Description

Application of Article 30, Paragraph 2 of the Patent Act On November 19, 2020, Niigata Deck Co., Ltd. constructed a fall prevention device invented by Yamada Tomiichi in an agricultural irrigation canal in Katagashira, Nishikan Ward, Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture. , We constructed similar fall prevention devices at several locations in Niigata Prefecture.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a fall prevention device that prevents a person from falling into a waterway or the like.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to prevent people, bicycles, and the like from falling into a waterway, there has been known a gutter covering material that covers the upper opening of the waterway with a mesh body (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

The gutter covering material described in Patent Document 1 covers the upper open part (31) of the gutter (3) provided on the side of the road (2). A sheet-like mesh body (11) formed in a wire netting or grid shape with fine wires (12) and (13) is used. In addition, the covering material body (10) is formed in an arch shape or a mountain shape with a convex upper surface side when viewed from the length direction of the gutter (3) in a state where the upper opening (31) of the gutter (3) is covered. As a result, it is possible to prevent people, bicycles, etc., from falling into the waterway, and to alert pedestrians, motorists, etc. to the fact that there is a gutter.

In addition, in the gutter covering material described in Patent Document 1, one side of the covering material body (10) holds an angle-shaped holding member (14) on the inner surface (32a) of the right side wall (32) of the gutter (3). It is fixed to the side corner with a screw (15), and the other is simply placed on the upper surface (32a) of the left side wall (32) of the side ditch (3). When opening and closing the covering material body (10), the covering material body (10) is pivoted about the hinge (16).

However, like the gutter covering material described in Patent Document 1, if it is formed in an arch shape or a mountain shape with a convex upper surface side, it will be difficult to cross over the gutter (3). There's a problem. Further, in a place where the road or ground around the gutter (3) is formed flat, there is a risk that the landscape will be spoiled by the arch-shaped or mountain-shaped covering material for the gutter.

In addition, since the other side of the covering material body (10) is only placed on the upper surface (32a) of the left side wall (32) of the side ditch (3) as described above, the side groove (3) and the covering material body (10) are separated by the wind. There is also a possibility that the contact sound of 10) is generated. Furthermore, opening the covering material body (10) in strong winds or repeatedly opening and closing the covering material body (10) places a load on the hinge (16), which may cause damage.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to solve the above problems and to provide a fall prevention device having a simple structure and having an openable and closable net member.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments described below do not limit the content of the present invention described in the claims. Moreover, not all the configurations described below are essential requirements of the present invention.

1 and 2 show the overall configuration of a fall prevention device 1 according to this embodiment. In the figure, the fall prevention device 1 includes a net member 2, a fixture 3, a locking fixture 4, and an anchor bolt 6 as fixing means for fixing the fixture 3 to a water channel 5, which is a part to be attached. An anchor bolt 7, which is a fixing means for fixing the stopper 4 to the water channel 5, which is a part to be attached, is provided.

The net member 2 is a tortoise shell-shaped net body in which a large number of highly durable polyester wires 21 are twisted together to form a hexagonal mesh 22 . The twisted portion 23 of the hexagonal mesh 22 of this embodiment is obtained by twisting the wire rod 21 three times, but the number of twists can be changed as appropriate. The net member 2 has a plurality of hexagonal meshes 22 and is slightly elastically deformable in vertical, horizontal and oblique directions. Note that the net member 2 may be made of another material having a certain level of durability. Moreover, the shape of the mesh 22 is not limited to a hexagon, and may be another polygonal shape.

The fixture 3 is a steel plate plated with a hot-dip zinc-aluminum alloy, and is formed in a rectangular plate shape in plan view. Therefore, it is highly durable, particularly resistant to salt damage, and exhibits a rust-preventing effect when used in coastal areas or near roads where snow-melting agents are used. In addition, the fixture 3 may be made of another material having a certain level of durability.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the fixture 3 has two bolt insertion holes 31 through which the anchor bolts 6 are inserted. The bolt insertion hole 31 is an elongated hole extending in the longitudinal direction of the fixture 3 , and its position can be adjusted when fixing the fixture 3 with the anchor bolt 6 . Although the bolt insertion holes 31 are formed at two locations in the present embodiment, they may be formed at three or more locations.

