Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a pallet used when moving cargo with a forklift or the like.
Conventionally, wood is generally used as a material for pallets that are used to transport cargo by forklifts in factories, warehouses, and the like. However, wooden pallets are perishable and cannot be used for a long time. In recent years, lightweight pallets such as synthetic resin pallets and aluminum alloy pallets have become popular, and aluminum alloy pallets in particular are excellent in chemical resistance during cleaning, weather resistance, and recyclability after disposal. Therefore, it is widely used (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The aluminum alloy pallet described in Patent Document 1 is composed of a pair of girders parallel to each other and a plurality of deck boards orthogonally welded between the upper parts of the pair of girders.
However, conventional aluminum alloy pallets such as those described in Patent Document 1 are assembled by welding, which requires skill in welding technology, and there is a problem that welding tends to vary depending on the welder. rice field.
In addition, since the deck boards must be aligned and temporarily fixed before welding, there is a problem that the assembly work is complicated and the processing cost is greatly increased.
Furthermore, the aluminum alloy pallet described in Patent Literature 1 has a problem that it takes time and effort to repair when a part of the pallet is damaged.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the prior art, and its object is to provide a pallet which can be easily assembled and which can greatly reduce the processing cost. .
Another object of the present invention is to provide a pallet that can be easily repaired and reused even if a part of the pallet is damaged.
According to the present invention, a pallet for placing and transporting an object to be transported includes a plurality of plate-like members spaced apart from each other, and a plurality of plate-like members on the lower surfaces of the plurality of plate-like members. A top plate unit having a plurality of girders arranged parallel to each other in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction and having engaging ridges, for placing a transported object thereon, and engaging with the engagement ridges inserted. and a plurality of support legs each having an engaging groove formed on at least an upper surface thereof. The top plate unit and the support legs are fastened in a state in which the engagement ridges of the top plate unit are inserted into and engaged with the engagement grooves on the upper surfaces of the support legs.
The top plate unit and the support legs are fastened in a state in which the engagement ridges of the top plate unit are inserted into and engaged with the engagement grooves on the upper surface of the support legs, so that the assembly work can be simplified and the processing cost can be reduced. can be significantly reduced. Also, even if a part of the pallet is damaged, it can be easily repaired and reused.
a plurality of plate-shaped members spaced apart from each other; and a plurality of plate-shaped members arranged parallel to each other in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the plurality of plate-shaped members and having engaging ridges. and a bottom plate unit having a girder member, the upper and lower surfaces of the support legs are provided with engagement grooves into which the engagement ridges can be inserted and engaged, and the engagement ridges of the bottom plate unit are attached to the support legs. It is preferable that the bottom plate unit and the support legs are fastened together in a state of being inserted into and engaged with the engagement grooves on the lower surface. As a result, the strength of the pallet can be improved, and the pallet can be used as a single-sided or double-sided pallet.
It is also preferable that the engaging ridge has a dovetail-shaped cross-section perpendicular to the axis, and the engaging groove is a trapezoidal recessed dovetail groove. This allows a firm engagement between the top plate unit and the support legs and between the bottom plate unit and the support legs. In this case, even if some fixing parts such as rivets are damaged, the pallet will not fall apart, so it can be easily repaired and reused.
The plurality of girder members has a pair of end girder members arranged at both ends of the plurality of plate members and at least one inner girder member arranged inside the pair of end girder members. Each of the pair of end beam members includes an engaging ridge, a horizontal plate portion integrally formed with the engaging ridge, and a long side on one side of the horizontal plate portion. The inner girder member has an engaging ridge and a horizontal plate integrally formed with the engaging ridge. is also preferred. This facilitates alignment during assembly.
The top plate unit and the plurality of support legs are preferably fastened with rivets. As a result, the top plate unit and the support legs can be semi-permanently and strongly connected with the rivets.
The plurality of plate members, the plurality of beam members and the plurality of support legs are preferably made of light alloy material. In this case, the light alloy material is more preferably an aluminum material or an aluminum alloy material. It is lightweight, improves work efficiency, maintains sufficient strength, and is highly recyclable.
According to the present invention, the top plate unit and the support legs are fastened with rivets or the like in a state in which the engagement ridges of the top plate unit are inserted into and engaged with the engagement grooves on the upper surfaces of the support legs, whereby welding is performed. No processing is required, making assembly work easy, and processing costs can be greatly reduced. Also, even if a part of the pallet is damaged, it can be easily repaired and reused.
Moreover, by providing the top plate unit and the bottom plate unit, the strength of the pallet can be improved, and the pallet can be used as a double-sided pallet.
An embodiment of a pallet according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. A pallet according to the present invention is for carrying a transported object, which is a load, placed thereon. That is, in a state where cargo is placed on the top plate unit of the pallet, the fork of a forklift is inserted below the placing surface for cargo handling.
FIG. 1 schematically shows the construction of a
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the
The
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, each of the three

As described above, the
Each of the engaging

As shown in FIG. 11, the
The configuration of this embodiment is the same as the
In the
Furthermore, although the
