Description

The present invention relates to gas stoves.

A gas stove includes a fuel supply that supplies gas to the stove burner. For example, the rotary operation section described in Patent Document 1 is configured to be capable of being pressed and rotated. When the rotary operation part is ignited, the pressing operation causes the rotating operation part to be in a protruded state in which it protrudes from the front panel of the gas stove. In the projecting state, the rotary operation unit adjusts the heating power by rotating. The front panel is formed with a through hole into which the rotary operation part is inserted, and a ring member is arranged in the through hole. The ring member fills the annular space formed between the inner peripheral wall of the through hole and the rotary operation part, thereby suppressing deterioration of the appearance of the gas stove.

However, the ring member of Patent Literature 1 is a part separate from the rotary operation portion, so the number of parts increases. Moreover, since the front panel needs to be provided with a portion for arranging the ring member, the number of man-hours for processing increases. Therefore, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost of the gas stove is high.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a gas stove which does not impair the appearance while reducing manufacturing costs.

The gas stove of the invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that, in addition to the configuration of the invention according to claim 1, the rear surface of the decorative panel has a circular stepped shape recessed forward around the formation position of the opening. A portion is provided, and the blind portion protrudes forward from the front end portion of the main body portion, and the tip portion is disposed in the stepped portion.

The gas stove of the invention according to claim 3, in addition to the configuration of the invention according to claim 2,
The blind portion has a band-shaped and annular front surface, and when the front end portion of the blind portion is disposed in the stepped portion, the front surface of the blind portion contacts the rear surface of the stepped portion. Alternatively, they are close to each other, and the inner diameter of the step portion on the rear surface of the decorative panel is larger than the outer diameter of the tip portion of the blind portion.

The gas stove of the invention according to claim 4 , in addition to the configuration of the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 3 , is characterized in that when the operation knob is in the standby position, the connection portion The outer diameter of the operation knob at the facing position facing the . It is characterized by exhibiting a tapered shape in which the outer diameter increases toward the position of .

According to the gas stove of the first aspect of the invention, the operation knob protrudes from the front surface of the panel device at least when gas is supplied, and is rotated when the amount of gas supply is adjusted. Therefore, a gap for smooth operation is provided between the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob and the inner peripheral surface of the opening of the decorative panel. The blind portion is larger than the outer diameter of the operation knob and smaller than the inner diameter of the opening. Therefore, when the gas stove is viewed from the front, the inside of the gap between the operation knob and the opening is blocked by the blindfold, making it difficult to see the back, so that the appearance of the gas stove is not spoiled. In addition, since the blindfold part is provided integrally with the flanged tubular part, the number of parts can be reduced compared to the case where the blindfolded part is provided separately, and the blindfold part is provided separately from the flanged tubular part. Moreover, since the number of man-hours required for processing the mounting portion of the blind portion, which is required in the decorative panel, can be reduced, the manufacturing cost of the gas stove can be reduced.
The blind portion has the smallest inner diameter in the connecting portion. Therefore, in the gap between the operation knob and the opening, it is difficult to see the rear side of the connecting portion, and the appearance of the gas stove is not spoiled. In addition, the inner peripheral surface of the blind portion is closest to the surface of the operation knob at the connection portion, and becomes farther from the surface of the operation knob at the curved surface portion and the tapered portion as the distance from the connection portion increases. Even if the blind part touches the operation knob during operation of the operation part, the connection part contacts the operation knob and other parts including the curved surface part and the tapered part do not come into contact, so the contact resistance applied to the operation knob is reduced. is small. Therefore, when the ignition operation is performed, the operation knob can be smoothly displaced in the front-rear direction.

According to the gas stove of the invention according to claim 2, in addition to the effect of the invention according to claim 1, when the main body rotates according to the rotation operation of the operation knob, the blind part is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob. Rotate along. The tip portion of the blindfold portion is disposed within the stepped portion of the decorative panel, and is positioned by the stepped portion during rotation, so that rotation of the flanged tubular portion is stabilized. Even when the operation knob rotates, a gap is secured between the inner peripheral surface of the blindfold part and the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob, so that it is difficult to see the inner part of the gap due to the blindfold part, which spoils the appearance of the gas stove. do not have. In addition, by ensuring the gap, the blind portion does not easily give contact resistance to the turning operation of the operation knob, so that the operability of the operation portion can be ensured.

