Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a wire mesh panel and a wire mesh frame unit, and more particularly to a wire mesh panel whose inner dimensions can be arbitrarily adjusted on site by simple work, and a wire mesh frame unit assembled thereof.

<1> The wire mesh frame has various sizes depending on the application. However, prior art wire mesh frames are only available in a single size because the spacing between panels cannot be adjusted. For example, if the object to be surrounded is larger than the inner dimension of the wire mesh frame, it is necessary to separately prepare a wire mesh frame corresponding to the size of the object, which increases the cost. On the other hand, if the surrounding object is smaller than the size of the wire mesh frame, there will be wasted space between the wire mesh frame and the object, and the outer shape of the wire mesh frame will occupy a larger space than necessary.
<2> When used for the purpose of enclosing an object such as a cargo collapse prevention fence, either hang the wire mesh frame from above the object after installing the object, or place the object inside the wire mesh frame after installing the wire mesh frame. It needs to be hung from the ground, and a heavy machine such as a crane is required for installation.
<3> Since the fixed wire mesh frame cannot be folded or stacked, it is poorly packed and occupies a large space during storage and transportation.
<4> The wire mesh frame of the hinge connection type is easily deformed due to the rotation of the corners, and lacks shape retention.

The wire mesh panel of the present invention has a substantially L-shape in plan view, which is formed by combining a plurality of vertical wires and a plurality of horizontal wires having corners vertically and horizontally to form a first surface and a second surface that are substantially perpendicular to each other. and the same part of at least two of the plurality of horizontal wires on one side of the first surface and / or the second surface in a part of the mesh of the first surface and / or the second surface It is characterized by providing a connecting portion which is bent to protrude.

In the wire mesh panel of the present invention, the connection portion consists of a connection parallel side substantially parallel to the horizontal wire on the surface having the connection portion, and two connection sides connecting the connection parallel portion and the horizontal wire. It may have a substantially U-shape in plan view or a substantially pan-bottom shape in plan view.

A wire mesh frame unit of the present invention includes four wire mesh panels and a plurality of elongated bar members. are assembled in a rectangular frame shape in plan view, and the connection part of each wire mesh panel is connected to the mesh corresponding to the inner dimension between the plurality of wire mesh panels among the meshes on the first surface or the second surface of the adjacent wire mesh panel. Four wire mesh panels are fixed to each other by inserting the bar member in the longitudinal direction into the connecting part projecting on the opposite surface, thereby forming an internal space of arbitrary size.

In the wire mesh frame unit of the present invention, the bar member may comprise an insertion portion that can be inserted into the connecting portion, and a locking portion formed by bending the head portion of the insertion portion.

In the wire mesh frame unit of the present invention, the bar member may be made of an elongated plate-like body.

The wire mesh frame unit of the present invention includes a cargo handling pallet and a plurality of beam members, the four wire mesh panels surrounding the outer periphery of the cargo handling pallet, and the plurality of beam members extending below or inside the cargo handling pallet. The meshes of two wire mesh panels facing each other may be communicated.

Since the wire mesh panel and the wire mesh frame unit of the present invention have the above configuration, they have at least one of the following effects.

Hereinafter, the wire mesh panel and the wire mesh frame unit of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
In the present invention, directions such as "up", "down", "longitudinal", and "horizontal" refer to directions in the state where the wire mesh frame unit is assembled and used, unless otherwise specified.

[Wire mesh frame unit]
<1> Overall configuration (Fig. 1).
A wire mesh frame unit 1 of the present invention is a frame body formed by combining a plurality of wire mesh panels 10 and having an adjustable inner dimension.
The wire mesh frame unit 1 includes at least four wire mesh panels 10 assembled in a frame shape and a plurality of bar members 20 connecting the wire mesh panels 10 to each other.
Inside the wire mesh frame unit 1, an internal space S surrounded at least on the sides by four wire mesh panels 10 is configured.
The wire mesh frame unit 1 is used for a variety of purposes, such as, for example, a collapse prevention fence for cargo handling pallets, a futon basket, a waste collection basket at a construction site, a form for filling a fiber futon basket, a mobile zoo gauge, etc. can do.
An example of using the wire mesh frame unit 1 as a cargo collapse prevention fence will be described in a second embodiment.

