Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for attaching artificial eyelashes for extension to the natural eyelashes.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as one of beauty techniques for beautifying the face, it is known to attach artificial eyelashes for extension (hereinafter also referred to as artificial eyelashes) to one's own eyelashes to make the eyelashes look longer.

For example, Patent Literature 1 discloses a method for attaching artificial eyelashes for eyelash extension, in which artificial eyelashes are attached to the underside of one's own eyelashes by bonding the artificial eyelashes from below.

However, when the artificial eyelashes are attached from the lower side or the upper side of the natural eyelashes as in the wearing method disclosed in Patent Document 1, although the effect of making the eyelashes look longer can be expected, the density of the eyelashes when the face is viewed from the front is poor, and there is room for improvement.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a method of wearing artificial eyelashes for extension, which can make the face more beautiful.

The present invention is a method for attaching artificial eyelashes for extension to attach artificial eyelashes for extension, comprising an adhesive application step of applying an adhesive to the artificial eyelashes for extension, a contact step of contacting one of the artificial eyelashes for extension coated with the adhesive to a side portion of the self eyelashes excluding the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion of one of the self eyelashes via the adhesive, and the artificial extension eyelashes that are brought into contact with the self eyelashes. A longitudinal sliding step of sliding the eyelash along the length direction of the eyelash in a range in which the side portion of the eyelash and the artificial eyelash for extension do not separate before the adhesive is cured, and the artificial eyelash for extension that is in contact with the eyelash is moved along the axis of the eyelash in a range where the artificial eyelash for extension does not separate from the side portion of the eyelash before the adhesive is cured. and a fixing step of fixing the artificial eyelashes for extension to the side surface of the eyelashes by curing the adhesive, wherein the artificial eyelashes for extension are attached to the eyelashes by executing the sliding step in the longitudinal direction and the sliding step in the circumferential direction simultaneously or sequentially to perform the fixing step.

In such a configuration, since the artificial eyelashes for extension are attached to the side surface instead of the upper and lower surfaces of the eyelashes, the artificial eyelashes for extension are arranged side by side along the parallel direction of the eyelashes.

Here, in general, the artificial eyelashes for extension have a curved shape that emphasizes curls more than the natural eyelashes in order to improve the appearance. In the conventional configuration in which the artificial eyelashes for extension are attached to the upper surface or the lower surface of the natural eyelashes, the contact area between the base end of the natural eyelashes and the base end of the artificial eyelashes for extension is small, and the stability when the artificial eyelashes for extension are fixed to the natural eyelashes is poor. On the other hand, in the configuration of the present invention, since the artificial eyelashes for extension are fixed to the side part of the eyelashes, the contact area between the eyelashes and the artificial eyelashes for extension can be sufficiently secured compared to the conventional one, and the stability at the time of wearing is remarkably improved.

By the way, in the present invention, the groove-shaped stepped portion along the axial direction (longitudinal direction) formed between the natural eyelashes and the artificial eyelashes for extension is arranged at a position facing the eyelid. Here, since the skin of the eyelid is generally very thin and sensitive, there is a possibility that pain and itching may be induced when the stepped portion comes into contact with the eyelid. Therefore, under such circumstances, by performing the longitudinal sliding step and the circumferential sliding step, the adhesive enters the stepped portion formed between the self eyelashes and the artificial eyelashes for extension without any gaps, so that it is possible to suitably prevent the eyelids from feeling uncomfortable. In addition, the surface of the eyelashes has a cuticle structure, and complex unevenness is formed in both the length direction and the circumferential direction. By performing the lengthwise sliding step and the circumferential direction sliding step, the adhesive can be suitably blended into the recesses according to the recesses based on the cuticle structure of the eyelashes.

The method of wearing artificial eyelashes for extension according to the present invention has an excellent effect of making the face more beautiful.

Embodiments of the present invention are described according to the following examples. It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments shown below, and design changes are possible as appropriate.

A procedure for attaching extension artificial eyelashes 20 (hereinafter simply referred to as artificial eyelashes 20) to the self eyelashes (upper eyelashes) 10 growing upward from the edge of the upper eyelid 5 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5.

