Description
Claims (20)
- コンピュータが実行する車両を操作するための方法であって、
前記車両内に配置された1つ又は複数のスピーカを使用して、非可聴音声信号である音声信号を生成するステップと、
前記車両内に配置された1つ又は複数のマイクロフォンによって、前記車両の運転者又は乗客から反射された音声信号を受信するステップと、
前記1つ又は複数のマイクロフォンによって受信された、反射された音声信号と、当該音声信号の発生源と、に基づいて、運転者行動誘導音響パターンと乗客行動誘導音響パターンとを検出するステップと、
前記運転者行動誘導音響パターンを分析して前記車両の運転者の行動を決定し、前記乗客行動誘導音響パターンを分析して前記車両の乗客の行動を決定するステップと、
前記運転者の行動のリスクが運転者リスクレベル閾値よりも大きいと判定された場合に前記車両を停止させ、前記乗客の行動のリスクが乗客リスクレベル閾値よりも大きいと判定された場合に前記車両の速度を低下させるステップと、
含む車両を操作するための方法。 - 前記音声信号が超音波信号を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ又は複数のマイクロフォンが、前記車両の左上前、右上前、運転席と助手席との間、前記運転席又は前記助手席の後部、又は2つの後部座席の間に配置されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記行動を決定するステップは、前記運転者行動誘導音響パターン及び前記乗客行動誘導音響パターンを、所定の行動リストを表す所定の音響パターンリストとマッチングするステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記検出するステップは、反射された音声信号に基づいてパワースペクトログラムを抽出するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記行動を決定するステップは、前記パワースペクトログラムを、特定の行動に関連する所定のパワースペクトログラムと比較するステップを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記運転者又は前記乗客の行動のリスクレベルを決定するステップと、前記運転者又は前記乗客の行動のリスクレベルに基づいて警報を生成するステップと、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記運転者又は前記乗客の行動のリスクレベルに基づいて前記警報を生成するステップは、前記行動が前記運転者からの行動である場合、決定されたリスクレベルが前記運転者リスクレベル閾値よりも高いことに応じて、警報を生成するとともに自律走行モードを作動させて、減速して路傍に停止させるステップを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記運転者又は前記乗客の行動のリスクレベルに基づいて前記警報を生成するステップは、前記行動が前記乗客からの行動であり、且つ前記車両が自律走行モードにある場合、前記車両の速度を低下させるか、又は前記自律走行モードの快適運転モードに切り替えるステップを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 命令が格納されている非一時的な機械可読媒体であって、
前記命令がプロセッサによって実行されると、前記プロセッサに操作を実行させ、前記操作は、
車両内に配置された1つ又は複数のスピーカを使用して、非可聴音声信号である音声信号を生成することと、
前記車両内に配置された1つ又は複数のマイクロフォンによって、前記車両の運転者又は乗客から反射された音声信号を受信することと、
前記1つ又は複数のマイクロフォンによって受信された、反射された音声信号と、当該音声信号の発生源と、に基づいて、運転者行動誘導音響パターンと乗客行動誘導音響パターンとを検出することと、
前記運転者行動誘導音響パターンを分析して前記車両の運転者の行動を決定し、前記乗客行動誘導音響パターンを分析して前記車両の乗客の行動を決定することと、
前記運転者の行動のリスクが運転者リスクレベル閾値よりも大きいと判定された場合に前記車両を停止させ、前記乗客の行動のリスクが乗客リスクレベル閾値よりも大きいと判定された場合に前記車両の速度を低下させることと、を含む、非一時的な機械可読媒体。 - 前記音声信号が超音波信号を含む、請求項10に記載の機械可読媒体。
- 前記1つ又は複数のマイクロフォンが、前記車両の左上前、右上前、運転席と助手席との間、前記運転席又は前記助手席の後部、又は2つの後部座席の間に配置されている、請求項10に記載の機械可読媒体。
- 前記行動を決定することは、前記運転者行動誘導音響パターン及び前記乗客行動誘導音響パターンを、所定の行動リストを表す所定の音響パターンリストとマッチングすることを含む、請求項10に記載の機械可読媒体。
- 前記検出することは、前記音声信号に基づいてパワースペクトログラムを抽出することを含む、請求項10に記載の機械可読媒体。
- 前記行動を決定することは、前記パワースペクトログラムを、特定の行動に関連する所定のパワースペクトログラムと比較することを含む、請求項14に記載の機械可読媒体。
- 前記操作は、前記運転者又は前記乗客の行動のリスクレベルを決定することと、前記運転者又は前記乗客の行動のリスクレベルに基づいて警報を生成することと、をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の機械可読媒体。
- 前記運転者又は前記乗客の行動のリスクレベルに基づいて前記警報を生成することは、前記行動が前記運転者からの行動である場合、前記リスクレベルが前記運転者リスクレベル閾値よりも高いことに応じて、警報を生成するとともに自律走行モードを作動させて、減速して路傍に停止させることを含む、請求項16に記載の機械可読媒体。
- 前記運転者又は前記乗客の行動のリスクレベルに基づいて前記警報を生成することは、前記行動が前記乗客からの行動であり、且つ前記車両が自律走行モードにある場合、前記車両の速度を低下させるか、又は前記自律走行モードの快適モードに切り替えることを含む、請求項16に記載の機械可読媒体。
- プロセッサと、
命令を格納するために前記プロセッサに接続され、前記プロセッサによって前記命令が実行されると、前記プロセッサに操作を実行させるメモリと、を備えるデータ処理システムであって、
前記操作は、
車両内に配置された1つ又は複数のスピーカを使用して、非可聴音声信号である音声信号を生成することと、
前記車両内に配置された1つ又は複数のマイクロフォンによって、前記車両の運転者又は乗客から反射された音声信号を受信することと、
前記1つ又は複数のマイクロフォンによって受信された、反射された音声信号と、当該音声信号の発生源と、に基づいて、運転者行動誘導音響パターンと乗客行動誘導音響パターンとを検出することと、
前記運転者行動誘導音響パターンを分析して前記車両の運転者の行動を決定し、前記乗客行動誘導音響パターンを分析して前記車両の乗客の行動を決定することと、
前記運転者の行動のリスクが運転者リスクレベル閾値よりも大きいと判定された場合に前記車両を停止させ、前記乗客の行動のリスクが乗客リスクレベル閾値よりも大きいと判定された場合に前記車両の速度を低下させることと、を含む、データ処理システム。 - 前記音声信号が超音波信号を含む、請求項19に記載のシステム。