The fixture 3 of this embodiment has a length L1 of 50 mm, a width W1 of 200 mm, and a thickness T1 of 6 mm. The fixture 3 can be formed with a bolt insertion hole 31, and can have a desired shape, such as forming the four corners 32 in an arc shape, as long as it has a predetermined strength or more. . Further, by forming the fixture 3 in a plate shape as in the present embodiment, it is possible to reduce the difference in level with the installation surface (first upper surface portion 53). Furthermore, the dimensions of the fixing member 3 can be appropriately changed in consideration of the dimensions of the first upper surface portion 53 of the water channel 5 to be fixed, the dimensions of the mesh 22 of the net member 2, and the like.

Like the fixing member 3, the locking device 4 is also made of a steel plate plated with a hot-dip zinc-aluminum alloy, and is formed in a rectangular plate shape in plan view. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the locking device 4 is integrally formed with a fixing portion 41, an inclined portion 42, and a retaining portion 43. As shown in FIG. A first bent portion 44 is formed between the fixed portion 41 and the inclined portion 42 , and a second bent portion 45 is formed between the inclined portion 42 and the retaining portion 43 .

A bolt insertion hole 46 for inserting the anchor bolt 7 is formed at one location in the fixed portion 41 . The bolt insertion hole 46 is an elongated hole extending in the longitudinal direction of the locking device 4 , and the position of the locking device 4 can be adjusted when the locking device 4 is fixed with the anchor bolt 7 .

The inclined portion 42 is formed by bending the locking member 4 at a first bent portion 44 and a second bent portion 45, and is continuously connected to the fixing portion 41 and the retaining portion 43. It is inclined so that the retaining portion 43 side is positioned higher than the 41 side.

A gap S is formed between the water channel 5 and the retaining portion 43 in a state where the locking member 4 is fixed to the water channel 5 . This gap S needs to be able to arrange the wire 21 of the net member 2 as will be described later. Therefore, the gap S is determined based on the diameter of the wire 21 . The gap S can be changed by the inclination angle and length of the inclined portion 42 . In this embodiment, the gap S is 5 mm, and the diameter of the wire 21 is 3 mm. By making the gap S slightly larger than the diameter of the wire rod 21, it is possible to prevent the wire rod 21 from moving greatly within the gap S.

The dimensions of the locking device 4 of this embodiment are 30 mm in length L2, 92.5 mm in width W2, and 6 mm in thickness T2, and the dimensions of the bolt insertion hole 46 are φ12-30 mm. As described above, since the gap S is 5 mm, the height H of the locking tool 4 is 11 mm. The horizontal length Wa of the fixing portion 41 is 50 mm, the horizontal length Wb of the inclined portion 42 is 7.5 mm, and the horizontal length Wc of the retention portion 43 is 35 mm. The locking device 4 can be formed with a bolt insertion hole 46, and can be formed into a desired shape, such as forming the four corners 47 in an arc shape, as long as it has a predetermined strength or more. However, by forming it into a plate shape as in the present embodiment, it is possible to reduce the difference in level with the installation surface (upper surface portion 52). Furthermore, the dimensions of the locking device 4 can be changed as appropriate in consideration of the dimensions of the second upper surface portion 55 of the water channel 5 to be fixed, the dimensions of the mesh 22 of the net member 2, and the like.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the waterway 5, which is a concave structure with an upper opening, is a so-called agricultural waterway made of concrete provided along a road 51. As shown in FIG. The channel 5 has a first side wall 52 which is a side wall on the side opposite to the road 51 and a second side wall 54 which is a side wall on the side of the road 51 . A first upper surface portion 53, which is the upper surface portion of the first side wall 52, and a second upper surface portion 55, which is the upper surface portion of the second side wall 54, are formed substantially flat. It should be noted that the place where the fall prevention device 1 is installed is not limited to the agricultural waterway 5 of the present embodiment, and may be another groove-shaped structure with an upper opening. Further, although the width of the water channel 5 is assumed to be 1 to 2 m in this embodiment, the width of the water channel 5 is not particularly limited. In this embodiment, the ground surface G of the earth spreads on the side opposite to the road 51 of the waterway 5, but the first upper surface portion 53 is substantially flush with the ground surface G, and the second upper surface portion 55 is located on the road 51. and almost flush with each other.

