{実施形態}
{Embodiment}
A support member and a wiring member including the support member according to the embodiment will be described below. Here, an example of a wiring member supporting structure in which a wiring member is attached to an attachment target member will be described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a wiring member support structure 1 according to an embodiment. FIG. 2 is a front view showing the wiring member support structure 1 according to the embodiment. 3 is an exploded bottom view of the support member 30. FIG. FIG. 4 is an exploded plan view showing the wire holding members 31, 32, 33 and 34. FIG. FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram showing how the wire holding members 31, 32, 33, and 34 are connected. FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram showing how the wire holding members 31, 32, 33, and 34 are attached to the base 60. As shown in FIG.

The wiring member support structure 1 includes an attachment target member 10 and a wiring member 20 . The wiring member 20 includes multiple electric wires 22 and a support member 30 . The wiring member support structure 1 is a structure for supporting a support member 30 holding electric wires 22 on a mounting target member 10 . That is, when the electric wire 22 is arranged along the attachment target member 10 , the support member 30 fixed to the attachment target member 10 supports the electric wire 22 along the attachment target member 10 .

As the attachment target member 10, for example, a reinforcement, a vehicle body frame, or the like is assumed. A reinforcement is a reinforcing member for a vehicle body, and is usually formed in a bar shape. Reinforcements are arranged along the width direction of the vehicle, for example, in the instrument panel in front of the driver's seat and passenger's seat in the vehicle. When the electric wire 22 for the electric equipment arranged in the instrument panel is arranged inside the instrument panel, the electric wire 22 is arranged along the reinforcement. In such a case, the wiring member support structure 1 can be applied as a structure for supporting the electric wire 22 along the reinforcement. Of course, the wiring member support structure 1 can also be applied as a structure for supporting the electric wires 22 to other body frames or the like, for example, a portion of a metal body having an elongated projecting portion formed thereon.

Here, it is assumed that the attachment target member 10 is a rod-shaped member, more specifically, a cylindrical member. A fixing hole 12 is formed in the attachment target member 10 to keep the support member 30 at a fixed position. Here, fixing holes 12 are formed at two locations on both sides of the central axis of the mounting target member 10 in the middle portion in the longitudinal direction of the mounting target member 10 . By fitting locking claws 65 for positioning the support member 30 (to be described later) into the fixing holes 12, the support member 30 is prevented from coming off with respect to the mounting target member 10, and the support member 30 extends in the extending direction and the circumference. It is supported at a fixed position in a direction.

The electric wire 22 is an insulated electric wire including a core wire and an insulating coating covering the core wire. The core wire is made of a conductive material such as copper or aluminum. The core wire may be a single wire or a twisted wire. The insulating coating is formed by extruding a resin or the like around the core wire.

The plurality of electric wires 22 are arranged along the attachment target member 10 and gather around the attachment target member 10 . The plurality of electric wires 22 may branch outward at locations extending from the end of the attachment target member 10 and at locations arranged along the attachment target member 10 as necessary. The plurality of electric wires 22 may be connected to electric devices such as electronic control units, loads, sensors, etc. through connectors or the like at respective branch destinations.

The plurality of electric wires 22 are divided into a plurality of groups at locations arranged along the attachment target member 10 . The wires 22 in each group may be grouped by branching units, but this is not essential.

In the supporting member 30, the wires 22 of each group are held separately, but in other parts, a plurality of wires 22 included in each group may be held as one bundle. Moreover, when a plurality of supporting members 30 are provided, the grouping of the electric wires 22 held by the respective supporting members 30 may or may not be the same.

Here, an example will be described in which the plurality of electric wires 22 are divided into four groups at positions supported by the support member 30 .

The support member 30 includes a plurality of wire holding members 31, 32, 33, and 34 that hold the plurality of wires 22 separately. Further here the support member 30 comprises a base 60 to which the wire holding members 31, 32, 33, 34 are attached.

Each wire holding member 31 , 32 , 33 , 34 has a wire holding portion 36 . Further here, the wire retaining member 31 includes connecting portions 40, 44 and a base mounting portion 50, the wire retaining members 32, 33 include connecting portions 40, 44, and the wire retaining member 34 includes connecting portions 40, 44 and A base mounting portion 51 is provided. The wire holding members 32 and 33 are formed in the same shape. The wire holding member 31 is an integrally molded product made of resin, for example, so as to include the wire holding portion 36 , the connecting portions 40 and 44 and the base mounting portion 50 . Similarly, wire holding members 32 and 33 include wire holding portion 36 and connecting portions 40 and 44, and wire holding member 34 includes wire holding portion 36, connecting portions 40 and 44, and base mounting portion 51. As shown, each is a molded product integrally molded using resin as a material.

The wire holding portion 36 holds one divided group of the plurality of wires 22 . Here, one wire holding portion 36 is provided in one wire holding member 31 , 32 , 33 , 34 . However, one wire holding member 31 , 32 , 33 , 34 may be provided with a plurality of wire holding portions 36 . That is, one wire holding member 31 , 32 , 33 , 34 may hold a plurality of divided groups of the plurality of wires 22 .