According to the gas stove of the invention according to claim 3, in addition to the effect of the invention according to claim 2, the inner diameter of the stepped portion on the rear surface of the decorative panel is larger than the outer diameter of the tip portion of the blind portion. Therefore, the blind portion is allowed to be misaligned with respect to the central axis of the opening within the range of the diameter difference between the inner diameter of the stepped portion and the outer diameter of the tip portion of the blind portion. With this configuration, the blind portion can also be displaced along with the misalignment of the operation knob with respect to the central axis of the opening. The hidden part makes it difficult to see, and the gas stove does not spoil the aesthetic appearance. Further, since the front surface of the blind portion is in contact with or in close proximity to the rear surface of the stepped portion, it is possible to suppress axial deviation of the blind portion due to vibration or the like and maintain the blind effect.

According to the gas stove of the invention according to claim 4 , in addition to the effect of the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 3 , when the operation knob is in the standby position, the gap between the operation knob and the opening is at the connection part Smallest at opposite facing positions. Furthermore, the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob has a tapered shape in which the outer diameter increases from the front end position to the position on the rear side of the facing position. Therefore, when looking into the gap between the operation knob and the opening from the front, the blind part can be seen on the front side of the facing position, the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob can be seen on the rear side of the facing position, and other parts can be seen. Since it is hard to see, the gas stove does not spoil the aesthetic appearance.

In addition, the present invention may arbitrarily combine each of the invention specifying matters of claims 1 to 4 .

The operating knob 14 is positioned forward of the standby position at the operating position. When in the operating position, the operating knob 14 is rotatable (rotationally operable) about an axis AX extending in the front-rear direction.

The push-push mechanism 24 positions the operation knob 14 at each position of a standby position, a pushed position, and an operation position, and maintains a main valve 39, which will be described later, in an open state or a closed state according to each position. Inside the push-push mechanism 24 are a slider 40 that moves back and forth in accordance with the pushing operation of the operation knob 14 , a spring that biases the slider 40 forward, and a valve drive section that drives the main valve 39 . 41 is provided. A known cam mechanism 44 is provided on the slider 40 . Every time the operation knob 14 is pressed, the slider 40 repeats an operation of moving the operation knob 14 from the standby position to the operation position via the pressed position and an operation of moving the operation knob 14 to the standby position from the operation position via the pressed position. . The valve drive unit 41 opens the main valve 39 in conjunction with the movement of the operation knob 14 from the standby position to the operation position, and performs an operation to maintain the open state, so that the operation knob 14 moves from the operation position to the standby position. In conjunction with the moving operation, the main valve 39 is closed and an operation is performed to maintain the closed state.

The gas channel portion 22 is connected to the rear side of the push-push mechanism 24 . A first gas passage 46 is formed inside the gas passage portion 22 . The first gas passage 46 circulates the gas supplied from the gas supply pipe 17 connected to the introduction port 23 opening at the bottom to the flow control section 31 . A safety valve 48 and a main valve 39 are provided in the first gas passage 46 . The safety valve 48 is an electromagnetically operated valve that is elastically biased to a closed state that closes the first gas passage 46 . The main valve 39 is a valve that opens and closes the first gas passage 46 according to the pushing operation of the operation knob 14 . Since both the main valve 39 and the safety valve 48 are well known, detailed description of their operation will be omitted.