Anchor bolts 6 are also plated with hot-dip zinc-aluminum alloy in the same manner as fixtures 3 and locking fixtures 4 . Also, when fixing the fixture 3 with the anchor bolt 6, a washer 8 plated with a hot-dip zinc-aluminum alloy is used.

Anchor bolts 7 are also plated with hot-dip zinc-aluminum alloy in the same manner as fixtures 3 and locking fixtures 4 . Also, when fixing the locking device 4 with the anchor bolt 7, a washer 9 plated with a hot-dip zinc-aluminum alloy is used.

Fixing means for fixing the fixture 3 and the fixture 4 to the water channel 5 are not limited to the anchor bolts 6 and 7, and can be inserted through the mesh 22 of the net member 2 to fix the fixture 3 and the fixture 4. If so, other fixing means may be used, such as fixing the bolts with an adhesive.

In this embodiment, an auxiliary fixture 10 can be used together with the fixture 3 . The auxiliary fixture 10 is a steel plate plated with a hot-dip zinc-aluminum alloy, and is formed in a rectangular plate shape in plan view.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the auxiliary fixture 10 is formed with one bolt insertion hole 61 through which the anchor bolt 6 is inserted. The bolt insertion hole 61 is an elongated hole extending in the longitudinal direction of the auxiliary fixture 10 , and its position can be adjusted when the auxiliary fixture 10 is fixed with the anchor bolt 6 .

The dimensions of the auxiliary fixture 10 of this embodiment are 50 mm in length L3, 100 mm in width W3, and 6 mm in thickness T3, and the dimensions of the bolt insertion hole 61 are φ15-22 mm. By making the thickness T3 of the auxiliary fixture 10 and the dimensions of the bolt insertion hole 31 the same as the thickness T1 of the fixture 3 and the dimensions of the bolt insertion hole 31, the fixing means for fixing the auxiliary fixture 10 can be shared. Anchor bolts 6 are used. When fixing the auxiliary fixture 10 with the anchor bolt 6, the washer 8 is used. The auxiliary fixture 10 can be formed with a bolt insertion hole 61, and can be formed into a desired shape, for example, by forming the four corners 62 in an arc shape, as long as it has a predetermined strength or more. can. Further, by forming the auxiliary fixture 10 in a plate shape as in the present embodiment, it is possible to reduce the difference in level with the installation surface (first upper surface portion 53). Furthermore, the dimensions of the auxiliary fixture 10 can be appropriately changed in consideration of the dimensions of the first upper surface portion 53 of the channel 5 to be fixed, the dimensions of the mesh 22 of the net member 2, and the like.

Here, a method for installing the fall prevention device 1 will be described. First, a bolt insertion hole 56 for inserting the anchor bolt 6 is drilled at a predetermined position of the first upper surface portion 53 . After that, an anchor (not shown) of the anchor bolt 6 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 56 . Next, the net member 2 which has been adjusted in advance to the width of the water channel 5 is placed substantially horizontally across the first upper surface portion 53 and the second upper surface portion 55 so as to cover the opening of the water channel 5. do. Next, the fixture 3 is placed on the net member 2 at a position above the first upper surface portion 53 . At this time, the longitudinal direction of the fixture 3 is the same as the longitudinal direction of the water channel 5, and the bolt insertion holes 31 are aligned with the positions of the bolt insertion holes 56. As shown in FIG. The anchor bolt 6 inserted through the washer 8 is inserted through the bolt insertion hole 31 and inserted into the bolt insertion hole 56 to fix the fixture 3 to the first upper surface portion 53 . At this time, two anchor bolts 6 are inserted through different meshes 22 of the net member 2 , and the net member 2 is held between the fixture 3 and the upper surface portion 52 . The anchor bolts 6 are inserted through the mesh 22A of the first row, which is the row of meshes 22 forming the endmost portion of the net member 2 on the side opposite to the road 51 (the side of the ground G). It is possible to prevent the unnecessary net member 2 from protruding to the G side.

