Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a tablet packing machine that collects tablets dropped and discharged from a tablet feeder that accommodates and sequentially discharges a large number of tablets and sorts and packages them in a packaging device. The present invention relates to a tablet packing machine that is held in a storage section and that allows a tablet feeder to be drawn forward from the drug storage section.

A tablet packaging machine (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 4) basically consists of a drug storage section containing a large number of tablet feeders and an upper tablet collecting mechanism that guides and drops discharged tablets downward. A lower tablet collecting mechanism that is positioned to collect and drop the fallen tablets, a packaging device that is positioned below it and sorts and puts the fallen tablets into separate bandages and seals them, and a controller (control) consisting of a microprocessor system, etc. device). Many of such tablet packaging machines have a large number of tablet feeders arranged vertically (vertically), horizontally (horizontally), and forwards and backwards (backwards) and hold them in a cubic medicine cabinet. At least a plurality of the tablet feeders in the front and rear can be collectively pulled forward from the medicine storage section.

In addition, many tablet packaging machines are also equipped with a manual tablet distributing device, or even if they are not equipped, a holding member or equipment space is reserved for the addition of a manual tablet distributing device.
The basic usage of the manual tablet distributing device is to manually scatter the tablets that are not in the chemical storage unit into multiple compartments. It has a detachable manual dispensing unit and a sequential ejection mechanism that opens the bottom of these compartments, usually chamber by chamber, to drop the tablets. Such a tablet hand-dispensing device is installed in a tablet packing machine below the medicine storage unit (see, for example, FIG. 1 of Patent Document 2, FIG. 2 of Patent Document 3, and FIG. 5 of Patent Document 4), Of these, the portion close to the lower end (see, for example, FIG. 9 of Patent Document 3 and FIG. 12 of Patent Document 4) is a portion where the chemical can be easily spread manually.

A tablet feeder consists of a tablet cassette (small container) that holds and holds a large number of tablets of the same type, and when driven to discharge, drops the tablets one by one. and a base portion (driving portion) for performing.
Among them, many of the tablet cassettes were detachable types, so to speak, dedicated to specific tablets, which focused on not limiting the place of tablet replenishment (see tablet cassette 51 in FIG. 5 (a) and Patent Documents 1 to 4). ), so-called multi-tablet adaptable type tablet feeders have also been developed, emphasizing the wide range of common use for tablets of various shapes and sizes and the ease of adjustment work to suit individual tablets (Fig. 5(b), ( See tablet cassette 52 of c) and Patent Document 5), in the tablet feeder, in addition to the cassette detachable type, a so-called cassette fixed type in which the cassette is integrated with the drive unit has been put into practical use (for example, Patent Document 5 paragraph 0054).

特開2003-237702号公報Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-237702 特開2006-288576号公報JP 2006-288576 A 特開2013-078525号公報JP 2013-078525 A 特開2013-085666号公報JP 2013-085666 A 特開2015-023969号公報JP 2015-023969 A

A representative example of such a tablet cassette applicable to a variety of tablets (see Patent Document 5) is one in which a swinging member is introduced as a width regulating member for rotating tablets. Since it can be used for any number of tablets, even if the types and shapes of tablets differ to some extent, there is no need to exchange cassettes or use different cassettes, so the rate of common use is high.
On the other hand, in such a tablet cassette, it is difficult to increase the storage capacity of tablets due to the structure of the tablet alignment mechanism and the width regulation mechanism, and the tablet storage capacity is required to enable the tablet to be attached to and detached from the drive section by lateral sliding. will be forced to make further sacrifices.
Therefore, it is often used as a fixed type built into a part of the medicine cabinet.

Such a multi-tablet compatible type tablet feeder was first attempted by replacing a small number of tablet feeders, such as one or two, among the many already installed specific tablet-only type tablet feeders (for example, the diagram of Patent Document 5). 5(c)). Then, as the evaluation increased as a device capable of filling the gap between the function of a tablet feeder dedicated to specific tablets and the function of a manual tablet distributing device, the number of units installed increased, and the fixed cassette type with a larger capacity than the detachable cassette type was preferred. While multiple units were arranged in front and back, only one unit was installed vertically in the top and bottom, and incorporated into the chemical cabinet. In this built-in mode, when the corresponding unit is pulled out forward, the upper part of each cassette is opened, so tablets can be put into the target cassette from above.

