Description

L.ニューモフィラの水中での増殖は、異なった家庭用の温水構成要素、例えばパイプやボイラー、における、可変的なソースタームをもった汚染物質としてモデル化される。先の研究に基づくと、L.ニューモフィラの増殖に効果を持つ主なパラメータは、モデルに等式として選択され、付け加えられている。これは、レジオネラの成長と、水温と、および流れの条件との間の依存関係の等式を包含している。
L.ニューモフィラの危険でない自然な濃度がビルに入ったとしても、もし人工的な環境が細菌成長に最適であるならば、それは危険な濃度に達し得る。もし細菌が水中にのみ現れるならば、それは水の使用中に、成長する時間がなくて、システム外に流され得る。しかしながら、DHWシステムの構成要素は水だけを含有するのではなく、表面へ付着された単細胞ほどに薄い(<5μm)ことも、および1000μmくらい厚い(Murga et al., 1995)こともある、バイオフィルム層もある。水があるところはどこでも、例えば、貯水タンク、加湿器、および冷却塔などで、バイオフィルムは起こり得る。バイオフィルムは家庭用温水パイプ中で、それがバイオフィルムが栄えるための、湿気が多く暖かい環境を提供することから、とても容易に成長し得、95%のレジオネラは表面に関係している(Flemming, 2002)。バイオフィルムは細菌のために保護層を形成し、これは細菌に、バイオフィルム中で成長し増殖させる。数人の著者は、バイオフィルム中に生きているL.ニューモフィラ細菌は、環境のストレスおよび水の浄化処理に対してより抵抗力があることを報告しており(Cervero-Arago, 2015; Fields et al., 1984; Sanderson et al., 1997; Sutherland, 2001; Borella et al., 2004; Russell, 2003; Van Der Kooij et al., 2005)、このことは例えば、L.ニューモフィラがバイオフィルム中にある時、より高い温度に対してもより抵抗力があることを意味している。第2に、L.ニューモフィラは、原生動物内で感染させ、複製を作ることができる。このことは、これらの細菌は、自由に生きるアメーバの細胞内寄生生物として、生き残り得ることを意味している(Farhat et al. 2012, Altschul et al. 1990, Kilvington et al. 1990, Rowbotham 1980, Thomas et al. 2004, Wery et al. 2008)。自由に生きるアメーバは真核微生物であり、飲み水のシステム中でよくみられる。L.ニューモフィラと、家庭用温水システムにおけるバイオフィルム中のアメーバとの間で作られたこの連携は、増加した健康リスクを示している。本発明のモデルは、水またはバイオフィルム中に生きる細菌のみならず、水またはバイオフィルム中で生きる感染性のアメーバもまた考慮にいれてよい。
L.ニューモフィラの耕作性が4-log減少に到達するまでに要する時間は、serogroup 1の無菌L.ニューモフィラに対しては、50℃で46分、55℃で8分、60℃で4分、および70℃で0.61分である(表1)。L.ニューモフィラがアメーバと連携されると、Acanthamoeba spp.であっても、またはA. Castellaniであっても、これらの時間は50℃で664~825分、55℃で51~45分、60℃で5分、70℃で0.50~0.45分の範囲に、夫々あった。自由形態との比較における熱処理の有効性は、減少していた。50℃において、細菌の耐性は14倍と18倍との間に増加していたし、および55℃においては、5倍と6倍との間に増加していた。それゆえ、Acanthamoeba種およびAcanthamoeba Castellaniは、60℃を下回る温度ではL.ニューモフィラ細菌に対して、保護的な役割を演じるようだが、しかしより高い温度においては、それの保護は劇的に減少する(Cervero-Arago et al., 2015)。
これらのモデルは、全流体分配システムモデルに拡張され得る。次の議論は、細菌モデル成長の、パイプ中のおよび後ではタンク中の水のレジオネラ成長への拡張に関する。このために、等式が熱水力学モデルに付け加えられる必要がある。水中でのL.ニューモフィラ成長を推測する質量収支の等式が、実施されているモデリング(等式2、等式3)において典型的には考慮に入れられ得る、パイプ構成要素と結び付けられる必要がある。
Buildings (3.0.0)ライブラリーからのパイプモデルの修正の例を[図8]に見ることが出来る。パイプ800は、バイオフィルムを視覚的に表している平らな長方形801をその壁に包含しており、および黒い円802および矢印は、バイオフィルムと水803との間の細菌の交換を示している。
保持されたBuildings (3.0.0)のライブラリーによるStratifiedEnhancedInternalHexのモデルの改変は、ボイラー1000について図10に見られる。長方形1001はボイラー1000の壁でのバイオフィルムの付加を視覚的に表し、および黒い丸1002はボイラーにおけるバイオフィルムと水1003との間の細菌交換を表す。
図10が視覚的な付加を示す一方で、図11はカスタマイズされたボイラーモデルの図表表示を示し、図9と同様、Buildings (3.0.0)ライブラリーからのボイラーモデルの熱力学的および生物学的な適合を説明する。ある濃度のL.ニューモフィラを添加するポート1101、およびある濃度の栄養物を添加するポート1102が図表表示に付加されている。等式2~13はポートに書かれている。
水中およびバイオフィルム中におけるL.ニューモフィラ成長の等式を付加したパイプおよびボイラーのモデルは、今や異なったDHWシステム構成を作るのに使用し得る。代表的で簡単なシステム構成が図12に表される。図表1200は、1つのカスタマイズされたボイラー1100と、配管を表する1つのパイプ800をもつDHWシステムを示し、両方はモデルを包含している。それらはポンプ1201により繋がっている。
Claims (20)
- 流体システム(200、210、230)の少なくとも1つの殺菌ユニット(201)を調節するために適合された制御ユニット(100、120、130)であって、前記流体システム(200、210、230)が殺菌ユニット、予め決められた温度に加熱された、加熱流体を産生するための産生ユニット、流体を産生ユニットから少なくとも1つの流体出口まで輸送するための少なくとも1つのパイプ、少なくとも1つの流体出口、および流体システム中の第1の場所における流体の第1の温度を時間の関数として感知するための少なくとも1つのセンシングユニット、制御ユニット(100、120、130)を含み、
- モジュール(101、124)を包含し、モジュールが流体の第1の温度を時間の関数として受信するための入力を包含し、
- モジュールが、流体システムを全体を通した複数の場所における第2の温度を得るために適合されており、該第1の温度を考慮に入れて該第2の温度を得、
- モジュールが、得られた第2の温度、およびモデル化に基づいた予測、少なくとも1つの流体出口での時間による細菌濃度、に基づいて、流体システム全体における流体中の細菌成長を時間の関数としてモデル化するためにプログラムされており、および、
- 予測された細菌濃度に基づいて殺菌ユニットを駆動するために適合されており、
ここで制御ユニットが、モジュール(101、124)によって得られた、時間による、該予測された細菌濃度に基づいて、細菌濃度が流体システム中で予め決められた値に到達する時の時間的な瞬間を決定するように適合されており、
およびそれの返答として、流体システム(200、210、230)中での細菌濃度を低減させるために、これらの瞬間に殺菌ユニット(201)を駆動するように適合されており、
ここでモジュールは、流体システム全体のバイオフィルム中の細菌成長をモデル化するようにさらにプログラムされており、かつ、モジュールは、流体中の細菌成長とバイオフィルム中の細菌成長との間の相互作用をモデル化するようにさらにプログラムされている、