The flow control section 31 is provided above the push-push mechanism 24 and the gas flow path section 22 . A second gas passage 19 is formed inside the flow control portion 31 . The second gas passage 19 circulates the gas supplied from the gas passage portion 22 and supplies the gas to the left burner 5 via the gas supply pipe 18 connected to the outlet 32 opening at the top. A hole portion 30 communicating with the second gas passage 19 is formed in the front end portion of the flow control portion 31, and the needle valve 28 is inserted therein. The needle valve 28 is arranged so that the front end side is exposed to the outside through the hole 30 and the rear end side is movable in the front-rear direction inside the second gas passage 19 . A vertically extending pin 29 is provided at the front end of the needle valve 28 . A lower end of the pin 29 engages with a cam groove 27 (described later) of the thermal power adjustment cam 26 .

The heating power control cam 26 is formed in a substantially semi-cylindrical shape and is provided rotatably around the axis AX so as to cover the front end side upper portion of the push-push mechanism 24 . The heating power control cam 26 is restricted from moving in the front-rear direction. A cam groove 27 is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the heating power control cam 26 . The cam groove 27 is spirally formed around the axis AX. A lower end of a pin 29 provided on a needle valve 28 is engaged with the cam groove 27 . When the heat control cam 26 rotates, the cam groove 27 guides the pin 29 and moves the needle valve 28 in the front-rear direction.

The power control cam 26 includes a forwardly extending extension (not shown) having inwardly projecting teeth 35 at the front end portion of the extension. The toothed portion 35 meshes with a toothed portion 38 (described later) of the connecting member 25 when the operating knob 14 is in the operating position, and rotates the thermal power control cam 26 together with the operating knob 14 around the axis AX via the connecting member 25. . An LED operation member 36 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the extended portion of the heating power control cam 26 . The LED operation member 36 has an engaging piece 37 extending forward. The LED operation member 36 engages with a flanged tubular portion 70 (described later), and rotates the flanged tubular portion 70 together with the thermal power adjustment cam 26 about the axis AX.

The connecting member 25 of the operating portion 21 extends forward from the slider 40 of the push-push mechanism 24 and engages with the shaft 34 having the axis AX as its axis. The connecting member 25 integrally fixes the operation knob 14 at the front end portion of the shaft 34 and is rotatable together with the operation knob 14 about the axis AX. The connecting member 25 has a toothed portion 38 that meshes with the toothed portion 35 of the thermal power control cam 26 on the outer peripheral surface of the rear end portion. When the operating knob 14 is at the operating position, the toothed portion 38 of the connecting member 25 meshes with the toothed portion 35 of the heating power adjusting cam 26 to connect the operating knob 14 and the heating power adjusting cam 26 . When the operating knob 14 is not in the operating position, the teeth 35 of the heating power adjusting cam 26 are positioned in front of the teeth 38 of the connecting member 25 and do not mesh with each other. unlock.

Next, ignition and extinguishing by rotating the operation knob 14 and adjustment of heat power will be described. When the left burner 5 is extinguished, the operating knob 14 is at the standby position. When the user pushes the operation knob 14 and moves the operation knob 14 to the pushed position, the safety valve 48 and the main valve 39 are opened, and the left burner 5 is ignited by an igniter (not shown). When the user releases the operating knob 14, the operating knob 14 moves to the operating position due to the force of the spring. The safety valve 48 and the main valve 39 are kept open. A connecting member 25 connects the operation knob 14 and the heating power control cam 26 .

When the operating knob 14 is turned while it is at the operating position, the thermal power adjusting cam 26 rotates together with the operating knob 14 around the axis AX. When the heating power control cam 26 rotates, the pin 29 of the needle valve 28 is guided by the cam groove 27 and moves forward and backward. As a result, the needle valve 28 moves forward and backward, so the flow rate of the gas flowing through the second gas passage 19 is adjusted according to the position of the needle valve 28, and the heating power of the left burner 5 is changed.

The user pushes the operation knob 14 and the safety valve 48 and the main valve 39 are closed in the process of moving the operation knob 14 to the pushed position. The left burner 5 is extinguished. When the user releases the operation knob 14, the operation knob 14 moves to the standby position due to the force of the spring. The safety valve 48 and the main valve 39 are kept closed.

