FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram of a state in which the decorative plate 23 of the bookmarker body 20 is positioned in the through hole 11 of the base plate 10, and the portion near the base end of the flexible string 21 of the bookmarker body 20 is engaged with the projecting second engaging portion 14.