- モジュールが、流体の第1の流速を時間の関数として受信するための入力を包含しており、第1の流速は流体システムの少なくとも1つのセンシングユニットにより感知されており、および該モジュールが、流体システム全体の複数の場所における第2の流速を時間の関数として得るように適合されており、該第1の流速を考慮に入れて該第2の流速を得る、請求項1または2に記載の制御ユニット。
- モジュールが、流体システム全体の複数の異なる場所における流体の第2の流速を、時間の関数として感知するための複数のセンシングユニットの入力(121、122、123)を包含する、請求項3に記載の制御ユニット。
- 殺菌ユニットが、細菌の濃度を低減させるために流体を加熱するいずれかのヒーター、細菌の濃度を低減させるために化学プロセスを誘発する化学ユニット、細菌濃度を低減させるための電気化学ユニット、またはUV照射またはろ過に基づいて細菌の濃度を低減させるためのユニットを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の制御ユニット。
- 殺菌ユニットが、加熱された流体を産生するための産生用ヒーターを含み、ヒーターはそれゆえ、一方では、必要な時に流体を少なくとも1つの流体出口において快適な温度に加熱するように配置されており、および他方では、少なくとも1つの流体出口で予測された細菌濃度が、予め決められた値に到達する時、流体システム全体の細菌濃度を低減するために熱衝撃を誘発するように配置されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の制御ユニット。
- モジュールが、流体システム全体の異なる複数の場所における流体の、時間の関数としての第2の温度に基づいて決定するために、熱水力学的に流体システムをモデル化している、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の制御ユニット。
- モジュール(124)が、流体システム(210)全体の複数の異なる場所での、流体の第1および第2の温度を時間の関数として感知するための、複数のセンシングユニット(221、222、223、241、242、243)の入力(121、122、123)を包含している、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の制御ユニット。
- モジュールが、流体システム全体のレジオネラの細菌成長をモデル化するようにプログラムされている、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の制御ユニット。
- レジオネラ成長のモデル化が、流体中および随意的にまたバイオフィルム中の、少なくともレジオネラ成長に関して20℃と45℃との間の温度での、温度の関数としての濃度の時間変化に関する情報を包含している、請求項9に記載の制御ユニット。
- モジュール(101、124)がさらに、使用者の流体消費のふるまいに基づいて流体消費を予測するための予測アルゴリズムを含み、それにより制御ユニットが流体消費を予想し、および殺菌ユニットの調節を調整する、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の制御ユニット。

- 流体システムの少なくとも1つの殺菌ユニットを、流体からの細菌の濃度を予め決められた値を下回るように制御するために調節する方法であって、その流体システム(200、210、230)は、殺菌ユニット、快適な温度に加熱された温水を産生するための産生ユニット、流体を産生ユニットから少なくとも1つの流体出口まで輸送するための少なくとも1つのパイプ、少なくとも1つの流体出口および制御ユニット(100、120、130)を含み、前記方法は、
-流体システム中の第1の場所での流体の第1の温度を時間の関数として感知すること、
-流体システム全体の中の複数の場所での第2の温度を時間の関数として得ること、
-システム中の得られた第2の温度に基づいて、時間の関数として流体システム全体の中の流体中の細菌成長をモデル化すること、ここで、モデル化することは、流体システム全体のバイオフィルム中の細菌成長をモデル化すること、および流体中の細菌成長とバイオフィルム中の細菌成長との間の相互作用をモデル化することを含む、
-モデル化に基づいて、少なくとも1つの流体出口における細菌濃度を時間に渡って予測すること、
-殺菌ユニットを駆動すること、
のステップを包含しており、
