Claims (14)
- 加熱ブランケット(28)を使用して複合材料外板(20)上で熱硬化される修理パッチの近くに位置する感熱材料(24)の温度を管理する方法であって、
前記加熱ブランケット(28)と前記感熱材料(24)との間の空間(34)内にフィットするように、熱伝導性冷却ブロック(38)のアセンブリ(36)を構成すること、及び
前記空間(34)内で前記外板(20)に接触するように、前記熱伝導性冷却ブロック(38)の前記アセンブリ(36)を設置することを含む、方法。 - 前記構成することが、
前記冷却ブロック(38)を行と列の配置に置くこと、及び
前記冷却ブロック(38)を前記配置で保持することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記構成することが、前記冷却ブロック(38)のうちの少なくとも幾つかの中に、空気(50)が前記冷却ブロック(38)を通過することを可能にする貫通孔(40)を形成することを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 空気(50)が前記貫通孔(40)を通るように強いることによって、前記冷却ブロック(38)から熱を逃がすことを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却ブロック(38)の前記アセンブリ(36)を解体すること、及び

- 前記冷却ブロック(38)は、銅、及びアルミニウムのいずれかから形成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却ブロック(38)が、前記冷却ブロック(38)同士を連結する相互連結部(54、56、58、60)を含み、前記冷却ブロック(38)の前記アセンブリ(36)の形状を再構成することができるように、前記相互連結部(54、56、58、60)は取り外し可能である、請求項1に記載の方法。