Furthermore, the number of types of tablets continues to increase due to the development of new tablets and generic drugs. Under such circumstances, when the need for a multi-tablet compatible type tablet feeder increases, a vertical single-stage unit will not be enough, and it is possible to plan for multiple vertical stages. However, in that case, it is also desirable to be able to individually pull out the units on each stage forward as described above.

Along with this, if the upper tablet collecting mechanism is finely divided vertically corresponding to each stage as in the conventional device, cleaning of the inside of the tablet collecting mechanism at the corresponding location cannot be performed collectively, which is troublesome.
Therefore, it is a technical issue to develop a tablet packaging machine that can collectively clean the inside of the tablet collection mechanism at the corresponding location even if the multi-tablet compatible type tablet feeder has multiple stages.

The tablet packaging machine of the present invention (solution 1) was invented to solve such problems,
A chemical storage unit containing a large number of tablet feeders and an upper tablet collecting mechanism for guiding downward the discharged tablets to drop them, and a lower tablet collecting unit disposed below to collect the dropped tablets for packaging. In a tablet packaging machine comprising a mechanism,
an upper feeder storage section for holding any one of the tablet feeders; a lower feeder storage section positioned immediately below it for holding any other of the tablet feeders; the upper feeder storage section and the A multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism disposed immediately next to the lower feeder storage section to guide downward and drop the tablets discharged from both feeder storage sections; a lower drawer mechanism that supports the lower feeder storage section so that it can be drawn forward from the drug storage section; and a multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism that can be drawn forward from the drug storage section. It is characterized by providing a multi-stage drawer mechanism that supports the

Further, the tablet packaging machine of the present invention (solution 2) is the tablet packaging machine of the above solution 1, wherein the multi-stage tablet collection mechanism is prevented from being pulled forward from the upper feeder storage section and the above-mentioned A relative withdrawal position restricting means is provided to prevent the multiple-stage tablet collecting mechanism from being withdrawn forward from the lower-stage feeder storage section.

Further, the tablet packaging machine of the present invention (solution 3) is the tablet packaging machine of the above solutions 1 and 2, and is a member for regulating the forward withdrawal of the multi-stage tablet collection mechanism from the medicine storage section. are provided on only one of both sides of the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism.

Further, the tablet packaging machine of the present invention (solution 4) is the tablet packaging machine of the above solution 3, wherein the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism is located farther from the upper feeder storage section and the lower feeder storage section. It is characterized by comprising a detachable side plate provided on the side surface and a side plate holding member capable of receiving the lower end of the side plate from below and holding the side plate in an inclined state.

Further, the tablet packaging machine of the present invention (solution 5) is the tablet packaging machine of the above solutions 1 to 4, wherein a plate body is provided at both the front end of the upper feeder storage section and the front end of the lower feeder storage section. Each of the plate bodies is supported so as to be swingable so that it can transition between a vertical state and a horizontal state.

In such a tablet packaging machine of the present invention (Solution 1), when a plurality of feeder storage sections are arranged in the medicine storage section, the upper stage is provided with a separate pull-out mechanism for each of the feeder storage sections. The lower feeder storage section can now be pulled forward from the chemical storage section while the feeder storage section is stored in the chemical storage section.
Then, not only the tablet feeder held in the uppermost feeder storage section, but also the tablet feeders held in the lower feeder storage sections of the other feeder storage sections in the chemical storage section are replenished with tablets. It is now possible to adopt a tablet feeder suitable for multiple tablets, which is sometimes desired to have a space above it, without any inconvenience. .