The wire holding portion 36 is formed in a gutter shape including a first plate portion 37 and second plate portions 38 erected on both sides of the first plate portion 37 . The electric wire 22 is arranged in the space surrounded by the first plate portion 37 and the second plate portion 38 of the electric wire holding portion 36 . The height dimension of both end portions 38a of the second plate portion 38 along the longitudinal direction of the wire holding portion 36 is formed higher than the height dimension of the intermediate portion 38b. Of course, in the wire holding portion 36, the height of the second plate portion 38 from the first plate portion 37 may be formed uniformly. Also, the wire holding portion 36 may be formed in a flat plate shape, a curved plate shape, or the like.

The wire holding portion 36 and the wire 22 are brought into a state in which the wire holding portion 36 holds the wire 22 by winding a binding member 80 such as an adhesive tape or a binding band around the wire holding portion 36 and the wire 22 . maintained. Note that the binding member 80 is omitted in figures other than FIGS. Here, the binding member 80 is wound around the intermediate portion 38b of the second plate portion 38 which is lower in height from the first plate portion 37 . Of course, the position of the wire holding portion 36 around which the binding member 80 is wound can be set to any position. Furthermore, the wire holding portion 36 may be maintained in a state where the wire 22 is held by a member other than the binding member 80 .

Also, here, the wire holding portion 36 holds the wires 22 that are not bundled in advance, but this is not an essential configuration. The plurality of electric wires 22 may be preliminarily bundled into electric wire bundles for each divided group. In this case, the wire holding portion 36 holds the wire bundle. In other words, the binding member for binding the electric wires 22 and the binding member 80 for holding the electric wires 22 in the electric wire holding portion 36 may be separately provided.

The electric wire holding portion 36 has a ceiling wall located on the opposite side of the electric wire 22 from the mounting object member 10 when the electric wire holding portion 36 is positioned around the mounting object member 10 . Here, the first plate portion 37 of the wire holding portion 36 serves as a ceiling wall. In other words, the wire holding members 31, 32, 33, and 34 are attached to the attachment target member 10 so that the first plate portion 37 serves as the ceiling wall. This ceiling wall prevents the electric wires 22 from spreading outward from the attachment target member 10 . Thereby, the height of the wiring member 20 from the mounting target member 10 can be suppressed.

The connecting portions 40 and 44 connect the wire holding members 31, 32, 33 and 34 in parallel. Here, the plurality of wire holding members 31 , 32 , 33 , 34 are connected in series by connecting portions 40 , 44 . The plurality of wire holding members 31, 32, 33, and 34 are connected in a state in which the wire holding member 31, the wire holding member 32, the wire holding member 33, and the wire holding member 34 are arranged in this order. The connecting portions 40 and 44 connecting the wire holding members 31 and 32, the connecting portions 40 and 44 connecting the wire holding members 32 and 33, and the connecting portions 40 and 44 connecting the wire holding members 33 and 34 all have the same shape. Although formed, it may include a joint formed in a different shape.

The wire holding members 31 , 32 , 33 , 34 are arranged along the outer periphery of the attachment target member 10 . Here, the interconnected wire holding members 31, 32, 33, 34 are rotatable about an axis along the longitudinal direction. The wire holding members 31 , 32 , 33 , and 34 connected to each other are rotatable between at least a state in which they are arranged flatly and a state in which they are arranged along the outer periphery of the attachment target member 10 . As a result, the wire holding members 31 , 32 , 33 , 34 are aligned along the outer periphery of the attachment target member 10 .

At this time, while the wire holding portion 36 is positioned around the mounting target member 10 as described above, the first plate portion 37 of the wire holding portion 36 is positioned on the side opposite to the mounting target member 10 with respect to the wire 22 . The ceiling wall is located. Therefore, the wire holding members 31 , 32 , 33 , and 34 connected to each other are rotatable from at least a flat state to a direction in which the first plate portion 37 is positioned on the outer peripheral side with respect to the wire 22 . . Here, the wire holding members 31, 32, 33, and 34 that are connected to each other rotate from the state of being arranged flatly to the direction in which the first plate portion 37 is positioned on the inner peripheral side of the wire 22. It is possible.

Here, connecting portions 40 and 44 rotatably connect wire holding members 31 , 32 , 33 and 34 . Specifically, the connecting portion 40 includes a shaft portion 42 . The connecting portion 44 also includes bearing portions 47 and 48 that rotatably support the shaft portion 42 . More specifically, the connecting portion 40 includes a pair of support plate portions 41 projecting laterally from the second plate portion 38 and a cylindrical shaft portion 42 supported by the pair of support plate portions 41 . The connecting portion 44 includes a pair of arm portions 45 and 46 projecting laterally from the second plate portion 38 and semi-cylindrical bearing portions 47 and 48 provided at the ends of the arm portions 45 and 46, respectively. A bearing portion 47 provided at the tip of the arm portion 45 supports the shaft portion 42 from one side, and a bearing portion 48 provided at the tip of the arm portion 46 supports the shaft portion 42 from the side opposite to the bearing portion 47. do. That is, the recesses of the bearing portions 47 and 48 are formed so as to be opposite to each other. As shown in FIG. 5, a tubular space for supporting the shaft portion 42 is formed by the bearing portions 47 and 48 in a front view. When viewed from the front, the distance between the tip of the bearing portion 47 and the tip of the bearing portion 48 is smaller than the diameter of the shaft portion 42 . Therefore, the shaft portion 42 is accommodated in the bearing portions 47 and 48 while elastically deforming the connecting portion 44 so that the distance between the tip portions of the bearing portions 47 and 48 is widened. At this time, the side surfaces of the tip portions of the bearing portions 47 and 48 are formed as guide surfaces G that are inclined toward the recess. When the shaft portion 42 is accommodated in the recessed portions of the bearing portions 47 and 48, the connecting portion 44 is easily elastically deformed along the guide surface G so as to widen the distance between the tip portions of the bearing portions 47 and 48. there is

