Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an electric wire fixing structure for electric wires routed in an electric wire path.

Electrical wires are routed along various wire paths. The routed electric wire is fixed so as not to protrude from the electric wire path. For example, in a battery pack, wires are routed along a wire route to monitor battery voltage anomalies, and the routed wires are fixed by a wire fixing structure.

FIG. 4 shows the wire fixing structure of the first conventional example (see Patent Document 1 as a similar technique). In FIG. 4, a wire path 102 is formed surrounded by a base wall 103 and a pair of side walls 104 erected from the base wall 103 . The upper surface of the wire path 102 is open. Wire fixing ribs 110 are protruded from the inner surfaces of the pair of side walls 104 . A distance a between the ribs of the pair of wire fixing ribs 110 is set smaller than the diameter of the wire W. As shown in FIG.

When the wire W is pressed between the pair of wire fixing ribs 110 , the pair of side walls 104 are flexed outward and the wire W is inserted into the wire path 102 from between the pair of wire fixing ribs 110 . The electric wires W arranged in the electric wire path 102 are restricted from moving to the outside by the pair of electric wire fixing ribs 110 and prevented from jumping out from the electric wire path 102 .

FIG. 5 shows a second conventional wire fixing structure (see Patent Document 2). In FIG. 5, a wire path 102 is formed surrounded by a base wall 103 and a pair of side walls 104 erected from the base wall 103 . The upper surface of the wire path 102 is open. A lid 106 is provided on one side wall 104 via a hinge portion 105 . The opening of the wire path 102 is opened and closed by the lid 106 . Lid 106 is locked in the closed position.

With the lid 106 in the open position, the wire W is inserted into the wire path 102 . After the wire W is inserted, the lid 106 is changed from the open position to the closed position. The electric wire W in the electric wire path 102 is prevented from protruding outside from the electric wire path 102 by the lid 106 .

特開2011-30300号公報(従来例、図8)Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2011-30300 (conventional example, FIG. 8) 特開2014-233160号公報Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2014-233160

However, in the wire fixing structure of the first conventional example, when the wire fixing rib 110 is molded by injection molding, the base wall 103 is formed with a die hole 120 . Gases other than air and liquids (for example, electrolytic solution) may enter the wire path 102 from the battery side through the vent hole 120 when an abnormality occurs in the battery, causing deterioration of the wire W.

In the wire fixing structure of the second conventional example, the hinge portion 105 is bent when the lid 106 is opened and closed. The flexibility of the resin material to be used is limited. In particular, when the mold structure is restricted, the wire path 102 is complicated, and the space of the wiring path is restricted, the flexibility of the resin material is further limited.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems. intended to provide

The present invention comprises a housing in which electric wires are routed, a wire holding member attached to the housing, a base wall provided in the housing, and a pair of base walls standing apart from each other from the base wall. A wire path surrounded by a side wall of the wire path, a housing side fixing portion provided in the housing and arranged at an outer position of the wire path, and a gap in the width direction of the wire path provided in the wire pressing member. and a holding member side fixing portion provided on the wire holding member and fixed to the housing side fixing portion.

According to the present invention, there is no need to open a hole in the mold during resin molding into the wire path, and a hinge structure is not used. It can be prevented, and moreover, the degree of freedom in selecting the resin material is high.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

In the battery pack, wires are routed along the wire path in order to monitor the voltage abnormality of the battery. The embodiment according to the present invention is applied to the electric wire fixing structure of this electric wire path. A detailed description will be given below.

1-3 illustrate one embodiment of the present invention. A battery pack wire fixing structure 1 includes a housing 2 and a wire holding member 10 attached to the housing 2 .

The housing 2 has a base wall 3 and a pair of side walls 4 and 5 which are erected from the base wall 3 and spaced apart from each other. An electric wire path 2a surrounded by a base wall 3 and a pair of side walls 4, 5 is formed in the housing 2. As shown in FIG. The upper surface of the wire path 2a is open.

