Claims (14)
- 患者の脈管構造内の関心血管についてその場で取得された血管内測定データ、及び、患者データベースからの前記患者のアーカイブされた患者データを受信する入力ユニットと、
前記アーカイブされた患者データに基づいて、前記患者の大動脈圧値及び/又は微小血管の抵抗を補正する少なくとも1つの補正係数を抽出する抽出ユニットと、
前記少なくとも1つの補正係数を前記血管内測定データに適用する補正ユニットと、
を含む、患者の脈管構造を評価する装置。 - 前記血管内測定データは、心筋血流予備量比及び/又は瞬時血流予備量比の測定によって取得される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記抽出ユニットは、機械学習アルゴリズムを含み、
前記アーカイブされた患者データは、前記機械学習アルゴリズムをトレーニングするために前記機械学習アルゴリズムに入力される患者データ行列を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの補正係数の抽出は、前記トレーニングに基づく前記少なくとも1つの補正係数の予測を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。 - 前記機械学習アルゴリズムの前記トレーニングは更に、前記機械学習アルゴリズムへの第1の圧力ベースの値及び第2の流量ベースの値の入力を含む、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記患者データ行列は、過去の患者データ、医用測定モダリティを使用して取得された患者固有のデータ、患者固有の個人データ及び/又は患者固有の治療データのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補正係数の抽出は、
少なくとも1つの基準健康パラメータを取得することと、
前記アーカイブされた患者データから、少なくとも1つの対応する患者固有の健康パラメータを導出することと、
前記少なくとも1つの基準健康パラメータと前記少なくとも1つの対応する患者固有の健康パラメータとを互いに比較して、前記少なくとも1つの補正係数を決定することと、
を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの対応する患者固有の健康パラメータは、前記患者の脈管構造の少なくとも1つの画像データに基づいて導出される血行動態パラメータを含む、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補正係数は、前記患者の大動脈圧値を補正する第1の補正係数と、前記患者の微小血管の抵抗を補正する第2の補正係数とである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の患者の脈管構造を評価する装置と、
前記装置に通信可能に接続されている患者データベースと、
を含む、患者の脈管構造を評価するシステム。 - 前記患者データベースは、画像保管通信システム、病院情報管理システム及び/又は放射線医学情報システムを含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 入力ユニットと、抽出ユニットと、補正ユニットとを含む、患者の脈管構造を評価する装置の作動方法であって、
前記入力ユニットが、前記患者の脈管構造内の関心血管についてその場で取得された血管内測定データを受信するステップと、
前記入力ユニットが、患者データベースから前記患者のアーカイブされた患者データを受信するステップと、
前記抽出ユニットが、前記アーカイブされた患者データに基づいて、前記患者の大動脈圧値及び/又は微小血管の抵抗を補正する少なくとも1つの補正係数を抽出するステップと、
前記補正ユニットが、前記少なくとも1つの補正係数を前記血管内測定データに適用するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの補正係数は、前記患者の大動脈圧値を補正する第1の補正係数と、前記患者の微小血管の抵抗を補正する第2の補正係数とである、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 処理ユニットによって実行されると、請求項11又は12に記載の方法を行う、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置又は請求項9若しくは10に記載のシステムを制御するためのコンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項13に記載のコンピュータプログラムが格納されたコンピュータ可読媒体。
