Description
The present invention has an environmental test chamber capable of forming a predetermined temperature environment, and can dilute and exhaust the exhaust gas from the device under test when testing the device under test placed in the environmental test chamber. It relates to a temperature environment test device.
Conventionally, load tests are performed on test objects such as internal combustion engines and prime movers assuming various operating temperature environments, such as low temperature environments such as highlands and land near the polar regions, and high temperature environments such as deserts and near the equator. Sometimes. A temperature environment test apparatus is used for such tests. Temperature environment test equipment is generally equipped with an environment test room in which a device to be tested can be installed, and an air conditioner for adjusting the air temperature in the environment test room to create various temperature environments in the environment test room. Are known. In addition, a device under test such as an internal combustion engine emits exhaust gas during its operation. The temperature environment test device may be provided with an exhaust gas discharge pipe for discharging the exhaust gas discharged from the pipe (abbreviated as tail pipe) leading to the end of the pipe to the outside of the environmental test chamber (for example, Patent Document 1 etc. reference).
By the way, the exhaust gas discharged from the device under test, including that from the tail pipe, can reach extremely high temperatures (for example, 900° C. or higher). When trying to discharge such high-temperature exhaust gas to the outside from the extension exhaust pipe by directly connecting the exhaust manifold or tail pipe and the extension exhaust pipe on the equipment side, a device for discharging the exhaust gas to the outside ( For example, an extremely high temperature gas flows into an exhaust fan, etc., and the device is overheated. In addition, even if a device for discharging with high heat resistance performance can be prepared, the device for discharging (of Since the amount of exhaust varies depending on the amount of exhaust with the boost pressure added by the exhaust fan, normally the exhaust gas is not exhausted by directly connecting the tail pipe and the extension exhaust pipe on the equipment side in this way.
Therefore, the exhaust gas discharged from the tail pipe, etc. and the air in the environmental test chamber are sucked from around the pipe end of the tail pipe, etc. by the suction force of the exhaust fan of the device for discharging, and the exhaust gas is diluted. A method of indirect connection is conceivable in which the temperature of the exhaust gas is lowered by discharging the exhaust gas while discharging the exhaust gas to the outside (see, for example,
However, in the above method, the exhaust gas is diluted using the air in the environmental test chamber whose temperature is controlled by the air conditioner. Therefore, in air conditioners, not only the air required for the test (for example, the air for the intake air of the test object and the cold and heat carrying air of the indoor object such as the test object), but also the temperature of the air used for diluting the exhaust gas Adjustments will also be made. Therefore, the air conditioning load of the air conditioner becomes high, and it becomes necessary to prepare a relatively large (high performance) air conditioner that can handle the high air conditioning load, which may be disadvantageous in terms of running costs and other costs. There is In particular, air conditioners that create a low-temperature environment in the environmental test chamber must dehumidify a large amount of normal-temperature air due to the low absolute humidity at the water vapor saturation point in the low-temperature air. refrigeration energy is required.
In addition, if the air conditioning load is high, it is inevitable that energy will be consumed accordingly, and there is a risk that good results cannot be obtained in terms of energy saving performance and environmental performance (CO 2 emissions, etc.).
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a temperature environment test apparatus capable of exhibiting excellent energy saving performance and environmental performance and capable of suppressing costs. .
Each means suitable for solving the above object will be described below by itemizing. It should be noted that actions and effects peculiar to the corresponding means will be added as necessary.
Means 1. an environmental test chamber in which a device under test that emits exhaust gas during operation is installed;
an air conditioner for adjusting the temperature of the air in the environmental test chamber;
an exhaust pipe extending from the device under test and through which exhaust gas discharged from the device under test passes;
A temperature environment test apparatus for placing the device under test in the environmental test chamber, forming the environmental test chamber in a predetermined temperature environment, and conducting a test on the device under test,
The exhaust pipe has a discharge port at its end through which the exhaust gas is discharged,
a chamber chamber into which separately treated air is introduced from the outside, a temperature environment different from the temperature environment in the environmental test chamber is established during testing of the device under test, and the discharge port is arranged;
an indirect exhaust means for indirectly exhausting the exhaust gas, which is configured to be able to suck in the exhaust gas emitted from the outlet and to discharge the sucked exhaust gas to the outside;
The indirect exhaust means is configured to draw in dilution air for diluting the exhaust gas together with the exhaust gas, dilute the exhaust gas by mixing with the dilution air, and then discharge the exhaust gas to the outside,
A temperature environment test apparatus, wherein the air in the chamber is used as the dilution air.