In addition, the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism is disposed immediately beside the plurality of feeder storage units that are vertically connected, and the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism is part or all of the upper tablet collecting mechanism, or coexists with the upper tablet collecting mechanism. For example, it functions as a second upper tablet collecting mechanism, and the tablets discharged from the tablet feeders of the plurality of feeder storage units are guided downward by the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism, and the multi-stage drawing mechanism is also provided. By making it possible to pull out from the medicine storage section separately from the feeder storage section, even if the tablet feeders are multi-staged, the inside of the upper tablet collection mechanism at the corresponding location can be collectively cleaned.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to realize a tablet packing machine capable of collectively cleaning the inside of the upper tablet collecting mechanism of the corresponding portion even if the multi-tablet compatible type tablet feeder has multiple stages.

In addition, in the tablet packaging machine of the present invention (solution 2), since the relative withdrawal position regulating means is also provided, when the multi-stage tablet collection mechanism is withdrawn forward from the medicine storage section, the upper stage feeder is always stored. Both the storage unit and the lower feeder storage unit are pulled forward from the chemical storage unit by an equal amount or more. Therefore, even in an unforeseen or undesired situation, such as an unexpected tablet spilling out of the tablet feeders held by those feeder storage units, the tablet is placed in the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism or in front of the chemical storage unit. Since the tablet does not jump to a place outside the original tablet drop path, such as inside the medicine cabinet, the mental burden on workers who perform tablet replenishment and member cleaning work is reduced. be.

Furthermore, in the tablet packaging machine of the present invention (Solution 3), even if it is the relative pull-out position restricting means or other members, the member for regulating the forward pull-out of the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism is By providing only one of the two sides of the mechanism, it is not present on the other side. Therefore, when pulling out the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism forward from the medicine storage section, it becomes possible to pull out the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism with the other of both sides of the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism vacant. Since it is possible to use the space for the work, it is possible to easily carry out work such as cleaning the tablet drop path for the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism.

In addition, in the tablet packaging machine of the present invention (Solution 4), the detachable side plate is placed on the side of the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism that can be easily operated when the front is pulled out, Since the lower end of the side plate is held in an inclined state by the side plate holding member, not only cleaning of the tablet drop path inside the multi-stage tablet collection mechanism but also attachment/detachment of the side plate can be performed easily and quickly. It will be possible to go to

In addition, in the tablet packaging machine of the present invention (Solution 5), the plate body that can be turned vertically or horizontally by swinging is useful as a storage for small items when laid horizontally, and can be neatly stored when set vertically. However, by attaching such a plate to the front end of each of the plurality of feeder storage sections, handling of the container of the replenished tablets is difficult regardless of how the plurality of feeder storage sections are drawn forward. and cleaning of the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism can be easily performed.

The multi-tablet adaptable type tablet feeder 52 of c) can replace the two specific tablet dedicated type tablet feeders 51, and both can be installed on the tablet feeder row rack 18 of the tablet feeder storage 14. Since it is installed in the tablet feeder storage section 20, it has a size suitable for it.

This tablet packaging machine 10 (see FIG. 1(a)) has a packaging device 11 at the bottom, a tablet hand-dispensing device equipped unit 12 above it, and a medicine storage unit 13 above it, and the position can be easily changed by an arm. and a control device (not shown) housed inside the housing. A tablet feeder housing 14 and a tablet feeder housing 20 are drawn forward from the medicine housing 13. incorporated where possible. Although the tablet feeder housing 14 is illustrated as having two lateral rows, it may have three or more horizontal rows or a single row. It's okay to be

Although three tablet feeder storage units 20 are shown arranged in three vertical rows and one horizontal row, other arrangements may be used as long as they include two or more vertical rows. In the configuration example of the vertical three stages as shown, regarding the mutual relationship between the tablet feeder storage section 20 in the uppermost stage and the tablet feeder storage section 20 in the middle stage, the uppermost tablet feeder storage section 20 corresponds to the upper tablet feeder storage section, The middle stage 20 corresponds to the lower stage feeder storage section. Regarding the mutual relationship between the tablet feeder storage section 20 in the middle stage and the tablet feeder storage section 20 in the lowest stage, the middle stage tablet feeder storage section 20 corresponds to the upper stage tablet feeder storage section, and the lowest stage tablet feeder storage section 20 corresponds to the lower stage feeder storage section. correspond to Furthermore, the relative upper stage/lower stage relationship is similarly established for the drawer mechanisms 22, 22, and 22 (see FIG. 2) that support the corresponding tablet feeder storage sections 20, respectively.