Each of the side walls 4 and 5 has both end portions higher than the central portion. Due to the steps at both ends, insertion grooves 4a and 5a for the wire pressing member 10 are formed at the upper ends of the side walls 4 and 5, respectively. The step at the upper end of each of the side walls 4 and 5 is set to be slightly larger than the thickness of the wire pressing member 10 .

A locking wall 6 erected from the base wall 3 is provided outside the pair of side walls 4 and 5 . The locking wall 6 extends in the same direction as the side walls 4,5. The height of the locking wall 6 is formed lower than the side walls 4,5. The locking wall 6 is provided with locking claws 7 which are housing-side fixing portions. The lower surface of the locking claw 7 is a locking surface (not numbered). The base wall 3 is provided with a die hole 3a for forming the locking claw 7 by injection molding.

Both ends of the locking wall 6 and both ends of one side wall 4 are connected by a pair of fixed walls 8, respectively. The fixed wall 8 is held by a pair of fixed walls 8 so as not to bend and deform.

The wire pressing member 10 is a member separate from the housing 2 . The wire pressing member 10 includes a fitting portion 11 that enters the wire path 2a, a pair of mounting portions 12 that protrude from both sides of the fitting portion 11, and one mounting portion 12 that extends from the mounting portion 12 and is fixed on the side of the pressing member. and a locking portion 13 which is a portion. The fitting portion 11 has a pair of insertion walls 11a and a connecting portion 11b connecting them. The width dimension d1 of the fitting portion 11 is slightly smaller than the width dimension d2 between the inner surfaces of the pair of side walls 4,5. Thereby, the fitting portion 11 is inserted in the width direction M of the electric wire path 2a with almost no gap. The fitting portion 11 of the wire pressing member 10 restricts displacement of the wire path 2a in the width direction.

The fitting portion 11 is positioned in a space above the wire path 2a. The space below the fitting portion 11 serves as a substantial accommodation space for the wire path 2a.

The pair of mounting portions 12 are inserted into the insertion grooves 4a and 5a of the pair of side walls 4 and 5 when the fitting portion 11 is fitted into the wire path 2a. Displacement in the longitudinal direction L of the wire path 2a of the wire pressing member 10 is restricted by the pair of side walls 4 and 5 .

The locking portion 13 is bent at an intermediate position downward from the horizontal direction. An opening 14 is formed in the locking portion 13 . The engagement portion 13 is formed to be easily flexibly deformed by forming the opening 14 . The locking portion 13 has a locking surface 13 a on the bottom surface of the opening 14 .

Next, the operation of housing the electric wire W in the electric wire path 2a will be described. A wire W is inserted through an opening above the wire path 2a. Next, the fitting portion 11 of the wire pressing member 10 is aligned with the opening of the wire path 2a and inserted. Since the width dimension d2 of the fitting portion 11 is slightly smaller than the width dimension d2 of the wire path 2a, the pair of insertion walls 11a maintains the vertical direction using the inner surfaces of the side walls 4 and 5 as guides. inserted in the state.

The tip of the engaging portion 13 interferes with the engaging claw 7 while the fitting portion 11 is being inserted. From this state, the fitting portion 11 is further pressed downward to insert it into the wire path 2a. Then, the engaging portion 13 is flexurally deformed in the direction of getting over the engaging claw 7, and the insertion of the fitting portion 11 into the wire path 2a progresses. When the engaging claw 7 is completely inserted into the opening 14 of the engaging portion 13 and is inserted to the position, the engaging portion 13 is flexed and deformed, and the engaging claw 7 is engaged with the engaging surface 13 a of the engaging portion 13 . do. Then, the mounting portions 12 on both sides of the fitting portion 11 come into contact with the insertion grooves 4a and 5a on the upper ends of the pair of side walls 4 and 5, and the insertion of the fitting portion 11 into the wire path 2a is completed. This completes the mounting of the wire pressing member 10 .