Here, the connecting portions 40 and 44 are provided on the sides of the wire holding portion 36 . As a result, it is possible to suppress the projection dimension of the connecting portions 40 and 44 from the attachment target member 10 , thereby suppressing the height of the wiring member 20 from the attachment target member 10 .

More specifically, in the wire holding member 31, both connecting portions 40 and 44 are provided on one side of the wire holding portion 36 (on the right side in FIG. 5). The connecting portion 40 is provided at one longitudinal end (the upper side in FIG. 5), and the connecting portion 44 is provided at the other longitudinal end (the lower side in FIG. 5). In the wire holding members 32 and 33, both connecting portions 40 and 44 are provided on one side of the wire holding portion 36 (on the right side in FIG. 5). The connecting portion 40 is provided at one longitudinal end (the upper side in FIG. 5), and the connecting portion 44 is provided at the other longitudinal end (the lower side in FIG. 5). Further, in the wire holding members 32 and 33, both connecting portions 40 and 44 are also provided on the other side of the wire holding portion 36 (on the left side in FIG. 5). The connecting portion 40 is provided at the other longitudinal end (the lower side in FIG. 5), and the connecting portion 44 is provided at the one longitudinal end (the upper side in FIG. 5). Therefore, the wire holding members 32 and 33 are formed point-symmetrically around the center in plan view. In the wire holding member 34, both connecting portions 40 and 44 are provided on the other side of the wire holding portion 36 (on the left side in FIG. 5). The connecting portion 40 is provided at the other longitudinal end (the lower side in FIG. 5), and the connecting portion 44 is provided at the one longitudinal end (the upper side in FIG. 5). In particular, here, each connecting portion 40, 44 is provided on the side of the end portion 38a of the second plate portion 38 where the height is increased.

In the state where the wire holding members 31 and 32 are connected, the shaft portion 42 of the wire holding member 31 and the shaft portion 42 of the wire holding member 32 used for the connection have the same rotation axis. Thereby, the wire holding members 31 and 32 are rotatably connected. The same applies to the wire holding members 32 and 33 and the wire holding members 33 and 34 .

The base attachment portions 50 and 51 are attached to attached portions 66 and 67 formed on the base 60 . The base attachment portions 50 and 51 are portions for attaching the wire holding members 31 , 32 , 33 and 34 to the base 60 . As described above, the wire holding members 31 and 34 are formed with the base attachment portions 50 and 51 .

In the wire holding member 31, two base mounting portions 50 are formed on the other side of the wire holding portion 36 (the side opposite to the side where the connecting portions 40 and 44 are provided). The two base attachment portions 50 are formed in the same shape. The two base mounting portions 50 are provided at the same positions as the connecting portions 40 and 44 along the longitudinal direction of the wire holding portion 36 . Therefore, the two base mounting portions 50 are provided at positions opposite to the connecting portions 40 and 44 with respect to the wire holding portion 36 .

In the wire holding member 34, two base attachment portions 51 are formed on one side of the wire holding portion 36 (the side opposite to the side where the connecting portions 40 and 44 are provided). The two base attachment portions 51 are formed in the same shape. The two base mounting portions 51 are provided at the same positions as the connecting portions 40 and 44 along the longitudinal direction of the wire holding portion 36 . Therefore, the two base mounting portions 51 are provided at positions opposite to the connecting portions 40 and 44 with respect to the wire holding portion 36 . The shapes of the base attachment portions 50 and 51 will be described later together with the shapes of the attached portions 66 and 67 .

A rib 52 is formed on the outer periphery of the wire holding portion 36 in the wire holding members 31 , 32 , 33 , 34 . The ribs 52 are formed in portions of the wire holding portion 36 where the connecting portions 40 and 44 and the base mounting portions 50 and 51 are provided along the longitudinal direction. At one end of the wire holding portion 36, two ribs 52 are provided separately along the longitudinal direction. Two ribs 52 at one end of the wire holding portion 36 are provided so as to sandwich the connecting portions 40 and 44 and the base mounting portions 50 and 51 . The provision of the ribs 52 makes it difficult for the wire holding portion 36 to bend when attaching the connecting portions 40, 44 and the base attachment portions 50, 51, thereby facilitating the attachment work.

The base 60 is a member that is attached to the attachment target member 10 while surrounding at least a part of the periphery of the attachment target member 10 . Wire holding members 31 , 32 , 33 and 34 are attached to the outer peripheral side of the base 60 .

