Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known a windable insect screen door in which an insect net (attached material) can be freely extended and wound around a winding shaft (see Patent Document 1).
This insect screen door includes a winding box containing the winding shaft, a pair of screen guides (frame members) extending from both ends of the winding box, and engaging screens attached to left and right side edges of the insect screen. The small projection for engagement is movable along the screen guide and engaged with the inner edge of the slit provided in the screen guide in a manner to prevent it from coming off.
By the way, in the insect screen door described in
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a retaining tape capable of reducing the thickness of a retaining portion and reducing the size of a frame member.
The retaining tape of the present invention is a retaining tape for retaining a material attached to a frame material, and comprises a first tape portion and a second tape portion that can be sandwiched between the edges of the material to be attached, A first linear overlapping portion provided along the longitudinal direction of the first tape portion, a second linear overlapping portion provided along the longitudinal direction of the second tape portion, and the first linear overlapping portion and a folded portion provided between the second linearly overlapped portion, wherein the first linearly overlapped portion and the second linearly overlapped portion overlap each other in the folded state of the folded portion and are pulled out. It is characterized by having a wire that constitutes the stop portion.
According to the retainer tape of the present invention, since the wire rods of the first and second linearly overlapped portions are overlapped by folding back the folded portion, there is no need to coil the wire rods on both sides of the screen. . For this reason, for example, compared to the case where the retaining portion is configured by a coil-shaped continuous coil element fixed to the tape portion, the thickness dimension (longitudinal direction and width direction of the retaining tape (dimension in the thickness direction orthogonal to ) can be reduced, and the expected dimension of the frame member with which such a retainer is engaged can be reduced.
In addition, since the folded portion is provided between the first and second linear overlapping portions, the first and second linear overlapping portions can be easily aligned by folding back the folded portion.
The retainer tape configured in this way can be used as a retainer for various attached members.
In the retaining tape of the present invention, the wire rod may be formed of a monofilament thread.
According to such a configuration, a wire having both rigidity and formability can be formed by adopting the monofilament thread. For example, a metal wire has rigidity but low moldability, and if the diameter is increased, it becomes too hard and bendability is reduced. Further, for example, multifilament yarns have moldability but low rigidity. On the other hand, by forming the wire from the monofilament yarn as in the present invention, it is easy to mold, and even if the retaining portion is formed, it is not easily crushed, so the possibility that the retaining tape will come off can be reduced. Even if the dimension is increased, it does not become as hard as the metal wire and can maintain moderate bendability.
In the retaining tape of the present invention, the diameter of the wire rod is uniform, and the retaining portion has a flat imaginary outer surface along the longitudinal direction of the retaining tape and the width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the retaining tape. You may be comprised by the wire.
According to such a configuration, when the material to be attached is wound, the wire rods forming the flat imaginary outer surface described above are overlapped with each other in the wound state. It is possible to suppress the occurrence of winding misalignment in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the retaining tape, as compared with the case where it is employed as the retaining portion.
In the retaining tape of the present invention, the first tape portion and the second tape portion are composed of a knitted structure in which knitting yarn is woven, and the first linear overlapping portion and the second linear overlapping portion are: It may be constituted by a knitted structure in which a knitting yarn having a diameter larger than that of the knitting yarn is knitted.
According to such a configuration, the thickness dimension of the knitting structure of the first linear overlapping portion and the second linear overlapping portion can be made larger than that of the knitting structure of the first tape portion and the second tape portion. The stop portion can be made large.
In the retaining tape of the present invention, the first tape portion and the second tape portion are composed of a knitted structure in which a plurality of types of knitting yarns are knitted, and the first linear overlapping portion and the second linear overlapping portion are formed. The portion may be composed of a knitted structure in which more types of knitting yarns than those of the knitting yarns forming the first tape portion and the second tape portion are knitted.
According to such a configuration, the thickness dimension of the knitting structure of the first linear overlapping portion and the second linear overlapping portion can be made larger than that of the knitting structure of the first tape portion and the second tape portion. The stop portion can be made large.
In the retaining tape of the present invention, the wire includes a plurality of overlapping line portions extending in a width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the retaining tape, and a plurality of continuous line portions connecting the plurality of overlapping line portions. and the overlapping line portion of the first linear overlapping portion and the overlapping line portion of the second linear overlapping portion may face each other in the width direction so as to be arranged overlapping each other.
According to such a configuration, the retaining portion can be configured by folding back the folded portion and arranging overlapping line portions facing each other in the width direction. In addition, compared to, for example, the first and second linear overlapping portions having a plurality of wire rods arranged side by side at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the retaining tape, the wire can be easily installed and the longitudinal direction of the retaining tape can be reduced. It is possible to improve the space retention property for keeping the space between the overlapping line portions in the direction.
