Description
The present invention relates to lighting fixtures using light-emitting elements such as LEDs as light sources.
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, lighting fixtures using light emitting elements such as LEDs, which have low power consumption and long life, as light sources have been widely used.
For example, Patent Literature 1 below describes a lighting fixture that includes a main body and a substantially circular substrate having a mounting surface on which a plurality of light emitting elements are mounted on the front side. Further, a translucent lens member is arranged on the front side of the substrate in order to diffuse the light emitted from the light emitting element. The lens member is made of a transparent synthetic resin such as acrylic resin, and is integrally formed in a substantially circular shape along the arrangement of the light emitting elements so as to cover the entire surface of the substrate including the light emitting elements.
Further, Patent Document 2 below describes a point light source, a light reflecting plate arranged around the point light source, a translucent light diffusion surface plate arranged opposite to the light reflecting plate, and a light emitting side. A light box is described which has an opening formed therein and a case in which at least a point light source and a light reflector are housed. The light reflecting plate has a shape in which a plurality of storage recesses having an inverted truncated square pyramid shape are provided, and is integrally formed by pressing a bubble-containing resin sheet having fine bubbles inside. . Further, a point light source such as an LED is arranged in the housing recess of the light reflecting plate.
However, in the lighting fixture of Patent Document 1, the lens member for diffusing light has a shape that covers the entire surface of the substrate including the light emitting element. Life expectancy is likely to be shortened.
Further, in the light reflector in the light box of Patent Document 2, since the point-like light source is arranged in the storage recess, heat can be released relatively easily. However, since the light reflecting plate is made of a bubble-containing resin sheet, it has the disadvantage of being easily deformed or lifted by heat.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a lighting fixture that can easily dissipate heat from a light-emitting element and can suppress deformation of a reflector.
To achieve the above object, the lighting fixture of the present invention comprises a main body formed of a metal plate, a circuit board installed on the main body, and a plurality of light emitting elements mounted on the circuit board in a predetermined arrangement. and a reflector installed to surround each light emitting element, the circuit board, and the reflector are superimposed and fixed to the main body, and the circuit board is placed between the main body and the fixing means. and a cover member on which the reflector is arranged and which covers the main body and diffuses and transmits the light emitted from the light emitting element, the reflector being made of a resin sheet containing air bubbles, It has a recess formed corresponding to the element, and an opening formed in the bottom of the recess to expose the corresponding light emitting element, and the inner periphery of the recess extends from the peripheral edge of the opening toward the front side. The peripheral edge of each of the recesses forms a frame-like continuous flat surface so as to surround each of the recesses.
According to the above invention, the light emitted from the light emitting element is reflected by the inclined surface of the inner periphery of the reflector, and is efficiently irradiated onto the cover member while spreading forward. In addition, since the reflector is made of a bubble-containing sheet, it has the advantage of being excellent in the ability to scatter and reflect light and being lightweight. On the other hand, a reflector made of a bubble-containing sheet has the problem of being easily deformed and lifted by heat. can. Furthermore, when a light-emitting element such as an LED is exposed to high temperatures due to heat generation, there is a problem that the light-emitting efficiency is reduced and the life is shortened. is easily dissipated to the outside. In addition, since the circuit board on which the light emitting element is mounted is placed on the main body formed of the metal plate, the heat of the circuit board is easily dissipated to the outside through the main body. As a result, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the luminous efficiency of a light emitting element such as an LED and extend the life of the element. Furthermore, since the reflecting plate made of the resin sheet is placed on the circuit board and the reflecting plate is covered with the cover member, it is possible to reduce the thickness and weight of the lighting fixture as a whole.
In the lighting fixture of the present invention, it is preferable that the fixing means is composed of a screw that passes through the reflecting plate and the circuit board and is screwed into a screw hole provided in the main body. According to the above aspect, even if the reflector is made of a foam-containing resin sheet with relatively low rigidity, the reflector and the circuit board can be firmly fixed to the main body. In addition, the circuit board and the main body are brought into close contact with each other, so that the heat of the circuit board can be more easily dissipated to the outside through the main body.