As described above, the fuel supply device 20 adjusts the flow rate of the gas flowing through the second gas passage 19 of the flow rate adjusting portion 31 by moving the heating power adjusting cam 26 through the needle valve 28 as the operation knob 14 is rotated. steplessly adjusted. That is, the heating power of the left burner 5 linearly changes according to the amount of rotation of the operation knob 14 . The same applies to the operation knobs 11 and 13 corresponding to the right burner 4 and the rear burner 6, respectively. In the gas stove 1, panel devices 9A and 9B provided on the front surface have a heating power display function in order to display the heating power according to the amount of rotation of each of the operation knobs 11, 13 and 14. FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, the gas stove 1 includes a right burner 4 and a panel device 9A for displaying the heating power of the grill device on the right side of the grill door 8, and a left burner 5 and a panel device 9A on the left side of the grill door 8. A panel device 9B for displaying the heat power of the back burner 6 is provided.

It should be noted that the fuel supply device of the grill device has a plurality of switches (not shown) that are switched between on and off according to the rotational position of the operation knob 12 . The flow control unit of the grilling device adjusts the heating power of the grill burner by switching the open/closed states of the plurality of electromagnetic valves according to the ON/OFF states of the plurality of switches. Therefore, the heating power display of the grill device is performed by switching the ON/OFF state of the LED provided on the panel device 9A in stages in accordance with the ON/OFF states of the plurality of switches.

On the other hand, in displaying the heating power of the right burner 4 on the panel device 9A and the heating power of the left burner 5 and the back burner 6 on the panel device 9B, the fuel supply device 20 is operated by rotating the operation knobs 11, 13, and 14. It does not have an encoder that detects the amount. Therefore, the panel devices 9A and 9B do not perform control for switching the ON/OFF state of the LEDs according to the rotational positions of the operation knobs 11, 13, and 14. FIG. In this embodiment, the panel devices 9A and 9B transmit the LED light at positions corresponding to the rotational positions of the operation knobs 11, 13, and 14, and shield the LED light at other positions to display the heat power.

The panel device 9B will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 8. FIG. The configuration of the portion relating to the heating power display of the right burner 4 in the panel device 9A is the same as the configuration of the portion relating to the heating power display of the left burner 5 and the rear burner 6 in the panel device 9B. Therefore, the configuration of the panel device 9A is assumed to conform to the configuration of the panel device 9B, and the description thereof is omitted.

The panel device 9B includes a panel main body 50, a display substrate 60, a decorative panel 80, and a flanged tubular portion . The panel main body portion 50 is attached to the front end portion of the housing 2 . As shown in FIG. 4, the lower portion 51 of the panel main body 50 is formed in a box shape and accommodates an operation panel (not shown). An upper portion 52 of the panel main body portion 50 protrudes upward from the lower portion 51 in a plate shape. The upper portion 52 is formed with two through holes 53 that penetrate in the front-rear direction and are arranged side by side in the left-right direction. An inner diameter D1 of the through-hole 53 is larger than an outer diameter D2 of the operation knob 14 . The operation knobs 11-13 are the same. At least a portion of the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob 14 is tapered such that the rear side has a larger outer diameter than the front side (see FIG. 8), and the outer diameter D2 is the maximum outer diameter. The fuel supply device 20 for the left burner 5 and the fuel supply device 20 for the back burner 6 are arranged side by side and fixed to the rear surface of the upper portion 52 of the panel main body 50 with screws using mounting brackets 33. . The connecting member 25 and the operation knobs 13 and 14 of the two fuel supply devices 20 are arranged in the two through holes 53, respectively.

A plurality of light guide portions 54 are provided side by side in the circumferential direction on the upper outer peripheral portions of the two through holes 53 . The light guide portions 54 are cylindrical holes extending in the front-rear direction, and seven of them are provided in this embodiment. Each light guide part 54 is formed independently of each other.