<2> Wire mesh panel (Fig. 2).
The wire mesh panel 10 is a panel member that defines the side circumference of the internal space S.
The wire mesh panel 10 is formed by vertically and horizontally combining a plurality of vertical wires 10a and a plurality of horizontal wires 10b having corners.
Specifically, the wire mesh panel 10 is formed by welding a plurality of straight vertical wires 10a and a plurality of L-shaped horizontal wires 10b at their intersections, and has a first surface 11 and a second surface substantially perpendicular to each other. 12, and has a substantially L-shape in plan view.
In this example, the connection part 13 is formed in a part of meshes of the first surface 11 of the wire mesh panel 10 . The position of the connecting portion 13 is not limited to this, and may be formed on the second surface 12 or may be formed on both the first surface 11 and the second surface 12 .
The size of the wire mesh panel 10 , that is, the dimensions of width, depth, and height, can be appropriately set according to the use and purpose of the wire mesh frame unit 1 .

<2.1> Connection part (Fig. 3).
The connection part 13 is a part having both a positioning function and a fixing function between the wire mesh panels 10 .
The connecting portion 13 is formed by bending the same portion at the intermediate portion of at least two horizontal wires 10b so as to protrude on one side.
In this example, all the horizontal wires 10b are bent inward of the L-shaped wire mesh panel 10 between the vertical wire 10a on the first surface 11 and the vertical wire 10a adjacent thereto. Configure.
Specifically, the connecting portion 13 includes a connecting parallel side 13a that is substantially parallel to the horizontal wire rod 10b of the first surface 11, and two open V-shaped connecting parallel sides 13a and the horizontal wire rod 10b. , and the connecting side 13b of the .
However, the connecting portion 13 is not limited to this, and may be substantially U-shaped in a plan view, that is, a shape in which a connecting parallel side 13a and two connecting side sides 13b are connected at right angles. Alternatively, it may have a generally semicircular shape in a plan view, a generally triangular shape in a plan view, or the like.
The width of the connecting portion 13, in this example, the width between the base ends of the two connecting sides 13b is made smaller than the interval between the adjacent longitudinal wires 10a.

<3> A bar member (Fig. 2).
The bar member 20 is a member for fixing two adjacent wire mesh panels 10 .
In this example, as the bar member 20, a plate-like body composed of an elongated insertion portion 21 and a locking portion 22 formed by bending the head portion of the insertion portion 21 is employed.
The length of the insertion part 21 corresponds to the height of the wire mesh panel 10.
In this example, since the insertion portion 21 of the bar member 20 is plate-shaped, the insertion portion 21 can hold down the connection side 13b of the connection portion 13 with a surface when the wire mesh panel 10 is connected. Therefore, the two wire mesh panels 10 are less likely to rattle, and the panels are less likely to rotate, so that the two wire mesh panels can be connected more reliably.
However, the shape of the bar member 20 is not limited to this. , a steel bar having a square cross section, a triangular cross section, or the like may be used.

<4> Method for assembling wire mesh frame unit.
The wire mesh frame unit 1 of the present invention is assembled, for example, by the following procedure.
Two wire mesh panels 10 are connected. Specifically, the first surface 11 of the second wire mesh panel 10 is superimposed from the outside of the second surface 12 of the first wire mesh panel 10, and the connecting portion 13 of the second wire mesh panel 10 is connected to the first wire mesh panel 10. It is inserted into the mesh of the second surface 12 and projected from the opposite surface. Here, the position of the mesh into which the connection part 13 is inserted is appropriately selected according to the interval between the two wire mesh panels 10 .
Subsequently, the insertion portion 21 of the bar member 20 is inserted from above into the connecting portion 13 of the second wire mesh panel 10 protruding from the mesh of the first wire mesh panel 10 (Fig. 4).
At this time, the locking portion 22 of the bar member 20 is caught by the uppermost horizontal wire rod 10b of the first wire mesh panel 10, thereby preventing the bar member 20 from falling off below the connecting portion 13.
Similarly, the first surface 11 of the third wire mesh panel 10 is overlaid on the second surface 12 of the second wire mesh panel 10 and connected with the bar members 20 .
Finally, by inserting the second surface 12 of the fourth wire mesh panel 10 between the first wire mesh panel 10 and the third wire mesh panel 10 (FIG. 5) and rotating it, the fourth wire mesh panel 10 is rotated. The first surface 11 and the second surface 12 are respectively overlapped with the first surface 11 of the first wire mesh panel 10 and the second surface 12 of the third wire mesh panel 10 and connected by the bar members 20 .
The method of assembling the wire mesh frame unit 1 is not limited to the above. can be assembled together.

