Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a full harness compatible garment worn over a full harness type safety belt in which a lanyard is hooked to a lanyard attachment portion of a back belt.
Due to the partial revision of the Industrial Safety and Health Law Enforcement Order on February 1, 2019, it is required to wear a full harness type safety belt (a device for stopping a fall) when working at heights of 2 m or more without a work floor. Obliged.
Outdoor work at high places has a large temperature difference depending on the season, so in the summer, for example, air-conditioned clothes corresponding to the full harness are worn over the full harness type safety belt (for example, Patent Document 1, etc.) ). This full-harness type air-conditioning suit is provided with a cylindrical wire penetrating means through which a lanyard can be inserted, on the back of a fan-equipped clothes body.
When worn, after the wearer puts on the air-conditioned suit over the full harness type safety belt, the hand is inserted into the cylindrical wire penetration means, and the lanyard connected to the D ring (lanyard attachment part) of the back belt. out of the air-conditioned clothes. This makes it easier to put on the air-conditioned suit over the full harness type safety belt with the lanyard arranged at the rear.
However, in the air-conditioned suit of Patent Document 1, a tubular wire penetration means for passing a lanyard is provided on the back of the garment body with a fan so that the air-conditioned suit can be worn over a full harness type safety belt. It was only for Therefore, once the air-conditioned suit is put on, it is necessary to turn the hand behind the back and insert the hand into the tubular wire penetration means, which makes it difficult for the wearer alone to take out the lanyard behind the air-conditioned suit. Met.
Therefore, as a result of intensive research, the inventor formed a through hole for the lanyard in the upper part of the back part, provided a back wire fastener below the through hole to pull out the lanyard backward, and added a long slider to the back wire fastener. All of the above-mentioned problems can be solved by connecting a long fastener pull-up cord and providing a pull-out portion for pulling the fastener pull-up cord to the front side of the garment main body on the inner or outer surface of the garment main body. and completed this invention.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and when wearing a full harness compatible garment over a full harness type safety belt with a lanyard attached, the lanyard can be easily removed from the garment body by the wearer alone. To provide a full-harness compatible garment that can be pulled out to the rear.
The invention according to claim 1 is a full harness compatible garment worn over a full harness type safety belt in which a lanyard with a shock absorber is hooked to a lanyard attachment part of a back belt, in which at least the upper body of the wearer is covered. A through-hole for the lanyard is formed in the upper part of the back part of the garment body, and the upper end of the part of the back part below the through-hole is connected to the through-hole and includes the shock absorber. A back wire fastener is provided for pulling out the lanyard to the rear of the garment body, and the slider of the back wire fastener is connected to a base end of a fastener pull-up string whose tip can be arranged on the front side of the garment body, The full-harness-compatible garment is characterized in that the garment main body is provided with a string-drawing part for pulling the fastener pull-up string to the front side of the garment body on the inner surface or the outer surface thereof.

The shock absorber referred to here is the first type with a free fall distance of 1.8 m, a shock load resistance of 4.0 kN or less, and a shock absorber elongation of 1.2 m or less, or a free fall distance of 4.0 m, A type 2 shock absorber having a shock load resistance of 6.0 kN or less and a shock absorber elongation of 1.75 m or less can be used.
The length of the shock absorber is generally around 20 cm.
The shape and size of the through hole of the lanyard is arbitrary as long as the rope or strap placed at the base end of the lanyard can be passed through, but the width is at least 4 cm or more, and the lower base is shorter than the upper base. An isosceles trapezoidal shape is preferred.
The formation position of the through-hole is not limited as long as it is in the upper part of the back, but preferably in the upper part of the center of the back, particularly the part facing the lanyard attachment part on the dorsal side.
The back line fastener referred to here may be either a closed fastener whose lower end does not reach the hem of the garment body or an open fastener whose lower end reaches the hem of the garment body.
The construction of the back line fastener (including those with special functions) is arbitrary. For example, it is possible to adopt a general wire fastener that can be opened and closed freely by moving the slider between the pair of left and right coupling teeth on the base tape so that the left and right coupling teeth can be combined in order. .
The length of the back line fastener is appropriately selected according to the length of the shock absorber used.
Here, "the upper end of the back wire fastener is connected to the through hole" means that when the back wire fastener is fully opened, the opening of the fastener communicates with the through hole.