A display substrate 60 is fixed to the rear surface of the upper portion 52 . The display substrate 60 has two arcuate lower ends so as not to interfere with the through holes 53 . A plurality of LEDs 61 are mounted on the front surface of the display substrate 60, and are arranged side by side in two arcs along the lower end. In this embodiment, seven LEDs 61 are provided along each of the two arcs. Each LED 61 is provided at a position corresponding to the formation position of each light guide portion 54 . As a result, the intensity of the light passing through the light guide portion 54 can be ensured to be higher than when the light is diffused from a single light source. When the display substrate 60 is fixed to the panel body portion 50 , the rear opening of the light guide portion 54 is closed by the front surface of the display substrate 60 . The plurality of LEDs 61 are arranged inside the light guide section 54 respectively. Since the light guide portion 54 extends in the front-rear direction, the light from the LED 61 that can pass through the light guide portion 54 is restricted to forward light only, thereby suppressing the spread of the light.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 , the decorative panel 80 is a plate-like body attached to the front side of the upper portion 52 of the panel main body 50 . The decorative panel 80 has a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from the front, and has a slide lock 85 at its upper end. When the decorative panel 80 is assembled to the upper portion 52 , the decorative panel 80 is fixed to the panel body portion 50 by sliding the slide lock 85 to the right.

Two openings 86 penetrating in the front-rear direction are formed side by side in the left-right direction in the decorative panel 80 . The inner diameter D3 of the opening 86 is larger than the outer diameter D2 of the operating knob 14 (see FIG. 4). Operation knobs 13 and 14 are arranged in the two openings 86, respectively. Seven circular holes 83 penetrating in the front-rear direction are formed side by side in the circumferential direction in the upper outer peripheral portions of the two openings 86 . Each hole portion 83 is provided at a position corresponding to each formation position of the light guide portion 54 when the decorative panel 80 is assembled to the upper portion 52 of the panel body portion 50 .

A light-transmitting portion 88 of a light-transmitting member 84 is arranged in each hole portion 83 . The light-transmitting member 84 is a member made of, for example, transparent resin, and seven light-transmitting portions 88 extending in the front-rear direction in a cylindrical shape are integrally supported by support portions 89 . The support portion 89 is positioned in a groove portion 87 formed on the back surface of the decorative panel 80 , and each translucent portion 88 is engaged with each hole portion 83 . A fixing portion 90 is provided on the back side of the support portion 89 . The fixed part 90 is plate-shaped and is fixed to the decorative panel 80 with an adhesive. The light transmitting portion 88 guides the light emitted from the LED 61 and entering from the rear surface through the light guide portion 54 to the front surface through the inside thereof, and emits the light forward from the front surface. Further, on the rear side of the decorative panel 80, a circular stepped portion 81 is formed which is recessed in a stepped shape toward the front around the position where the opening 86 is formed. The step portion 81 is provided at the edge portion of the opening portion 86 . Inside the stepped portion 81, the front end portion 95 of the blindfold portion 78 of the flanged tubular portion 70 is arranged to position the flanged tubular portion 70. As shown in FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the flanged tubular portion 70 includes a body portion 71, a flange portion 76, and a blind portion 78. As shown in FIGS. The body portion 71 has a cylindrical shape extending in the front-rear direction. The outer diameter D4 of the main body portion 71 is smaller than the inner diameter D1 of the through hole 53 of the panel main body portion 50, and the inner diameter D5 is larger than the outer diameter D2 of the operation knob 14 (see FIG. 8). The body portion 71 has two hook portions 72 and one engaging portion 74 which are notched forward from the rear end at three locations in the circumferential direction. A hook piece 75 hooked to the rear surface of the through hole 53 of the panel main body 50 is provided in each hook portion 72 . The flange portion 76 abutting on or close to the front surface of the through hole 53 and the hook piece 75 prevent the flanged tubular portion 70 from being removed while the main body portion 71 is arranged in the through hole 53 . rotatably held about an axis AX. The engaging portion 74 engages with the engaging piece 37 of the LED operating member 36 . In the body portion 71 , portions sandwiching the engaging portion 74 from both sides in the circumferential direction extend rearward, making it difficult for the engaging piece 37 to come off.

