Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a product packaging container that can be displayed in a store by both hanging from a hanging hook and stacking on a stand.

As disclosed in Patent Document 1, as shown in FIG. 14, the product packaging container 60 is used to display the product in a product packaging container 60 by hanging it from a hanging hook 20 of fixtures prepared in a store. A product packaging container 60 having a hanging hole 72 formed in a hanging piece 71 protruding from the top of the container 60 has been known.

However, in Patent Literature 1, there is a drawback that the hanging piece 71 protruding from the upper portion of the product packaging container 60 becomes an obstacle when stacking and displaying the product on a table prepared in a store.

As another prior art, in the structure disclosed in Patent Document 2, as shown in FIG. 15, a product packaging container 80 in which a product storage space is formed has a top plate formed of flat surfaces facing each other. and a bottom plate and a surrounding portion, and on the front and rear sides of the upper position of the surrounding portion, a hanging hole 82 is formed at the upper edge to abut the hanging hook, and the display is hung and stacked. A product packaging container 80 that can be used for both display and display has been known.

In Patent Document 2, a reinforcing member 84 having a reinforcing hook hole 83 having an upper edge that abuts on a hanging hook is formed integrally with the product packaging container 80, and the inside of the product packaging container 80 is formed. A hanging hook passage space is formed above the storage space, and a partition member 85 is arranged inside the product packaging container to separate the storage space and the hanging hook passage space, and The partition member 85 and the reinforcement member 84 integrally formed with the product packaging container 80 are formed by bending one plate-shaped member, and the plate-shaped auxiliary member is formed by the partition member 85 and the reinforcement member. It has at least one connecting member 86 connecting the members 84, and said connecting member 86 is formed with a reinforcing hook hole 83 having an upper edge for contacting the hanging hook.

However, in Patent Document 2, the product packaging container 80 is suspended by contacting the upper edge of the suspension hole 82 and the upper edge of the reinforcing hook hole 83 with the suspension hook. The upper edge of the hanging hole 82 and the upper edge of the reinforcing hook hole 83 are gradually deformed when the product packaging container 80 is inserted into or removed from the hanging hook or by the weight of the product itself, and such hook holes deteriorate. If the product packaging container 80 is pulled downward in this state, the upper edge of the hanging hole 82 and the reinforcing hook hole 83 are easily damaged.

A first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 8, the product packaging container 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention has a product storage space 31 (FIG. 8) formed inside the product packaging container 10, which is formed of two plane surfaces facing each other. a top plate 11 and a bottom plate 12, and a peripheral portion consisting of a front side surface 13, a rear side surface 14, a left side surface 15, and a right side surface 16; A hanging hook passage hole 42 is formed at the position. The upper end position includes a vertical position that substantially matches the inner surface of the top surface, and the substantially matching includes a position within a range that can be absorbed by bending deformation of the product packaging container 10 .

A hanging hook passing hole 42 formed at the upper end position of the front side surface 13 is formed to extend to the front end position of the top plate 11 .

Further, a reinforcing member 24 having a lower surface linearly contacting the upper portion of the hanging hook 20 is arranged in the product packaging container 10 , and the upper surface of the reinforcing member 24 contacts the lower surface of the top plate 11 . are arranged as follows.

Furthermore, a hanging hook passage space 32 (FIG. 8) is formed above the storage space 31 inside the product packaging container 10, and the storage space 31 and the suspension hook passing space 32 (FIG. 8) are formed inside the product packaging container 10. A partition member 25 is arranged to separate the lowering hook passing space 32 , and the partition member 25 and the reinforcing member 24 are formed by bending one plate-shaped auxiliary component 30 .

Further, the plate-shaped auxiliary component 30 has a pair of connection members 26 that connect the partition member 25 and the reinforcement member 24 at the front end position and the rear end position, respectively. Reinforcing hook holes 23 are formed respectively.

The reinforcing hook hole 23 formed in the connecting portion 26 at the front position extends to the front end position of the reinforcing member 24 .

Flaps 17 are formed at left and right positions of the upper end of the product packaging container 10, respectively, and the upper surfaces of the left and right flaps 17 abut against the lower surface of the reinforcing member 24, so that the auxiliary component 30 is attached to the product packaging container. held within 10.

In the first embodiment, the product packaging container 10 is made of paperboard, and the auxiliary parts 30 are made of cardboard. The material can be freely selected, and is not limited to paperboard or corrugated cardboard, and other materials such as plastic sheets may also be used. Furthermore, the product packaging container 10 may be made of a transparent material, and the product packaging container 10 may be housed inside the product packaging container 10 by providing an opening in a part of the product packaging container 10 and attaching a transparent sheet to the product packaging container 10 . The product may be configured to be visible.

