Claims (2)
- 患者の筋肉の強直を回避するために刺激閾値を検出及び特定するための刺激システムであって、
前記患者の組織への刺激の印加後に前記患者の生理系から電位データを獲得するための入力デバイスと、
少なくとも1つのプロセッサと、
命令を格納する少なくとも1つのメモリであって、前記命令が、前記少なくとも1つのデータプロセッサによって実行されるとき、
ある電流レベル及びある周波数で送達される一連のパルスで組織を刺激することであって、直前パルスから前記一連のパルス内の各パルスの前記電流レベルを増大させることを含む、刺激することと、
前記一連のパルスからの第1の誘発パルスが第1の筋肉反応を誘発すると決定することと、
第2の筋肉反応を誘発するために、前記一連のパルスからの第2の誘発パルスで前記組織を継続して刺激することであって、
前記一連のパルス内の各パルスの前記送達の前記周波数を減少させること、及び
第2の電流増分だけ、前記直前パルスから前記一連のパルス内の各パルスの前記電流レベルを増大させることを含む、刺激することと、
前記一連のパルスからの前記第2の誘発パルスが前記第2の筋肉反応を誘発すると決定することと、を含む動作を結果としてもたらす、メモリと
を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記動作が、前記第1の誘発パルス及び前記第2の誘発パルスがアーチファクトに起因しないと決定することをさらに含むことを特徴とするシステム。
