The tube protector according to the present invention makes it possible to provide a tube protector that can prevent chemical substances from penetrating into the tube.
First Embodiment>
FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of a
Various pipes are buried underground. Concretely, they are water supply pipes, gas pipes, sewage pipes, buried electric wire pipes, buried pipes for various cables, and the like.
These tubes are made of a variety of materials, but are generally made of materials that are corrosive to certain chemicals. Corrosion of any pipe is never desirable.
Furthermore, in the case of water pipes, etc., if chemicals or the like permeate tap water, there is a possibility that adverse effects will occur on health.
In order to prevent this, it is possible to use protective equipment made of a sheet that is made of a material that is highly resistant to a predetermined chemical substance so as to cover the outside of the pipe, or whose surface is coated.
However, tools such as scoops (shovels) are used when laying and burying the pipes. In some cases, heavy equipment may be used.
Thus, during burial of the pipe, damage to the pipe and chemical protective sleeve can occur with scoops and the like, or with overgrown soil, crushed stones, and the like.
Furthermore, even after burying the pipe once, when digging up the pipe, a shovel (if the digging method is not appropriate, there may be cases such as generated soil and crushed stone as in burial) to protect the pipe and chemical protection. The sleeve may be damaged.
In addition, when multiple pipes are buried, the aforementioned shovel or the like is similarly used when digging up nearby pipes. This can also damage the tube and chemical protection sleeve.
There are other companies' products for the purpose of preventing damage with shovels, etc., but they were developed only for the purpose of protecting water supply PE pipes from generated soil, crushed stones, etc. In other words, the protection of the permeation protection sleeve is not covered, and the product cannot prevent permeation of organic solvents. In addition, since the shape is a letter shape and the length is 1 m, it takes time to install.
Due to these causes, it cannot be said that the product is user-friendly, and improvements have been demanded.
Therefore, it has been necessary to provide a

Therefore, the chemical protection sleeve is made of a material that does not dissolve in chemicals. Of course, there is no material that is resistant to all chemical substances, so it is made of nylon, which seems to be highly resistant to common substances. However, it is not intended to be limited to this. Various materials can be considered, for example, polypropylene or the like may be used.

For that purpose, for example, a structure in which a thread-shaped material (structural material) having high strength is woven. There may be means such as forming with high-strength plastic.
