Description

The present disclosure relates to a cylindrical outer bag, and particularly to a cylindrical outer bag that wraps a plurality of products while keeping the relative positional relationship of the products fixed to form a bundle. The present disclosure also provides a product-containing outer bag in which a product is wrapped in a cylindrical outer bag, and a rolled-up product of the product-containing outer bag obtained by rolling, casing, or winding the product-containing outer bag with a flat cross section; Concerning folded items. Furthermore, the present disclosure relates to a manufacturing method thereof and a method for supplying a bag for taking out a bag as a product from an outer bag containing a product.

Generally, the form of packaging products intended for sale directly is called primary packaging. Secondary packaging is a form of packaging a product in the form of primary packaging into a box or bag according to a predetermined quantity. Goods are delivered to consumers in the form of primary packaging or secondary packaging. Furthermore, tertiary packaging refers to a form in which secondary packaging products are placed in packaging boxes or the like for purposes such as bulk handling, warehousing, and transportation according to a predetermined quantity. Furthermore, a product that has been packaged in primary packaging may be packaged in tertiary packaging instead of in secondary packaging.

。 For example, after wrapping the cylindrical side of a small cylindrical roll (corresponding to the "product") around a packaging film, the sides of the packaging film are heat-sealed, and then the cylindrical roll is placed on the top and bottom sides of the cylinder. There is a technique for primary packaging small rolls by closing and heat-sealing packaging films (see, for example, FIGS. 24 to 29 of Patent Document 1).

Note that for bag manufacturers, the products they sell are bags that serve as packaging materials (for example, see Patent Document 2). If the bag is a product for which it is intended, the bag should be referred to as a "product" to distinguish it from products that are not packaging materials (normal products, hereinafter also referred to as non-packaging material products). There is. Moreover, the packaging that encloses the bag is sometimes called an outer bag.

Before a bag with a fitting device containing a non-packaging material product is displayed at a retail store, it first goes through the following steps: (1) bag making process: the bag manufacturer manufactures the bag body and then stores it in an outer bag; ) Transportation process 1: Deliver the bag to the manufacturer of the non-packaging material product, (3) Bag supply process: Remove the bag from the outer bag, (4) Filling process: Fill the bag with the non-packaging material product, (5) Transportation process 2: The usual route is to transport non-packaged material products filled into bags to retail stores and then to general consumers.

The conventional bag making process was performed using the following steps. That is, bags with fittings, which are products made by a bag making machine, are once stocked in a container such as a tray, and then manually bound into a certain number of bags. The products, which are bundled into a certain number of bags with fittings, are fixed with a binding means such as a rubber band, and then placed in an outer bag with a fitting. Closed. Furthermore, a plurality of outer bags with fittings are packed into a box. The box is covered with a waterproof film to prevent dust and dirt from adhering to it or to prevent water from entering the box before being shipped. All of these processes required manual labor.

Furthermore, the conventional bag feeding process was performed according to the following procedure. In other words, in order for a manufacturer of non-packaging material products to fill a bag with a fitting, the waterproof film is removed, the outer bag is removed from the box, the fitting is removed from the outer bag, and the product is bundled. The bags with fittings are taken out, the binding means such as rubber bands are removed, and the bags with fittings are returned to their individual state. All of these processes also required manual labor.

Furthermore, the conventional filling process was performed according to the following procedure. That is, the individual bags with fittings are supplied to the bag supply section of the filling machine. This process also required human hands. The bags with fittings are taken out one by one from the bag supply section of the filling machine, opened, and filled with non-packaging material products. This step is performed by a filling machine.

However, in the bag-making process, the speed and accuracy of the bag filling process depended on the ability of each person performing the process, so the speed of the packaging bag production line was adjusted to match the processing capacity of each person. , I also need a break. As a result, productivity decreased, productivity tended to become unstable, and production efficiency was poor. Furthermore, the number of bags stored on the tray is limited due to the location of the storage and the instability of stacking, and a large space is required. Furthermore, it was time-consuming and labor-intensive to fasten the tied bag with a rubber band when putting it into the outer bag, open and close the fitting when putting it into the outer bag, pack it into a box, and apply a waterproof film. .

In addition, in the bag supply process, the outer bag packed in a box with a waterproof film was taken out, the fitting was removed, the rubber bands, etc. were removed, and the bag with the fitting was returned to its individual state, but all of this was done manually. It was necessary. In particular, bags with fittings were bent and bent by rubber bands, etc., and had to be returned to a flat shape, but all of this work was done manually. Furthermore, the bags with fittings that were in contact with the rubber bands or the like were sometimes wrinkled, and sometimes had holes. In this way, work errors and product losses were likely to occur frequently. Furthermore, every time you finish setting a bag with a fitting in the filling machine, you have to go back to the process of opening the fitting for the next outer bag and repeat the process manually, which takes time and effort. was. As a result, labor costs increased, costs increased, and work errors were inevitable. In addition, due to the labor shortage, it was difficult to secure human resources, which further increased costs.

Furthermore, the outer bag needs to be made into a bag itself, which requires the same effort and cost as bag products. In addition, various types of outer bags must be stored together with waterproof films and must be managed in a warehouse, which is very costly and time-consuming.

Furthermore, since the waterproof film, shipping box, and outer bag are discarded after the filling process, a large amount of resources are wasted.

In addition, because the binding, outer bagging, boxing, opening of the box, and outer bagging were performed manually, there was a risk that human-caused stains would adhere.

Therefore, the present disclosure aims to (1) speed up the packaging bag manufacturing line by saving human labor, stabilize the production speed, and eliminate manufacturing losses due to human errors. (2) Manpower-saving, resource-saving, and resource-saving measures that reduce costs and suppress deterioration in the quality of the bag body; and (2) prevent cost increases due to the production and storage of outer bags, as well as save time and effort in managing them. A cylindrical outer bag with a fitting that combines space, low cost, and good hygiene, a cylindrical outer bag, a product-filled outer bag, a roll of a product-filled outer bag, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for supplying the bag. The purpose is to provide

In the method for manufacturing an outer bag containing a product according to the present invention, in the step A, one of the base materials is prepared, in the step B, the base material is spread horizontally, and in the step C, the base material is flattened. The bag is placed in the form of a sheet, and in the step D, the edges of both ends of the base material in the width direction are placed on the stacked surface of the bag and are releasably sealed, bonded, or heat welded. is preferred. The bag body can be easily wrapped with an outer bag in the form of a gassho paste, and it is also easy to perform peelable sealing, adhesion, or heat welding. Therefore, it is easy to manufacture using a device with a simple structure.

Further, in the method for manufacturing an outer bag containing a product according to the present invention, in the step A, two of the base materials are prepared, and in the step B, one of the base materials is spread horizontally, and the other of the base materials is , spread horizontally above one of the base materials, and in the step C, one of the base materials is made into a flat sheet, and both ends of one of the base materials in the width direction are on the left side of the bag. The bag body is placed on one of the base materials so as to be located on the end side and the right side end side, and in the step D, the other base material is placed on the bag body, and the bag body is placed on the base material. It is preferable to join one of the two and the other of the base materials. The bag can be placed inside the outer bag by simply placing two base materials one above the other, placing the bag between them, and closing the bag.

In the method for manufacturing an outer bag containing a product according to the present invention, it is preferable that the partition is a partition fitting. By using a detachable fitting as a partition, the partition can be easily formed or the partition can be eliminated.

In the method for manufacturing an outer bag containing a product according to the present invention, it is preferable that the partition is a peelable seal portion, an adhesive portion, or a heat-welded portion between the facing base materials. It is possible to reliably partition the bag that is the product. Further, formation of partitions is also easy. The partition is obtained by thermally welding the opposing base materials to each other, but forming a thermally welded portion using a heat sealer whose temperature is set within a temperature range that does not cause fusing.

