Description

The present invention relates to a liquid detergent composition for clothing, a method for producing a liquid detergent composition for clothing, and a method for washing clothing.

There are two main types of washing methods for textile products such as clothing: hand washing and washing machine washing. In recent years, washing machines have become more popular in Asia, but hand-washing is still widely practiced due to its cleaning power, economy, cultural background, and awareness of washing. Hand-washing is suitable for cleaning not only general dirt attached to fibers but also localized dirt such as spilled food, as the worker can wash the fabric while checking the progress of dirt removal. In hand-washing, many workers wash clothes using a cleaning solution obtained by dissolving a cleaning agent, such as a powdered or liquid cleaning agent, in water.

In addition to being used for preparing a cleaning solution, the liquid cleaning agent can also be used by directly applying it to textile products. For example, in hand-washing, a liquid detergent can be applied to areas of textile products that are conspicuously soiled during the washing process, and the textile products can be rubbed and washed.

In addition to having good detergency, it is advantageous in terms of convenience that a single formulation can be used for both preparation of a cleaning liquid and application cleaning for liquid cleaning compositions used for hand washing and the like. In general, it is considered desirable to appropriately increase the viscosity of a liquid cleaning composition for coating and cleaning, but there is a concern that dispersibility and solubility may decrease when mixing with water to prepare a cleaning liquid.

Preferably it is contained in an amount of 1% by mass or less. Among the pH adjusters, the acid agent is preferably an organic acid such as citric acid from the viewpoint of detergency and stability. The liquid detergent composition for clothing of the present invention contains an organic acid, and further contains citric acid, preferably at least 0.05% by mass, more preferably at least 0.1% by mass, and more preferably at most 2% by mass. contains 1% by mass or less.

The liquid laundry detergent composition of the present invention has a viscosity η 0.1 which is the ratio of a viscosity η 0.1 at a shear rate of 0.1 S −1 at 30° C. to a viscosity η 100 at a shear rate of 100 S −1 at 30° C. / η100 is 1.5 or more and 30 or less. From the viewpoint of detergency and solubility, η 0.1100 is preferably 1.8 or more, more preferably 2 or more, and preferably 15 or less, more preferably 10 or less. The high viscosity of a liquid cleaning agent under low shear conditions means that the liquid cleaning agent has a high viscosity when the mechanical force applied to the liquid cleaning agent is small. It is thought that improved adhesion leads to improved cleaning power. In addition, the fact that a liquid detergent has a low viscosity under high shear means that it has a low viscosity when the mechanical force applied to the liquid detergent is large, and it is easily dispersed in water when rinsing in a washing machine. This is thought to lead to a reduction in the amount of undissolved material. By having η 0.1100 within a predetermined range, the liquid laundry detergent composition of the present invention can exhibit viscosity behavior in response to changes in mechanical force due to differences in cleaning modes, and can be applied to and cleaned. It is presumed that excellent detergency and solubility can be obtained in various washing modes such as bath washing (washing in a washing machine).
In the present invention, the viscosities η 0.1 and η 100 are determined using a rotary rheometer (manufactured by Anton Paar, model number MCR302, using a cone plate with a diameter of 50 mm) at 30°C and at a shear rate of 0.1 s - Measured under conditions of 1 or 100 s −1 .

In the liquid detergent composition for clothing of the present invention, G' 100 /G'' 100, which is the ratio between storage modulus G' 100 and loss modulus G'' 100 at an angular frequency of 100 rad/s, is 1 or more. . From the viewpoint of coating cleaning power, G' 100 /G'' 100 is preferably 1.4 or more, more preferably 1.6 or more, and preferably 10 or less, more preferably 8 or less. The liquid detergent composition for clothing of the present invention has G′ 100 /G″ 100 within a predetermined range, so that when mechanical force is applied to the composition for a short time, the composition has solid properties. For example, when the composition is used by applying it to dirt, it is presumed that the adhesion of the composition to the dirt increases and high cleaning power is exhibited.
In the present invention, the storage modulus G' 100 and the loss modulus G'' 100 are each measured at 100 rad at 30°C using a rotary rheometer (manufactured by Anton Paar, model number MCR302, using a cone plate with a diameter of 50 mm). G' and G'' obtained at 100 rad are defined as storage modulus G' 100 and loss modulus G'' 100 .

The liquid detergent composition for clothing of the present invention has G' 1.0 /G, which is the ratio of the storage modulus G' 1.0 and the loss modulus G'' 1.0 at an angular frequency of 1.0 rad/s. '' 1.0 is less than 1. From the viewpoint of solubility, G' 1.0 /G'' 1.0 is preferably 0 or more, more preferably 0.01 or more, and preferably 0.7 or less, more preferably 0.5 or less. be. The liquid detergent composition for clothing of the present invention has G′ 1.0 /G″ 1.0 within a predetermined range, so that when mechanical force is applied to the composition for a long time, the composition It is assumed that the composition becomes less likely to exhibit solid properties, and that the composition is easily dispersed in water during washing or rinsing in a washing machine, reducing the amount of undissolved material.
In the present invention, the storage modulus G' 1.0 and the loss modulus G'' 1.0 are the same as the storage modulus G' 100 and the loss modulus G'' 100 , respectively, except that the angular frequency is Measured as .0 rad/s.

From the viewpoint of ease of measurement and solubility, the liquid detergent composition for clothing of the present invention has a viscosity at 30°C of preferably 2000 mPa·s or more, more preferably 2500 mPa·s or more, and even more preferably 3000 mPa·s. above, and preferably 100,000 mPa·s or less, more preferably 30,000 mPa·s or less, still more preferably 10,000 mPa·s or less, and even more preferably 5,000 or less. This viscosity was measured with a B-type viscometer (VISCOMETER TVB-10, manufactured by Toki Sangyo Co., Ltd.) (30° C., M3, 12 rpm).

(2) Solubility evaluation The liquid cleaning composition for clothing shown in Table 1 was colored by adding 0.0005% by mass of a dye (Red No. 106). 100 ml of ion-exchanged water at 30° C. was added to a 200 ml glass beaker, and the mixture was stirred using a stirrer at a rotation speed of 150 pm. 10 g of the above-mentioned colored liquid detergent composition for clothing was added to the stirring state. The mixture was collected after 1 minute and 10 minutes. The absorbance (570 nm) of the collected water was measured using a microplate reader (manufactured by TECAN). The dissolution rate is defined below. In this evaluation, it is desirable that the dissolution rate is 80% or more.
Dissolution rate (%) = 100 × [(Absorbance after 1 minute - Absorbance of ion-exchanged water) / (Absorbance after 10 minutes - Absorbance of ion-exchanged water)]
