Claims (9)
- 流動接触分解ユニットの槽の金属壁(62)に固定され、前記金属壁を保護するコンクリートを受け入れることができるセル(64)を形成するように意図された金属製固定メッシュであって、前記セルをそれぞれ画定することができる円筒面を形成するために連続的に相互に接合された複数の波形基本構成要素(10、12、14、16)を備え、前記円筒面はそれぞれ対称中心軸Aを有し、前記複数の波形基本構成要素の前記波形基本構成要素(10、12、14、16)はそれぞれ突出舌部(42、44、42’、44’、42’’、44’’、42’’’)を有し、少なくとも一つの前記突出舌部がそれぞれ前記セル(64)内に延び、
前記波形基本構成要素(10、12、14、16)が、前記波形基本構成要素を連続的に相互に接合できるように、ステープル留めオリフィス(38、40)及びステープル留めタブ(34、36)を有する、金属製固定メッシュにおいて、
前記舌部(42、44、42’、44’、42’’、44’’、42’’’)が、前記円筒面と前記円筒面の前記対称中心軸Aとの間に延びる距離dの4分の1未満の長さにわたって延びる、
ことを特徴とする金属製固定メッシュ。 - 前記舌部(42、44、42’、44’、42’’、44’’、42’’’)が、前記円筒面と前記円筒面の前記対称中心軸Aとの間に延びる距離dの5分の1未満の長さにわたって延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製固定メッシュ。
- 前記波形基本構成要素(10、12、14、16)が、2つの対向する端部間に延びる楕円形スロット(54、56)を有利に有し、前記舌部(42、44、42’、44’、42’’、44’’、42’’’)が、楕円形スロットの前記対向する端部の一方(52)から舌部の自由端までそれぞれ延びることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の金属製固定メッシュ。
- 前記舌部(42、44、42’、44’、42’’、44’’、42’’’)が、前記楕円形スロット(54、56)の長さより短い長さにわたって延びることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の金属製固定メッシュ。
- 前記舌部(42、44、42’、44’、42’’、44’’、42’’’)の自由端が丸みを帯びていることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の金属製固定メッシュ。
- 前記波形基本構成要素(10、12、14、16)が二等辺台形の波形を有することを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の金属製固定メッシュ。
- 前記波形基本構成要素(10、12、14、16)のそれぞれの前記波形がステープル留めオリフィス(38、40)及びステープル留めタブ(34、36)を交互に呈することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の金属製固定メッシュ。
- 前記波形基本構成要素(10、12、14、16)が長手方向に延びることを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の金属製固定メッシュ。
- 前記舌部(42、44、42’、44’、42’’、44’’、42’’’)が切込み及び折曲げによって前記波形基本構成要素内に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の金属製固定メッシュ。
