Claims (10)
- ヒータにおいて、
加熱を遂行する第1導電性パターンと、
前記第1導電性パターンと並列に配置された第2導電性パターンと、を含み、
前記第1導電性パターン及び前記第2導電性パターンは、前記ヒータの加熱面の中心を囲むように配置され、
前記第1導電性パターンは、抵抗温度係数が1000ppm/℃以下である素材からなり、
前記第2導電性パターンは、前記第1導電性パターンの外郭に配置されており、前記第1導電性パターンよりも比抵抗(resistivity)が小さい素材からなることによって、前記第2導電性パターンの抵抗値が前記第1導電性パターンの抵抗値よりも小さいか、あるいは同じになる、ヒータ。 - 前記第1導電性パターンは、コンスタンタン(constantan)、マンガニン(mangnanin)及び洋白(nickel silver)のうち、少なくとも1つの素材からなる、請求項1に記載のヒータ。
- 前記第1導電性パターンは、比抵抗(resistivity)が3.0×10-8Ωm以上である素材からなる、請求項1に記載のヒータ。
- 前記第2導電性パターンの外郭に配置された第3導電性パターンをさらに含み、
前記第3導電性パターンと前記第2導電性パターンとの間隔は、前記第2導電性パターンと前記第1導電性パターンとの間隔よりも広い、請求項1に記載のヒータ。 - 前記第2導電性パターンの厚さは、前記第1導電性パターンよりも厚い、請求項1に記載のヒータ。
- 前記第2導電性パターンの厚さは、30μm以下である、請求項5に記載のヒータ。
- 前記第2導電性パターンは、前記ヒータの温度を測定し、前記第1導電性パターンよりも抵抗温度係数が大きい素材を含む、請求項1に記載のヒータ。
- 前記第2導電性パターンは、前記ヒータの加熱面の中心領域温度を測定するように配置され、
前記加熱面の中心から前記中心領域の外周部までの距離は、前記中心から前記加熱面の外周部までの距離の0.15~0.5倍である、請求項7に記載のヒータ。 - エアロゾル発生物品が収容される収容空間を形成するハウジングと、
前記収容空間に収容されたエアロゾル発生物品を加熱するヒータと、を含み、
前記ヒータは、
抵抗温度係数が1000ppm/℃以下である素材からなる第1導電性パターンと、
前記第1導電性パターンと並列に配置された第2導電性パターンと、を含み、
前記第1導電性パターン及び前記第2導電性パターンは、前記ヒータの加熱面の中心を囲むように配置され、
前記第2導電性パターンは、前記第1導電性パターンの外郭に配置されており、前記第1導電性パターンよりも比抵抗(resistivity)が小さい素材からなることによって、前記第2導電性パターンの抵抗値が前記第1導電性パターンの抵抗値よりも小さいか、あるいは同じになる、エアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記ヒータを制御する制御部をさらに含むが、
前記制御部は、前記第1導電性パターン及び前記第2導電性パターンを独立して制御す
る、請求項9に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
