Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a windshield forming a watertight line of a meeting part of a sliding shoji and a sash provided with the windshield.

BACKGROUND ART For the purpose of daylighting, ventilation, etc., a sliding sash is used in which a sash frame is provided at an opening of a building, and a sliding sliding sash consisting of an external sliding door and an internal sliding sliding door is attached to the sash frame. In such a sliding sash, in order to prevent rainwater from entering the room from between the lower frame of the sash frame and the lower part of the inner and outer shoji, the lower frame of the sash frame is separated from the inner and outer shoji. Some have a windshield attached to the position facing the meeting part.

For example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-24223 (Patent Document 1), a windshield is attached by fitting it into an attachment opening and a notch formed in the longitudinally intermediate portion of the projecting horizontal plate of the lower frame of the sash frame. By doing so, it is described that rainwater is prevented from entering the room from between the lower frame of the sash frame and the lower part of the inner shoji and the lower part of the outer shoji (for example, paragraphs [0001], [0032] and FIG. 8 ).

In the windshield of Patent Document 1, it is necessary to form a mounting opening and a notch for attaching the windshield, which increases the number of man-hours required for processing the lower frame of the sash frame and complicates the processing. . Moreover, the mounting opening and the notch are formed in the lower frame of the sash frame so as to penetrate the upper surface and the lower surface. Therefore, rainwater that has entered the gap between the installation opening and notch and the windshield may enter the room, and the watertightness of the meeting part of the sliding shoji cannot be sufficiently ensured. .

Moreover, in recent years, sashes are required to have fireproof performance that maintains a closed state and prevents flames from penetrating even in the event of a fire. However, with the conventional windshield described in Patent Document 1, flames reach the interior of the room through the gap between the mounting opening and the notch and the windshield, so the required fireproof performance cannot be achieved. .

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and can suppress the increase and complication of the man-hours in processing the lower frame of the sash frame, and sufficiently secure the watertightness at the meeting part of the sliding shoji. To provide a windbreak plate capable of improving the fireproof performance of a sash.

In this embodiment, a concave portion 49 for providing the heating foam material 43 is formed in the lower surface 46a of the mounting portion 46. As shown in FIG. Specifically, a first recess 49a formed along the first side surface 46c of the mounting portion 46, and a second recess 49b formed along the fourth side surface 46f of the mounting portion 46. A substantially L-shaped concave portion is formed in the lower surface 46 a of the mounting portion 46 .
In this embodiment, the recess 49 includes the rest of the lower surface 46a of the mounting portion 46, the second portion 42b of the elastic portion 42, the third portion 42c of the elastic portion 42, and the fourth portion 42c of the elastic portion 42. 42d.

Further, in this embodiment, the second side surface 46d of the mounting portion 46 is formed into a rectangular plate shape in order to provide the heating foam material 43 on the side of the second side surface 46d of the mounting portion 46 . By forming the third portion 42c of the elastic portion 42 along the contour of the second side surface 46d, the second side surface 46d has a rectangular concave portion 50 for providing the heating foam material 43. formed.
As shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the windshield plate 4 configured as described above includes the lower frame 2b of the sash frame 2, the outer shoji 5, and the inner shoji 6 when the outer shoji 5 and inner shoji 6 are closed. It is arranged between the lower end of the meeting part of the shoji 6. Therefore, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the room defined by the outer shoji 5 and the inner shoji 6 in the closed state.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the windshield plate 4 showing the mounting position of the heating foam material. As shown in FIG. 7, the heating foam material 43 having a shape that fits in the L-shaped recess 49 formed in the lower surface 46a of the mounting portion 46 is attached, for example, by sticking. Similarly, a heating foam material 43 having a shape that fits in the recess 50 is attached to the rectangular recess 50 formed in the second side surface 46d, for example, by sticking. It is preferable that the thermally foamed material has a band shape (plate shape, sheet shape) with a thickness of about several millimeters, foams (expands) at least in the plate thickness direction by heating, and has fire resistance, for example, Sekisui Chemical Industry The product name "Fi-Block" manufactured by Co., Ltd. can be used.

