Description

The present invention relates to a scaffolding board gap cover, and more particularly, to a scaffolding board gap cover that can cover gaps between scaffolding boards in a temporary scaffolding, ensure work safety, and can be easily attached and detached.

As shown in FIG. 1, a temporary scaffolding at a construction site or the like has a relatively wide gap X between adjacent scaffolding boards. There is a danger of tripping or falling down, especially when working at heights, which is extremely dangerous. In addition, there is a risk that a tool or the like may fall through the gap and injure a person below.
Conventionally, a scaffolding board gap cover for covering such a dangerous gap has been proposed as shown in Patent Document 1.
The scaffolding board gap cover disclosed in Patent Document 1 is provided with a fixing member fitted in the horizontal pipe C at the bottom of the back surface of the scaffolding board gap cover. There was a danger of tripping. In addition, there is a problem that the one that is simply fitted to the horizontal pipe is easily detached.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and is capable of covering most of the gaps between scaffolding boards that constitute scaffolding at construction sites, etc., ensuring safety during work, and providing scaffolding. The board gap cover and the horizontal scaffolding pipe are hidden, the scaffolding board and the scaffolding board gap cover are almost the same height and flat, and the seams of the scaffolding boards do not swell in an arch shape, so that workers do not stumble. Since it can already be attached to the scaffolding board in advance, in this case, there is no attachment or detachment work at the site, leading to reduction of workers, good work efficiency, and no fear of dropping due to work mistakes during attachment or detachment. Another object of the present invention is to provide a scaffolding board gap cover which can prevent loss of the scaffolding board gap cover at the time of dismantling, is easy to attach and detach, and is hard to come off.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a temporary scaffolding in which horizontal scaffolding pipes are arranged between vertical pipes of a temporary scaffolding, and scaffolding plates are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the horizontal scaffolding pipes and in a horizontal direction, A scaffolding board gap cover for closing a gap between the end fitting of the scaffolding board and the horizontal scaffolding pipe in the longitudinal direction, the scaffolding board gap cover comprising an upper flat portion, a lower flat portion and an intermediate joint. It is shaped to cover a part of the horizontal scaffolding pipe from the extension part of the upper flat part and the upper oblique part of the intermediate joint part, and a vertical part is provided at the lower part of the intermediate joint part, and the upper flat part A plurality of hooks that engage with the tip of the horizontal part provided above and below the end fitting of the scaffolding board are provided at the tip of the part, the lower flat part, and the tip, and the tip of the end fitting is provided with a plurality of hooks. The hooks of the flat part and the lower flat part are hooked, and a nut part is provided in the intermediate connecting part, and when the bolt is inserted, the end metal fitting is pressed by the tip of the bolt to engage and lock with the end metal fitting of the hook part. The scaffolding board gap cover is such that the width of the scaffolding board gap cover is substantially the same as the width of the scaffolding board.

According to the scaffolding board gap cover of the present invention, it is possible to substantially cover the gaps between the scaffolding boards that constitute the scaffolding at a construction site or the like, thereby ensuring the safety of the work, and the scaffolding board gap cover and the scaffolding. The height of the scaffolding boards is almost the same, and the seams of the scaffolding boards do not bulge like arches, and workers do not trip over them.
In addition, since the scaffolding board gap cover of the present invention can already be attached to the scaffolding board in advance, in this case, there is no need to perform installation and removal work on site, which leads to a reduction in the number of workers and improves work efficiency. There is no need to worry about falling due to work mistakes. Furthermore, loss of the scaffold board gap cover during dismantling can be prevented.
In addition, when the scaffolding board gap cover is to be removed from the scaffolding board, the scaffolding board can be easily removed by simply tightening the bolts to assemble the scaffolding board gap cover 2. It becomes a plate gap cover.

A preferred embodiment of the scaffold board gap cover of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
First, the arrangement of the scaffolding boards 13 of the temporary scaffolding 1 when the scaffolding board gap cover 2 of the embodiment of the present invention is not used will be described with reference to FIG.
In FIG. 1, a temporary scaffolding 1 is constructed by providing horizontal scaffolding pipes 12 arranged between vertical pipes 11 and incorporating scaffolding boards therein. As shown in FIG. 2 , between the horizontal scaffolding pipes 12 , a scaffolding board 13 having grips 15 provided on the end side is laid over and fixed with gripping fixtures 151 .
The scaffolding board 13 is provided with a plurality of long grooves 131 having a concave cross-section in the longitudinal direction in order to increase strength, and end metal fittings 14 are fixed to both ends of the scaffolding board 13 by welding or the like. The temporary scaffolding 1 in which the scaffolding board 13 is fixed to the horizontal scaffolding pipe 12 is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the horizontal scaffolding pipe 12 and in a horizontal direction. A gap X (see the blackened portion X in FIG. 1) is generated between the directions.