Inside the tablet packaging machine 10, below the medicine storage section 13 (see FIG. 1(b)), the tablets falling apart from the medicine storage section 13 are received and collected, and then the lower packaging device is placed. 11, and a small lower tablet collecting mechanism 16a that accepts the tablets sent in order from the tablet hand-dispensing device (not shown) of the tablet hand-dispensing device equipped unit 12 and feeds them to the packaging device 11 as well. , and a packaging device 11 that feeds the double-folded packaging paper in the longitudinal direction and divides it into predetermined widths, and inserts the falling tablets from the lower tablet collection mechanisms 16, 16a and packs them.

Inside the tablet feeder storage 14 in the drug storage section 13 that occupies the upper part of the tablet packaging machine 10 (see FIG. 1(b)), there is a tablet feeder row in which a plurality of specific tablet dedicated type tablet feeders 51 can be arranged in a row. The shelves 18 are arranged in six rows on the upper and lower sides and in two rows on the left and right, and an upper tablet collection mechanism 17 is installed vertically penetrating between the two rows on the left and right. Tablets discharged from the specific tablet exclusive type tablet feeder 51 are guided by the upper tablet collecting mechanism 17 to the lower tablet collecting mechanism 16 below.

Further, (see FIG. 1(b)), inside the arrangement location of the tablet feeder storage units 20, 20, 20 occupying one corner of the medicine storage unit 13, there are before the tablet feeder storage units 20, 20, 20, which will be described later. Hidden behind the plates 25, 25, 25, a multistage tablet collecting mechanism 30 is also provided. A handle 33 provided on the front surface of the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism 30 is also hidden behind the front plate 25.
This multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism 30 guides the feeder-discharged tablets to the lower tablet collecting mechanism 16 in the same manner as the upper tablet collecting mechanism 17. It accepts ejected tablets from the multi-tablet tablet feeder 52 of the tablet feeder store 20 rather than ejected tablets. In addition, there are not only one tablet feeder storage unit 20 to which tablets are to be received, but also a plurality of storage units 20, 20, 20 arranged vertically.

The illustrated tablet feeder storage unit 20 (see FIG. 2) has a handle 21 provided on the front surface (see FIG. 2(a)) and is supported by a drawer mechanism 22 (see FIG. 2(b)). From the first to the lower one, it is possible to individually pull it forward or push it backward (see FIGS. 2(a) to 2(d)). Further, four tablet feeders 52 corresponding to multiple types of tablets can be mounted in a row on the tablet feeder row installation shelf 23 supported by the drawer mechanism 22 . A front plate 25 at the front end of the tablet feeder storage section 20 (see FIG. 2(e)) is provided with a handle 21, a rocking plate 24, a manual lock 43, and an LED indicator (not shown).

The multi-tablet adaptable type tablet feeder 52 may be a detachable cassette like the specific tablet type tablet feeder 51. By performing a simple adjustment, specifically, for example, by replacing the sample tablet, it can be used properly for tablets of various shapes and sizes (see also Patent Document 5), so it can be used during tablet replenishment work. From the viewpoint of minimizing the occurrence of mistakes such as taking the wrong tablet, a cassette fixed type is adopted under normal conditions except during maintenance work (see also paragraph 0054 of Patent Document 5).