The base 60 is formed in a partial cylindrical shape forming a part of a cylinder. The base 60 is a partial cylinder that is more than a half cylinder. Such a base 60 can be, for example, a member integrally formed of resin. The radius of curvature of the inner peripheral surface of the base 60 matches the radius of curvature of the outer peripheral surface of the attachment target member 10 .

Both ends 61 of the base 60 in the extending direction are separated from an intermediate portion 62 in the extending direction of the base 60 via a circumferential slit 63 . As a result, the pair of elastic deformation pieces 64 on both sides of the extending direction end portions 61 of the base 60 can be elastically deformed in the inward and outward directions of the base 60 .

A locking claw 65 projecting inward is formed at the distal end portion of a pair of elastic deformation pieces 64 provided at both ends 61 of the base 60 . A fixing hole 12 into which the locking claws 65 are fitted is formed in a portion of the attachment target member 10 corresponding to the pair of locking claws 65 .

When the base 60 is set on the member 10 to be attached so as to cover the periphery of the member 10 to be attached, the pair of elastic deformation pieces 64 at both ends 61 of the base 60 are elastically deformed outward, and the locking claws 65 are elastically deformed. is fitted into the fixing hole 12, each elastic deformation piece 64 returns to its original shape. As a result, each of the locking claws 65 is kept in a state of being fitted into the fixing hole 12 , thereby keeping the base 60 fixed to the attachment target member 10 . In this state, the locking claws 65 are fitted into the corresponding pair of fixing holes 12 to prevent rotation of the base 60 with respect to the mounting target member 10 and positional deviation of the mounting target member 10 in the extending direction.

The structure for attaching the base 60 to the attachment target member 10 is not limited to the above example. For example, the locking claw 65 is omitted, and the base 60 formed in a partial cylinder exceeding half a cylinder covers more than half of the circumference of the mounting target member 10, so that the base 60 can be removed from the mounting target member 10. It may be configured to be held in a stopped state. In this case, at least one protrusion may be formed on the inner peripheral portion of the base 60 and the protrusion may be fitted into a hole formed in the attachment target member 10 to suppress displacement of the base 60 . Alternatively, the base 60 may be attached to the member to be fixed by press-fitting a projection formed on the base 60 into a hole formed in the member to be fixed. Alternatively, the base 60 may be fixed to the member to be fixed only by a structure in which the retaining projections formed on the base 60 are fitted into the holes formed in the member to be fixed 10 . Alternatively, the base 60 may be formed in a cylindrical shape that covers the attachment target member 10 once, and a hinge portion that enables the base 60 to be opened and closed may be provided in the middle of the circumferential direction. In this case, a locking portion and a locked portion that are locked to each other are provided at the distal end portions of the two portions connected via the hinge portion, and the base 60 is mounted around the mounting target member 10, and then locked. The base 60 may be attached to the attachment target member 10 with the portion and the engaged portion engaged with each other. In this case, at least one protrusion may be formed on the inner peripheral portion of the base 60 and the protrusion may be fitted into a hole formed in the attachment target member 10 to suppress displacement of the base 60 .

Attached portions 66 and 67 are formed on the base 60 . The base 60 is integrally molded with the attached portions 66 and 67 . The attached portions 66 and 67 are provided at both ends along the longitudinal direction of the intermediate portion 62 in the extending direction of the base 60 , one circumferential end portion and the other circumferential end portion. Here, the extension-direction intermediate portion 62 of the base 60 includes a semi-cylindrical portion 62a and an extension piece 62b extending tangentially from the circumferential end portion of the semi-cylindrical portion 62a. The attached portions 66 and 67 are provided so as to protrude from the outer surface of the extension piece 62b.

Here, two mounting portions 66 are provided at one end in the circumferential direction of the intermediate portion 62 in the extending direction of the base 60, and two mounting portions 67 are provided at the other end in the circumferential direction. The two attached portions 66 are formed in the same shape and provided apart in the extending direction of the base 60 . Similarly, the two attached portions 67 are formed to have the same shape and are spaced apart in the extending direction of the base 60 . The attached portion 66 and the attached portion 67 are formed in different shapes. The base attachment portion 50 is attached to the attachment portion 66 , and the base attachment portion 51 is attached to the attachment portion 67 .

The base mounting portion 51 and the mounted portion 66 are so-called male locking pieces M, and the base mounting portion 50 and the mounted portion 67 are so-called female locking receiving portions F.

The locking piece M consists of a protruding piece M1 formed in a plate-like piece protruding outward from the outer peripheral surface of the wire holding portion 36 or the base 60, and a locking projection M2 provided at the tip of the protruding piece M1. Prepare. The distal end portion of each projecting piece M1 is formed in a shape that gradually narrows toward the distal end side. The locking projection M2 is formed on one main surface of the tip of each projecting piece M1. The locking projection M2 is formed in a shape in which the projecting dimension gradually increases from the distal end of the projecting piece M1 toward the proximal end. A surface of the locking protrusion M2 facing the base end side of the projecting piece M1 is formed on a surface orthogonal to the projecting direction of the projecting piece M1.