In the luminaire of the present invention, it is preferable that the portion of the reflector fastened by the screw is recessed toward the circuit board and is in contact with the surface of the circuit board. According to the above aspect, the portion of the reflector fastened with the screw is recessed toward the circuit board and abuts against the front surface of the circuit board, so that the reflector can be fixed to the circuit board without rattling. In addition, it is possible to prevent the head of the screw from protruding from the front surface of the reflector, thereby making it possible to reduce the thickness of the lighting device.
In the luminaire of the present invention, a pressing sheet having a shape that fits the flat surface of the reflector is arranged on the reflector, and the holding sheet has an opening corresponding to the concave portion of the reflector. It is preferable that the fixing means superimpose the circuit board, the reflector, and the pressing sheet and fix them to the main body. According to the above aspect, since the flat surface of the reflector is pressed by the pressing sheet, deformation of the reflector can be suppressed and the shape can be more stably maintained.
In the lighting fixture of the present invention, the fixing means is composed of a screw that passes through the pressing sheet, the reflector, and the circuit board and is screwed into a screw hole provided in the main body. is preferred. According to the above-described aspect, the pressing sheet, the reflector, and the circuit board can be fastened together and fixed to the main body by the screws. The close contact allows the heat of the circuit board to be more easily dissipated to the outside through the main body.
In the lighting fixture of the present invention, it is preferable that the pressing sheet is made of a transparent resin sheet. According to the above aspect, when part of the light emitted from the light emitting element does not pass through the cover member and is reflected by the inner surface of the cover member and returns to the reflector side, the pressing sheet covers the flat portion of the reflector plate. is made of a transparent resin sheet, the light can be transmitted through the resin sheet, reflected again by the reflector, and returned to the cover member side, so that the illumination effect can be enhanced.
In the lighting fixture of the present invention, the light-emitting element is square or rectangular, the opening of the reflector has a shape that matches the shape of the light-emitting element, and It is preferable that the adjacent portion has a pyramidal shape with a ridgeline, and the portion adjacent to the flat surface has a gently curved surface shape in which the ridgeline disappears and the inclination angle with respect to the flat surface becomes gentle. According to the above aspect, the rigidity is imparted by the pyramid-shaped portion having the ridgeline close to the opening, and the ridgeline disappears and the inclination angle with respect to the flat surface becomes gentle, so that the portion has a gentle curved surface shape. , the light emitted from the light emitting element can be reflected and spread forward to efficiently irradiate the cover member.
In the lighting fixture of the present invention, it is preferable that a pair of light-emitting elements having different emission colors are arranged side by side so as to be exposed from the respective openings of the reflector. According to the above aspect, the number of openings in the reflector can be reduced compared to the case where light-emitting elements with different emission colors are arranged in separate openings. , the securing means can be arranged on the widened portion thereof. Therefore, even if the reflecting plate is dented by the fixing means, the shape of the recess having the opening can be prevented from being affected.
According to the present invention, since the reflector is held down by the fixing means, deformation of the reflector is suppressed and a stable shape can be maintained. Heat is easily dissipated to the outside, and since the circuit board on which the light emitting element is mounted is placed on the main body formed of the metal plate, the heat of the circuit board is also easily dissipated to the outside through the main body. As a result, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the luminous efficiency of the light emitting element and extend the life of the light emitting element.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 8, a
A plurality of
Furthermore, the light-emitting

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, in this embodiment, in correspondence with the plurality of

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, the portion of the inner periphery of each
Further, as shown in FIGS. 3, 7 and 8, the
The
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 7, each
Further, the portion of each

That is, as shown in FIG. 8, the
That is, in this embodiment, as described above, the "
In addition, the

That is, in this
Moreover, since the reflecting
Furthermore, when the light-emitting
Furthermore, the
Furthermore, in the
Further, in the
Further, in the
9 to 11 show other embodiments of luminaires according to the invention. In addition, the same code|symbol is attached|subjected to the substantially same part as the said embodiment, and the description is abbreviate|omitted.
A
As shown in FIG. 9, on the front side of the
On the other hand, the
Further, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, a plurality of screw placement recesses 54 recessed toward the
Then, as shown in FIG. 11, with the
That is, in this embodiment, the "screws 67" serve as "fixing means" in the present invention for fixing the
A
In the
Further, as shown in FIG. 11, a
10 and 11, the light-emitting
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modified embodiments are possible within the scope of the present invention, and such embodiments are also included in the scope of the present invention. .