The method for manufacturing an outer bag containing a product according to the present invention further includes the step of cutting the partition into parts to obtain an outer bag containing a product containing a plurality of stacked bags in one row. is preferred. Outer bags, which are products stored in two or more rows, can be separated for each row and handled separately.

In the method for manufacturing an outer bag containing a product according to the present invention, in the third step or the C step, a part of the bag body is overlapped on the base material along the longitudinal direction of the base material. The fourth step or After the step D, it is preferable to further include a partition forming step of providing a second partition in the outer bag containing the product at a location corresponding to the non-arranging portion. There are cases where it is desired to manage a plurality of bags that are products, which are stacked continuously or intermittently in at least two rows so that some of the bags overlap, in units of a predetermined number, for example, 100 bags. In such a case, it becomes easy to arrange a predetermined number of bags between the second partition and the second partition next to it.

In the method for manufacturing an outer bag containing a product according to the present invention, it is preferable that the second partition is formed by peelable sealing, adhesion, or heat welding of the facing base materials. It is possible to reliably partition the bag that is the product. Further, formation of partitions is also easy. With reference to FIG. 21, a method of forming the second partition (thermal welding part) 41 using an exemplary heat sealer 43 will be described. The heat sealer 43 heat-welds the facing base materials to each other, but the temperature is set within a temperature range that does not cause melt-cutting. The heat sealer 43 is brought into contact with the base material at the timing when the non-arranging part 40 of the bag body arrives due to the flow in the length direction of the cylindrical shape, thereby forming the second partition (thermal welding part) 41.

In the method for manufacturing an outer bag containing a product according to the present invention, it is preferable that perforations for separation are further provided at the location where the second partition is provided. The cylindrical outer bag accommodates a predetermined number of bags, which are products, and can be separated at perforations to facilitate subdivision management.

The method for manufacturing a rolled or zigzag product-filled outer bag according to the present invention includes a step 5A of rolling, cassette-wrapping, or zigzag-folding the product-filled outer bag according to the present invention with a flat cross section. Features.

In the method for manufacturing an outer bag containing a product according to the present invention, in the third step or the C step, each time a predetermined number of the bags are stacked, non-placement portions where the bags are not placed are provided at predetermined intervals; And, after the fourth step or the D step, the part corresponding to the non-placement part is cut by melting, and a heat welding sealing part is formed at the cut end to seal the product containing a predetermined number of sheets. It is preferable to have a fusing step of obtaining a bag. There are cases where it is desired to manage a plurality of bags that are products, which are stacked continuously or intermittently in at least two rows so that some of the bags overlap, in units of a predetermined number, for example, 100 bags. In such a case, a thermally welded sealing section 45 is formed by fusing both longitudinal ends of the cylindrical shape of the outer bag and sealing the fusing points, and a predetermined number of bags are inserted into the outer bag containing the product. Easy to place. Since the product-containing outer bags have the same length, they can be accommodated in a lined manner.

In the method for manufacturing a boxed product containing an outer bag containing a product according to the present invention, a predetermined number of outer bags containing a product according to the present invention are lined up and boxed to obtain a boxed product containing an outer bag containing a product. It is characterized by having a process.

The method for supplying a bag according to the present invention includes the method of supplying a product-containing outer bag according to the present invention, a rolled product of a product-containing outer bag according to the present invention, or a winding product of the product-containing outer bag according to the present invention. The present invention is characterized by comprising a 6th A step in which parts other than these are opened, and a 7th A step in which the bags in the opened outer bag are sequentially fed to a filling machine.

The bag supply method according to the present invention includes a 6B step of sequentially taking out the outer bag of the boxed product of the outer bag containing the product according to the present invention, and opening the interlocking part, the joint part, or a part other than these parts of the outer bag. and a seventh B step of sequentially supplying the bag bodies in the opened outer bag to a filling machine.

According to the present disclosure, (1) it is possible to speed up the production line for packaging bags by saving human labor, and to stabilize the production speed, thereby eliminating the possibility of manufacturing due to human error. This is a labor-saving and resource-saving system that reduces losses and suppresses deterioration in the quality of the bag body, and (2) prevents cost increases due to the production and storage of outer bags and saves the effort of managing them. A cylindrical outer bag with a fitting that is space-saving, low cost, and has good hygiene, a cylindrical outer bag, a product-filled outer bag, a rolled product-filled outer bag, their manufacturing method, and supply of the bag body. method can be provided.

Furthermore, although production efficiency is increased when the bag making machine and the filling machine are integrated in-line, it becomes necessary for the person who performs the filling to also maintain the bag making machine. However, according to the present invention, the outer bag containing the product can substantially reproduce the bag making machine without in-line equipment, so the bag body can be fed to the filling machine at high speed. It becomes possible. Therefore, from the perspective of the person filling the bags, maintenance of the bag making machine is unnecessary, and in-line operation can be substantially reproduced. Furthermore, from the point of view of the person making the bag, there is no need for the work of tying the bags together, and the inspection process associated therewith can also be made unnecessary.

Furthermore, in the case of a rolled product containing an outer bag, since the air inside the outer bag is deaerated by winding, the contact between the inner wall of the outer bag and the bag itself, as well as the contact between the bags itself, may be misaligned during transportation. Therefore, when opening the bag and taking it out, the packed state of the bag can be reproduced as it is.

By providing a partition and arranging the bags in at least two rows, it is possible to prevent the bags from being mixed in another row. Furthermore, when supplying the bag, it is possible to achieve a supply speed that is more than a multiple of that of a single-row type outer bag containing products, depending on the number of rows.

Further, the thickness of the base material 5 made of a single layer film is preferably about 0.2 mm to 1.5 mm, and the thickness of the base material 5 made of a multilayer film is preferably about 0.4 to 2.0 mm. Moreover, the cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting tool has a cylindrical shape that extends continuously along the length direction X of the cylinder with the same inner diameter when the inside of the cylinder is expanded. The inner diameter (diameter) is, for example, 1.5 to 65 cm, but is not limited to this range. Further, the upper and lower ends of the cylindrical shape may be open, or may be closed by a peelable seal, adhesive, heat welding, or bundling.

As shown in FIG. 1, the opening 6 is provided in the base material 5 along the length direction X of the cylinder. In this embodiment, the cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting tool has at least one opening 6. When there is only one opening 6, the base material becomes one strip-shaped film by widening the opening. The cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 has one opening 6. As shown in FIGS. When there are two openings 6, the base material becomes two strip-shaped films by widening the openings. Here, it is preferable to provide the opening so that the widths of the two strip-shaped films are the same. Note that the opening 6 is preferably formed across both ends of the cylindrical shape.

As shown in FIG. 1, the fitting tool 4 is provided along the edge 6a of the opening 6 on the inner wall side. The fitting tool 4 may have any structure as long as it has a structure that can be opened and closed by being closed when engaged and opened when disengaged. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the fitting tool 4 includes a female member 4b having a band-shaped female base portion 4b1 and a female portion 4b2 extending in the length direction X of the tube, and a band-shaped female member 4b extending in the length direction X of the tube. It is preferable to have a chuck structure that includes a male member 4a having a male base portion 4a1 and a male portion 4a2, and is closed when the male portion 4a2 engages with the female portion 4b2. A male base 4a1 and a female base 4b1 of the fitting tool 4 shown in FIG. 3 are adhered to the inner wall surface of the base material 5. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the fitting tool 4 has a female part 4d extending in the longitudinal direction X of the cylinder and a male part 4c extending in the longitudinal direction X of the cylinder. It may have a chuck structure that is closed when the two are engaged. The male part 4c and female part 4d of the fitting tool 4 shown in FIG. 4 are integrally formed with the base material 5. In this embodiment, the fitting tool 4 is not limited to the chuck structure shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and may have a structure in which the female parts engage with each other, for example.

The cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting tool is wound in a roll, in a cassette, or in a zigzag manner with a flat cross section. The state in which the cross section is flat refers to a state in which the inner wall surfaces of the cylindrical shape face each other and are in contact with each other. The term "rolled" includes bobbin winding, core winding, and coreless winding. In the form of roll winding and hook winding, the cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting tool has a flat cross section and the space inside the cylinder is evacuated, so it has a band-like shape. However, it is preferable to wind the winding so that the flat outer wall surfaces are in contact with each other. The volume of the rolled cylindrical outer bag with fittings can be reduced. Furthermore, even in the form of being folded in a zigzag manner, the cylindrical outer bag 1 with fittings has a flat cross section, so that the space inside the cylinder is deaerated. Therefore, it becomes a band-like shape, and it is preferable that the flat outer wall surfaces are folded so that they are in contact with each other. The volume of the cylindrical outer bag with a fitting tool that is folded in a zigzag manner can be reduced.

The partition 46 divides the inside of the outer bag into at least two chambers for the purpose of preventing at least two rows of the plurality of bags 3, 3' from mixing with each other. By increasing the number of partitions 46, the number of rooms inside the outer bag can be increased. The partition 46 is provided extending in the longitudinal direction X of the outer bag. The partitions 46 include, for example, a fitting type partition and a heat welding type partition. The fitting type partition can be the fitting shown in FIG. 3 or 4. A partition can be formed and removed in a detachable manner. The thermal welding type partition has a form in which the partition 46 corresponds to a peelable seal portion, an adhesive portion, or a thermal welding portion between the opposing base materials 5, for example. In FIG. 1, the partitions 46 are shown as two linear heat-welded parts extending in the longitudinal direction X of the cylinder on both sides of the fitting tool 4. The partition 46 may be in the form of a linear peelable seal part, an adhesive part, or a heat weld part, or a peelable seal part, an adhesive part, or a heat weld part in which a plurality of round shapes (dot shapes) are arranged side by side.

(Outer bag containing product: first example)
Next, the product-containing outer bag 100 (first example) according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6. The product-containing outer bag 100 according to the present embodiment includes bag bodies (p1, p2, p3, p4,..., pn), (p1', p2', p3', p4',..., A plurality of bags 3, 3' stacked continuously or intermittently in at least two rows so that a part of pn') overlaps are wrapped in a cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting for outer packaging, and a bag is made. A cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting tool is an outer bag containing a product that is integrated while maintaining the stacked state of the product, and the outer bag 1 has a resin film as a base material 5 and has the same inner diameter along the length direction X of the tube. It has a cylindrical shape that extends continuously, has at least one opening 6 that opens along the length direction X of the cylinder, and has an inner wall of the base material 5 along the edge 6a of the opening 6. It has a fitting tool 4 on the side, and further has a partition 46 that fixes the opposing inner wall surfaces of the base material 5 in a linear manner along the length direction X of the cylinder, and the fitting tool 4 is interlocked. The cylindrical outer bag 1 with fittings is partitioned into a plurality of internal spaces by the partition 46, and one row of a plurality of stacked bags 3, 3' is accommodated in each internal space.

In the product-containing outer bag 100 (first example) according to the present embodiment, the product-containing outer bag 100 has a base material 5 made of a resin film for outer packaging with a flat sheet-like fitting tool, and a bag body (a product) ( p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn), (p1', p2', p3', p4', ..., pn') in at least two rows continuously or intermittently so that parts of them overlap. A plurality of stacked bags 3, 3' are placed, the plurality of bags 3, 3' are wrapped with a base material 5 to form a cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting, and the stacked state of the bags is maintained. It is preferable that they remain integrated.

In the product-containing outer bag 100 according to the present embodiment, a plurality of bags, which are products, are housed inside the tube of a cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting for outer packaging. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the product bag p1 is a plastic resin bag having an opening 8 and a housing 7, and a zipper 9 is provided along the edge of the opening 8. ing. The chuck 9 has a fitting structure, for example, the same structure as the fitting 4 of the cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting, and is openable and closable. The products bags p2, p3, p4, . . . , pn and p1', p2', p3', p4', . . . , pn' have the same structure as the bag p1. Since the products bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn), (p1', p2', p3', p4', ..., pn') have a flat structure, As shown in FIG. 2, it is possible to have a plurality of bags 3, 3' stacked in at least two rows so that some of the bags overlap. Here, in the cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting tool, the plurality of bags 3, 3' may be arranged in a continuous manner along the length direction In other words, it may be an array having a discontinued part in the middle. For example, in an intermittent arrangement, a predetermined number of bags are stacked in at least two rows with some parts overlapping, a gap is created, and then the same number of bags are stacked in at least two rows with some parts overlapped. It is preferable to have an arrangement in which a gap is provided again after stacking, and this process is repeated. It becomes easy to confirm the number of bags. In this embodiment, a plurality of bags 3, 3' stacked in at least two rows so as to partially overlap are integrated by forming the product-containing outer bag 100. It may be expressed as "individual bag 3, 3'" or "bag 3, 3'."

The product-containing outer bag 100 wraps a plurality of bag bodies 3, 3' in a cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting. Here, it is preferable that the width of the cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting tool when storing the plurality of bags 3, 3' is slightly larger than the width of the plurality of bags 3, 3'. For example, it is preferable that the cylindrical outer bag 1 is larger by 1 to 10 mm, and in this case, the cylindrical outer bag 1 with the fitting tool can hold the plurality of bags 3, 3' to the extent that the arrangement of the plurality of bags 3, 3' does not collapse when the fitting tool 4 is closed. It is preferable to have power. The bags 3, 3' can be more integrated while maintaining their stacked state, and since excess air does not enter the inside of the cylinder, an increase in bulk can be suppressed. The cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting tool is integrated with the bag bodies 3, 3' by being engaged with the fitting tool 4. Although the embodiment in which the partition 46 is a heat-welded part is shown, it may be a peelable seal part, an adhesive part, or a partition fitting.

The product-containing outer bag 100 not only allows a plurality of bags 3, 3' to be handled as a bulk when transporting or storing them, or both, but also enables handling of the bags sequentially manufactured by a bag-making machine. Since the arrangement state can be fixed, even if the bag making machine and the filling machine are located at different locations, it is possible to substantially reproduce in-line operation.

The cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting tool has one fitting tool 4, and the fitting tool 4 is preferably located on and engaged with the stacked surface of the bag bodies 3, 3'. . The bag body 3 can be easily wrapped in an outer bag in a manner of pasting one's hands together, and the fitting tool 4 can be easily engaged. Therefore, it is easy to manufacture using a device with a simple structure. In addition, when the fitting tool 4 is released from the occlusion, it can be done in a double-door form. More preferably, the fitting tool 4 is located at the center of the stacked surfaces of the bags 3, 3'. The interlocking and unocclusal operations can be performed more stably, and roll winding, cassette winding, or zigzag folding can be performed more stably. Here, the stacking surfaces of the bags 3 and 3' do not refer to the stacking surfaces of the bags 3 and the stacking surfaces of the bags 3', but rather the stacking surfaces of the bags 3 and 3' are Refers to the surface formed by the whole when lined up in a row. The space between the bags 3, 3' also forms a stacking surface.

