Claims (20)
- 第1のエアロゾル形成基材と、第1のエアロゾル形成基材の上流に第2のエアロゾル形成基材とを備える喫煙物品のための、把持及び携帯が可能なサイズのエアロゾル発生装置において、
装置内に提供され、喫煙物品が挿入できる空洞と、
装置内に提供され、喫煙物品の第1のエアロゾル形成基材の内部又は外部を第1の温度範囲で加熱できる、抵抗加熱方式のヒータまたは誘導加熱方式のヒータである第1のヒーティング手段と、
装置内に提供され、喫煙物品の第2のエアロゾル形成基材の内部又は外部を第2の温度範囲で加熱できる、抵抗加熱方式のヒータまたは誘導加熱方式のヒータである第2のヒーティング手段と、
装置内に提供され、第1のヒーティング手段及び第2のヒーティング手段の温度を各々感知する第1のセンサ及び第2のセンサと、
装置内に提供され、直流電源として働く再充電可能なバッテリと、
装置内に提供され、第1のセンサ、第2のセンサ及びバッテリと電気的に連結され、バッテリから供給される直流電源を受信して、第1のセンサ及び第2のセンサの感知値によって第1のヒーティング手段及び第2のヒーティング手段を各々制御する制御部とを含むが、
第1のヒーティング手段及び第2のヒーティング手段の少なくとも一つは、誘導加熱方式のヒータであり、
誘導加熱方式のヒータは、励磁コイル及び励磁コイルと反応して渦電流損失により誘導発熱が発生して喫煙物品を加熱するサセプタであり、
励磁コイルのインダクタンスを感知するセンサまたは励磁コイルのインピーダンスを感知するセンサをさらに含むことを特徴とする、複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。 - 喫煙物品に具備された第1のエアロゾル形成基材は液状カートリッジであり、第2のエアロゾル形成基材はタバコ体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
- 喫煙物品に具備された第1のエアロゾル形成基材はタバコ体であり、第2のエアロゾル形成基材は液状カートリッジであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
- 喫煙物品に具備された第1のエアロゾル形成基材及び第2のエアロゾル形成基材は、タバコ体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
- タバコ体はグリセリンVGを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2、3又は4の何れか一項に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
- 喫煙物品に具備された第1のエアロゾル形成基材及び第2のエアロゾル形成基材は、液状カートリッジであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
- 液状カートリッジは、グリセリンVGを含む液状又はゲル状組成物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2、3又は6の何れか一項に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
- 喫煙物品はフィルター及びチューブをさらに含み、フィルター、チューブ、タバコ体及び液状カートリッジが一つのラッピングペーパーによりラッピングされて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
- 喫煙物品はフィルター及びチューブをさらに含み、フィルター、チューブ及びタバコ体が一つのラッピングペーパーによりラッピングされて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
- 喫煙物品はフィルター及びチューブをさらに含み、フィルター、チューブ及び液状カートリッジが一つのラッピングペーパーによりラッピングされて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
- 装置内に提供されて制御部と電気的に連結される圧力センサをさらに備え、制御部は、圧力センサから入力される感知値によってパフ動作の量に対する積分値を計算して、累積の積分値によって第1のヒーティング手段及び/又は第2のヒーティング手段を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
- 抵抗加熱方式のヒータは、発熱抵抗パターンを含むパイプヒータであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
- 抵抗加熱方式のヒータは、発熱抵抗パターンを含む侵入式ヒータであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
- 装置内に提供されて制御部及び励磁コイル間に連結される複数のキャパシタスイッチを備え、制御部は、複数のキャパシタスイッチの少なくとも一つをオン-オフ制御して励磁コイルに供給する交流電流の周波数を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
- サセプタ及び励磁コイル間に提供され、サセプタの熱が励磁コイルに伝達されることを防止する断熱部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
- 断熱部は、断熱パイプの外壁に断熱遮蔽機能付きの断熱フィラーを利用する断熱フィルムを付着したことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
- 断熱フィラーは、セラミックパウダーからなることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
- サセプタは、第1のエアロゾル形成基材及び/又は第2のエアロゾル形成基材の中央に挿設された中空パイプ形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
- サセプタは、ステンレス、ニッケル及びコバルトの少なくとも一つの材質からなることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
- サセプタは、空洞に挿入される喫煙物品の下部中央を貫通して挿入され、喫煙物品内の第2のエアロゾル形成基材と直接的に接触することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合ヒーティングエアロゾル発生装置。