The lock receiving portion F includes a frame portion F1 in the shape of a flat rectangular tube formed with a through hole FH into which the lock piece M is inserted, and a lock projection portion M2 provided on the frame portion F1 and passing through the frame portion F1. and a locking protrusion F2 that locks. The locking projection F2 protrudes inwardly from the outer peripheral portion of the one piece of the frame portion F1 on the exit side of the through hole FH so as to block a part of the through hole FH. A surface of the engaging projection F2 facing the exit side of the through hole FH is formed on a surface perpendicular to the axial direction of the through hole FH. For example, the locking protrusion F2 can be elastically deformed so as to move away from the through hole FH when the locking projection M2 is inserted, and can be elastically restored after the locking projection M2 is removed. As a result, the locking protrusion M2 can pass through the through hole FH and can be locked with the locking protrusion F2 after passing through the through hole FH.

In the above example, the base 60 is provided with a plurality of mounting portions 66 and 67, and the wire holding members 31 and 34 are provided with a plurality of base mounting portions 50 and 51. A configuration in which mounting portions are provided and one base mounting portion is provided on the side of the wire holding members 31, 32, 33, and 34 may be employed. The example in which the attached portions 66 and 67 are inserted and held in the base attachment portions 50 and 51 in a retaining state is not limited to the above example, and various retaining configurations can be employed. Further, in the above example, both the locking piece M and the locking receiving portion F are provided on the mounting portion of the base and the base mounting portion of the wire holding member. Only the M or the lock receiving portion F may be provided, and only the lock receiving portion F or the locking piece M may be provided in the base mounting portion of the wire holding member. Further, even if both the locking piece M and the locking receiving portion F are provided on the mounting portion of the base and the base mounting portion of the electric wire holding member, the locking piece M and the locking receiving portion F are located at point-symmetrical positions on the base 60 . Part F may be provided. That is, at one end in the longitudinal direction of the base 60, the locking piece M is provided at one end in the circumferential direction and the locking receiving portion F is provided at the other end. A configuration in which a lock receiving portion F is provided at one end portion and a locking piece M is provided at the other end portion may be employed.

Further, in the above example, among the three or more interconnected wire holding members 31, 32, 33, 34 arranged along the outer periphery of the base 60, only the wire holding members 31, 34 located at both ends are provided with the base mounting portions 50, Although an example in which 51 is provided has been described, this is not an essential configuration. The base mounting portions 50, 51 are also provided to the wire holding members 32, 33 positioned between the three or more wire holding members 31, 32, 33, 34 connected to each other along the outer periphery of the base 60. Alternatively, only the wire holding members 32, 33 positioned between the three or more mutually connected wire holding members 31, 32, 33, 34 arranged on the outer periphery of the base 60 may have the base mounting portion 50, 51 may be provided.

<Assembly of wiring members>
The wiring member 20 is assembled, for example, as follows.

That is, the electric wire 22 is first held by the electric wire holding members 31, 32, 33, and 34 before being connected. As described above, the wire 22 can be held by the wire holding members 31, 32, 33, and 34 by, for example, winding the binding member 80 around the wire holding portion 36 in which the wire 22 is arranged. can.

After that, the wire holding members 31 , 32 , 33 , 34 are connected to each other by the connecting portions 40 , 44 . The connected wire holding members 31 , 32 , 33 , 34 are attached to the base 60 . For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the wire holding members 31, 32, 33, and 34 are rotated after the base attachment portion 51 of the wire holding member 34 on one end side in the parallel direction is attached to the attached portion 67 of the base 60. Then, the base attachment portion 50 of the wire holding member 31 on the other end side in the parallel direction is attached to the attached portion 66 of the base 60 . As a result, the plurality of wire holding members 31 , 32 , 33 , 34 are attached to the base 60 and aligned along the outer periphery of the base 60 so as to be able to follow the outer periphery of the mounting target member 10 .

<Assembly to vehicle>
The wiring member 20 is, for example, assembled as described above and transported to a vehicle assembly plant. At the vehicle assembly plant, the support member 30 of the wiring member 20 is fixed to the attachment target member 10 . As a result, the electric wire 22 is supported along the mounting target member 10 to form the wiring member support structure 1 . The electric wire 22 and the support member 30 are separately transported to a vehicle assembly plant, and at the vehicle assembly plant, the wiring member 20 having the support member 30 attached to the electric wire 22 is assembled, and the support member 30 is attached to the member to be attached. It may be fixed at 10.

Here, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, it is assumed that peripheral parts 100, 102, and 104 exist above and on both sides of the mounting target member 10 in the vehicle. The peripheral parts 100, 102, 104 are assumed to be vehicle interior panels (dash panels, etc.), electrical equipment, air-conditioning duct parts, and the like.

In this case, if all the electric wires 22 are bundled together, it becomes a relatively thick bundle like the electric wire bundle Wb1 shown in FIG. Therefore, it is difficult to dispose the wire bundle Wb1 in any space around the attachment target member 10 .

