Claims (13)
- 患者の浮腫を検出するシステムであって、前記システムは、
患者の組織に光を照射するように構成された光源と、
前記患者の組織から反射光を収集し、前記反射光に関するデータを作成するように構成された検出器と、
前記検出器に操作可能に接続された処理装置であって、
前記反射光に関するデータを受信し、
前記反射光の強度を計算し、かつ
前記患者の組織が浮腫の症状を示すか否かを決定するように構成され、
前記処理装置が、フィルターにかけると、前記フィルターが浮腫に関連する1またはそれ以上の組織タイプに関連するスペクトル形状のフィルター光を生成することを可能にする複数の電圧を含むルックアップテーブル(LUT)を含むコンピューター可読媒体にアクセスするようにさらに構成された前記処理装置と、
を有する、システム。 - 請求項1記載のシステムにおいて、前記処理装置は、さらに、対照サンプルの対照測定を決定するように構成されるシステム。
- 請求項2記載のシステムにおいて、前記処理装置は、さらに、
前記反射光の計算強度を前記対照測定と比較し、かつ
前記患者の浮腫スコアを決定するように構成され、
前記浮腫スコアは前記患者が浮腫を有しているか否か、及び前記患者の浮腫の重症度のうちの少なくとも1つを表すシステム。 - 請求項1記載のシステムであって、さらに、前記反射光をフィルターするように構成された少なくとも1つのフィルターを有するシステム。
- 請求項4記載のシステムにおいて、前記少なくとも1つのフィルターが、特定の波長範囲の前記反射光をフィルターするように構成されたチューナブルフィルターであるシステム。
- 請求項4記載のシステムにおいて、前記少なくとも1つのフィルターが、短波長赤外チューナブルフィルター、ファブリー・ペローチューナブルフィルター、マルチ結合結晶チューナブルフィルター、および共形フィルターの少なくとも1つであるシステム。
- 請求項1記載のシステムであって、さらに、複数のチューナブルフィルターを有するシステム。
- 請求項7記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数のチューナブルフィルターが、900nm~1100nm、1150nm~1300nm、および1400nm~1550nmの少なくとも1つの波長範囲に前記反射光をフィルターするように構成されるシステム。
- 請求項1記載のシステムにおいて、前記光源は、レーザー照射源、広帯域光源、および環境光源の少なくとも1つを有するシステム。
- 請求項1記載のシステムにおいて、前記検出器は、電荷結合素子検出器、相補型金属酸化膜半導体検出器、インジウムガリウムヒ素検出器、および焦点面アレイ検出器の少なくとも1つを有するシステム。
- 請求項1記載のシステムにおいて、前記処理装置はさらに、2またはそれ以上の画像診断技術からの強度データを融合するように構成されるシステム。
- 請求項11記載のシステムにおいて、前記2またはそれ以上の画像診断技術が、可視画像、ハイパースペクトル画像、短波長赤外ハイパースペクトル画像、中波長赤外ハイパースペクトル画像、長波長赤外ハイパースペクトル画像、およびそれらの組み合わせを有するシステム。
- 請求項1記載のシステムであって、さらに、前記処理装置に操作可能に接続し、前記処理装置から受信した1またはそれ以上の画像を表示するように構成された少なくとも1つのディスプレイ装置を有し、前記1またはそれ以上の画像は患者の組織を表すシステム。
