Description
概要
特に、第1の態様によれば、本発明は手術デバイスを配置するための手術ツールに関し、手術ツールは、把持部分と、把持部分からツールの主の展開方向に沿ってその自由端まで突出するロッドと、患者と係合することができ且つ自由端で動作可能に機能する手術デバイスと結合されるように適合された結合システムとを含む。
Claims (9)
- 手術デバイスを配置するための手術ツールであって、
把持部分(2)と、
ロッド(3)であって、前記把持部分(2)から当該ロッド(3)の自由端(3a)まで前記ツールの主の展開方向(X)に沿って突出しているロッド(3)と、
患者と係合し且つ前記自由端(3a)で動作可能に機能することができる手術デバイスに結合されるように適合された結合システム(4)と、を備え、
前記結合システム(4)は軸方向保持アセンブリ(5)を備え、
前記軸方向保持アセンブリ(5)は、前記ロッド(3)の前記自由端(3a)において、2つの対向する半球部分(6a、6b)と中央クラッチ(9)とを備え、前記2つの対向する半球部分(6a、6b)は、前記ロッド(3)に沿って部分的に形成された軸方向ノッチ(8)によって互いに離れて、それぞれの平坦な表面(7)に対して互いに向き合っており、前記中央クラッチ(9)はロック位置と解放位置との間で選択的に移動可能であり、前記ロック位置では、前記中央クラッチ(9)は、前記ロッド(3)の前記自由端(3a)に接近して前記2つの半球部分(6a、6b)の間に介在されて、その相互アプローチを防止して前記手術デバイス(10)のシート内に前記2つの半球部分(6a、6b)をブロックし、前記解放位置では、前記中央クラッチ(9)は、前記ロッド(3)の前記自由端(3a)から離れ、前記2つの半球部分(6a、6b)が接近して前記ツールが前記手術デバイス(10)から出ることを可能にし、
前記結合システム(4)は回転係合アセンブリ(16)を備え、前記回転係合アセンブリ(16)は、内部に前記ロッド(3)を収容するスリーブ(22)であって、その自由端(22a)まで前記把持部分(2)から前記ツールの主の展開方向(X)に沿って突出するスリーブ(22)を含み、前記スリーブ(22)は、前記手術デバイス(10)と係合することができる多角形の内部プロファイル(15)を有する、手術ツール。 - 前記結合システム(4)が、前記中央クラッチ(9)のねじ部分(18)に対して相互作用するナットねじ(19)であって、前記中央クラッチ(9)の軸方向の並進を促進するように適合されたナットねじ(19)を備える、請求項1に記載の手術ツール。
- 前記ナットねじ(19)が前記把持部分(2)と一体である、請求項2に記載の手術ツール。
- 前記中央クラッチ(9)に直接機能して前記中央クラッチ(9)を軸方向に回転させる移動手段(20)を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の手術ツール。
- 前記移動手段(20)が、前記中央クラッチ(9)と一体である駆動ハンドホイール(21)を備える、請求項4に記載の手術ツール。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項の手術ツール(1)の結合システム(4)の軸方向保持アセンブリ(5)と係合するように適合された半球空洞(11)を有する把持ヘッド(12)を含む手術デバイスであって、
前記把持ヘッド(12)が多角形の外部プロファイル(14)を有し、前記多角形の外部プロファイル(14)は、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の手術ツール(1)の結合システム(4)の対応する多角形の内部プロファイル(15)と係合するように適合されている、手術デバイス。 - 第1の雄ねじ(17a)および第2の雄ねじ(17b)を備えたステム(13)を有する、請求項6に記載の手術デバイス。
- 前記第1の雄ねじ(17a)および第2の雄ねじ(17b)が相互に異なるピッチを有する、請求項7に記載の手術デバイス。
- 手術デバイスを配置するためのキット(100)であって、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の、手術デバイス(10)を配置するための手術ツール(1)と、
請求項6から8のいずれか1項に記載の、前記手術ツール(1)の前記結合システム(4)に結合することができる把持ヘッド(12)を備えた少なくとも1つの手術デバイス(10)と、を備えるキット(100)。