Therefore, the electric wires 22 are divided into a plurality of (here, four) groups, and each group is held by the electric wire holding portion 36 . As a result, the plurality of electric wires 22 can be distributed and held in the attachment target member 10, and even when the empty space around the attachment target member 10 is narrow, the plurality of electric wires 22 can be bundled into one. In comparison, many electric wires 22 can be arranged.

At this time, according to this embodiment, the plurality of wire holding members 31 , 32 , 33 , and 34 in the support member 30 can hold the plurality of wires 22 separately. By attaching this support member 30 to the attachment target member 10 , the plurality of electric wires 22 can be divided and attached to the attachment target member 10 . At this time, since the wire holding members 31, 32, 33, and 34 can be connected by the connecting portions 40 and 44, the support member 30 and the wiring member 20 holding the wires 22 thereon can be routed as one member. can. Further, since a plurality of wire holding members 31, 32, 33, 34 are provided, the number of wire holding portions 36 can be easily adjusted by changing the number of wire holding members 31, 32, 33, 34. FIG.

In addition, the ceiling wall located on the side opposite to the mounting target member 10 with respect to the electric wire 22 suppresses the spreading of the electric wire 22 outward from the mounting target member 10 . Thereby, the height of the wiring member 20 from the mounting target member 10 can be suppressed.

In addition, since the connected wire holding members 31, 32, 33, and 34 are rotatable between a state in which they are aligned at least flatly and a state in which they are aligned along the outer periphery of the mounting target member 10, a plurality of wire holding members are arranged. Even if 31 , 32 , 33 , 34 are connected, they can be arranged along the outer periphery of the mounting target member 10 . Thereby, the height of the wiring member 20 from the mounting target member 10 can be further suppressed. Further, after performing the work of holding the electric wires 22 in the plurality of electric wire holding members 31, 32, 33, 34 in a state where the electric wire holding members 31, 32, 33, 34 are arranged flat, the electric wire holding members 31, 33, 34 are 32, 33, 34 can be rotated to enclose the member 10 to be attached. This facilitates the work of holding the wires 22 in the plurality of wire holding portions 36 .

One of the mutually connected wire holding members 31, 32, 33, and 34 includes a shaft portion 42 as a connecting portion 40, and the other includes a bearing portion 47 that rotatably supports the shaft portion 42 as a connecting portion 44. , 48, the wire holding members 31, 32, 33, 34 are rotatable at the connecting portions 40, 44. As shown in FIG.

Further, the plurality of wire holding members 31 , 32 , 33 , 34 are maintained in a state of being arranged along the periphery of the attachment target member 10 by being attached to the base 60 . By attaching the base 60 of the support member 30 in this state to the attachment target member 10, the plurality of wire holding members 31, 32, 33, and 34 are collectively arranged along the periphery of the attachment target member 10. be made. This facilitates attachment of the wiring member 20 to the attachment target member 10 .

Further, since only the wire holding members 31, 34 positioned at both ends of the three or more wire holding members 31, 32, 33, 34 are provided with the base mounting portions 50, 51, the wire holding members 32, 33 between the wire holding members 31, 32, 33, 34 It is unnecessary to provide the base mounting portions 50 and 51 in the

{変形例}
{Modification}
FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a first modified example of the connection structure between the wire holding members.

If the connected wire holding members are rotatable, it is conceivable to provide a rotation amount regulating portion 54 that regulates the amount of rotation of the connected wire holding members. FIG. 7 shows an example of the rotation amount regulating section 54. As shown in FIG.

Specifically, in the example shown in FIG. 7 , connecting portion 140 includes shaft portion 142 and connecting portion 144 includes bearing portion 149 . The shaft portion 142 is formed so as to protrude from the support plate portion 141, and the bearing portion 149 is formed in a hole shape in the plate-like piece 149a. Thereby, the wire holding members connected by the connecting portions 140 and 144 are rotatable.

In the example shown in FIG. 7, the rotation amount restricting portion 54 includes a protruding portion 55 and a circumferential groove 56 in which the protruding portion 55 is accommodated. The protruding portion 55 is formed to protrude from the support plate portion 141 . The circumferential groove 56 is formed like a groove in the plate-like piece 149a. The circumferential groove 56 is formed so as to extend in an arc around the bearing portion 149 . The projecting portion 55 is movable along the circumferential groove 56 while being accommodated in the circumferential groove 56 .

Therefore, in the example shown in FIG. 7, when the wire holding member provided with the support plate portion 141 and the wire holding member provided with the plate-like piece 149a rotate around the shaft portion 142, the protruding portion 55 is positioned in the circumferential groove. 56 and the projection 55 contacts the end of the circumferential groove 56, thereby inhibiting further rotation.

Thus, when restricting the amount of rotation between the two wire holding members, the rotation to one side (rotation in the direction in which the first plate portion 37 is positioned on the outer peripheral side with respect to the wire 22) is, for example, 30 degrees. It is conceivable that the angle is restricted to 90 degrees. At this time, the rotation restriction value for rotation to one side may be a value equal to or larger than the angle at which the wire holding member is arranged along the outer circumference of the attachment target member 10 . Specifically, in the example shown in FIG. 1, the electric wire holding members 31, 32, 33, and 34 arranged along the outer periphery of the mounting target member 10 are rotated from a flat state to one side by 55 degrees. there is Therefore, when the rotation amount restricting portion 54 is applied to the example shown in FIG. 1, the rotation to one side is preferably set to an arbitrary angle of 55 degrees or more.