According to the above means 1, the exhaust gas discharge port of the exhaust pipe is arranged in the chamber, and the exhaust gas discharged from the discharge port and the dilution air for diluting the exhaust gas are sucked by the indirect exhaust means. After being mixed, it is discharged to the outside. That is, according to the above means 1, instead of directly discharging the exhaust gas to the outside through the exhaust pipe (that is, directly exhausting), the exhaust gas is once discharged from the discharge port on the side of the chamber chamber and then diluted. It is configured such that it is diluted with the operating air and discharged to the outside (that is, indirect exhaust is performed). Here, when performing direct exhaust, the test environment [for example, the pressure (back pressure) on the exhaust side of the DUT, the body temperature of the DUT, and the Combustion, etc.] is likely to occur, and as a result, there is a risk of impeding appropriate testing of the device under test. In this regard, by performing indirect exhaust as in the above means 1, it is possible to more reliably suppress fluctuations in the test environment due to changes in the operating conditions of the device under test, and the test of the device under test can be performed under appropriate conditions. can be done below. Further, by diluting the exhaust gas, it is possible to prevent adverse effects caused by exposure of the indirect exhaust means (for example, an exhaust fan, etc.) to high temperatures.
Furthermore, according to the above means 1, the air in the chamber is used as the dilution air. Therefore, it is not necessary to adjust the temperature of the air used to dilute the exhaust gas in the air conditioner that adjusts the temperature of the environmental test chamber, and the air conditioning load on the air conditioner can be greatly reduced. As a result, excellent energy saving performance and environmental performance can be exhibited. In addition, by reducing the air conditioning load, a relatively small air conditioner (not so high performance) is sufficient, and costs such as running costs can be effectively suppressed.
In addition, it is preferable that the inside of the chamber has an environment that does not affect the air in the environmental test room or the interior of the room, even though the room temperature is normal.
a passage for communicating the chamber room and the environmental test room, and passing air in the chamber room into the environmental test room;
The temperature environment test apparatus according to means 1, wherein the air conditioner is configured to adjust the temperature of the air that has flowed from the chamber through the passage.
According to the
Furthermore, according to the
It should be noted that it is preferable to configure the chamber so that the air pressure in the chamber is higher than the air pressure in the environmental test chamber. In this case, the inflow of air from the environmental test chamber into the chamber can be suppressed, making it easier to maintain the environmental test chamber at a desired temperature environment.
Means 3. A temperature environment test apparatus according to
According to the above means 3, a curtain (for example, a heat-insulating curtain) is used as part of the partition between the environmental test room and the chamber room. Therefore, the partition portion can be configured at a low cost, and the cost reduction effect can be further enhanced. In addition, by using the curtain, it is possible to install an exhaust pipe through the environmental test room to the chamber, and to arrange, move, and attach/detach measuring instrument wiring related to the performance measurement of the device under test. , the convenience of the test can be further enhanced.
In addition, since dehumidified air is introduced into the environmental test room and the chamber room by a dehumidifier, even if a part of the partition is made into a curtain, the environmental test room and the chamber room are sufficiently prevented from condensation. can be planned.
According to the
Also, when a dynamometer is installed in the chamber, it is necessary to provide a connecting shaft that connects the test object (eg, internal combustion engine) and the dynamometer so as to penetrate from the environmental test chamber to the chamber. By providing the curtain of the
Means 5. The indirect exhaust means has a cylindrical shape having an intake port for the dilution air at its end, and the exhaust pipe is arranged inside through the intake port to cover the exhaust pipe. 5. The temperature environment test apparatus according to any one of means 1 to 4, further comprising a cover constructed so as to allow the outlet to be disposed therein.
According to the above means 5, the cover can suppress heat radiation from the exhaust pipe through which the high-temperature exhaust gas passes into the chamber. As a result, when a chamber room air conditioner is provided to adjust the temperature in the chamber room, the air conditioning load of the chamber room air conditioner can be further reduced, and the cost reduction effect can be further improved. becomes. In the case of adopting the above means 2, etc., it is possible to suppress the temperature rise of the air flowing from the chamber into the environmental test chamber, and to prevent the load on the air conditioner from increasing when the low-temperature environment is formed in the environmental test chamber. can be suppressed more effectively.
Furthermore, since the discharge port of the exhaust pipe is arranged inside the cover, the exhaust gas passing through the exhaust pipe is discharged inside the cover. In addition, since the diluting air is taken in through the intake port of the cover, a situation in which the exhaust gas leaks from the intake port is less likely to occur. As a result, it is possible to more reliably prevent exhaust gas from leaking into the chamber while performing indirect exhaust.
An embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the temperature environment test apparatus 1 includes an
Also, the pressure inside the
Also, an
Air dehumidified by a
Further, the
Further, at a predetermined position in the
In addition, the
During the test, a sensor (not shown) for performance measurement is attached to the
Furthermore, indirect exhaust means for indirectly exhausting the exhaust gas is configured to be able to suck in the exhaust gas released from the
The
The
Next, the operation of the temperature environment test apparatus 1 when testing the
First, before the
Furthermore, a desired temperature environment is formed in the
Next, a description will be given of, in particular, the discharge of the exhaust gas to the outside during the test of the
As the
As described in detail above, according to the present embodiment, the exhaust
In addition, air of approximately room temperature in the
Furthermore, the
In addition, since the
A curtain 7a is used as part of the partition section 7 . Therefore, the partitioning portion 7 can be configured at a low cost, and the cost reduction effect can be further enhanced. Furthermore, by using the curtain 7a, the installation of the
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the
In addition, the
Furthermore, since the discharge port of the