Here, the "portion below the through-hole in the back viewing period" refers to the portion between the through-hole and the hem of the full-harness compatible garment in the back viewing period.
The material of the fastener pull-up cord is optional. For example, various metals, various synthetic resins, various natural fibers, and the like can be used.
The type of fastener pull-up string is arbitrary. For example, round cords, flat cords, braided cords, and the like can be used.
The length of the fastener pull-up string is arbitrary as long as the tip portion of the fastener pull-up string is arranged on the front side of the garment body. This length is appropriately changed depending on, for example, the size of the full-harness-compatible garment, the routing route of the fastener pull-up string, and the like.
The front side (position) of the garment body where the tip of the fastener pull-up string is arranged is arbitrary. For example, the left front body or the right front body may be any of the upper part, the middle part, and the lower part. Moreover, it may be the outer side (surface, outer surface) or the inner side (back surface, inner surface) of the front part of the main body of the garment. In addition, it can be on the top of the shoulder, behind the neck or on the collar.
The routing path of the fastener hauling cords along the inner or outer surface of the garment body is optional.
The slider may have one or two upper and lower pull tabs to which the base ends of the fastener pull-up strings are connected. One pull of the slider moves along the reversible rotating rail of the slider body so that the clothes can be opened and closed from either the front or back of the garment. A rotating automatic slider with a mechanism that unlocks the slider when the slider is engaged is preferred.
The shape of the string pulling part is arbitrary as long as the fastener pull-up string can be pulled around. For example, a tubular shape, a ring shape, a hook shape, or the like can be adopted. Of these, the tubular string winding portion (string insertion portion) can be provided by, for example, bag-stitching a portion of the garment body.
It is sufficient that at least one string winding part is arranged on the inner surface or the outer surface of the garment body.
The string winding part may be formed integrally with or separately from the garment body.
The formation position on the inner surface of the string winding portion is not limited as long as it is on the inner surface of the garment body. For example, it may be the inner surface of the upper part of the back body of the garment body, or both the inner surface of this upper part and the inner surface of the front body.
When the string winding portion is provided on the outer surface of the garment body, the formation position is, for example, the outer surface of the upper part of the back of the garment body, or the string is exposed in the middle of passing through the outer surface of the upper part, and the string is again drawn around the outer surface of the front body. It can be a position to enter the club.
According to the second aspect of the invention, the back line fastener is a closed fastener whose lower end does not reach the hem of the garment body and has a length of 18 cm to 35 cm, or an open fastener whose lower end is connected to the hem of the garment body. 2. The full-harness garment according to claim 1, wherein the slider is connected to a base end of a fastener pull-down string by a fastener.
The length of the shock absorber is generally around 20 cm. Based on this, when the back fastener is a closed fastener and the length is less than 18 cm, it is difficult to pull out the shock absorber when pulling out the lanyard rearward from the back fastener. Further, if the length of the back line fastener exceeds 35 cm, the back line fastener and the fastener pull-up cord are elongated even though the fastener is a close fastener, resulting in an increase in cost and a reduction in the operability of closing the fastener.
For example, if the full-harness compatible clothing is a raincoat or winter clothing, the clothing may be taken off at the site when the rain or snow stops after wearing. Considering this case, it is more convenient to adopt an open fastener as the back line fastener.
The type of fastener pull-down cord is arbitrary. For example, round cords, flat cords, braided cords, and the like can be used.
The length of the fastener pull-down string is arbitrary. For example, an open fastener may be the same length as or shorter than a back line fastener. In the case of a close fastener, when the slider is moved upward to close the back line fastener, it is desirable that the lower end of the fastener pull-down cord is the same as or shorter than the hem.
In the invention according to claim 3, the through-hole has an isosceles trapezoidal shape with a lower base shorter than the upper base formed by notching the vicinity of the upper part of the back center of the rear view, and the isosceles trapezoid is , the length of the lower base is the same as the mounting width of the back wire fastener, the length of the upper base is 4.5 cm to 9 cm, and the inner angle of the upper base is 40° to 70°. The full harness compatible garment according to claim 1 or claim 2.
When the back line fastener is locked, if the fastener pull string is pulled down and the slider is pulled, if the through hole is, for example, round, it will be deformed into an elongated ellipse and the slider will rise, increasing the distance between the pull and the fastener. The problem that the fastener cannot be opened is likely to occur. Also, if the through-hole is square, for example, the bottom of the square, which is the upper end of the fastener, will rise when the slider is pulled, causing the slider to rise and the fastener to fail to open.