<5> Internal dimension adjustment function of the wire mesh frame unit (Fig. 6).
The wire mesh frame unit 1 of the present invention has an inner dimension adjustment function that allows the inner dimension between the wire mesh panels 10 to be freely set.
Specifically, for example, the following procedure is used for adjustment. In addition, the orientations of “longitudinal” and “horizontal” in this section refer to the respective orientations in FIG.
In the wire mesh frame unit 1 having a vertically long internal space S as shown in FIG. 6(a), first, the bar member 20 is pulled out from the connecting portion 13 of the two first surfaces 11 corresponding to the left and right surfaces.
The connecting parts 13 on the left and right surfaces are removed from the mesh of the second surface 12, and the wire mesh panel 10 is slid to narrow the distance between the front surface and the rear surface. The wire mesh panel 10 is re-fixed in the front-rear direction by inserting the bar member 20 into the connecting portion 13 in the mesh after sliding.
Subsequently, the bar members 20 are pulled out from the connecting portions 13 of the two first surfaces 11 corresponding to the front surface and the rear surface.
The connecting parts 13 on the front and rear surfaces are removed from the mesh on the second surface 12 and fitted in the mesh on the left surface and the right surface at a widened position. A bar member 20 is inserted into the connecting portion 13 in the mesh after sliding to re-fix it in the left-right direction.
By the above simple work, the inner dimension of the wire mesh frame unit 1 can be adjusted from vertically long (FIG. 6(a)) to horizontally long (FIG. 6(b)).

[Example of using a wire mesh frame unit as a fence to prevent cargo from collapsing]
In this example, a case will be described in which the wire mesh frame unit 1 is used as a cargo collapse prevention fence for a cargo handling pallet 30 (FIG. 7).
The wire mesh frame unit 1 of this example includes a cargo handling pallet 30 and a plurality of beam members 40 in addition to the wire mesh panel 10 and the bar member 20 .
In this example, a wooden pallet is used as the cargo handling pallet 30, in which a hollow portion for inserting a fork of a forklift is provided between two upper and lower face members made of timbers assembled in a grid shape.
However, the cargo handling pallet 30 is not limited to this, and a resin pallet, a metal pallet, or the like may be adopted. Since the structure of the cargo handling pallet 30 is well known, it will not be described in detail here.
The beams 40 are passed through the hollow portion or the lower portion of the cargo handling pallet 30 and have both ends projected outward from the mesh of the wire mesh panel 10 .
In this example, as the beam members 40, two square steel pipes with eyebolts for connecting suspension belts attached to the upper surfaces of both ends are adopted.
However, the beam member 40 is not limited to this, and a circular steel pipe, steel bar, steel plate, or the like may be adopted. The number of beam members 40 is not limited to two, and may be three or more.
After the cargo is loaded on the cargo handling pallet 30, four wire mesh panels 10 surround the cargo together with the cargo handling pallet 30 on the sides, and the metal panels 10 are barred together with an inner dimension corresponding to the outer shape of the cargo handling pallet 30. It is fixed with the member 20 .
Subsequently, a plurality of beam members 40 are passed through the inside of the cargo handling pallet 30 to connect the meshes of the two opposing wire mesh panels 10 .
When lifting the cargo handling pallet 30, a belt, a wire, or the like is inserted through the eyebolts at both ends of the beam member 40, and the pallet is lifted by a heavy machine.
In the case of this example, it is possible to easily construct a cargo collapse prevention fence on site according to the standard of the cargo handling pallet 30 . In addition, since the fall prevention fence can be installed after the cargo is loaded on the cargo handling pallet 40, the cargo collapse prevention fence does not interfere with the loading work, resulting in good work efficiency.
