Description
The present invention relates to a redelivery suppression method for suppressing redelivery by home delivery.
Due to the combination of the increased demand for home delivery services and the shortage of workers in delivery companies, it is necessary to reduce the frequency of redelivery by home delivery services more than ever before.
However, delivery boxes are not always installed, so it is not always easy to take advantage of their benefits. In the first place, it is important to change the consciousness of the recipient, because the reception of the delivery is greatly influenced by the consciousness of the recipient.
Therefore, the present invention provides a reward premium to recipients who receive deliveries on schedule so that redelivery can be suppressed by directing recipients to receive deliveries on a specified date. It is an object of the present invention to provide a redelivery suppression method.
In order to achieve the above object, the inventor thought that it would be effective to provide a playful advantage for receiving packages. The detailed configuration will be explained line by line.
(Features of the invention described in claim 1)
In the redelivery suppression method according to the first aspect of the invention, the same platform service application is installed in at least one receiver terminal of a package receiver and one delivery company terminal of a delivery company via a network. This is a redelivery suppression method using the provided delivery management server. Here, a delivery information transmission step in which the delivery management server simultaneously or sequentially transmits delivery information including the scheduled delivery date of the package to be delivered to the delivery business terminal and the recipient terminal of the recipient; a delivery completion information transmission step in which a delivery business terminal transmits delivery completion information indicating completion of delivery to the delivery management server when the package to be delivered is delivered based on the delivery information; a point addition step of adding predetermined premium points to the account of the parcel recipient related to the delivery completion when the delivery completion information is received; a point information transmission step of transmitting point information indicating the total premium points to the recipient terminal of the parcel recipient related to the completion of the delivery; When the predetermined amount is reached, a lottery is held immediately or at predetermined intervals, and presenting information is generated indicating that a predetermined alternative or step-by-step premium should be presented only to the winners of the lottery. and a presentation information transmission step of transmitting the presentation information to the recipient terminal of the recipient of the parcel that has won the lottery; Loser revival presentation information transmission step of performing a loser revival lottery when acquires new premium points, and transmitting the generated presentation information only for those who have won the loser revival lottery to the recipient terminals of the recipients of the winning parcels. characterized by comprising
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a redelivery suppression method capable of suppressing the frequency of redeliveries. Since the recipient can enjoy the benefits of premium points while being playful, the recipient will be motivated to receive the parcel as soon as possible, using the merit as a trigger. As a result, the frequency of requiring redelivery can be reduced.
Hereinafter, embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the description, the same reference numerals are given to the same elements or elements having the same function, and overlapping descriptions are omitted.