Moreover, since a continuous wire rod is used, it is easier to manufacture than when a plurality of wire rods are arranged, and it is possible to achieve a structure that is less likely to come off from the first linear overlapped portion and the second linear overlapped portion.
In the retaining tape of the present invention, the plurality of continuous line portions include one end portion connecting one end of each of the plurality of overlapping line portions adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the retaining tape. There is a continuous line portion and a continuous line portion that connects the other end portions of the overlapping line portions that are adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the retaining tape, and the one continuous line is provided. The part and the other continuous line part may be alternately arranged along the longitudinal direction of the retaining tape.
According to such a configuration, it is possible to form a meandering wire rod that does not have a linear portion that is long and continuous along the longitudinal direction of the retainer tape. , the retaining tape can be easily bent.
In the retaining tape of the present invention, the one continuous line portion of the first linear overlapping portion and the one continuous line portion of the second linear overlapping portion are arranged on the folded portion side. In addition, they may be arranged at different positions in the longitudinal direction of the retaining tape.
According to such a configuration, one continuous line portion of the first linear overlapping portion and one continuous line portion of the second linear overlapping portion are arranged at different positions in the longitudinal direction of the retaining tape. , it is possible to suppress interference between these continuous line portions. For this reason, compared to the case where one continuous line portion of the first linear overlapped portion and one continuous line portion of the second linear overlapped portion face each other in the width direction, the width dimension of the folded portion is reduced. It can be made smaller, and the size can be set so that it can be widely adapted to the thickness of the material to which the retaining tape is fixed.
In the retaining tape of the present invention, the plurality of wires are arranged side by side at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the retaining tape, and the plurality of wires extend in the width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the retaining tape. each having a pair of overlapping line portions and a continuous line portion connecting the pair of overlapping line portions, wherein the overlapping line portion in the first linear overlapping portion and the overlapping line in the second linear overlapping portion The portions may face each other in the width direction so that they can be arranged overlapping each other.
According to such a configuration, the retaining portion can be configured by folding back the folded portion and arranging overlapping line portions facing each other in the width direction. In addition, compared to the first and second linear overlapping portions, which have wires that are continuous along the longitudinal direction of the retaining tape, for example, the retaining tape can be easily bent because the plurality of wires are not continuous. Therefore, for example, even if the diameter of the wire is increased to form a large retaining portion, the retaining tape can maintain its bendability.
In the retaining tape of the present invention, the continuous line portion may connect end portions of the pair of overlapping line portions on the side opposite to the folded portion.
With such a configuration, since there is no continuous line portion on the folded portion side, the plurality of wires can be fixed at positions that do not protrude toward the folded portion side. width can be reduced. As a result, it is possible to reduce the size of the entire retaining tape.
In the retaining tape of the present invention, the continuous line portion of the first linear overlapping portion and the continuous line portion of the second linear overlapping portion are arranged at different positions in the longitudinal direction of the retaining tape. may
According to this configuration, the continuous line portion of the first linear overlapping portion and the continuous line portion of the second linear overlapping portion are arranged at different positions in the longitudinal direction of the retaining tape. Interference between parts can be suppressed. For this reason, the width dimension of the folded portion can be made smaller than, for example, when the continuous line portion of the first linear overlap portion and the continuous line portion of the second linear overlap portion are opposed to each other in the width direction, The dimensions can be set to accommodate a wide range of thicknesses of the material to which the retaining tape is fixed.
In the retainer tape of the present invention, the width dimension in the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the folded portion is smaller than the width dimension in the width direction of the first linear overlapping portion and the second linear overlapping portion. good too.
According to such a configuration, the first and second linear overlapping portions are arranged to overlap each other by folding back the folded portion, so that they can be easily aligned. In addition, even if the first and second linearly overlapped portions are arranged in a folded state, the length of protrusion of the folded portion from the first and second linearly overlapped portions can be reduced. The width dimension in the state can be reduced, and the outside dimension of the frame material can be reduced. Furthermore, even if the nominal size of the frame member is reduced in this way, it is possible to provide a clearance between the folded portion and the frame member, thereby suppressing interference between the retaining tape and the frame member. can.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a retaining tape that can reduce the thickness dimension of the retaining portion and reduce the size of the frame member.

抜止め部40の厚さ寸法T1は1.35mm(第一線状重ね部40Aおよび第二線状重ね部40Bの各厚さ寸法とネット20の厚さ寸法との合計)であり、テープ部30の厚さ寸法T2は0.75mm(第一テープ部30Aおよび第二テープ部30Bの各厚さ寸法とネット20の厚さ寸法との合計)である。 折返し部50の幅寸法W3は1mm(好ましくは1mm以下)である。