The shape of the through hole is an isosceles trapezoid with the lower base being shorter than the upper base, the length of the lower base of this isosceles trapezoid being the fastener mounting width, the length of the upper base being 4.5 cm to 9 cm, and the upper base being If the internal angle of is 40° to 70°, even if the slider is pulled down by pulling down the fastener pull-down string, the bottom of the through-hole has a minimum width equivalent to the fastener mounting width, and the pull-down force of the pull-down string is sufficient. can be dispersed on the left and right oblique sides of the trapezoidal through-hole, and the slider pull can be smoothly pulled down by the fastener pull-down string without rising the bottom of the through-hole.
Desirably, the dimensions of the isosceles trapezoidal through hole are, for example, a lower base of 2 cm, an upper base of 6.5 cm, a height of 2.5 cm, and an inner angle of the upper base of about 50°.
According to the fourth aspect of the invention, the upper end of the back wire fastener is arranged in the bottom forming portion of the through hole, and the slider of the back wire fastener is applied with an external force on the upper end of the pillar on which the pull tab is hooked. 4. The full harness compatible garment according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a mechanism that unlocks the slider by the action of a .
The external force referred to here includes, for example, an impact load when the wearer falls.
The shape of the through hole is an isosceles trapezoidal shape in which the lower base is shorter than the upper base, and the strap of the lanyard normally passes through the through hole. A passing object such as a dorsal belt instantly tries to exit the through hole, and a force acts to widen the through hole.
As a result, the shortest side of the through hole of the isosceles trapezoidal shape is widened by the deformation when dropped, and the upper end of the slider post at the upper end of the fastener attached to the lower base is pushed out. It becomes easier to come into contact with passing objects. As a result, an external force acts on the upper end of the column of the slider to unlock the slider. As a result, the back line fastener is lowered and opened, and pressure on the neck by the collar of the garment body can be alleviated. In addition, the fastener opens each time the back belt or the like comes into contact with the upper end of the column of the slider, and the pressure on the neck can be relieved.
Further, the back wire fastener according to claim 5 is a quick wire fastener that is released by an impact load when the wearer falls.
A quick line fastener is a line fastener that is released without lowering the slider when an impact load acts on the right and left sides of the upper fastener when the wearer falls while the fastener is locked. By adopting this, when the wearer falls, even if the lanyard attachment part (e.g., D ring) of the back belt does not come out of the through hole, the back line fastener will naturally open due to the impact (impact load) at the time of the fall. open.
Furthermore, the invention according to claim 6 is characterized in that, in the back part, both sides of the upper part of the back part line fastener extend in the length direction of the back part line fastener, respectively, and the impact of the wearer's fall when the wearer falls. A full harness compatible garment according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a pair of left and right impact opening structures that are respectively opened by a load are arranged.
The structure of the impact opening structure is arbitrary as long as it extends in the longitudinal direction of the back wire fastener and naturally opens due to the impact load when the wearer falls. For example, it is possible to adopt an easily tearable stitched portion, in which the stitches are torn (the stitching thread is cut) due to the impact load when dropped.
Furthermore, the formation area of each impact opening structure part at the back best time is on both sides of at least the upper part of the back line fastener. For example, it may include bands on both sides of the through hole. Each impact opening structure may be arranged parallel to the back wire fastener, or may be inclined with respect to the length direction of the back wire fastener.
According to the present invention, for example, a full harness compatible garment is worn over a full harness type safety belt to which a lanyard is attached. At this time, for example, the tip of the lanyard beyond the shock absorber is passed through the previously opened back line fastener. After that, the wearer with the sleeves on puts his/her hand behind his/her back, grasps the tip of the lanyard, and pulls the shock absorber rearward from the back line fastener.
Next, the leading end of the fastener pull-up string arranged on the front side of the garment body is grasped and pulled. As a result, the fastener pull-up cord is pulled up while being guided by the cord winding portion, and the fastener moves upward to close the back line fastener.
As a result, when putting on a full harness compatible garment over a full harness type safety belt with a lanyard attached, the wearer can easily pull out the lanyard including the shock absorber backward from the garment body and can be used.