Further, the rotation to the other side (rotation in the direction in which the first plate portion 37 is positioned on the inner peripheral side with respect to the electric wire 22) is, for example, 0 degrees, that is, is regulated so that the electric wire holding members are lined up flat. It is conceivable that there are Further, it is conceivable that the rotation to the other side is regulated, for example, so that the amount of rotation is smaller than the amount of rotation to the one side. Further, the rotation to the other side is preferably set smaller than the angle at which the wire holding member is arranged along the outer periphery of the attachment target member 10, for example. For example, in the example shown in FIG. 1, the wire holding members 31, 32, 33, and 34 arranged along the outer periphery of the mounting target member 10 are in a state rotated 55 degrees to one side from a flat state. Therefore, when the rotation amount restricting portion 54 is applied to the example shown in FIG. 1, the rotation to the other side is preferably set to an arbitrary angle smaller than 55 degrees. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the electric wire holding member from being attached to the attachment target member 10 in a state of being erroneously rotated to the other side.

When the rotation amount restricting portion 54 is provided in this manner, excessive rotation of the wire holding members can be suppressed. Note that the wire holding member including the rotation amount restricting portion 54 is a molded product that is integrally molded using, for example, resin as a material so as to include the wire holding portion, the connecting portion, and the rotation amount restricting portion 54 .

In the above example, the projection 55 and the circumferential groove 56 in which the projection 55 is accommodated have been described as the rotation amount regulating portion 54 . and a part of the other member may interfere with each other.

FIG. 8 is a front view showing a second modification of the connection structure between the wire holding members.

So far, the explanation has been given assuming that the wire holding members are rotatably connected to each other by the connecting portion including the shaft portion and the connecting portion including the bearing portion, but this is not an essential configuration. As shown in FIG. 8, a rotatable configuration may be adopted separately from the connecting portion.

In the example shown in FIG. 8 , the wire holding members 231 and 232 include wire holding portions 36 and connecting portions 240 and 244 . The connecting portion 240 is provided on the side opposite to the connecting portion 244 with respect to the wire holding portion 36 . The connecting portion 240 can be connected to a connecting portion 244 provided on another wire holding member. The couplings 240, 244 are non-rotatably coupled. For example, the connecting portion 240 includes a locked portion 241 in which a hole portion 241h is formed. The connecting portion 244 includes a locking portion 245 having a column portion 245a passed through the hole portion 241h and a locking projection 245b that locks onto the peripheral portion of the hole portion 241h. At this time, the locked portion 241 includes a plate-like portion 241b that protrudes from the plate-like portion 241a in which the hole portion 241h is formed and extends parallel to the column portion 245a. When the connecting portions 240 and 244 try to rotate, the plate-like portion 241b and the column portion 245a interfere with each other, and the rotation is suppressed. In addition, in the connection structure using the shaft portion and the bearing portion, in a state in which the two wire holding members are connected, the shaft portion of one wire holding member and the wire holding portion of the other wire holding member are used for the connection between the two wire holding members. Rotation of the connecting portion of the two wire holding members may be suppressed by having the rotation axis different from that of the shaft portion of the member.

The wire holding members 231 and 232 further include hinge portions 258 . The hinge portion 258 is interposed between the connecting portion 244 and the wire holding portion 36 . The hinge portion 258 rotatably connects the connecting portion 244 and the wire holding portion 36 . Therefore, the wire holding members 231 and 232 have portions that are rotatable as a single unit. For example, the hinge portion 258 is formed thin to rotatably connect the connecting portion 244 and the wire holding portion 36 .

The wire holding members 231 and 232 are integrally molded products made of resin or the like so as to include the wire holding portion 36, the connecting portions 240 and 244, and the hinge portion 258, for example.

When such a connection structure is provided, the wire holding members 231 and 232 can be rotated by the hinge portion 258 provided separately from the connection portions 240 and 244 .

In the example shown in FIG. 8, both of the two wire holding members 231 and 232 connected to each other have hinge portions 258, but this is not an essential configuration. At least one of the two wire holding members 231 and 232 connected to each other should be provided with the hinge portion 258 .

FIG. 9 is a front view showing a third modification of the connection structure between the wire holding members.

So far, examples of the connection structure between the connection portion including the shaft portion and the connection portion including the bearing portion have been described as a configuration in which the connection portion is rotatable, but this is not an essential configuration. The structure of the connecting parts 340 and 344 shown in FIG. 9 may be employed as a structure that allows the connecting part to rotate.

In the example shown in FIG. 9 , the wire holding members 331 and 332 include wire holding portions 36 and connecting portions 340 and 344 . The connecting portion 340 is provided on the side opposite to the connecting portion 340 with respect to the wire holding portion 36 . The connecting portion 340 can be connected to a connecting portion 344 provided on another wire holding member.