The present invention is a scaffolding board gap cover 2 used to close the gap X, and is a scaffolding board gap cover 2 as shown in FIG. 2(b) when viewed from the back side, and FIG. 3 when viewed from the front side.
The details of the scaffold board gap cover 2 will be described below with reference to FIGS. 4 to 8. FIG.
As shown in the side views of the scaffolding board gap cover 2 of FIGS. consists of
6 is a plan view of the scaffold board gap cover 2, FIG. 7 is a front view, and FIG. 8 is a bottom view. As shown in FIGS. It has a shape covering a part of the horizontal scaffold pipe 12 from the upper oblique part 231 of 23 , and a vertical part 232 is provided at the lower part of the intermediate connecting part 23 . In addition, the width of the scaffold board gap cover 2 is made to substantially match the width of the scaffold board 13 so as to make the gap as small as possible.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, a plurality (four places) of U-shaped hooks 24a and 24b are provided at the tip 212 of the upper flat portion 21 and the tip 221 of the lower flat portion 22, respectively. The U-shaped gaps 241 of the plurality of hooks 24a of the plate gap cover 2 are engaged with the tips 144 of the horizontal parts 142 provided on the upper part of the end fittings 14. Since there is a gap between the tip portion 221 of the scaffolding board 13 and the elongated portion 131 of the scaffolding board 13, the hook portion 24a provided on the tip portion 212 of the upper flat portion 21 is hooked in this gap. Here, in FIG. 4, the scaffolding board gap cover 2 is not completely engaged with the end fitting 14, and a gap Y exists as indicated by symbol Y in FIG.
Similarly, the tip 145 of the lower horizontal part 143 of the end fitting 14 engages the tip 221 of the lower flat part 22 of the scaffold board gap cover 2 with the gap 241 of the U-shaped hook 24b. However, in FIG. 4, they are not completely engaged and there is a gap Y as indicated by the symbol Y.

As shown in FIG. 5, a pair of left and right nut portions 233 are fixed to the vertical plate 232 of the intermediate connecting portion 23, and the tip of the bolt 234 is inserted into the vertical surface 141 of the end fitting 14 by inserting the bolt 234. By pressing, the entire scaffold board gap cover 2 is pulled outward, thereby eliminating the gap Y in FIG. The distal end portions 212 and 221 are inserted, and they are firmly engaged and locked so as not to move.
Note that the tip portion 212 of the upper flat portion 21 is slightly inclined downward so as to be smoothly connected to the scaffolding board 13 .

A procedure for incorporating the scaffold board gap cover 2 into the end fitting 14 will be described with reference to FIG.
The upper half of FIG. 9 is a plan view of the assembly. The hooks 24a are provided at four positions corresponding to the long grooves 131, and are inserted into the end fittings 14 of the scaffold board 13 from the outside. This state is shown in FIG. 9(1), and assembly is performed in the order of (2) to (4) below.
In FIG. 9(2), both ends 212 and 221 of the scaffold board gap cover 2 are slightly expanded (in the direction of the arrow in the figure), fitted into the end metal fittings 14, and further pushed in to close the gap between the upper and lower hooks 24a and 24b. Upper and lower tip portions 144 and 145 of the end fitting 14 are engaged with the portion 241 . Specifically, this is the state of FIG. 4 described above.
Next, the bolts 234 are inserted in (3), and the bolts 234 are inserted in (4) until they become stiff, the scaffolding board gap cover 2 is pulled outward, and the scaffolding board gap cover 2 is firmly engaged with the end fittings 14. lock them so that they do not move together. This is the state shown in FIG. 5 in detail.

In this way, the gap between the scaffolding boards 13 of the temporary scaffolding 1 is closed with the scaffolding board gap cover 2, and the entirety of the temporary scaffolding 1 incorporating the scaffolding boards 13 is shown in FIG. In FIG. 10, scaffolding boards 13 are arranged in two rows and incorporated into horizontal scaffolding pipes 12. Scaffolding board gap cover 2 hides horizontal scaffolding pipes 12, and all temporary scaffoldings 1 are at approximately the same height as scaffolding boards 13. flattened across. As shown in the far right of FIG. 10, the scaffolding board gap cover 2 of the embodiment of the present invention can be installed without adjacent scaffolding boards.

Since the embodiment of the present invention is configured as described above, according to the scaffolding board gap cover 2 of the embodiment of the present invention, the gap between the scaffolding boards 13 constituting scaffolding at a construction site or the like can be almost covered. The horizontal scaffolding pipe 12 of the temporary scaffolding 1 is completely hidden, and the scaffolding board gap cover 2 and the scaffolding board 13 are almost the same in height and the scaffolding board can ensure safety in work. Since the seam of 13 does not bulge in an arch like the conventional one, the worker does not trip over it. Since there is no work, it leads to a reduction in the number of workers, good work efficiency, and there is no worry of falling due to work mistakes during installation or removal. Furthermore, loss of the scaffold board gap cover during dismantling can be prevented.
In addition, when the scaffolding board gap cover 2 is attached to and detached from the scaffolding board 13, the assembly can be easily locked by simply tightening the bolts, making it difficult to come off. Covers gaps between scaffolding boards.
It goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments as long as they do not impair the characteristics of the present invention.