Also (see FIGS. 2(d) and 2(e)), a cover 52a that can be manually opened and closed is attached to the tablet inlet on the upper surface of the multi-tablet adaptable type tablet feeder 52. As shown in FIG. Only one tablet feeder 52 corresponding to multiple types of tablets is selected at a time as a tablet input destination by the control device. The LED indicator on the front surface of the tablet feeder 52 is lit to indicate the target to be drawn out, and the LED indicator corresponding to the selected tablet feeder 52 one-to-one is lit to clearly indicate the tablet insertion destination. It has become. A magnetic sensor or the like for detecting opening/closing is attached to each lid 52a, and when a lid different from the lid of the selected tablet feeder 52 is opened, a warning is issued by the control device based on the detection. is also

The swing plate 24 is connected at its lower end to the lower end of the front surface of the front plate 25 via a swing shaft (see FIGS. 2(d) and 2(e)). It can be moved. When the free end/swing end is lifted (see FIGS. 2(a) to 2(c)), it assumes a vertical posture and becomes as if stuck to the front plate 25 . On the other hand, when the free end/swing end is lowered (see Figs. 2(d) and (e)), it takes a sideways posture and becomes like a small table, which can be used as a tablet bottle or dispensing instruction sheet. It is designed to be able to place small items such as

The multi-stage tablet collection mechanism 30 (see FIG. 3) is disposed immediately beside the three-stage tablet feeder storage sections 20, 20, 20, and guides downward the tablets discharged therefrom to drop. As mentioned above, this is also supported inside the medicine storage section 13 by a multistage drawer mechanism 37 (see FIGS. 3(a) and 3(b)) so that it can be pulled forward from the medicine storage section 13. (see FIG. 3(b)). In addition, the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism 30 has a length in the front-rear direction shorter than that of the tablet feeder storage section 20, and is always positioned at the left end portion of the front plates 25, 25, 25 of the tablet feeder storage sections 20, 20, 20 on the right side. It is positioned at the rear (see FIGS. 1, 3(a) and 3(b)).

The front plates 25 , 25 , 25 whose left ends protrude forward from the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism 30 all prevent the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism 30 from being pulled forward from the tablet feeder storage section 20 . It serves as relative withdrawal position regulating means (solution means 2), and also serves as a member (solution means 3) for regulating the forward withdrawal of the multi-stage tablet collection mechanism 30 from the medicine storage section 13 .
Further, the tablet feeder storage section 20 having such a front plate 25 is provided only on the right side of the left and right sides of the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism 30 (see FIG. 1(b)). Since there is no regulating member such as the front plate 25 on the left side of the tablet collecting mechanism 30, when the multiple-stage tablet collecting mechanism 30 is pulled forward from the medicine storage section 13 (see FIG. 3(b)), the multiple-stage tablet collection is performed. The left side of mechanism 30 is intended to be released.

Further, the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism 30 (see FIGS. 3(c) to 3(e)) includes a shallow box-shaped main body 31 and both side surfaces of the main body 31 farther from the tablet feeder storage sections 20, 20, 20. It is mainly composed of a detachable side plate 35 which is arranged on the open left side facing the side and closes the corresponding side when mounted. Tablet receiving openings 32, 32, 32 for receiving tablets discharged from the tablet feeder storage portions 20, 20, 20 are formed in the right side plate of the body portion 31, and a handle 33 is provided at the front end of the body portion 31. A side plate holding member 34 for receiving the lower end portion of the side plate 35 from below is provided at a portion of the lower end portion of the main body portion 31 located below the open side surface.

For example, a lever-operated small locking member 36 is provided on the upper portion of the side plate 35. After placing the lower end of the side plate 35 on the side plate holding member 34 and receiving the side plate 35, the side plate 35 is erected and the locking member 36 is attached to the main body. When hooked on the portion 31, the open side surface of the body portion 31 is closed (see FIG. 3(c)). Further, when all the hooking members 36, 36 are removed, the upper portion of the side plate 35 is separated from the open side surface of the main body portion 31 (see FIG. 3(d)). Since the lower end is received with a little play, the side plate 35 is held in a slightly inclined state. Further, when the side plate 35 is lifted by putting hands on the left and right ends of the side plate 35, the side plate 35 is completely separated from the body portion 31, and the inside of the body portion 31 is largely exposed (Fig. 3(e)).