(Outer bag containing product: second example)
Next, the product-containing outer bag 200 (second example) according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8. In the product-containing outer bag 200 according to the present embodiment, the cylindrical outer bag 11 with a fitting tool has one fitting tool 14, and the fitting tool 14 is attached to either the left or right side of the bag body 13, 13'. It is preferable to be located on the lateral end side of the occlusion. As shown in FIG. 8, the product-containing outer bag 200 is the same as the product-containing outer bag 100 except that the position of the fitting tool 14 is different and there is only one partition 46. That is, the product-containing outer bag 200 is produced by wrapping the plurality of bag bodies 13, 13' in the cylindrical outer bag 11 with a fitting, and when the fitting 14 is engaged, the cylindrical outer bag with a fitting is formed. 11 is integrated in a state including the bags 13 and 13'. In the product-containing outer bag 200, the adhesion of the base material 15 to the bag bodies 13, 13' is further improved. In the product-containing outer bag 200, as in the case of the product-containing outer bag 100, the width of each internal space of the cylindrical outer bag 11 with a fitting when a plurality of bags 13, 13' are accommodated is as follows. It is preferably slightly larger than the width of each of the plurality of bags 13, 13', for example, preferably 1 to 10 mm larger. In FIG. 8, since the fitting tool 14 is located on the left side end side of the cylindrical outer bag 11 with the fitting tool, the opening 16 is provided at the left side end portion, and the left edge is This becomes the end 16a of the opening 16. In FIG. 8, the fitting tool 14 is shown as being located on the left side end side of the cylindrical outer bag 11 with the fitting tool, but it may be located on the right side end side. Although the embodiment in which the partition 46 is a heat-welded part is shown, it may be a peelable seal part, an adhesive part, or a partition fitting.

と基材25b(基材の一方25bともいう。)
(Outer bag with product: 3rd example)
Next, the product-containing outer bag 300 (third example) according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10. In the product-containing outer bag 300 according to the present embodiment, the cylindrical outer bag 21 with fittings has two fittings 24a, 24b, and the fittings 24a, 24b are connected to the bag bodies 23, 23'. It is preferable that they are located on the left side edge side and the right side edge side, respectively, and are interlocked. As shown in FIG. 10, the product-containing outer bag 300 is the same as the product-containing outer bag 100 except that there are two fittings 24a and 24b, their positions are different, and there is only one partition 46. . That is, the product-containing outer bag 300 wraps the plurality of bag bodies 23 and 23' with the cylindrical outer bag 21 with fittings, and when the fittings 24a and 24b are engaged, the cylindrical outer bag with fittings is formed. The outer bag 21 is integrated with the bag bodies 23 and 23'. In the product-containing outer bag 300, the adhesion of the base material 25 to the bag bodies 23, 23' is further improved, similar to the product-containing outer bag 200. In the product-containing outer bag 300, as in the case of the product-containing outer bag 100, the width of each internal space of the cylindrical outer bag 21 with a fitting when a plurality of bags 23, 23' is accommodated is as follows. The width is preferably slightly larger than the width of each of the plurality of bags 23, 23', for example, preferably 1 to 10 mm larger. In FIG. 10, since the fitting tool 24a is located on the left side end side of the cylindrical outer bag 21 with fitting tool, the opening 26 is provided at the left side end portion, and the left edge is This becomes the end 26a of the opening 26. Further, since the fitting tool 24b is located on the right side end side of the cylindrical outer bag 21 with fitting tool, the opening 27 is provided at the right side end, and the right edge is the opening. This becomes the end portion 27a of the portion 27. In the product-containing outer bag 300 according to the present embodiment, the base material 25 of the cylindrical outer bag 21 with a fitting tool is connected to the base material 25a (base material The bag 13 can be easily taken out because it is opened vertically into a base material 25b (also referred to as the other base material 25a) and a base material 25b (also referred to as the other base material 25b). Although the embodiment in which the partition 46 is a heat-welded part is shown, it may be a peelable seal part, an adhesive part, or a partition fitting.

(Outer bag with product: 4th example)
Next, the product-containing outer bag 400 (fourth example) according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 and 12. The product-containing outer bag 400 according to this embodiment is closed with a removable seal, adhesive, or heat welding. The product-containing outer bag 400 according to the present embodiment includes bag bodies (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn), (p1', p2', p3', p4', ..., A plurality of bags 33, 33' stacked continuously or intermittently in at least two rows so that a portion of the bags (pn') overlap are wrapped in a cylindrical outer bag 31 for outer packaging. The cylindrical outer bag 31 is a product-containing outer bag that is integrated while maintaining its state, and the cylindrical outer bag 31 has a cylindrical shape that extends continuously along the length direction X of the cylinder with the same inner diameter using a resin film as a base material 35. A partition that has at least one notch 36 along the length direction X of the cylinder, and has opposing inner wall surfaces of the base material 35 fixed linearly along the length direction 46, and the inner walls of the base material 35 or the inner and outer walls of the base material 35 are separably sealed, bonded, or heat-welded to each other along the edge 36a of the notch 36, and the partition 46 provides a cylindrical shape with a fitting. The outer bag 31 is partitioned into a plurality of internal spaces, and each internal space accommodates one row of a plurality of stacked bags.

In the product-containing outer bag 400 according to the present embodiment, a plurality of bags, which are products, are housed inside the cylinder of a cylindrical outer bag 31 for outer packaging. The bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn), (p1', p2', p3', p4', ..., pn'), which are products, are explained in the product-containing outer bag 100. This is the same as the bag p1 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. Further, the condition of the plurality of bags 33, 33' is the same as the condition of the plurality of bags 3, 3' in the product-containing outer bag 100.

As shown in FIG. 12, the product-containing outer bag 400 wraps a plurality of bags 33, 33' in a cylindrical outer bag 31. At this time, the cylindrical outer bag 31 has a joint portion 39 in which the inner walls 38a and 38b of the base material 35 are releasably sealed, adhered, or heat-welded to each other. Here, the width of each internal space of the cylindrical outer bag 31 when the plurality of bags 33, 33' is accommodated may be slightly larger than the width of each of the plurality of bags 33, 33'. Preferably, it is preferably larger, for example, by 1 to 10 mm. It is preferable that the degree of tightening of the plurality of bags 33, 33' by the cylindrical outer bag 31 is such that the holding force is such that the arrangement of the plurality of bags 33, 33' does not collapse. The bags 33, 33' can be more integrated while maintaining their stacked state, and since excess air does not enter the inside of the cylinder, an increase in bulk can be suppressed. The cylindrical outer bag 31 is integrated with the bag bodies 33, 33' by having the inner walls 38a, 38b of the base material 35 removably sealed, adhesively bonded, or thermally welded to each other. Alternatively, the cylindrical outer bag 31 is in a state including the bag bodies 33, 33' because the inner wall 38a of the base material 35 and the outer wall 38d of the base material 35 are releasably sealed, bonded, or heat-welded to each other. (not shown). Although FIG. 12 shows a form in which the partition 46 is a heat-welded part, it may be a peelable seal part, an adhesive part, or a partition fitting. In the present embodiment, a peelable seal refers to a bond using a weakly adhesive or weakly adhesive removable seal including an easy-peel seal, and adhesion refers to a bond using an adhesive including glue or tape, for example. Thermal welding refers to bonding using heat sealing, ultrasonic waves, high frequency, spot sealing, impulse sealer, and laser. In addition, in the case of a peelable seal, it becomes easier to take out and manage the product bag when the bag is loaded manually. The cut portion 36 refers to a discontinuous portion of the base material 35 in the waist circumference direction located at the joint portion 39 in the closed cylindrical outer bag 31. In the cut portion 36, a portion may or may not be provided where the opposing films are not bonded to each other outside the bonding portion 39 of the films. The cylindrical outer bag 31 may have not only one cut portion 36 as shown in FIG. 12, but also two or more cut portions 36. For example, a configuration may be adopted in which notches are provided at locations corresponding to the positions of the fitting tools 24a and 24b in FIG. 10, for a total of two notches (not shown). In addition, when providing a peelable seal part, adhesive part, or heat welding part as the second partition 41, it is the same as the above-mentioned peelable seal, adhesive, or heat welding part.