(Adhesive application process)
The artificial eyelashes 20, as shown in FIG. 1, have a tapered shape from the root to the tip. Then, the adhesive 30 is applied around the root ends of the artificial eyelashes 20 . The adhesive is a known quick-drying adhesive that dries and solidifies in several seconds to several tens of seconds.

(Contact process)
One artificial eyelash 20 coated with an adhesive 30 is brought into contact with one natural eyelash 10. At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, with the upper eyelid 5 and the lower eyelid 6 closed, the artificial eyelashes 20 are brought closer to the side portions excluding the upper and lower surface portions of the eyelashes 10, and the artificial eyelashes 20 are brought into contact with the side portions of the eyelashes 10. In addition, when the artificial eyelashes 20 are brought into contact with each other, the root ends of the artificial eyelashes 20 are positioned as close as possible to the root ends of the natural eyelashes 10 .

(longitudinal sliding process)
After the artificial eyelashes 20 are brought into contact with the eyelashes 10, the artificial eyelashes 20 are repeatedly slid along the length of the eyelashes 10 before the adhesive 30 hardens, as shown in FIG. Here, the sliding range is such that the side portion of the natural eyelash 10 and the artificial eyelash 20 do not separate. As a result, the adhesive 30 can be applied to the surface of the eyelashes 10, and the adhesiveness between the eyelashes 10 and the artificial eyelashes 20 can be improved to provide a more natural finish.

(Circumferential sliding process)
As shown in FIG. 4 , the artificial eyelashes 20 are slid along the axis of the natural eyelashes 10 before the adhesive 30 hardens in conjunction with the above-described longitudinal sliding step. Here, the range in which the artificial eyelashes 20 are slid against the eyelashes 10 having a substantially circular cross-sectional shape is set so that the artificial eyelashes 20 do not separate from the side portions of the eyelashes 10 . As a result, the adhesive 30 is deposited on the stepped portion 40 as a concave groove formed between the natural eyelashes 10 and the artificial eyelashes 20 in the axial direction, thereby minimizing the stepped portion of the stepped portion 40 .

The longitudinal sliding step and the circumferential sliding step described above can be performed repeatedly, simultaneously or alternately, until the adhesive 30 hardens. Here, it is known that the surface of one's own eyelashes has a cuticle structure, and complex irregularities are formed both in the longitudinal direction and in the circumferential direction. Therefore, by repeating the sliding step in the longitudinal direction and the sliding step in the circumferential direction, the adhesive 30 penetrates into the complicated recesses of the eyelashes without any gaps, and the adhesive strength can be further increased.

(fixing process)
After that, the artificial eyelashes 20 are fixed to the side portions of the natural eyelashes 10 by curing the adhesive 30 .

When such a fixing step is performed, as shown in FIG. 5A, the artificial eyelashes 20 are fixed to the side portions of the eyelashes 10, so that the contact area A between the eyelashes 10 and the artificial eyelashes 20 is sufficiently secured, and the artificial eyelashes can be stably fixed. Here, if the artificial eyelashes are fixed to the upper or lower surface of the natural eyelashes as in the conventional method, only the root ends of the artificial eyelashes can come into contact with the natural eyelashes, resulting in the problem of easy detachment. In addition, in the configuration according to the present invention, the adhesive 30 reduces the step of the recessed groove-shaped stepped portion 40 formed along the length direction between the natural eyelash 10 and the artificial eyelash 20, so that the stepped portion 40 and the eyelids can be prevented from causing pain, itching, etc. due to contact. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5B, the adhesive 30 also adheres to the stepped portion 40 generated between the root end of the natural eyelash 10 and the root end of the artificial eyelash 20 to reduce the stepped portion. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of pain, itching, etc. due to contact between the stepped portion 40 and the eyelids in the same manner as described above.

Then, the above-described procedure is sequentially executed for all target self eyelashes 10 .

In the above-described embodiment, design changes can be made as appropriate within the scope of the gist of the present invention.