As described above, the front plate 25 of the tablet feeder housing portion 20 is provided with the manual lock 43. The drawer lock mechanism 40 including the manual lock 43 (see FIG. 4) is used together with the manual lock 43 to store the tablet feeder. A swinging member 44 provided in the unit 20, an electromagnetic drive unit 41 provided on the frame of the drug storage unit 13, and a forward/backward member 42 capable of advancing and retreating from the electromagnetic drive unit 41 toward the swinging member 44. and The advancing/retreating member 42 is always biased forward (to the left) by a spring or the like (not shown) and protrudes from the frame portion of the medicine storage portion 13 toward the tablet feeder storage portion 20. 44 (see FIG. 4(a)), the tablet feeder storage section 20 is locked so that it cannot be pulled out from the medicine storage section 13. As shown in FIG.

Moreover, (see FIG. 4(b)), an inclined surface is formed at the tip of the advancing/retreating member 42, and when the swinging member 44 comes into contact with the inclined surface, the advancing/retreating member 42 retreats toward the electromagnetic drive unit 41 by the corresponding force (see FIG. 4(b)). 4B), when the tablet feeder storage section 20 that has been pulled out is pushed into the drug storage section 13, the rocking member 44 temporarily retracts the advance/retreat member 42 and moves backward (FIG. 4(b)). (see double-dotted and dash-dotted lines in Fig. 2), the tablet feeder housing 20 is normally locked while the tablet feeder housing 20 is being pushed in at any time.

Further, (see FIG. 4(c)), even when the electromagnetic drive unit 41 is caused to perform an excitation operation under the control of the control device, the advancing/retreating member 42 moves back toward the electromagnetic drive unit 41 due to the electromagnetic force exceeding the spring force. In the figure, the tablet feeder storage unit 20 moves rightward, so that the tablet feeder storage unit 20 can be pulled out as well as pushed in. That is, electric unlocking is possible.
Further (see FIG. 4(d)), when the key 45 is inserted into the manual lock 43 and turned to the unlocking side, the swinging member 44 also rotates accordingly, and the swinging member 44 is not engaged with the advancing/retreating member 42. Manual unlocking is also possible because it is in a posture and state that does not.

The manner of use and operation of the tablet packaging machine 10 of the first embodiment will be described.

The tablet replenishment to the specific tablet dedicated type tablet feeder 51 mounted on the tablet feeder row installation shelf 18 is performed by removing the tablet cassette after pulling out the tablet feeder storage 14, and the tablet drop path of the upper tablet collecting mechanism 17 cleaning is also performed by pulling out the tablet feeder storage 14, and the tablet replenishment to the manual tablet distribution device of the tablet manual distribution device equipment unit 12 is performed by manually distributing to the pull-out type equipped unit or the detachable pre-distribution unit. In addition, the lower tablet collecting mechanisms 16 and 16a and the packaging device 11 cooperate with each other under a control device to divide and package the tablets to be dispensed as before (for example, Patent Documents 2 to 4). ), and the operation and the like related to the tablet feeder storage section 20 and the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism 30 will be described in detail below.

When the tablet feeder storage 14, the tablet feeder storage unit 20, etc. are housed in the housing of the tablet packaging machine 10 and placed in a standby state (see FIGS. 1 and 2(a)), the tablet feeder storage 14 is placed in the tablet packaging machine 10. Locked in the housing by a lock mechanism (see, for example, FIG. 3 of Patent Document 4), the tablet feeder storage unit 20 is locked in the housing by a corresponding drawer lock mechanism 40 (see FIG. 4(a)), and multistage tablet collection Mechanism 30 is stopped in the housing by front plate 25 of tablet feeder housing 20 (see FIG. 1). Then, when dispensing instruction data is set in the control device of the tablet packaging machine 10 by operating the touch panel 15 or processing by a higher-level dispensing management system, the content of the dispensing instruction is displayed on the touch panel 15 by the control device.

Furthermore, when tablets contained in neither the specific tablet dedicated type tablet feeder 51 of the tablet feeder storage 14 nor the multi-tablet adaptable type tablet feeder 52 of the tablet feeder storage unit 20 are included in the dispensing object, the control device data In the management process, first, empty feeders 52 corresponding to multiple tablets, that is, those to which no tablets have been assigned yet, and those for which all tablets have been confirmed to be discharged are searched. Then, if an empty tablet feeder 52 is also found by the control device, that tablet feeder 52 is selected as an allocation target. When an empty tablet feeder 52 is not found, an assignment process to manual dispensers is performed.