Similarly to the product-containing outer bags 100, 200, and 300, the product-containing outer bag 400 only allows a plurality of bags 33, 33' to be handled as a bulk when transporting, storing, or both. It is possible to fix the arrangement of the bags that are sequentially manufactured from the bag making machine, so even if the bag making machine and the filling machine are located in different locations, it is possible to virtually reproduce in-line processing. make it possible.

By cutting the base material 35 of the cylindrical outer bag 31 along the length direction X of the cylinder, the bags 33, 33' can be taken out one after another. It is preferable that the cut portion be the notch portion 36 . In order to open the cylindrical outer bag 31, in addition to the method of peeling off the adhesive part 39 as shown in FIG. It is also possible to open the package from the fragile part.

(Outer bag with product: 5th example)
Next, the product-containing outer bag 500 (fifth example) according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 13 and 14. In the product-containing outer bag 500 according to the present embodiment, the partition 46 in the product-containing outer bag 300 is used as a partition fitting, and the fittings 24a and 24b in the product-containing outer bag 300 are changed to cut portions 136 and 136'. It is a form. That is, there are two cut portions 136, 136', and the cut portions 136, 136' are arranged at both ends of the side surface of the cylindrical outer bag, respectively. It is a form in which two base materials are put together and both ends are removably sealed, adhered, or thermally welded. Similarly to the product-containing outer bag 400 according to the present embodiment, the base material of the product-containing outer bag 500 according to the present embodiment is cut along the length direction X of the cylinder to sequentially remove the bag body becomes possible. It is preferable that the cut portions are the cut portions 136, 136'. In order to open the cylindrical outer bag, in addition to the method of peeling off the adhesive parts 139 and 139', for example, the film of the cylindrical outer bag is provided with a frangible part by scratching or half-cutting. It is also possible to open the package from the beginning. Although the partition 46 is shown as a partition fitting, it may also be a peelable seal, an adhesive, or a heat weld.

In the first example, second example, third example, fourth example, and fifth example of the outer bag containing the product, the opening assisting means for forming a cut along the length direction X of the tube is provided in the inner space of the outer bag. It is preferable to have at least one each. FIG. 23 shows a schematic cross-sectional view for explaining the form of a film with cut lines as the opening assisting means 96. A second resin region separate from the base material 35 is provided on the base material 35 at a position corresponding to the expected opening line 78, a thin wall portion is provided in the second resin region, and a beaded edge 79 ( 79a, 79b) are provided. By pulling the base material 35 from both sides with the unsealing assisting means 96 in between, the planned opening line 78 is easily torn and the unseal can be opened. FIG. 24 shows a schematic cross-sectional view for explaining the form of the thin wall portion as the unsealing assisting means 96. The base material 35 is provided with a thin portion that serves as the planned opening line 78. By pulling the base material 35 from both sides with the unsealing assisting means 96 in between, the planned opening line 78 is easily torn and the unseal can be opened. FIG. 25 shows a schematic cross-sectional view for explaining the form of a guide tape type opening as the unsealing assisting means 96. (a) in FIG. 25 shows a configuration in which a guide tape 97 of equal width of 1.5 to 2.5 mm is attached to the base material 35 (attached to the inner wall side of the outer bag); In b), a guide tape 97 of equal width of 1 to 3 mm is attached to the base material 35 (attached to the inner wall side of the outer bag), and the base material 35 is placed on both sides of the guide tape 97. A configuration with an upward section is shown. It is preferable that the end of the guide tape 97 is exposed to the outside of the outer bag. By pulling the guide tape 97 in a direction away from the outer wall surface of the outer bag, the guide tape 97 tears the base material 35 and the outer bag can be opened. In the form (b), since the raised portion is provided, the package can be opened more reliably and smoothly. Although there is a mode in which one guide tape 97 is provided, two guide tapes 97 may be provided in the accommodation space of the outer bag. In this case, it is preferable to arrange the bag with the maximum width on both sides of the storage space, so that the opening width can be maximized and the bag can be easily taken out. Further, as an opening assisting means 96, perforations may be provided in the base material 15 at positions corresponding to the intended opening line 78.

In the first example, second example, third example, fourth example, and fifth example of the outer bag containing the product, the outer bag has second partitions at predetermined intervals along the length direction X of the cylinder, and Preferably, the plurality of bags are divided into a predetermined number of bags by two partitions. In the case where the second partition is provided, the plurality of bags are made discontinuous, and the non-arranged portions of the bags are placed in the storage space of the outer bag. It is preferable that the non-arranged portions are provided at predetermined intervals along the length direction X of the cylinder. By providing the second partitions in each of the non-arranged portions, the second partitions are arranged at equal intervals in the length direction X of the tube. It is preferable that the plurality of bags be housed in the storage space sandwiched between the second partition and the second partition next to the second partition in equal number. There are cases where it is desired to manage a plurality of bags that are products, which are stacked in a line continuously or intermittently so that some of them overlap, in units of a predetermined number, for example, 100 bags. In such a case, it becomes easy to arrange a predetermined number of bags between the second partition and the second partition next to it. It is preferable that the second partition is a peelable seal portion, an adhesive portion, or a heat-welded portion between the facing base materials. For example, the second partition is preferably a linear peelable seal, an adhesive, or a heat weld that extends in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X of the tube. The second partition is a linear peelable seal part, adhesive part or heat welding part that intersects with the longitudinal direction of the cylinder, a round (dot-shaped) peelable seal part, an adhesive part or heat welding part. It may also be in the form of a peelable seal part, an adhesive part, or a thermally welded part in which a plurality of dots are arranged side by side.

Furthermore, in the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth examples of the product-containing outer bag, it is preferable that the second partition is further provided with perforations for separation. A predetermined number of bags can be arranged between the second partition and the second partition next to it. By separating the cylindrical outer bag at the perforations, it is possible to easily manage the bags in units of a predetermined number. It is preferable that the perforations are provided at predetermined intervals, that is, at equal intervals.

It is preferable that the outer bag containing the product further includes perforations for separation at the location where the partition 46 is provided. Outer bags, which are products stored in two or more rows, can be separated for each row and handled separately. When providing a perforation for separation, if the partition 46 is a peelable seal, adhesive, or heat weld, the perforation is provided in the center of the peelable seal, adhesive, or heat weld. Alternatively, it is preferable to provide two partitions 46 in parallel and provide a perforation between them. Moreover, when the partition 46 is a fitting tool for a partition, it is preferable to provide two partitions 46 in parallel and provide a perforation between them. In either case, even if the bag is separated at the perforations, the storage space of the outer bag will not be opened.

In the first example, second example, third example, fourth example, and fifth example of the outer bag containing the product, the inner wall surface of the base material 5, 15, 25, 35, 135 may have an embossed area. preferable. By having the embossed area, misalignment between the base material and the bag can be suppressed. The shape of the embossed area includes a shape in which the entire inner wall surface is embossed, and a shape in which the inner wall surface is embossed in at least two rows of strips along the length direction X of the cylinder. be.