In addition, the hanging hook 20 is generally formed such that the tip portion thereof is inclined upward in order to prevent the hanging product from naturally falling. In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a hanging hook passing hole 42 formed at the upper end position of the front side surface 13 of the product packaging container 10 extends to the front end position of the top plate 11. In addition, the reinforcing hook hole 23 formed in the connecting portion 26 at the front side position of the reinforcing member 24 extends to the front end position of the reinforcing member 24, so that the hanging hook 20 Even if the total distance in the front-rear direction of the product suspended on the suspension hook is longer than the length, the product packaging container 10 is prevented from tilting during display and the lower surface of the reinforcing member 24 is suspended from the suspension hook 20. Since it can be brought into linear contact with the upper part, damage to the auxiliary part 30 and the product packaging container 10 can be prevented.

In this embodiment, the hanging hook passing holes 42 formed in the product packaging container 10 and the auxiliary parts 30 do not necessarily have to extend to the positions of the top plate 11 and the reinforcing member 24 . (Not shown.) In addition, a hanging hook passage hole 42 formed at the upper end position of the rear side surface 14 of the product packaging container 10 is formed to extend to the rear end position of the top plate 11, and an auxiliary The suspension hook passing hole 42 formed in the connecting member 26 at the rear side position of the component 30 may be formed to extend to the rear side end position of the reinforcing member 24 .

Further, the auxiliary part 30 described in the first embodiment can be appropriately changed according to the characteristics of the products to be stored. As shown in FIG. 9, the part 30A has a connection member 26 that connects the partition member 25 and the reinforcement member 24 at least at the front end position. The reinforcing hook hole 23 formed in the connecting member 26 at the front end position extends to the front end position of the reinforcing member 24, and the partition member 25 extends downward at the rear position. 27 is formed, and the lower end of the back portion 27 extends forward to form a bottom portion 28, thereby preventing the auxiliary component 30A from being dislocated in the product packaging container and The auxiliary part 30A may receive the load of the product body to be stored in the container. In FIG. 9, a bent portion (connecting portion 26) extending downward from the rear end position of the reinforcing member 24 is formed, and a reinforcing hook hole 23 is formed at the upper end position of the bent portion. .

A second embodiment of the present invention will be described below.

In the product packaging container 10 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 10, the auxiliary part 30 of the first embodiment is bent upward from the front and rear sides of the partition member 25 (the connecting member of the first embodiment). ) and the rest of the configuration are the same as in the first embodiment, the product packaging container 10 having a product storage space formed therein consists of a top plate 11 and a bottom plate 12 formed of opposing planes, and a front side surface. 13, a peripheral portion consisting of a rear side 14, a left side 15, and a right side 16, and a suspension hook passing hole 42 is formed at the upper end position of the front side 13 and the upper end position of the rear side 14. be.

A hanging hook passing hole 42 formed at the upper end position of the front side surface 13 is formed to extend to the front end position of the top plate 11 .

In the first embodiment, the product packaging container 10 is illustrated as being made of paperboard, but the material of the product packaging container 10 can be freely selected from existing materials and types. Other materials such as sheets may also be used.

In general, the hanging hook 20 is formed so that the tip portion thereof is inclined upward in order to prevent the suspended product from falling naturally. The hanging hook passing hole 42 formed at the upper end position of the front side surface 13 of the packaging container 10 extends to the front end position of the top plate 11, so that the hanging hook 20 can be hung longer than the length of the hanging hook 20. Even if the total distance in the front-rear direction of the product suspended on the hook 20 is longer, the product packaging container 10 is prevented from tilting during display, and the lower surface of the top plate 11 is aligned with the upper part of the hanging hook 20. The product packaging container 10 can be prevented from being damaged because the product packaging container 10 can be brought into contact with the product packaging container 10 in a shape.

It should be noted that the hanging hook passage hole 42 formed in the product packaging container 10 in this embodiment does not necessarily have to extend to the position of the top plate 11 or the reinforcing component 30B. The hanging hook passage hole 42 formed at the upper end position of the rear side surface 14 of the top plate 10 may be formed so as to extend to the rear end position of the top plate 11 .

In the present invention, the shape of the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 12 of the product packaging container 10 is not limited to a quadrangle as shown in FIGS. It may be composed of a shape or a combination of curves and straight lines.