Next, a method for attaching the windshield plate of this embodiment to the lower frame will be described with reference to FIG. As described above, the windshield plate 4 of this embodiment is provided on the lower frame 2b of the sash frame 2 and the lower frame 2b of the sash frame 2, and is attached with the outer airtight material that contacts the outer shoji 5. It has a guide piece 45 inserted between the mounting portion 22 and the protruding lateral plate 23 . Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4 , the guide piece 45 of the windshield plate 4 is inserted into the notch 25 formed in the mounting portion 22 from the upper surface side of the mounting portion 22 . Next, with the mounting portion 46 of the base body 44 of the windshield plate 4 in contact with the upper surface of the protruding horizontal plate 23, the inserted guide piece 45 is moved to the indoor-side intermediate vertical plate of the lower frame 2b of the sash frame 2. 14 is inserted between the lower surface of the projecting horizontal plate 23 of the mounting portion 22 and the holding vertical plate 24b of the outer airtight material holding portion 24, and the windshield plate 4 is inserted in the horizontal direction of the sash frame 2 (vertical frame 2c side). ) until the protrusion 48a is fitted into the through hole 24e and locked, the windshield plate 4 can be attached to the lower frame 2b of the sash frame 2 by simply displacing it.

FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of the lower frame of the sash frame and the lower frames of the outer and inner shoji in FIG. FIG. 11 is a perspective view of another windshield showing the attachment position of the heating foam material in the windshield 51; The other windshield 51 does not correspond to the windshield of the present invention. Another windshield plate 51 is arranged between the ends of the meeting frame 6e of the inner shoji 6 on the horizontal plate 11 on the indoor side. As shown in FIG. 4, the windshield plate 51 of this embodiment is attached at a position where at least a portion of the windshield plate 4 overlaps with the windshield plate 4 in the closed state when the lower frame 2b is viewed from the upper frame 2a side. It is The windshield 51 of this embodiment is also composed of a base portion 52 made of synthetic resin such as polypropylene, an elastic portion 53 made of elastomer such as rubber or vinyl, and a heating foam material 54 . It should be noted that the base portion 52 and the elastic portion 53 are also preferably made of a flame-retardant material (e.g., equivalent to UL94 V-0) like the windshield plate 4 .

The effects of the windshield plate 4 of this embodiment will be described below.

The windshield plate 4 of this embodiment can be attached using the attachment portion 22 to which the outer airtight material is attached and which contacts the outer shoji 5 and the notch portion 25 formed in the attachment portion 22 for draining water. can. Therefore, when attaching the windshield 4, there is no need to separately form an attachment opening and a notch for attaching the windshield, unlike the conventional art. Therefore, the number of man-hours for processing the lower frame of the sash frame does not increase and the process does not become complicated. Moreover, since there are no mounting openings or cutouts for mounting the windshield, rainwater and flames do not reach the interior of the room through these gaps.
As described above, according to the windshield 4 of the present embodiment, it is possible to suppress an increase in the number of man-hours and complication in the processing of the lower frame of the sash frame, and to sufficiently secure the watertightness in the meeting part of the sliding shoji. Moreover, the fireproof performance of the sash can be improved.

According to the present invention, as shown in one embodiment, the guide piece 45 may include an elastic piece 48 provided with an engaging portion 48a that engages with the vertical holding plate 24b that constitutes the mounting portion 22. preferable. According to this configuration, the engagement by the engagement portion 48a restricts the attached windshield 4 from being displaced with respect to the vertical holding plate 24b that constitutes the attachment portion 22, so that the windshield 4 is It is possible to suppress falling off from the vertical holding plate 24 b that constitutes the mounting portion 22 . In addition, since the engaging portion 48a is provided on the elastic piece 48, when the windshield plate 4 is attached, the engaging portion 48a can suppress the generation of a force acting as a resistance to the attachment. Therefore, the detachment of the windshield plate 4 can be suppressed while maintaining the ease of attachment of the windshield plate 4 .

In the present invention, as shown in one embodiment, it is preferable that the engaging portion 48a is a projection. According to this configuration, not only is it possible to simplify the configuration of the locking portion 48a, but only by providing a hole or a recess in the vertical holding plate 24b that constitutes the attachment portion 22, the wind when the windshield plate 4 is attached can be prevented. This makes it possible to position the stop plate 4 and to further suppress the occurrence of a force that acts as resistance when the wind stop plate 4 is attached.