(Re-delivery suppression method)
Next, as an example of the redelivery suppression method, a redelivery suppression procedure executed by the
If the recipient who recognizes the delivery information via the
The
If the deliverer who went to the delivery on the scheduled delivery date or the designated receipt date can deliver to the recipient who is at home or to a recipient who is a substitute for the recipient, the fact is sent from the
Completion/non-completion of delivery The
In step 21 (premium point addition step), each time the recipient receives the package P on the scheduled date of receipt or on the designated date of receipt (when the delivery person is able to deliver the package), a predetermined point (here, 1 point) is given. ) as premium points in the premium point column of the recipient's account 15 (see FIG. 8). That is, for example, a recipient who has received the parcel P on the scheduled date three times in a row acquires a total of three points.
On the other hand, if the recipient is unable to receive the package P on the scheduled date for some reason and the delivery is unfinished, a predetermined point (here, 1 point) will be added to the account of the recipient for each undelivered delivery. is subtracted, and the result is also reflected in the premium point column of the
As shown in FIG. 8, an account is a safe in which information necessary for delivery, such as the names, addresses, e-mail addresses, and telephone numbers of multiple recipients, is linked to an identification code (password) and stored. You can think of it. The key to this safe is that if the recipient uses the ID (identification code) and password set when the recipient creates an account on the delivery management server, each recipient logs into his/her
When the premium points added as described above reach a certain value (lottery points), a lottery, which will be described later, is set to be performed. Lottery points are also set in advance at the discretion of the delivery company. In this embodiment, 10 points are used as lottery points for the sake of clarity. That is, it is set so that the lottery points are reached when the premium points for 10 deliveries have been added assuming that there has been no undelivered delivery.
On the other hand, as described above, the delivery management server 300, which has received the delivery failure information due to the absence of the recipient, can deduct a predetermined amount of premium points from the recipient's account. To reiterate, this subtraction is determined by the business policy of the delivery company as to whether to subtract when the delivery is incomplete, how to do it, and what to do to suppress redelivery. can be set freely. There is also the idea that it is precisely because it is deducted that people become more aware of how to prevent it. It is also possible to think that it is enough to add. In any case, the business policy decision to suppress redelivery is relative to the value of gifts given after the lottery, which will be described later. If you actually decide to subtract without zero subtraction, the method of zeroing the acquired premium points at once, the method of halving the same, the method of subtracting a predetermined number of points, the method of weighting according to preset conditions, etc. Conceivable.
Here, referring back to the flow chart of FIG. 7, steps after step 25 in which the
In step 27, the
The
The timing of the lottery by the
On the other hand, it is also a fact that a considerable amount of money is required to present a gift, even if it is for the purpose of suppressing redelivery. If there is a purchase budget for the gifts and the gifts cannot be presented beyond the budget, it is not necessary to include an "empty lottery" in the lottery results. In other words, it is possible to set a case where a lottery is held because the number of lottery points has been reached, but there are recipients who do not receive any prizes as a result of the lottery. Even in this case, in order to let the recipient know that it is more advantageous to receive the package at once, for example, "I am very sorry for this time, but I will not be able to receive it once on the scheduled receipt date or the designated receipt date. A luxurious prize is prepared for you if you receive it, so please look forward to the next chance." is preferably transmitted from the
As gifts (premiums), for example, foods such as famous brand beef and rice, coupons for such items, cash coupons of a predetermined amount that can be used in place of money, catalog-type items that can be exchanged for products listed in the catalog It is preferable to predetermine tangible and intangible items such as gift certificates, travel coupons, and book coupons. For gifts, for example, by setting a certain amount of money and making it possible to select goods or services within that amount, or by making it possible to select goods or services corresponding to different amounts in stages. can be done. Further, the above-described premium points may be treated as valid only for a predetermined period (for example, one year), and may be set to return to zero when the predetermined period has passed. This is to suppress redelivery by exerting psychological pressure on the recipient not to lose points.
(First modification of redelivery suppression method)
A first modified example (hereinafter referred to as "first modified example") of the redelivery suppression method will be described with reference to FIGS. The first modified example, which is characterized by giving the recipient the choice of whether to hold the lottery or hold the lottery when the lottery point is reached, is different from the redelivery suppression method which does not have this feature. In this column, we will focus on this different feature (the part surrounded by the dashed line in the square in FIG. 9), and the functions common to the first modified example and the redelivery suppression method will be explained in order to avoid duplication. Omit in range. Along with this, the same names and symbols are used for common parts between FIG. 7 showing the redelivery suppression method and FIG. 9 showing the first modified example.

Here, the
In FIG. 9, after

(Second modification of redelivery suppression method)
(First modification of redelivery suppression method)
A second modification (hereinafter referred to as "second modification") of the redelivery suppression method will be described with reference to FIGS. The first modification characterized by having a step in which those who did not win the lottery in step 30, that is, the losers can revive the loser, is the second modification that does not have this feature and the second modification. It is different from the delivery restraint method. In this column, we will focus on this different feature (the part surrounded by the dashed line in the square in FIG. 10), and the functions common to the second modification and the redelivery suppression method will be explained in order to avoid duplication. Omit in range. Along with this, the same names and symbols are used for common parts between FIG. 9 showing the redelivery suppression method and FIG. 10 showing the second modified example.

The
