Description
The present invention relates to a fire sensor that senses smoke and heat from a fire.
Fire detectors include smoke detectors that detect fires by introducing smoke from fires and heat detectors that detect fires by introducing hot air currents from fires.
An example of a smoke sensor is disclosed in
In addition, an insect net is provided on the inside of the column to protect against insects so as to surround the smoke introduction part.
Another example is the alarm device disclosed in Patent Document 2, for example. The housing of this alarm device is composed of a base portion fixed to an installation surface such as a ceiling or a wall, and a body portion detachably locked to the base portion. The main body is formed by integral molding of resin, and has a circular frame shape with a bottom. An introduction opening is provided, and the opening is provided with a vertical bar and a horizontal bar.
The diameter of the top plate is formed substantially equal to the diameter of the base portion.
The above two examples of the appearance of the fire detector have been given, but the common point in these cases is that the top plate (top plate) is provided below the main body or base via vertical or horizontal bars. It is An opening is provided between the top plate and the main body, and smoke or hot air is introduced through the opening to detect fire.
By the way, in recent years, design is required for disaster prevention equipment installed indoors of buildings. A fire detector, which is a kind of disaster prevention equipment, is installed on a ceiling surface or the like. In general, the ceiling surface is white, so in order to make the fire detector inconspicuous, the housing of the fire detector should be the same color as the ceiling surface, etc., or a color close to white. there is
However, in the conventional fire detectors exemplified in
Further, in the smoke sensor of
Since the inside of the opening is shaded, the inside of the opening appears black when viewed from below. Therefore, even if the color of the main body and the top plate is unified to white, the opening portion looks black and looks like a so-called two-tone color.
In addition, when an insect screen is provided, the insect screen is silver, and in this case also, there is a problem that the sense of unity as a whole is lost and the design is hindered.
As described above, in the conventional fire sensor, since the opening for introducing smoke and hot air can be seen even from below, there is a problem that it is difficult to improve the design.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and provides a fire sensor that can be excellent in design by making it difficult to see the opening for introducing smoke and hot air when viewed from below. (6) A fire sensor according to the present invention is a fire sensor that is attached to a mounting surface and detects a fire by smoke,
A top plate provided below a main body, an opening provided between the top plate and the main body for introducing smoke into the main body, and an insect screen provided in the opening. death,

The fire sensor according to the present invention has a top panel provided below a main body via a support column, and between the top panel and the main body, an air flow such as smoke or hot air is passed to the main body. An opening for introduction is formed, the top plate is provided so as to protrude outward from the support, and the length of protrusion from the support is set to be equal to or greater than the height of the opening. When the fire sensor is viewed from below, the opening is blocked by the overhanging part of the top plate, so that the opening is difficult to see and the design of the appearance is not hindered by the opening. Therefore, the appearance of the fire sensor can be made excellent in terms of design.
Although the present embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings, each drawing is for explaining the features of the present invention, and parts that are not necessary for the explanation of the invention are shown in a simplified form.
In the following explanation, "up" and "down" are the directions when the fire detector is attached to the ceiling, "up" is the ceiling side, and "down" is the floor side. is.
The
Further, an
Each configuration will be described in detail below.
<本体部>

In addition, the
<天面板>
<Top plate>
The
Further, the
The
By setting the overhang length L in this way, when the
In addition, the
In general, since the insect screen is provided inside the

Since the

<導気板>

Furthermore, the
Main functions of the
<Action of the top plate>
FIG. 7 is a diagram for explaining the effect of the
In FIG. 7, the uppermost fire sensor is viewed from the side (α=90 degrees), and the lower the fire sensor, the more oblique the viewing angle is (α=60 degrees, α=45 degrees), and the lowest one shows the state viewed from directly below (α=0 degrees).
As shown in FIG. 7, in the example of the invention, the inside of the
Also, if the support is visible, it is necessary to consider the direction of the support when installing the fire sensor. However, since the
On the other hand, in the
Further, in the case of the
When an insect screen is provided, in order to prevent the insect screen from deforming due to contact with a finger or the like, a grid-like crosspiece or the like is sometimes provided on the front surface of the insect screen (conventional method shown in FIG. 7).
<Action of air guide plate>
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
Also, the function of the
By imparting rigidity to the
When removing the
As described above, the

On the other hand, in the case of the
FIG. 13 shows that the
By printing the same pattern as the pattern of the ceiling, the