(Rolled product with outer bag containing product)
As shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, the product-containing outer bag 50 according to the present embodiment has a flat cross section. It is wrapped in a roll. FIG. 15 shows a form in which outer product-containing bags 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 are wound around the bobbin 51 as one form of roll winding. In FIGS. 15 and 16, the bobbin is rotated about a rotating shaft 95 to perform winding. Instead of the bobbin 51, the winding may be wound around a cylindrical core (not shown), or the winding may be wound without a core without using the bobbin 51 (not shown). Further, instead of being rolled with a flat cross section, the product-containing outer bag 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 may be wound in a case or in a zigzag manner with a flat cross section (not shown). Here, the state in which the cross section is flat means that the plurality of bags 3, 3', 13, 13', 23, 23', 33, 33 accommodated in the product-containing outer bag 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 The flat surfaces of ', 133, 133' are in contact with the inner wall surfaces of the cylindrical base materials 5, 15, 25, 35, 135, and the plurality of bags 3, 3', 13, 13' , 23, 23', 33, 33', 133, 133', and has an elongated cross section. FIG. 16 shows a configuration in which the cross sections of the outer product-containing bags 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 are flat, for example, approximately rectangular. When the product-containing outer bag 100 having the fitting 4 is rolled, the fitting 4 falls sideways, that is, it is bent so that the opening 6 lies on the base material 5. The product-containing outer bags 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 have a flat cross section and the space inside the cylinder is degassed, so they have a band-like shape. It is preferable that the outer wall surfaces of 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 are wound so that they are in contact with each other. The volume of the rolled product-containing outer bag 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 can be reduced. In addition, even in the form of being folded in a zigzag manner, the product-containing outer bag 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 has a flat cross section, which allows the space inside the cylinder to be degassed. It is preferable that the product-containing outer bags 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 are folded so that their outer wall surfaces are in contact with each other. The volume of the product-containing outer bag 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 folded in a zigzag manner can be reduced.

(First manufacturing method)
In the first manufacturing method, the cylindrical outer bag with a fitting for outer packaging and the product-filled outer bag are the cylindrical outer bag with a fitting 1 and the product-filled outer bag 100 shown in FIGS. 1 to 4. The bag body is the bag body p1 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, and the product-containing outer bag 100 is wound on the same bobbin as the bobbin 51 shown in FIGS. 15 and 16. Furthermore, the longitudinal direction Y of the base material 5 is the same direction as the length direction X of the cylinder with the base material 5 as a reference.

(1st step)
An outer bag wound product 53 of the cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting tool for outer packaging wound around a bobbin 52 is prepared. The cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting for outer packaging is wound onto a bobbin 52 in a flat state in which the fitting 4 is engaged and the tube is crushed so that the fitting 4 is located at the side end. It is being A cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting for outer packaging is rolled out in the longitudinal direction X of the tube and fed to a dance roll 61a and a pinch roll 62a. In addition, when the fitting tool 4 is separate from the base material 5, the first step includes step 1A of preparing a cylindrical film or a half-cut film to which the fitting tool 4 is not bonded, and a step 1A of preparing a cylindrical film or a half-cut film to which the fitting tool 4 is not attached. and step 1B of attaching a fitting tape.

(Second process)
It is assumed that the fitting tool 4 is unoccluded and the cylindrical outer bag 1 with the fitting tool is unfolded. That is, the cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting for outer packaging that has passed through the pinch rolls 62a has the fitting 4 disengaged by the claw guide roll 63, and the cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting is expanded. The substrate 5 is sent to the pinch rolls 62b with no overlapping of the substrates 5.

(3rd step)
The base material 5 is made into a flat sheet and the bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, . . . , pn), (p1', p2', p3', p4', . . . , pn') are placed thereon. Specifically, the cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting tool is spread out, and the bag body is placed on the base material 5 in a state where the base materials 5 do not overlap, along the longitudinal direction Y of the base material 5. (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn), (p1', p2', p3', p4', ..., pn') in at least two rows continuously or intermittently so that some of them overlap. Stack the bags on top of each other. In FIG. 17, bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn), (p1', p2', p3', p4', ..., pn') are arranged in two consecutive rows. The figure shows how things are piled up. Here, the bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn), (p1', p2', p3', p4', ..., pn') are manufactured by a bag making machine (not shown). The sheets are loaded one by one onto conveyors 65, 65' located downstream of the sheet. The bags on the transport conveyors 65, 65', for example, bags (p4, p5, p6, p7), (p4', p5', p6', p7') are sequentially placed on the base material 5. go.

(4th step)
While moving the base material 5 carrying the plurality of bags 3, 3' in the longitudinal direction Y of the base material 5, the plurality of bags 3, 3' are wrapped in the base material 5 by the claw guide roll 63b. The cylindrical outer bag 1 with fittings is partitioned into a plurality of internal spaces (two in FIG. 17) by the partition 46, and one row of the stacked bags 3, 3' is arranged in one internal space. The outer bag 100 containing the product is obtained by accommodating the product and engaging the fitting tool 4. The product-containing outer bag 100 with the fitting tool 4 engaged can be sent to the touch roll 64, pinch roll 62c, and dance roll 61b with the opening 6 lying horizontally near the base of the fitting tool 4. preferable. The inside of the product-containing outer bag 100 is deaerated, and the volume is reduced. In the fourth step, partitions 46 are provided on both sides of the fitting tool 4, respectively.

(5th A process)
The product-containing outer bag 100 is wound around a bobbin 51 with a flat cross section to obtain a rolled product 50 of the product-containing outer bag. Although FIG. 17 shows the form of roll winding, the product-containing outer bag 100 may be wound in a cassette or zigzag with a flat cross section.

In the first manufacturing method, the cylindrical outer bag 1 with a fitting tool has one fitting tool 4, and in the second step, the base material 5 is spread horizontally, and in the fourth step, the fitting tool 4 are placed on the stacked surfaces of the bags 3, 3' and are further interlocked. According to the first manufacturing method, the bag bodies 3, 3' can be easily wrapped with the outer bag 1 in the form of joining hands together, and the fitting tool 4 can be easily engaged. Therefore, it is easy to manufacture using a device with a simple structure. In addition, when the fitting tool 4 is released from the occlusion, it can be done in a double-door form.

(3rd step)
One of the base materials 25b is formed into a flat sheet, and the fittings 24a and 24b located at both ends of the base material 25b in the width direction are shaped like bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, . . . pn), (p1', p2', p3', p4', . . . , pn'), so that the bag body is located on the left side edge side and the right side edge side, respectively, of the base material 25b. It is preferable to place it on top. That is, one side 25b of the base material is spread out, and along the longitudinal direction Y, the bag bodies (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn), (p1', p2', p3', p4', ..., pn') are stacked continuously or intermittently in at least two rows so that some of the bags overlap. In FIG. 18, bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn), (p1', p2', p3', p4', ..., pn') are arranged in two consecutive rows. The figure shows how things are piled up. Here, the bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn), (p1', p2', p3', p4', ..., pn') are manufactured by a bag making machine (not shown). The sheets are loaded one by one onto a conveyor 65 located on the downstream side of the sheet. Bags on the conveyor 65, for example, bags (p4, p5, p6, p7), (p4', p5', p6', p7') are placed one after another on one of the base materials 25b. .

(4th step)
While moving the plurality of bags 23, 23' on one side 25b of the base material in the longitudinal direction Y, at the same time cover it with one side 25b of the base material that has been moved in the longitudinal direction Y, and use the partition 46 to The cylindrical outer bag 21 with a fitting is partitioned into a plurality of internal spaces (two in FIG. 18), each internal space accommodates one row of a plurality of stacked bags 23, 23', and It is preferable that the fittings 24a, 24b are engaged with the hooks 67. The product-containing outer bag 300 is obtained by engaging the fittings 24a and 24b. When the product-containing outer bag 300 with the fittings 24a and 24b engaged passes through the pinch rolls 62b and 62c, the inside of the product-containing outer bag 300 is evacuated and its volume is reduced. A simple method is to divide the cylindrical outer bag 21 with a fitting tool for outer packaging into upper and lower parts as one base material 25b and the other base material 25a, place the bag body 23 between them, and close it as before. In this operation, the bag body 23, 23' can be inserted into the cylindrical outer bag 21. In the fourth step, as shown in FIG. 10, a partition 46 is provided at the center of the cylindrical outer bag 21 in the width direction.