The flange portion 76 is formed at the front end portion of the main body portion 71 so as to extend radially outward in the shape of a flange. The flange portion 76 has a light passage portion 77 formed in a cutout shape. The light passing portion 77 may also be formed in a hole shape in the flange portion 76 . The flange portion 76 is formed along the entire circumference except for the light passing portion 77 . In addition, the flange portion 76 may be formed in a part of the circumferential direction except for the light passing portion 77 . In this case, the flange portion 76 should be formed in a range that covers at least the portion overlapping the light guide portions 54 on the front side of the seven light guide portions 54 in the rotation range of the flanged tubular portion 70 about the axis AX. good.

The blindfold portion 78 is provided in an annular shape at the front end portion of the main body portion 71 and protrudes forward from the flange portion 76 . The outer diameter D6 of the blind portion 78 is larger than the inner diameter D3 of the opening 86 of the decorative panel 80 . The inner diameter D7 of the blind portion 78 is smaller than the inner diameter D5 of the main body portion 71 . That is, the blindfold portion 78 bulges inward at the front end portion of the main body portion 71 . The blind portion 78 has a curved portion 91 and a tapered portion 92 on its inner peripheral surface. The curved surface portion 91 has a curved surface shape that bulges inward in the radial direction, and the inner diameter decreases from the front to the rear. The tapered portion 92 is connected to the curved surface portion 91 and has a tapered shape in which the inner diameter gradually increases toward the rear. The inner peripheral surface of the blind portion 78 has a minimum inner diameter at the connecting portion 93 between the curved surface portion 91 and the tapered portion 92 . The inner diameter D7 of the blind portion 78 refers to the inner diameter of the connection portion 93 , that is, the minimum inner diameter of the blind portion 78 . In addition, the inner diameter D7 of the blind portion 78 is larger than the outer diameter D2 of the operation knob 14 and smaller than the inner diameter D3 of the opening 86 .

As shown in FIG. 8, when the panel device 9B is assembled, the flange portion 76 and blindfold portion 78 of the flanged tubular portion 70 are arranged between the decorative panel 80 and the panel body portion 50 . A tip portion 95 of the blindfold portion 78 is arranged within the stepped portion 81 of the decorative panel 80 . A front end portion 95 of the blind portion 78 abuts on or approaches the rear surface of the stepped portion 81 (the bottom portion of the recess forming the stepped portion 81). Since the flange portion 76 contacts or approaches the front surface of the through hole 53 , the blindfold portion 78 is positioned between the decorative panel 80 and the panel body portion 50 in the front-rear direction. In addition, the inner diameter D8 of the stepped portion 81 is larger than the outer diameter of the distal end portion 95 of the blind portion 78 . In this embodiment, the outer diameter D6 of the blind portion 78 is constant in the front-rear direction of the blind portion 78, and the outer diameter of the tip portion 95 is the same as the outer diameter D6 of the blind portion 78. do. Therefore, when the operation knob 14 is displaced from the axis when the operation portion 21 is operated, the blindfold portion 78 can be operated together with the operation knob 14 while maintaining the state in which the distal end portion 95 is arranged in the stepped portion 81. Within the range of the difference in diameter between the inner diameter D8 of the stepped portion 81 and the outer diameter D6 of the distal end portion 95 of the blind portion 78, the axial displacement can be achieved in the radial direction of the axis AX. Even when the gap G is biased due to axial misalignment and a large gap is generated, the back of the gap G is difficult to see due to the blind portion 78 .

In the panel device 9B having such a configuration, a gap G is provided between the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob 14 and the inner peripheral surface of the opening 86 of the decorative panel 80 to ensure smooth operation of the operation knob 14. is provided. Since the inner diameter D7 of the blind portion 78 is smaller than the inner diameter D3 of the opening portion 86, when the panel device 9B is viewed from the front, the blind portion 78 can be seen in the gap G, and the members behind the blind portion 78 can be seen. It is difficult to visually recognize because it is blocked by the blindfold portion 78 . Further, the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob 14 has a tapered shape in which the outer diameter increases from the front end position to at least a position on the rear side of the facing position facing the connection portion 93 when the operation knob 14 is in the standby position. . Therefore, when the panel device 9B is viewed from the front, in the gap G, the blind portion 78 can be seen on the front side of the facing position, and the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob 14 can be seen on the rear side of the facing position. Since the gap between the inner peripheral surface of the blind portion 78 and the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob 14 is extremely small, compared to the case where the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob 14 is not tapered, the rear members are more difficult to see.