In the mounted state of the wire pressing member 10, displacement in the width direction M of the wire path 2a is restricted by the fitting portion 11, and displacement in the longitudinal direction L is restricted by the mounting portions 12 at two locations.

In order to remove the wire pressing member 10 from the housing 2, the locking of the locking portion 13 with the locking claw 7 is released, and the fitting portion 11 is pulled out from the wire path 2a in the vertical direction.

With the wire pressing member 10 attached, the engaging portion 11 is pulled out while the engaging portion 13 is engaged with the engaging claw 7 . Then, as shown in FIG. 1(b), the wire holding member 10 is subjected to a rotational force R due to the pull-out force F with the engaging portion 13 as a fulcrum. However, the rotation due to this rotational force R is blocked by the insertion wall 11a of the fitting portion 11 coming into contact with the inner surface of the side wall 5. As shown in FIG. That is, the wire pressing member 10 can be removed only by releasing the engagement of the engagement portion 13 with the engagement claw 7 and pulling out the fitting portion 11 from the wire path 2a in the vertical direction. The wire pressing member 10 cannot be removed from the housing 2 unless the engaging portion 13 is intentionally released from the engaging claw 7 . The electric wire W does not protrude from the electric wire path 2a due to transportation or the like.

As described above, the wire fixing structure 1 includes the housing 2 in which the wires W are routed, the wire holding member 10 attached to the housing 2, the base wall 3 and the base wall 10 provided in the housing 2. An electric wire path 2a surrounded by a pair of side walls 4 and 5 erected with a space from each other from 3, a locking claw 7 provided on the housing 2 and provided at an outer position of the electric wire path 2a, A fitting portion 11 provided on the wire pressing member 10 and arranged without a gap in the wire path 2a, and a locking portion 13 provided on the wire pressing member 10 and locked by the locking claw 7 are provided.

Therefore, since the locking claw 7 is provided outside the electric wire path 2a, there is no opening in the electric wire path 2a of the locking claw 7 during resin molding as in this embodiment. Since the housing 2 and the wire pressing member 10 are separate members, no hinge structure is required. As described above, the wire fixing structure 1 can prevent gas other than air, liquid, or the like from entering the wire path 2a as much as possible, and the resin material can be selected with a high degree of freedom.

In this embodiment, the housing-side fixing portion is the locking claw 7, and the pressing member-side fixing portion is the locking portion 13 that locks the locking claw 7 by elastic deformation. Therefore, the workability of mounting the wire pressing member 10 is good. Moreover, the electric wire holding member 10 may be made of a resin material such that the engaging portion 13 is elastically deformed, and a special resin characteristic such as a hinge structure is not required. Therefore, it is possible to maintain a high degree of freedom in selecting the resin material.

In this embodiment, the wire holding member 10 has the fitting portion 11 arranged in the wire path 2a and the end face 12a of the mounting portion 12 on one side is positioned inside the outer surface of the side wall 5 on the other side, so that the wire is The width direction M of the fixing structure 1 is made compact. It should be noted that even if the wire holding member 10 has a sandwiching wall that sandwiches the pair of side walls 4 and 5 from the outside at a position close to each other, the wire pressing member 10 can be removed from the housing 2 unless the locking portion 13 is intentionally released by the locking claw 7 . Although the structure can be made such that it cannot be removed, the size of the wire fixing structure 1 in the width direction M is increased.

In this embodiment, the fixing structure between the housing 2 and the wire pressing member 10 is a locking structure by the locking claw 7 provided on the housing 2 and the locking portion 13 provided on the wire pressing member 10. A press-fitting structure using a press-fitting portion provided on the housing 2 and a press-fitting portion provided on the wire pressing member 10 may be employed.

Although the wire fixing structure 1 is applied to the battery pack in this embodiment, the present invention can be applied to any device in which wires W are arranged.
