次に、本実施例に記載する回転電機100の軸方向端部の構造を横方向から見て、固定子鉄心2の修理方法を説明する。
Claims (7)
- 固定子コイルが設置されるスロットが形成され、珪素鋼板が積層されて形成される固定子鉄心の修理方法であって、
前記固定子コイルを前記スロットに保持したまま、前記固定子鉄心を形成する珪素鋼板を部分的に移動し、前記固定子鉄心の損傷箇所がある珪素鋼板の積層間に、ギャップを形成し、
前記珪素鋼板の積層間に形成されたギャップから、珪素鋼板の損傷箇所に対して、絶縁物を追加することによって、前記珪素鋼板の損傷箇所を修理することを特徴とする固定子鉄心の修理方法。 - 請求項1に記載する固定子鉄心の修理方法であって、
前記絶縁物は、絶縁板を貼り付ける、又は、絶縁塗料を塗布することによって、追加されることを特徴とする固定子鉄心の修理方法。 - 請求項2に記載する固定子鉄心の修理方法であって、
前記絶縁板はL字型の絶縁板が貼り付けられ、又は、前記絶縁塗料はL字型の刷毛によって塗布されることを特徴とする固定子鉄心の修理方法。 - 請求項1に記載する固定子鉄心の修理方法であって、
前記珪素鋼板を部分的に移動し、前記珪素鋼板の積層間にギャップを形成する前に、
棒状部材である鉄心圧縮ロッドと前記鉄心圧縮ロッドに固定される固定部材である鉄心圧縮タブとを設置し、部分的に移動させない前記珪素鋼板を軸方向に固定することを特徴とする固定子鉄心の修理方法。 - 請求項4に記載する固定子鉄心の修理方法であって、
前記鉄心圧縮タブは、前記固定子鉄心の損傷箇所の近傍にある中間ダクトに設置されることを特徴とする固定子鉄心の修理方法。 - 請求項5に記載する固定子鉄心の修理方法であって、
前記固定子鉄心の外周側に設置される固定子主板と前記固定子主板の近傍の中間ダクトとの間に背面ストッパーを設置し、部分的に移動させない前記珪素鋼板を軸方向に固定することを特徴とする固定子鉄心の修理方法。 - 請求項1に記載する固定子鉄心の修理方法であって、
前記固定子コイルの軸方向端部であるコイルエンド部をチェーンブロックによって事前に吊り下げ、コイルエンド部を油圧ジャッキによって事前に押し上げることを特徴とする固定子鉄心の修理方法。
