一方方向と他方方向とに各々に屈曲する1対の屈曲部をもつ板状の部材であって構造体に据付けたときに一方の屈曲部から一方方向の側の端部を柱部材または梁部材のうちのひとつに当接させて他方の屈曲部から他方方向の側の端部を前記枠状フレームに固定される複数の取付けブラケットと、