Next, a bolt insertion hole 57 for inserting the anchor bolt 7 is drilled at a predetermined position of the second upper surface portion 55 . At this time, the bolt insertion holes 57 are drilled so as to be positioned below the hexagonal meshes 22 of the net member 2 . After that, an anchor (not shown) of the anchor bolt 7 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 57 . Next, the locking member 4 is placed on the second upper surface portion 55 with the longitudinal direction thereof perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the water channel 5 . At this time, the bolt insertion holes 46 are aligned with the positions of the bolt insertion holes 57 . The anchor bolt 7 inserted through the washer 9 is inserted through the bolt insertion hole 46 and inserted into the bolt insertion hole 57 to fix the locking device 4 to the second upper surface portion 55 . At this time, the fixing portion 41 of the locking member 4 is positioned closer to the opening side of the water channel 5 than the retaining portion 43 , and a gap S is formed between the retaining portion 43 and the second upper surface portion 55 .

Finally, the net member 2 is elastically deformed by pulling it in a direction opposite to that of the fixture 3, and the retaining part 43 is inserted through the mesh 22 to lock the net member 2 to the locking fixture 4, thereby providing a fall prevention device. Installation of 1 is completed. In this state, the wire rod 21 of the net member 2 is arranged between the inclined portion 42 or the retaining portion 43 of the locking member 4 and the second upper surface portion 55 (gap S), and even if the net member 2 is pulled upward, The net member 2 does not come off from the locking tool 4. Further, even if the net member 2 is pulled toward the fixture 3 , the wire rod 21 is locked to the inclined portion 42 , so the net member 2 does not come off from the locking fixture 4 . That is, the net member 2 can be removed from the locking device 4 by pulling it in the direction opposite to the fixing device 3 (road 51 side). In the state where the fall prevention device 1 is installed, the wire 21 of the net member 2 arranged in the gap S may always be engaged with the inclined portion 42, but normally it is not engaged and the net member The wire rod 21 arranged in the gap S may be engaged with the inclined portion 42 by applying a force from the upper side to the lower side to the wire rod 21 .

Since the net member 2 of this embodiment is attached to the waterway 5 so as to be substantially flush with the road 51 and the ground G, it is not easily affected by the wind, and the net member 2 is attached to the fixture 3 and the locking device 4. , contact noise with the water channel 5 is less likely to occur. In addition, since the wire rod 21 of the net member 2 is elastically deformable and the twisted portion 23 is provided, even when the net member 2 is repeatedly opened and closed, a load is not applied to one point. Very hard to damage.

In this embodiment, a plurality of fixtures 3 and locking fixtures 4 are arranged at approximately 1 m intervals in the longitudinal direction of the water channel 5 , but if a pedestrian or a bicycle rider mistakenly puts them on the net member 2 , It maintains strength enough to withstand the load when riding on it or when several meters of snow accumulates on the net member 2 in a heavy snowfall area, and between the net member 2 and the first upper surface portion 53 and the second upper surface portion 55 The spacing can be changed as long as no unnecessary gap is formed in the . Also, the interval between adjacent fixtures 3 and the interval between adjacent locking members 4 may be different.

As shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the first wire 21A forming the end of the net member 2 on the side of the locking device 4 is locked to the locking device 4. Even if the first twisted portion 23A, which is the twisted portion 23 of the second wire 21B, which is the second wire 21 from the end on the stopper 4 side, and the first wire 21A, is locked to the locking device 4, good. Further, the second twisted portion 23B, which is the twisted portion 23 of the third wire 21C, which is the third wire 21 from the end of the net member 2 on the side of the locking device 4, and the second wire 21B, is connected to the locking device. 4 may be locked. Further, other wire rods 21 and twisted portions 23 may be locked to the locking tool 4 .

The channel 5 is usually longer than the longitudinal length of the net member 2 transported to the site. In such a case, a plurality of net members 2 are continuously connected and used. The connection of the net members 2 is performed by overlapping the ends of the adjacent net members 2, arranging the fasteners 3 in the portions, and overlapping the ends of the net members 2 by the fasteners 3 and the first upper surface portion 53. It is sufficient to clamp the part.