In addition, the inner diameter D7 of the blind portion 78 is larger than the outer diameter D2 of the operation knob 14. As shown in FIG. Therefore, when the operation portion 21 is operated, the blind portion 78 is less likely to come into contact with the operation knob 14 and does not interfere with the operation of the operation knob 14 . At the time of ignition and extinguishing, the operation knob 14 is pushed and displaced in the front-rear direction. Since the inner peripheral surface of blind portion 78 has curved surface portion 91 and tapered portion 92 , the farther away from connecting portion 93 , the farther away from the surface of operation knob 14 . Therefore, if the operation knob 14 is displaced from its axis when displaced in the front-rear direction, only the connecting portion 93 contacts the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob 14, and other portions are less likely to contact.

All of the plurality of LEDs 61 on the display substrate 60 are lit when the safety valve 48 is opened. When the operating knob 14 is at the operating position, the heating power adjusting cam 26 is connected to the operating knob 14 so that the heating power of the left burner 5 can be adjusted according to the turning operation of the operating knob 14 . When the operation knob 14 rotates, the flanged tubular portion 70 rotates about the axis AX together with the heating power control cam 26 via the LED operation member 36 . The flange portion 76 blocks the light from the LED 61 emitted forward through the light guide portion 54 except for the position overlapping the light passage portion 77 . When the operation knob 14 is rotated to change the heating power, the light passage portion 77 moves in the circumferential direction around the axis AX, and the light guide portion 54 through which the light of the LED 61 can pass is changed according to the circumferential arrangement. be. The light from the LED 61 that has passed through the light passage portion 77 is illuminated on the surface of the decorative panel 80 through the light transmission portion 88 of the light transmission member 84 corresponding to the light guide portion 54 . Therefore, the panel device 9B can display the thermal power according to the position of the light of the LED 61 on the surface of the decorative panel 80 . The same applies to the operation knob 13 and the heating power display corresponding to the amount of rotation of the operation knob 11 of the panel device 9A.

When the light from the LED 61 passes through the light guide portion 54, the light passage portion 77, and the light transmission portion 88, it may be directed into the opening 86 due to irregular reflection. The blind portion 78 of the flanged tubular portion 70 projects forward from the flange portion 76 , and the distal end portion 95 is disposed within the stepped portion 81 of the decorative panel 80 . Therefore, when the diffusely reflected light travels from the light passing portion 77 into the opening 86 , the light is blocked by the blind portion 78 and does not reach the opening 86 .

As described above, the operation knob 14 protrudes from the front surface of the panel device 9B at least when gas is supplied, and is rotated when the amount of gas supply is adjusted. Therefore, a gap G is provided between the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob 14 and the inner peripheral surface of the opening 86 of the decorative panel 80 for smooth operation. The inner diameter D7 of the blind portion 78 is larger than the outer diameter D2 of the operation knob 14 and smaller than the inner diameter D3 of the opening 86. As shown in FIG. Therefore, when the gas stove 1 is viewed from the front, the inside of the gap G between the operation knob 14 and the opening 86 is blocked by the blind part 78, making it difficult to see the depth, so that the appearance of the gas stove 1 is not spoiled. In addition, since the blindfold portion 78 is provided integrally with the flanged tubular portion 70, the number of parts can be reduced compared to the case where the blindfolded portion 78 is provided separately. Since it is possible to reduce the number of man-hours required for processing the mounting portion of the blindfold portion 78 that is required in the decorative panel 80 when provided in , the manufacturing cost of the gas stove 1 can be reduced.