In the present invention, as shown in one embodiment, it is preferable that the elastic piece 48 is cantilevered from the other end side, which is the tip side of the guide piece 45 . According to this configuration, even if a large force is applied to the windshield plate 4 when the windshield plate 4 is attached, the force applied to the locking portion provided on the elastic piece 48 is reduced due to the cantilever structure. In addition, since the locking portion (projection) 48a is provided on the end portion side (the other end portion side) of the elastic piece 48 on the side of the plate-like portion 47, sliding of the windshield plate 4 is engaged at an initial stage. The stopping portion 48a does not act as a resistance, and is locked in the through hole 24e at the stage when the slide is finished. Therefore, since excessive force is not applied to the cantilever portion (base) of the elastic piece 48, damage to the elastic piece 48 and the locking portion 48a when the windshield plate 4 is attached can be suppressed.

In the present invention, as shown in one embodiment, when the sash is required to have fireproof performance, it is preferable that the windshield plate 4 is attached with a heating foam material. According to this configuration, even if the windshield plate 4 is melted and lost due to fire, it is possible to prevent the fire from reaching the room by foaming with the heated foaming material. In particular, as shown in one embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 7, by providing the lower surface 46a of the mounting portion 46 of the windshield 4 and the second side surface 46d of the mounting portion 46, the fire reaches the room. The heating foam material can be foamed in the path, and it is possible to further suppress the fire from reaching the room. Specifically, since the heating foam material 43 faces the projecting horizontal plate 23 of the lower frame 2b and the outdoor surface of the inner and lower rails 18, the lower frame made of aluminum alloy senses the heat raised to a high temperature by the flame. It is easy and the heating foaming material 43 can be foamed at an early stage.

In the present invention, as shown in one embodiment, it is preferable that the leading end (the other end) of the guide piece 45 is provided with a raised portion 45a extending toward the lower surface 46a of the mounting portion 46 . . According to this configuration, in order to attach the windshield plate 4, the guide piece 45 is attached to the indoor intermediate vertical plate 14 of the lower frame 2b of the sash frame 2, the projecting horizontal plate 23 of the mounting portion 22, and the outer airtight material holding portion. 24, the raised portion 45a comes into contact with the lower surface of the protruding horizontal plate 23 of the mounting portion 22, so that the lower surface 46a of the windshield mounting portion 46 is mounted. A force biasing the projecting lateral plate 23 of the portion 22 is applied to the windshield plate 4 . Therefore, the lower surface 46a of the windshield mounting portion 46 is pressed against the projecting horizontal plate 23 of the mounting portion 22, and the lower surface 46a of the windshield mounting portion 46 and the projecting horizontal plate 23 of the mounting portion 22 are separated. It is possible to suppress rainwater from entering from between the upper surface and the upper surface. In addition, a force is generated to urge the lower surface 46a of the windshield mounting portion 46 against the protruding horizontal plate 23 of the mounting portion 22, so that the rising portion 45a and the lower surface 46a of the windshield mounting portion 46 are separated from each other. As a result, the projecting lateral plate 23 of the mounting portion 22 is sandwiched. Therefore, the windshield plate 4 can be firmly attached, and falling off of the windshield plate 4 can be further suppressed.

In the present invention, as shown in one embodiment, it is preferable that the end portion of the guide piece 45 on the leading end (other end) side of the rising portion 45a is tapered. According to this configuration, when the guide piece 45 is inserted into the mounting portion 22 of the sash frame 2 in order to mount the windshield 4, it is possible to prevent the rising portion 45a from being damaged.

In the present invention, as shown in one embodiment, the elastic portion 42 includes a part of the side surface of the plate-like portion 47 on the outdoor side, the first side surface 46 c of the mounting portion 46 , and the first side surface 46 c of the mounting portion 46 . 2 side surface 46 d , a recess formed in the lower portion of the fourth side surface 46 f of the mounting portion 46 , and the upper surface 46 b of the mounting portion 46 . According to this configuration, it is possible to ensure watertightness between the windshield 4 and other members (for example, anti-vibration fittings 64 to be described later) that come into contact with the windshield 4 .