The connecting portion 340 includes an engaged portion 341 in which a hole portion 341h is formed. The connecting portion 344 includes a locking portion 345 having a column portion 345a passed through the hole portion 341h and a locking projection 345b that locks onto the peripheral edge portion of the hole portion 341h. At this time, the hole portion 341h is formed sufficiently larger than the column portion 345a, and the wire holding members 331 and 332 are rotatably connected.

This configuration also allows the two wire holding members 331 and 332 to rotate at the connecting portions 340 and 344 .

FIG. 10 is a front view showing a modification of the attachment structure between the base and the wire holding member.

The base 460 is formed with first attached portions 68a and 68b and second attached portions 69a and 69b as attached portions.

Wire holding members 31, 32, 34 for holding the wires 22 provided in common are attached to the first attached portions 68a, 68b. As the first mounted portion 68a, a female locking receiving portion F that can be locked with the male locking piece M that is the base mounting portion 50 of the wire holding member 31 is formed. A male locking piece M that can be locked with a female locking receiving portion F that is the base mounting portion 51 of the wire holding member 33 is formed. The connected wire holding members 31, 32, 34 are attached to the base 460 using the first attached portions 68a, 68b.

An electric wire holding member 35 for holding an optional electric wire 22 is attached to the second attached portions 69a and 69b. A male locking piece M is formed as the second mounted portion 69a, and a female locking receiving portion F is formed as the second mounted portion 69a. The wire holding member 35 is attached to the base 460 using the second attached portions 69a and 69b. The wire holding member 35 is formed in such a shape that a male locking piece M and a female locking receiving portion F are provided as base mounting portions 50 and 51 on both sides of the wire holding portion 36 . The female locking receiving portion F of the wire holding member 35 is locked to the male locking piece M of the second attached portion 69a, and the male locking piece M of the wire holding member 35 , is locked to the female locking receiving portion F of the second mounted portion 69b.

Thus, it becomes easy to separate and support the electric wire 22 provided in common and the electric wire 22 for an option. This makes it possible to easily respond to design changes and the like.

In this example, three electric wire holding members 31, 32, and 34 holding electric wires 22 provided in common and one electric wire holding member 35 holding an optional electric wire 22 are attached to the base 460. However, this is not an essential configuration. The number of commonly provided wire holding members holding the wires 22 and the number of wire holding members holding the optional wires 22 are not particularly limited and can be set to any number. For example, the number of commonly provided wire holding members holding the wires 22 may be the same as the number of wire holding members holding the optional wires 22, or may be more or less. may Moreover, although the electric wire holding member which holds the electric wire 22 provided in common was connected, it may not be connected. Moreover, although the electric wire holding member holding the electric wire 22 for options was not connected, it may be connected.

{その他の変形例}
{Other modifications}
In addition, the electric wire holding member has been described so far as being attached to the member to be attached so that the first wall serves as the ceiling wall, but this is not an essential configuration. The wire holding member may be attached to the attachment target member such that the first wall portion is interposed between the wire and the attachment target member.

Further, although the explanation has been made so far that the wire holding members connected to each other are rotatable, this is not an essential configuration. The connected wire holding members may not rotate. In this case, the plurality of wire holding members may be connected so as to be aligned along the outer periphery of the mounting target member 10, or may be connected so as to be aligned flat.

That is, the plurality of wire holding members in the supporting member may be connected in parallel by the connecting portion so that the wires held by the wire holding portions are parallel.

Further, although the explanation has been made so far that one wire holding member is provided with one wire holding portion, this is not an essential configuration. A plurality of wire holding portions may be provided in one wire holding member. At this time, wire holding members having different numbers of wire holding portions may be connected to each other.

Further, although the electric wire holding member has been described so far as being connected only by the connecting portion integrally formed with the electric wire holding portion 36, this is not an essential configuration. For the connection of the wire holding members, a separate member such as a screw may be used in addition to the connecting portion. In this case, in the wire holding member, the part that becomes the pedestal to be screwed is the connecting portion that is integrally formed with the wire holding portion.

Also, in the above embodiment, the four wire holding members 31, 32, 33, and 34 are connected, but this is not an essential configuration. The number of wire holding members to be connected may be appropriately set, and may be two, three, or five or more.

Further, in the above embodiment, when two or more wire holding members are connected, both the wire holding member 31 and the wire holding member 34 are used, but this is not an essential configuration. Two of the wire holding member 31 or the wire holding member 34 may be used as the wire holding members positioned at both ends. Therefore, when two wire holding members are connected, the wire holding member 31 and the wire holding member 34 may be connected, or two wire holding members 31 may be connected, or the wire holding member 34 may be connected to the wire holding member 34 . may be linked together. When three or more wire holding members are connected, one wire holding member 31, 34 and one or more wire holding members 32 may be connected, or two wire holding members 31 and one The above wire holding members 32 may be connected, or two wire holding members 34 and one or more wire holding members 32 may be connected.

Also, although the base 60 has been described so far, this is not an essential configuration. It is also conceivable that the base 60 is omitted. In this case, it is conceivable that the wire holding member is attached directly to the outer periphery of the attachment target member 10 by a binding member such as an adhesive tape or a binding band.

In addition, each structure demonstrated by the said embodiment and each modification can be combined suitably, unless it mutually contradicts.