When a tablet to be dispensed is assigned to the multi-tablet adaptable type tablet feeder 52 of the tablet feeder storage unit 20, the LED indicator associated with the tablet feeder 52 selected as the assignment destination is lit under the control of the control device. The LED indicator on the front surface of the tablet feeder storage section 20 equipped with a feeder is also turned on, and the drawer lock mechanism 40 related to the tablet feeder storage section 20 is electrically changed from the locked state to the unlocked state (Fig. 4 ( c) see).
Therefore, when the operator puts his/her hand on the handle 21 of the tablet feeder storage unit 20 and pulls it forward according to the lighted guidance, the appropriate tablet feeder storage unit 20 can be pulled out from the medicine storage unit 13 (Fig. 2(b) - ). (d)).

Then (see FIGS. 2(d) and 2(e)), the operator also follows the lighting guidance to find the applicable multi-tablet adaptable type tablet feeder 52 and opens its top cover 52a. At that time, if the cover 52a of another tablet feeder 52 is opened by mistake, an alarm is issued by the control device, so that the operator can open the cover 52a of the appropriate tablet feeder 52 without fail.
Around this time, at an appropriate time, the operator swings the foremost rocking plate 24 of the pulled-out tablet feeder storage unit 20 and the other tablet feeder storage unit 20 toward the front to turn it sideways, A tablet bottle, dispensing instructions, etc. are put on the rocking plate 24.

Now that the proper tablet feeder 52 is ready to be loaded with tablets, the operator loads the appropriate amount of tablets and adjusts the tablet feeder 52 to accommodate the loaded tablets. In the case of the tablet feeder 52 applicable to multiple types of tablets, most adjustments can be completed quickly and accurately by setting sample tablets at appropriate locations on the tablet feeder 52, but other adjustment work is also performed if necessary. Furthermore, when additional information such as detailed information on the tablet is required, the operator also provides necessary information to the control device by operating the touch panel 15 or the like.

After the operator finishes loading tablets into the tablet feeder 52, the operator closes the lid 52a, clears the objects on the oscillating plate 24, erects the oscillating plate 24, and then replaces the tablet feeder storage section 20 with the medicine storage section. Push to 13.
Then, the tablet feeder storage section 20 is stopped in the drug storage section 13 by the attached drawer lock mechanism 40 (see FIG. 4(b)).
Since the preparation for one type of tablet is now completed, the operator repeats the same operation for other tablets if necessary.

Then, when all the preparations are completed, the touch panel 15 is operated to start the automatic dispensing by the control device.
Then, the tablets to be packaged are automatically discharged in tablet units similarly from the specific tablet dedicated type tablet feeder 51 and the multi-tablet compatible type tablet feeder 52, and are basically packaged from the tablet manual distribution device (12). Manually distributed tablets are automatically discharged in units, combined by the lower tablet collection mechanisms 16 and 16a, and then packaged by the packaging device 11.

In this way, the packing process using the multi-tablet adaptable type tablet feeder 52 is performed, and when this is repeated several times, the inside of the multi-stage tablet collection mechanism 30 that constitutes the tablet guide path can be cleaned. become necessary. When this happens, the operator stops the operation of the tablet packaging machine 10, and then first pulls out all of the tablet feeder storage sections 20, 20, 20 forward from the medicine storage section 13 (Fig. 3(a)). ), at that time, insert the key into the manual lock 43 (see FIG. 2(e)) and turn it (see FIG. 4(d)) to open the tablet feeder storage unit. Manually releasing the lock 20 allows the tablet feeder storage section 20 to be drawn forward.

