(実施態様1)内視鏡システムであって、
生体内の標的部位の画像フレームを取り込むように構成された内視鏡イメージャと、
プロセッサと、を備え、
前記プロセッサは、
ある期間にわたって取り込まれた複数の画像フレームの各画像フレームの1又は2以上の画像メトリクスを決定し、
前記期間にわたる前記画像メトリクスの変化を解析し、
解析された前記画像メトリクスの変化に基づいて、前記標的部位の濁度メトリックを決定する、ように構成された内視鏡システム。
(実施態様2)前記画像メトリクスは、赤色エントロピーメトリック及びシアンエントロピーメトリックを含む画像エントロピーメトリクスである、実施態様1に記載の内視鏡システム。
(実施態様3)前記プロセッサは、
現在の画像フレーム内の血液内容物を推定し、
前記現在の画像フレームを、前記血液内容物の視覚的効果を軽減して前記現在の画像フレームの残り部分を強化するように変更する、ようにさらに構成される、実施態様2に記載の内視鏡システム。
(実施態様4)前記プロセッサは、現在の画像フレーム内の粒子を識別し分類するようにさらに構成される、実施態様1~3のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システム。
(実施態様5)前記現在の画像フレームに前記濁度メトリックを注釈付けするように構成されたディスプレイをさらに備える、実施態様4に記載の内視鏡システム。
(実施態様6)前記ディスプレイは、
識別された前記粒子を括弧で囲み、
前記現在の画像フレームに粒子分類を注釈付けする、
ようにさらに構成される、実施態様5に記載の内視鏡システム。
(実施態様7)前記識別された粒子は腎臓結石であり、前記分類は前記腎臓結石のサイズに関する、実施態様6に記載の内視鏡システム。
(実施態様8)内視鏡システムであって、
生体内の標的部位の画像フレームを取り込むように構成された内視鏡イメージャと、
前記内視鏡イメージャの視野を明確にするように前記標的部位に洗浄流体を供給する流体送出機構と、
プロセッサと、を備え、
前記プロセッサは、
前記内視鏡イメージャからの少なくとも1つの画像の濁度メトリックを決定し、
前記濁度メトリックに基づいて前記洗浄流体の流体送出調整を決定し、
決定された流体送出調整に基づいて、前記流体送出機構によって供給される流体送出を調整するように前記流体送出機構を制御する、ように構成された内視鏡システム。
(実施態様9)前記プロセッサは、介入器具を識別する特徴検出に基づいて介入活動のタイプを決定するようにさらに構成される、実施態様8に記載の内視鏡システム。
(実施態様10)前記プロセッサは、
前記介入活動のフェーズを決定し、
前記介入活動のフェーズに基づいて、前記流体送出機構によって供給される流体送出を調整する、ようにさらに構成される、実施態様9に記載の内視鏡システム。
(実施態様11)前記プロセッサは、
現在の画像フレーム内の粒子を識別し分類し、
粒子分類に基づいて、前記流体送出機構によって供給される流体送出を調整する、ようにさらに構成される、実施態様8~10のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システム。
(実施態様12)前記粒子は腎臓結石であり、前記粒子分類は前記腎臓結石のサイズに関する、実施態様11に記載の内視鏡システム。
(実施態様13)前記プロセッサは、
前記少なくとも1つの画像の血液メトリックを決定し、
前記血液メトリックに基づいて、前記流体送出機構によって供給される流体送出を調整する、ようにさらに構成される、実施態様8~11のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システム。
(実施態様14)前記プロセッサは、前記少なくとも1つの画像の画像エントロピーメトリクスを決定するようにさらに構成される、実施態様13に記載の内視鏡システム。
(実施態様15)前記濁度メトリック及び前記血液メトリックは、前記画像エントロピーメトリクスに部分的に基づいて決定される、実施態様14に記載の内視鏡システム。
Claims (7)
- 内視鏡システムであって、
生体内の標的部位の画像フレームを取り込むように構成された内視鏡イメージャと、
プロセッサと、を備え、
前記プロセッサは、
ある期間にわたって取り込まれた複数の画像フレームの各画像フレームの1又は2以上の画像メトリクスを決定し、
前記期間にわたる前記画像メトリクスの変化を解析し、
解析された前記画像メトリクスの変化に基づいて、前記標的部位の濁度メトリックを決定する、
ように構成された内視鏡システム。 - 前記画像メトリクスは、赤色エントロピーメトリック及びシアンエントロピーメトリックを含む画像エントロピーメトリクスである、請求項1に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 前記プロセッサは、
現在の画像フレーム内の血液内容物を推定し、
前記現在の画像フレームを、前記血液内容物の視覚的効果を軽減して前記現在の画像フレームの残り部分を強化するように変更する、ようにさらに構成される、請求項2に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記プロセッサは、現在の画像フレーム内の粒子を識別し分類するようにさらに構成される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 前記現在の画像フレームに前記濁度メトリックを注釈付けするように構成されたディスプレイをさらに備える、請求項4に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 前記ディスプレイは、
識別された前記粒子を括弧で囲み、
前記現在の画像フレームに粒子分類を注釈付けする、
ようにさらに構成される、請求項5に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記識別された粒子は腎臓結石であり、前記分類は前記腎臓結石のサイズに関する、請求項6に記載の内視鏡システム。
