Claims (4)
- ユーザの血液環境パラメータの非侵襲的検査のためのシステムであって、
ユーザの血液中のO2の分圧を測定するよう動作可能に構成されるセンサ(1)、前記ユーザの血液中のCO2の分圧を測定するよう動作可能に構成されるセンサ(2)、前記ユーザの体温を測定するよう動作可能に構成されるセンサ(3)、および前記ユーザの血液中のヘモグロビン含有量を測定するよう動作可能に構成されるセンサ(4)からなる4つのユーザ入力センサ(1、2、3、4);
外部電子表示ユニット(11);および
通信インターフェース(12)を備え、複数のアナログおよびデジタル入力(5、6、7、8)の少なくとも1つを介して前記外部電子表示ユニット(11)および前記4つのユーザ入力センサ(1、2、3、4)に通信可能に連結された、演算ユニット(9)
を備え、
前記演算ユニット(9)は、その上に常駐してヘモグロビンバッファについての「ヘンダーソン・ハッセルバルヒ」の式の数学的表現に基づいて前記ユーザの内部環境のモデルを用いる数学的ソフトウェアアプリケーションを使用して、かつ、前記4つのユーザ入力センサ(1、2、3、4)から受け取った前記ユーザの血液中のO2の分圧、前記ユーザの血液中のCO2の分圧、前記ユーザの体温、および前記ユーザの血液中のヘモグロビン含有量を利用して、ユーザの血液環境パラメータを前記外部電子表示ユニット(11)に表示させるように動作可能に構成される
システム。 - 前記演算ユニット(9)が、前記外部電子表示ユニット(11)または記録ユニットへの出力(13)および前記通信インターフェース(12)への出力(14)を含み、インターネットへの直接およびリモートの両方のアクセスを可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のユーザの血液環境パラメータの非侵襲的検査のためのシステム。
- 前記ユーザの内部環境のモデルのための数学的表現がさらに、
3kPa~18kPaまたはmmolの値のCO2の分圧で与えられる新しいパラメータ、Δph2を決定する、前記ユーザの内部環境のモデルにおける呼吸器系および消化器系コンポーネントの正確な指数
を含み、
Δph2は、血液pHを計算する式のコンポーネントとなり、
pH=6.1+Δph1+Δph2、pH=血液pH、Δph1=ボーアシフト、Δph2=ホールデン効果のシフト
であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のユーザの血液環境パラメータの非侵襲的検査のためのシステム。 - 前記ユーザの内部環境の数学的モデルが、患者の血液内部環境のいわゆる消化器系モデルによって数学的にモデル化される、塩素およびナトリウム値の決定の基礎をなすことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のユーザの血液環境パラメータの非侵襲的検査のためのシステム。