In particular, according to the invention of claim 2, since a closed fastener with a length of 18 cm to 35 cm is adopted as the back line fastener, a general shock absorber with a length of about 20 cm can be attached to the open back. It can be pulled out smoothly from the line fastener.
In addition, when an open fastener is adopted as the back line fastener, for example, when the full harness compatible clothing is a raincoat or cold weather clothing, and the rain or snow stops after wearing, the fastener pull-down string can be pulled from the slider of the clothing body. If you pull it down until it reaches the hem, the back line fastener opens. As a result, even when the full-harness safety belt is hooked on a handrail of a scaffold, for example, the wearer can take off the full-harness clothing without any trouble.
According to the third aspect of the invention, when the back wire fastener is in the locked state and the fastener pull-down string is pulled down to pull the slider, the length of the lower base of the isosceles trapezoid-shaped through-hole increases the length of the back wire fastener attachment. The width is approximately the same as the width, and the force for pulling down the fastener pull-down string can be dispersed on the left and right oblique sides of the isosceles trapezoidal through-hole. As a result, the slider is lifted up and the distance between the pull and the fastener is separated, so that the problem that the fastener cannot be opened does not occur, and the lock mechanism of the slider is released so that the pull can be smoothly pulled down by the pull-down cord of the fastener.
According to the fourth aspect of the invention, the belt of the safety belt is stretched by the impact load when the wearer falls, and the connecting part between the back belt and the lanyard tries to come out of the through hole, resulting in an isosceles trapezoidal shape. The through hole is deformed. The upper end of the back wire fastener is arranged in the lower base forming part of the through hole of isosceles trapezoidal shape, and when the fastener is closed, the upper end of the pillar of the slider arranged at the upper end of the back wire fastener deforms the through hole. Therefore, it is easy to come into contact with an object passing through the through hole, such as the connection between the back belt and the lanyard. When the passing object is pressed against the column of the slider, the slider is unlocked and the fastener is opened, thereby relieving pressure on the neck due to the collar of the garment body.
In addition, according to the fifth aspect of the invention, since a quick line fastener is adopted as the back line fastener, when an impact load when the wearer falls is applied to the left and right of the upper fastener in the fastener-locked state, Fasteners can be released without lowering the slider. As a result, when the wearer falls, even if the lanyard attachment portion (for example, the D ring) of the back belt does not come out of the through hole, the back fastener will naturally open due to the impact (impact load) at the time of the fall. As a result, the connecting portion between the back belt and the lanyard is passed through the back fastener to the rear of the garment body. As a result, pressure on the neck due to the collar of the garment body is relieved.
Furthermore, according to the sixth aspect of the invention, there is provided a long length in the length direction of the back line fastener on both sides of the back line fastener (especially both sides of the upper part of the back line fastener) and when the wearer falls. It adopts a configuration in which a pair of left and right impact opening structures are arranged to open when an impact load is applied.
As a result, when the wearer falls, even if the lanyard attachment portion of the back belt does not come out of the through hole, the shock load caused by the fall of the wearer opens the pair of left and right impact opening structures, and the through hole. The band of the forming portion is easily stretched in the length direction of the back wire fastener. As a result, the belt of the safety belt stretches due to the impact load when dropped, and the pressure on the neck by the collar of the garment body is relieved in the same way as when the connection between the back belt and the lanyard comes out of the through hole. .
Examples of the present invention will be specifically described below.

Next, how to use the air-conditioned
As shown in FIG. 1, when using the air-conditioned

Next, with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6, a full harness compatible garment according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described.

A full harness compatible garment according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 7, a first feature of the third embodiment is that a through

The shape of the through
The dimensions of the through
The length of the upper base of the isosceles trapezoid is 4.5 cm to 9 cm, and the internal angle θ of the upper base is in the range of 40° to 70°.

Next, with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9, a full harness compatible garment according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described.
A feature of the full harness
A quick line fastener has a pair of left and right base tapes on which a large number of coupling teeth are fixed at a predetermined pitch in the longitudinal direction, and a slider (not shown) that freely moves between the base tapes. When a load acts on the right and left sides of the
By making the wiring that connects the two
Here, the case where the wearer erroneously falls (falls) from a scaffold during high-place work will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, if the wearer of the equipment falls from a high place during work, the impact load (here, 4 kN or less under the drop condition of the first-class shock absorber 19) acts. As a result, the
However, in the case of the air-conditioned