When all of the tablet feeder housings 20, 20, 20 are pulled out (see FIG. 3(a)), there is nothing to prevent the forward extraction of the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism 30. By putting a hand on the handle 33 and pulling it forward, the multi-stage tablet collection mechanism 30 is pulled out from the medicine cabinet 13 (see FIG. 3(b)). Then, of the two side surfaces of the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism 30, the side surface without the tablet feeder storage section 20 is largely exposed. Since the side plate 35 is attached to the exposed side surface (see FIGS. 3(b) and 3(c)), the operator carries out subsequent work from the exposed side. When the worker removes the latching member 36 on the upper part of the side plate 35, the side plate 35 tilts (see FIG. 3(d)). 35 remains slightly tilted.

Since the side plate 35 in this state can be easily removed from the body portion 31 by being lifted by the worker, the worker can easily clean a place other than the body portion 31 .
Further, since the inside of the body portion 31 with the side plate 35 removed is largely exposed (see FIG. 3(e)), the operator can easily clean while facing each other.
In this way, cleaning of the tablet dropping path of the multi-stage tablet collecting mechanism 30 can be easily performed. Then, after cleaning, the repeated and complicated explanation will be omitted, but by performing the operations in the reverse order to those described above, automatic tablet packing will be performed appropriately thereafter.

[others]
In the above-described embodiment, the installation heights of the tablet manual distributing device installation unit 12 and the tablet feeder storage unit 20 are different, but they may be installed at the same height or close to each other (see Patent Documents 3 and 4, for example). . As for the tablet manual distribution device (12), it is assumed that various tablets are manually distributed directly to it or to a pre-distribution unit attached to it, whereas the tablet feeder storage 14 is dedicated to specific tablets. The type tablet feeder 51 and the multi-tablet compatible type tablet feeder 52 of the tablet feeder storage unit 20 only need to be able to input one type of tablet, and may be input using a bottle or a measuring cup. Good but no need to scatter.

In addition, regarding the tablet discharge control algorithm (control procedure such as which one of a large number of tablet feeders is to be discharged at each packing timing), the multi-tablet adaptive type tablet feeder 52 and the specific tablet dedicated type tablet feeder 51 , a common discharge control program is used for those tablet feeders 51 and 52 .
On the other hand, a separate discharge control program is used for the manual tablet distributing device (12) with different tablet discharge control algorithms.

In the above embodiment, when the multi-tablet adaptable type tablet feeder 52 to be loaded with tablets is selected using the touch panel 15, the LED in the tablet feeder storage unit 20 in which it is mounted is turned on, and the tablet feeder storage unit 20 is immediately turned on. Although the drawer lock mechanism 40 is released, other methods may be used. For example, if operation members such as push buttons are also attached to the front surfaces of the tablet feeder storage units 20, 20, 20, and there are a plurality of tablet feeder storage units 20 to be loaded with tablets, the corresponding LEDs are first turned on. All are turned on, and after waiting for any one operation member to be operated, the drawer lock mechanism 40 of the corresponding tablet feeder storage section 20 is released, and the corresponding LED is made clear by flashing or the like. You can do it.

In the above embodiment, the opening/closing state of the cover 52a of the tablet feeder 52 adaptable to multiple types of tablets was detected by the open/close sensor and an alarm was issued in the event of an erroneous operation. An electric lock that is a miniaturized version of the drawer lock mechanism 40 may be attached so that only the tablet feeder 52 unlocked by the control device can be opened. Moreover, the multi-tablet adaptable type tablet feeder 52 is not limited to a type in which sample tablets are replaced. Furthermore, a cutter mechanism for tablet division may be incorporated in the multi-tablet adaptable type tablet feeder 52 .

In the above-described embodiment, the tablet bottle and the dispensing instruction sheet were mentioned as objects that can be temporarily placed on the rocking plate 24 at the front end of the tablet feeder storage section 20, but not limited to that, the tablets can be placed on the table. Barcodes and other information attached to tablet bottles and dispensing instructions on the rocking plate 24 can be captured by an imaging device such as a camera mounted on the housing of the packaging machine 10 or a portable terminal with an imaging function. Once read, the information may be transmitted to the control device and used for confirmation and auditing of dispensing operations.

The application of the present invention is not limited to a tablet packaging machine dedicated to tablets, but can also be applied to a tablet packaging machine combined with a powder medicine packaging machine.