When the body portion 71 rotates according to the rotation operation of the operation knob 14 , the blindfold portion 78 rotates along the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob 14 . The tip portion 95 of the blindfold portion 78 is disposed within the stepped portion 81 of the decorative panel 80 and is positioned by the stepped portion 81 during rotation, so that rotation of the flanged tubular portion 70 is stabilized. Even when the operation knob 14 rotates, the gap G is ensured between the inner peripheral surface of the blind portion 78 and the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob 14, so that the back of the gap G is hard to be seen by the blind portion 78. , The gas stove 1 does not spoil the aesthetic appearance. Further, by ensuring the gap G, the blind portion 78 does not easily give contact resistance to the turning operation of the operation knob 14, so that the operability of the operation portion 21 can be ensured.

The inner diameter D8 of the stepped portion 81 on the rear surface of the decorative panel 80 is larger than the outer diameter of the tip portion 95 of the blind portion 78 (the same diameter as the outer diameter D6 of the blind portion 78 in this embodiment). Therefore, the blind portion 78 is allowed to deviate from the central axis of the opening 86 within the range of the diameter difference between the inner diameter D8 of the stepped portion 81 and the outer diameter D6 of the distal end portion 95 of the blind portion 78 . With this configuration, the blind portion 78 can also be displaced along with the axial displacement of the operation knob 14 with respect to the central axis of the opening 86. The blindfold part 78 makes it difficult to see the inner part, and the gas stove 1 does not spoil the appearance. Further, since the front surface of the blind portion 78 is in contact with or in close proximity to the rear surface of the step portion 81, axial deviation of the blind portion 78 due to vibration or the like can be suppressed, and the blind effect can be maintained.

The blind portion 78 has the smallest inner diameter at the connecting portion 93 . Therefore, in the gap G between the operation knob 14 and the opening 86, it is difficult to see the rear side of the connecting portion 93, and the appearance of the gas stove 1 is not spoiled. The inner peripheral surface of blind portion 78 is closest to the surface of operation knob 14 at connection portion 93 , and becomes farther from the surface of operation knob 14 at curved surface portion 91 and tapered portion 92 as it moves away from connection portion 93 . Even if the blind portion 78 contacts the operation knob 14 during operation of the operation portion 21, the connection portion 93 contacts the operation knob 14, and other portions including the curved surface portion 91 and the tapered portion 92 do not contact each other. , the contact resistance applied to the operation knob 14 is small. Therefore, when performing ignition operation, the operation knob 14 can be smoothly displaced in the front-rear direction.

When the operating knob 14 is at the standby position, the gap G between the operating knob 14 and the opening 86 is the smallest at the facing position facing the connecting portion 93 . Furthermore, the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob 14 has a tapered shape in which the outer diameter increases from the front end position to the position on the rear side of the facing position. Therefore, when looking into the gap G between the operation knob 14 and the opening 86 from the front, the blind portion 78 can be seen on the front side of the facing position, and the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob 14 can be seen on the rear side of the facing position. , Since other parts are hard to see, the gas stove 1 does not spoil the appearance.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications are possible. The stepped portion 81 of the decorative panel 80 may be omitted. In this case, the tip portion 95 of the blindfold portion 78 may be in contact with or close to the rear surface of the decorative panel 80 . Also, the blindfold portion 78 does not need to protrude forward from the front end portion of the main body portion 71 . In this case, the blind portion 78 may protrude radially inward from the front end portion of the main body portion 71 or diagonally forward and radially inward. On the inner peripheral surface of the blind portion 78, the curved surface portion 91 and the tapered portion 92 may be omitted, or only one of them may be formed. The outer peripheral surface of the operation knob 14 may be cylindrical with a constant outer diameter instead of being tapered. Further, in the case where the outer peripheral surface of the operation knob 14 is tapered, if the outer diameter at the facing position is smaller than the inner diameter D7 of the blind portion 78, the outer diameter at the rear side of the facing position is equal to the blind portion. It may be larger than the inner diameter D7 of the hidden portion 78 . In this case, the interior of the gap G can be reliably prevented from being seen by the blind portion 78 .