(5th A process)
The product-containing outer bag 300 is wound around the bobbin 51 with a flat cross section to obtain a rolled product 57 of the product-containing outer bag. Although FIG. 18 shows a roll-wound form, the product-containing outer bag 300 may be wound in a cassette or zigzag with a flat cross section.

Next, with reference to FIG. 19, manufacturing a rolled product of an outer product-filled bag using the cylindrical outer bag of a type in which the outer bag does not have a fitting device according to the present embodiment. Explain the method. The method for manufacturing an outer bag containing a product according to the present embodiment includes bag bodies (p1, p2, p3, p4, . . . , pn), (p1', p2', p3', p4', . . . A plurality of bags 33, 33' stacked continuously or intermittently in at least two rows so that a portion of the bags 33 and 33' overlap with each other are wrapped in a cylindrical outer bag 31 for outer packaging, and the bag body 33 , 33' are integrated into an outer bag containing a product while maintaining the stacked state. In step B, bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn), (p1', p2', pn), (p1', p2', Step C of stacking a plurality of bags continuously or intermittently in at least two rows so that some of the bags (p3', p4', ..., pn') overlap, and stacking a plurality of bags 33, 33'. While moving the base material 35 in the longitudinal direction Y of the base material 35, the plurality of bags 33, 33' are wrapped in the base material 35, and the opposing inner wall surfaces of the base material 35 are moved in the longitudinal direction X of the cylinder. By providing partitions 46 linearly fixed along the cylindrical outer bag 31, the cylindrical outer bag 31 is partitioned into a plurality of internal spaces, and each internal space accommodates one row of a plurality of stacked bags 33, 33'. , and the inner walls 38a and 38b of the base material 35 or the inner wall 38a and the outer wall 38d are releasably sealed, bonded, or thermally welded along the edges 35a and 35b at both ends in the width direction of the base material 35, thereby forming a base. Step D of forming the material 35 into a cylindrical shape to obtain the product-containing outer bag 400.

(工程A)
(Third manufacturing method)
(Process A)
Continuing to refer to FIG. 19, the third manufacturing method will be described in further detail. A strip-shaped resin film of equal width is prepared as the base material 35. In FIG. 19, a cylindrical outer bag 31, which is a cylindrical resin film manufactured by blown film molding and has a cylindrical shape continuously extending along the length direction of the cylinder with the same inner diameter, is attached to a bobbin. One rolled product 58 of the cylindrical outer bag 31 is prepared. In FIG. 19, the cylindrical outer bag 31 is rolled out in the longitudinal direction X of the cylinder and sent out to a dance roll 61a and a pinch roll 62a.

(Process B)
The base material 35 is in an expanded state. By making a cut at one location on the body along the length of the tube, a strip-shaped resin film of equal width can be obtained. That is, the cylindrical outer bag 31 that has passed through the pinch rolls 62a passes through the guide rolls 74, and then is cut at one location on the body along the length direction of the cylinder by the cutter 72, and then cut by the guide rolls 73. The base material 35 is spread out horizontally, and the base material 35 is sent to the pinch rolls 62b in a state in which there is no overlapping of the base materials 35. Alternatively, in step A, a rolled product is prepared by winding the cut resin film into a strip of equal width around a bobbin, and in step B, without using a cutter, it is spread horizontally as it is, and then rolled with a pinch roll. 62b.

(Process C)
The base material 35 is made into a flat sheet and the bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, . . . , pn), (p1', p2', p3', p4', . . . , pn') are placed thereon. Specifically, bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn), (p1', p2') are placed on the spread base material 35 along the longitudinal direction Y of the base material 35. , p3', p4', ..., pn') are stacked continuously or intermittently in at least two rows so that some of the bags overlap. In Fig. 19, bags (p1, p2, p3, p4, ..., pn), (p1', p2', p3', p4', ..., pn') are arranged in two consecutive rows. The bags on the transport conveyors 65, 65', for example, bags (p4, p5, p6, p7), (p4', p5', p6', p7') are sequentially placed on the base material 35. go.

(Process D)
While moving the base material 35 carrying the plurality of bags 33, 33' in the longitudinal direction Y of the base material 35, the guide roll 63b wraps the plurality of bags 33, 33' with the base material 35, By providing a partition 46 that linearly fixes the opposing inner wall surfaces of the base material 35 to each other along the length direction The inner walls 38a, 38a, 33' of the base material 35 are sealed together by a heat sealing machine 69 along the edges 35a, 35b at both widthwise ends of the base material 35. A joint 39 is formed by applying a peelable seal, adhesion, or heat welding to the base material 38b, and the base material 35 is formed into a cylindrical shape to obtain a product-containing outer bag 400. Here, it is preferable that the edges of both ends of the base material 35 in the width direction are placed on the stacked surfaces of the bags 33, 33' and are releasably sealed, bonded, or heat welded. The bags 33, 33' can be easily wrapped in the outer bag in a gassho-attached manner, and can be easily sealed, bonded, or heat-welded with a peelable seal. Therefore, it is easy to manufacture using a device with a simple structure. In the product-containing outer bag 400, the plurality of bag bodies 33, 33' are wrapped in a cylindrical outer bag 31 for outer packaging. The heat-sealed product-containing outer bag 400 is preferably sent to a touch roll 64, a pinch roll 62c, and a dance roll 61b. At this time, the joint portion 39 is placed in a horizontal state and sent. The inside of the product-containing outer bag 400 is deaerated, and its bulk is reduced. Although FIG. 19 shows a form in which the inner walls 38a and 38b of the base material 35 are separably sealed, bonded, or thermally welded to each other, it is also possible to form a form in which the inner wall 38a and the outer wall 38d are separably sealed, bonded, or thermally welded to each other, or , the inner wall 38b and the outer wall 38c may be separably sealed, bonded, or heat-welded. Although FIG. 19 shows a form in which heat sealing is performed using a heat sealing machine 69, adhesion by gluing may also be performed. In step A, regardless of the form in which the rolled product 58 of the cylindrical outer bag 31 is used, or the form in which a rolled product in which a belt-shaped resin film of equal width after cutting is wound around a bobbin is used, After the joint portion 39 is formed, the plurality of bags 33, 33' can be wrapped in the cylindrical outer bag 31 for outer packaging. In the fourth step, as shown in FIG. 12, it is preferable to provide partitions 46 on both sides of the joint 39.

(5th A process)
The product-containing outer bag 400 is wound around the bobbin 51 with a flat cross section to obtain a rolled product 70 of the product-containing outer bag. Although FIG. 19 shows the form of roll winding, the product-containing outer bag 400 may be wound in a case or in a zigzag manner with a flat cross section.

(Fourth manufacturing method)
Next, a sixth manufacturing method will be explained. The sixth manufacturing method is to obtain the outer bag containing the product by attaching a peelable seal, adhering, or heat welding the base material to obtain the outer bag containing the product instead of engaging the fittings in the second manufacturing method. Other than that, the manufacturing method is the same. That is, in step A, two base materials are prepared, in step B, one of the base materials is spread horizontally, the other base material is spread horizontally above one of the base materials, and in step C, the base material One of the base materials is made into a flat sheet shape, and the bag body is placed on one side of the base material so that both widthwise ends of the bag body are located on the left side edge side and the right side edge side of the bag body, respectively. In step D, the other base material is placed over the bag to join one base material and the other base material. The bag can be placed inside the outer bag by simply placing two base materials one above the other, placing the bag between them, and closing the bag. In this form, the joining portions of the base materials are located on both side end sides of the bags 33, 33'.

