Claims (6)
- 導電パターンが形成された車両用窓ガラスと、前記車両用窓ガラスに取り付けられ、前記導電パターン及び車両システムを互いに電気的に接続するオンガラスコネクタとを有する車両用ガラスモジュールであって、
前記オンガラスコネクタは、
中空部を有するケースと、
前記中空部内に配置された回路基板と、
前記回路基板を前記導電パターンに電気的に接続する1対のガラス側導体と、
前記回路基板を前記車両システムに電気的に接続する1対のシステム側導体とを有し、
前記ケースにおける前記中空部の一部を画成する仕切り壁に貫通孔が設けられ、
前記貫通孔は、前記回路基板の導電部よりも下方に位置し、
前記ケースは、前記回路基板が載置される床部を有し、
前記床部は、突条を有し、
前記回路基板は前記突条の突端に載置され、
前記突条は、前記仕切り壁に対して近接離間する方向に延在するように1対設けられ、
1対の前記突条と前記回路基板とに囲まれた空間が前記貫通孔に連通するように、1対の前記突条と前記仕切り壁との間に溝が形成されたことを特徴とする車両用ガラスモジュール。 - 前記ケースは、前記車両システムに電気的に接続されたプラグが差し込まれるプラグ受容部を有し、
前記中空部及び前記プラグ受容部は、それぞれ、前記ケースの長手方向の上側及び下側に配置され、
前記貫通孔は、前記中空部と前記プラグ受容部とを連通させ、
前記プラグ受容部は前記長手方向の下側が開口されており、
前記長手方向は、前記車両用窓ガラスに略平行であり、
1対の前記システム側導体における前記プラグ受容部内に配置された側の端部は、前記長手方向に延在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用ガラスモジュール。 - 導電パターンが形成された車両用窓ガラスと、前記車両用窓ガラスに取り付けられ、前記導電パターン及び車両システムを互いに電気的に接続するオンガラスコネクタとを有する車両用ガラスモジュールであって、
前記オンガラスコネクタは、
中空部を有するケースと、
前記中空部内に配置された回路基板と、
前記回路基板を前記導電パターンに電気的に接続する1対のガラス側導体と、
前記回路基板を前記車両システムに電気的に接続する1対のシステム側導体とを有し、
前記ケースにおける前記中空部の一部を画成する仕切り壁に貫通孔が設けられ、
前記貫通孔は、前記回路基板の導電部よりも下方に位置し、
前記ケースは、前記仕切り壁を有する本体と、前記本体と協働して前記中空部を画成するカバーとを有し、
前記カバーにおける前記回路基板に対向する面の少なくとも一部は、前記貫通孔を画成する内周面の一部に面一となっていることを特徴とする車両用ガラスモジュール。 - 1対の前記ガラス側導体及び1対の前記システム側導体における、前記回路基板に接続する側の端部は、何れも、前記回路基板における互いに同じ側の面から前記回路基板に突入していることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の車両用ガラスモジュール。
- 前記ケースは硬質樹脂を素材とすることを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の車両用ガラスモジュール。
- 前記回路基板の表面にはワニスが塗布されたことを特徴とする請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の車両用ガラスモジュール。
