manufactured by Nippon Denshoku Industries Co., Ltd.: This was done by measuring with ZE-6000.
Moreover, the thickness of the colored layer was adjusted so that the total light transmittance (Tt) was different. To measure this total light transmittance, multiple samples were formed by coating a glass plate with a thickness of 2.7 mm (total light transmittance 89.8%) with the above-mentioned colored layer paint, and the same samples were The measurement was carried out using a turbidity meter NDH-2000 manufactured by the company.
Visual observation of the obtained painted product revealed that the colored layer having a total light transmittance in the range of 5% to 70% had a sense of depth and a deep appearance. If it is less than 5%, the recesses between the patterns become invisible, while if it exceeds 70%, the color of the recesses becomes visible as is, making it impossible to obtain a sufficient change in overall color tone and sense of depth.
In addition, although a transparent layer is not provided in Example 1, if the transparent layer is provided, the colored layer can be protected, and it is easy to add wet color to the appearance and improve the design. It can be estimated that
[Example 2]
The same artificial marble as in Example 1 was used as a base material, and the same base layer as in Example 1 was formed on the surface of this base material.
After the base layer has dried and hardened, apply a "gray" paint on its surface to a viscosity of about 10 seconds using cashew paint, prepared by mixing 50 parts by weight of black (improved) and 50 parts by weight of white (improved), with thinner. By adjusting the amount of air in the spray gun, a spotted pattern having the same size and thickness (height) as in Example 1 was formed.
Next, a colored layer was formed using the "dark gray" paint shown in Example 1 so as to cover the base layer and the surface of the spotted pattern.
In the measurement results using the same measuring device as in Example 1, the color difference ΔE between the above "gray" and "dark gray" was 24.9.
The total light transmittance of the colored layer was also adjusted in the same manner as in Example 1.
In this Example 2 as well, it was possible to obtain the same sense of depth and depth as in Example 1 in the colored layer having a total light transmittance in the range of 5% to 70%.
In addition, when painting with a color in which the color difference ΔE between the base layer and the spotted pattern exceeds 25, for example, a "dark gray" spotted pattern and a "brown" colored layer, a "brown" spotted pattern and a " It was observed that the color difference was too large in the "gray" colored layer, etc., and it did not give a calm feeling.
[Example 3]
The same artificial marble as in Example 1 was mixed with 2 parts by weight of cashew paint black (improved), 124 parts by weight of white (improved), 30 parts by weight of red (improved), and 80 parts by weight of yellow (improved). The "light brown" paint thus obtained was applied with a spray gun, and the "gray" speckled pattern layer and the "dark brown" colored layer were formed thereon to obtain a coated product A.
When the obtained coated product A was visually and sensory evaluated, it was found that it had a sense of depth and a design with a sense of depth.
The color difference between the above-mentioned painted object A and the colored layer was measured as follows.
A colored layer sample B was prepared by applying a "dark brown" paint to a white concealing paper to a thickness of 40 μm (after drying) and drying it. The color difference ΔE was measured using the same measuring device as in Example 1 using the surfaces of sample B and coated object A as measurement surfaces. The obtained color difference ΔE was 18.8.
Furthermore, when a coated article with a "brown" spotted pattern and a "dark gray" colored layer was formed and subjected to visual and sensory evaluation, no sense of depth or depth could be felt. When this was measured in the same manner using the above-mentioned measuring device, the color difference ΔE was 21.1.
As is clear from this result, a coated article with good design can be provided in a relationship in which the color tone of the colored layer and the coated article seen through the colored layer match.
