Claims (13)
- 患者内の体内目標部位に体内装置を送達するためのシステムであって、
少なくとも前記患者内への入口点から前記患者からの別の出口点まで延びるように構成される装置送達経路を通して送達されるように構成される体内装置と、
第1の近位側の経カテーテル送達装置および前記第1の近位側の経カテーテル送達装置とは別個の第2の遠位側の経カテーテル送達装置を含む少なくとも2つの送達装置と、を備え、
前記患者内への挿入後に前記体内装置を前記入口点と前記出口点の両方から操作し、前記体内目標部位に向けて誘導することを可能にするために、前記体内装置が、前記近位側の経カテーテル送達装置に取り外し可能に連結された近位端と、前記遠位側の経カテーテル送達装置に取り外し可能に連結された遠位端とを有し、
前記体内装置が、前記体内目標部位にある1つまたは複数の解剖学的壁を横切って移植されるように構成されることで、前記体内装置の前記近位端が、前記1つまたは複数の解剖学的壁の近位側に配置され、前記体内装置の前記遠位端が、前記1つまたは複数の解剖学的壁の遠位側に配置され、
前記近位側の経カテーテル送達装置が、前記入口点を通して配置されるように構成され、前記体内装置の前記近位端まで延び、前記遠位側の経カテーテル送達装置が、前記出口点を通して配置されるように構成され、前記体内装置の前記遠位端まで延びる、システム。 - 前記体内装置が、一体型の拡張可能な遠位側構成要素を備え、前記遠位側構成要素が送達形態から作業形態に拡張可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記作業形態では、一体型の拡張された前記遠位側構成要素が、前記体内装置を前記1つまたは複数の解剖学的壁に固定するように配置され構成される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記作業形態では、一体型の拡張された前記遠位側構成要素がフローディフューザとなる、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 一体型の拡張可能な前記遠位側構成要素が、複数の拡張可能なアームおよび/またはブレードを備える、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 一体型の拡張可能な前記遠位側構成要素が、前記アームおよび/またはブレードの間に延在する膜を備える、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 一体型の拡張可能な前記遠位側構成要素の前記作業形態への拡張を補助するための手段をさらに備える、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記補助するための手段が膨張可能なバルーンを含む、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記体内装置が、着脱可能な連結用構成要素を備え、前記着脱可能な連結用構成要素が送達形態から作業形態に拡張可能であり、前記着脱可能な連結用構成要素が、前記遠位側の経カテーテル送達装置に連結される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記着脱可能な構成要素がキャップおよび/またはシースを備える、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記体内装置が、一体型の拡張可能な遠位側構成要素を備え、前記遠位側構成要素が、作業形態から回収形態に収納可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記回収形態では、一体型の拡張された前記遠位側構成要素が、前記1つまたは複数の解剖学的壁から前記体内装置を固定解除するように配置され構成される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記着脱可能な連結用構成要素が、作業形態から回収形態に収納可能である、請求項9に記載のシステム。