(Fifth manufacturing method)
The method for manufacturing the product-containing outer bag 500 (fifth example) is as follows. In step A of the fourth manufacturing method, the base material has a partition fitting as a partition 46 at the center in the width direction of the base material, and has no fitting tools at both ends of the base material in the width direction. In step D, the partitions are completed by fitting the partition fittings, and both ends of the base material in the width direction are releasably sealed, bonded, or heat welded.

In the method for manufacturing an outer product-containing bag according to the present embodiment, the partition 46 may be a partition fitting, a peelable seal portion, an adhesive portion, or a heat-welded portion between opposing base materials. include.

The method for manufacturing an outer bag containing a product according to the present embodiment further includes the step of cutting the partition 46 into parts to obtain an outer bag containing a product containing a plurality of stacked bags in one row. Including form. Specific methods of dividing include, for example, cutting and dividing at the center of a removable seal part, adhesive part, or heat-welded part, and providing two partition fittings in parallel and cutting between them. There is.

(Method for manufacturing an outer bag containing a product with a second partition)
In the method for manufacturing an outer bag containing a product according to the present embodiment, in the third step or step C, the bag is continuously or intermittently placed on the base material along the longitudinal direction of the base material so that a part of the bag body overlaps the base material. The bags are stacked in a row, and each time a predetermined number of bags are stacked, a non-placement part is provided at a predetermined interval where no bags are placed, and after the fourth step or step D, the outer bag containing the product is placed. On the other hand, the method may further include a partition forming step of providing a second partition at a location corresponding to the non-arranged portion. The second partition is preferably formed by thermally welding the inner wall surfaces of the opposing base materials to each other while pressing a heat sealer against a location corresponding to the non-arranged portion. Alternatively, the partition may be formed by bonding the inner wall surfaces of opposing base materials to each other. It is more preferable that the non-arranged portions are arranged on both sides of the partition.

A perforation for separation may be further provided at the location where the second partition is provided. The cylindrical outer bag accommodates a predetermined number of bags, which are products, and can be separated at perforations to facilitate subdivision management. It is preferable that the perforation for separation is formed after providing the second partition. It is possible to prevent the separation perforation from disappearing when the second partition is formed by heat welding.

(Method for manufacturing an outer bag containing a product having a heat-welded sealing part)
For example, in the sixth example of the method for manufacturing an outer bag containing a product, in the third step or step C, each time a predetermined number of bags are stacked, non-placement portions where the bags are not placed are provided at predetermined intervals, and After the fourth step or the step D, the part corresponding to the non-placement part is melted and a heat-welded sealing part is formed at the cut end to obtain an outer bag containing a product containing a predetermined number of sheets. It is good also as having a process. A process for forming a heat-welded seal will be described with reference to FIG. 22. The thermal cutting/sealing device 98 has, for example, three regions having different temperatures in the order of a low temperature section 98a, a high temperature section 98b, and a low temperature section 98a along the length direction X of the cylindrical shape. The high-temperature section 98b thermally fuses and cuts the base material (the melt-cut location is indicated by reference numeral 19), and the low-temperature section 98a thermally welds and seals the inner wall surfaces of the opposing base materials (the thermally welded sealing section (Indicated by reference numeral 45). A heat-welded sealing portion will be placed next to the fusing location. More preferably, the non-placement portion 40 is placed next to the heat-welded sealing portion. Furthermore, this manufacturing method further includes the step of printing a mark at a location corresponding to the non-placement section, and when the location of the mark is detected in the step of forming the heat-welded sealing section, the base material is melt-cut. It is preferable to start the step of forming a heat-welded seal at the same time. When the mark is detected, the process of fusing and forming the heat weld seal is started, so the heat weld seal is formed 10 to 15 mm away from the mark. In this embodiment, "sealing" means not only completely sealing both lengthwise ends of the cylindrical outer bag, but also sealing them to the extent that the bag body is prevented from popping out from the outer bag. Including being present. Instead of providing the thermally welded sealing portion 45, a peelable sealing portion may be provided. In the process of forming a peelable seal part, a peelable seal is applied to the part corresponding to the non-placement part, and then a peelable seal part is formed at the end by cutting, and the outer bag containing the product is sealed. obtain.

(Method of supplying bag)
With reference to FIG. 20, a method for supplying a bag according to this embodiment will be described. The bag supply method according to the present embodiment is carried out by pulling out the outer bag of the product-containing outer bag 100 according to the present embodiment or the rolled product 50 of the product-containing outer bag according to the present embodiment, while The method includes a 6th A step in which a portion other than the occlusal portion is opened, and a 7th A step in which the opened bags 3 and 3' in the outer bag are sequentially fed to a filling machine. As the product-containing outer bag, product-containing outer bags 200, 300, 400, and 500 may be used. Further, as the rolled product-containing outer bag, the rolled products 54, 57, and 70 of the product-containing outer bag may be used. When using the product-containing outer bag 400 or the rolled product 70 of the product-containing outer bag, the joint portion or a portion of the outer bag other than the joint portion is opened while pulling out the outer bag. Furthermore, a folded outer bag containing the product may also be used. When opening a part of the outer bag other than the occlusal part, a joint, or a part of the outer bag other than the joint, it is preferable to use a cutter to open the part. Further, if a fragile portion is provided in a portion of the outer bag other than the interlocking portion, a joint portion, or a portion of the outer bag other than the joint portion, the seal may be opened from the fragile portion. When a weakly adhesive, weakly adhesive, removable seal section is provided instead of the thermally welded seal section, the seal section can be easily opened. When unpacking is performed manually, work efficiency improves.

The outer bag may be opened using an opening assisting means 96. The second partition 41 may be peeled off when opening the package.

(6th A process)
As shown in FIG. 20, the steps for manufacturing the outer bag 100 or the rolled product 50 of the outer bag containing the product are performed in a manner opposite to the process for manufacturing the outer bag. That is, the rolled product 50 of the outer bag containing the product is sent to the dance roll 80, the pinch roll 81, and the touch roll 82, and then the fitting tool 4 lying on its side is raised up by the guide roll 83. Subsequently, the female member 4b and the male member 4a are each guided by the claw guide roll 84, and the interlocking portion of the fitting tool 4 or the outer bag other than the interlocking portion is removed and opened. In addition, when using the product-containing outer bag 400 or the rolled product 70 of the product-containing outer bag, the joint part or a part of the outer bag other than the joint part is opened while pulling out the outer bag. In step 6A, the state in which the bags 3, 3' are packed can be reproduced as is. The outer bag 1 is sent to a pinch roll 87 and a touch roll 93, and further wound up on a bobbin 91 to form a rolled product 90 of the outer bag 1. The used outer bag 1 wound around the roll product 90 of the outer bag 1 is discarded.

(7th A process)
The bags 3 and 3' inside the opened outer bag 1 are sequentially fed to a filling machine. Here, the leading bags p4 and p4' of the bags 3 and 3' placed on the base material 5 are detected by the bag detection tool 86, taken out by the suction tool 85, and placed on one end side of the positioning device 92. These become bags p3 and p3'. The bags p3, 3' placed on one end of the positioning device 92 are moved to the other end of the positioning device 92 by the suction tool 88, and become a bag p2. A bag detector 89 detects whether a bag exists at the position of the bags p2, p2'. The bags p2 and p2' are then supplied to a filling machine (not shown) as bags p1 and p1'.

In the 6A process and the 7A process, the product-containing outer bag 100 or the rolled product 50 of the product-containing outer bag can substantially reproduce the bag making machine, and the bag bodies 3, 3' are transferred to the filling machine. can be supplied at high speed. In other words, it can be said that the filling machine can substantially reproduce the inline design of the bag making machine. It can also be seen that the work of tying the bags is unnecessary, and the inspection process associated with it is also unnecessary.

This embodiment has a plurality of forms, and can be modified by appropriately replacing a part of each embodiment within a range that still achieves the effects of the present invention.