In this embodiment, the net member 2 is attached to the road 51 by attaching the fixture 3 to the first upper surface portion 53 on the opposite side of the road 51 and attaching the locking tool 4 to the second upper surface portion 55 on the road 51 side. The side can be opened and closed. By doing so, for example, the road 51 side of the net member 2 is opened in winter, etc., and the snow piled up on the road 51 can be easily dumped into the waterway 5. On the other hand, the fixing tool 3 is attached to the second upper surface part 55 on the side of the road 51, the locking tool 4 is attached to the first upper surface part 53 on the side opposite to the road 51, and the side opposite to the road 51 (ground G side) is attached. It can also be opened and closed. In this case, for example, the ground G side of the net member 2 is opened, and cleaning work for removing dust, sludge, etc. accumulated in the waterway 5 can be easily performed on the ground G side. Also, when there is a field or the like on the ground G, by opening the ground G side, water can be drawn from the water channel 5 and the plants can be watered. At this time, only a necessary portion of the plurality of locking tools 4 to which the net member 2 is locked can be unlocked.

FIG. 9 shows an embodiment using an auxiliary fixture 10. FIG. In this embodiment, the auxiliary fixture 10 is arranged in the intermediate portion of the fixtures 3 adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the water channel 5 . The mounting method of the auxiliary fixture 10 is the same as that of the fixture 3, and the only difference is that one anchor bolt 6 is used for fixing. In this embodiment, the auxiliary fixtures 10 are arranged in the intermediate portions of all the adjacent fixtures 3, but the auxiliary fixtures 10 can be used in desired places such as places where the fixing strength is desired to be increased. .

In addition, as shown in FIG. 9, when the waterway 5 is provided with a cover or a bridge by a concrete floor slab 58 or the like, the net member 2 is fixed to the concrete floor by the fixtures 3, the locking fixtures 4, and the auxiliary fixtures 10. It can be attached to plate 58 . In FIG. 9, the net member 2 is fixed to the concrete floor slab 58 by the fixtures 3 . In addition, when it is not necessary to install the fall prevention device 1 on the back side (distant side) of the water channel 5 shown in FIG. good. Furthermore, once the net member 2 is attached, when there is a portion where the net member 2 is no longer needed, the portion of the net member 2 is cut and removed to easily open the upper side of the water channel 5.例文帳に追加be able to. In this case, by leaving the locking tool 4 attached to the second upper surface portion 55 as it is, it can be reused when the net member 2 is attached again.

In the above embodiment, the fixture 3 (auxiliary fixture 10) is attached to the first upper surface portion 53, and the locking tool 4 is attached to the second upper surface portion 55. For example, the first upper surface The fixture 3 (auxiliary fixture 10) is attached to the portion 53 and the second upper surface portion 55 to fix the net member 2 to the waterway 5, and the first upper surface portion 53, the second upper surface portion 55, and the concrete floor slab 58 Regardless of the above, the locking device 4 may be attached only to a portion of the net member 2 to be opened and closed. Alternatively, the net member 2 may be attached to the water channel 5 using only the locking tool 4 . That is, the fixture 3, the locking fixture 4, and the auxiliary fixture 10 can be freely arranged.

As described above, the fall prevention device 1 of the present embodiment is a fall prevention device 1 attached to the waterway 5, which is a concave groove-shaped structure with an upper opening, and is attached to the net member 2 and the waterway 5, and a locking device 4 for locking the net member 2 , the locking device 4 has a fixing portion 41 and a retaining portion 43 , and the fixing portion 41 is provided on the second upper surface portion 55 of the side wall 54 of the water channel 5 . , the fixing portion 41 is located closer to the opening than the retaining portion 43, and a gap S is formed between the second upper surface portion 55 and the retaining portion 43, so that the net member 2 is attached to the locking member 4. A part or the whole of the net member 2 can be detachably attached to the water channel 5 with a simple structure of hooking and locking. In addition, in the fall prevention device 1 of the present embodiment, the net member 2 is sandwiched between the fixture 3 and the first upper surface portion 53 and fixed to the waterway 5, so that the fixed portion of the net member 2 can be The difference in level with 51 and the ground G can be reduced.

In addition, the fall prevention device 1 of the present embodiment includes anchor bolts 6 as fixing means for fixing the fixture 3 to the first upper surface portion 53 , and the anchor bolts 6 are inserted through the mesh 22 of the net member 2 .
