Abstract
Description
前記電池ホルダは、前記二次電池の発火時に耐え得る耐火耐圧の容器からなり、前記二次電池が発火したとき前記電池ホルダ内の気体を前記恒温槽の外部に排出する通路に接続可能な排気口が設けられていることを特徴とする。
前記排気口は、前記第2共通通路への排気を許容し、前記第2共通通路からの流入を防止する第2逆止弁を有していることが好ましい。
まず、図1、図2を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係る電池試験装置1について説明する。
次に、図5、図6を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係る電池試験装置20について説明する。なお、第1実施形態の電池試験装置1と同じ構成については同符号を付し、一部説明を省略する。

Claims (6)
- 二次電池の充放電試験を行う電池試験装置であって、
前記二次電池を着脱自在に収容する密閉型の電池ホルダと、
前記電池ホルダが収容される恒温槽と、
前記電池ホルダ内に収容された前記二次電池を充放電して試験する充放電試験装置と、を備え、
前記電池ホルダは、前記二次電池の発火時に耐え得る耐火耐圧の容器からなり、前記二次電池が発火したとき前記電池ホルダ内の気体を前記恒温槽の外部に排出する通路に接続可能な排気口が設けられていることを特徴とする電池試験装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電池試験装置において、
前記電池ホルダは、前記二次電池毎に仕切られた複数の部屋を有し、
前記部屋毎に、前記二次電池を着脱自在に収容可能であり、前記部屋内の気体を前記通路へ導く前記排気口が設けられていることを特徴とする電池試験装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電池試験装置において、
前記恒温槽には、複数の前記電池ホルダが並列して収容されていることを特徴とする電池試験装置。 - 請求項3に記載の電池試験装置において、
複数の前記電池ホルダから排出された前記気体を合流させ、前記恒温槽の外部に排出する第1共通通路を備えていることを特徴とする電池試験装置。 - 請求項4に記載の電池試験装置において、
前記電池ホルダの各々は、前記第1共通通路への排気を許容し、前記第1共通通路からの流入を防止する第1逆止弁を有していることを特徴とする電池試験装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電池試験装置において、
前記通路として、前記排気口から排出された前記気体を合流させ、前記恒温槽の外部に排出する第2共通通路を有し、
前記排気口は、前記第2共通通路への排気を許容し、前記第2共通通路からの流入を防止する第2逆止弁を有していることを特徴とする電池試験装置。
